The shoes i ordered was with size 6 and same was written on the box but actual shoes (Product) received was of size 4.
When i tried to return the order it was put on hold even after mentioning the issue and same was shown to pick guy.
Tried connecting to the myntra but didn't received any call back even after trying several time.

why my return order put on hold..? submitted the original one with tags and everything..then why put on hold?

    I have placed order on myntra on 8/10/19 of rupees 3600.45 through wallet. My money got deducted from wallet instantly but order didn't placed on myntra. I have talked to wallet customer care. They said transaction was successful but myntra is keep denying. Wallet customer care gave me the bank transaction id[protected]. But myntra is denying that they didn't receive. Please do the needful.

      On 2nd of october 2019 i ordered sling bag for my friend as her birthday gift... At time of order delivery datewas 8th october.. So i check order status its in shippinf from last y days pathetic service by myntra... Where amazon giving delivery in one day... Myntra needs more 15 days to deliver product why why ur doing business.. Need to take some strict action against this myntra...

        Today i got my parcel before the expected date. So when i asked the delivery man how much should i pay he said 610 rupees but the total amount of my order was 460. Since he said that i'm only a delivery boy i have nothing to do with the order so i was compelled to give him the money. He also told me that it might be the delivery charge. But when i saw my order details there was no delivery charge mentioned so if they wanted me ti pay the delivery charge of 150 rupees they should have mentioned it before hand. Once i got my order how can they ask me to give 610 rupees when my order was only of 460. I want an explanation on this asap.

            order cancelled but refund not credited yet in my account

            I had ordered from myntra.com on 29 sept 2019, but due to some reason i cancelled my ordered. Since then i'm waiting for refund, i talked to them on phone but they aren't responding. They told me that they have already initiated refund and i need to call state bank of india or to call their customer care. I did visit the bank and called sbi toll free number but they said it's the responsibility of the bank through which they have initiated...

            Myntra returned back my package to the origin even without approaching me. They are not even refunding my money. There is no option to even call the executives and ask them for a refund.

            Very bad experience!

            Please deliver the package as soon as possible or refund my amount.

              It is very bad to make a consumer to wait a long, moreover the customer care service is also dealing with it very badly. I will not suggest anyone your e commerce operators. Others are very punctual compared to yours. Even though they got delayed atleast they make us know about that by messages. Your service is very unfair. I asked the person who answered the phone about the agent and i told him that i will go and collect the jacket from my district. However they never told anything might help me. He also told me that you can cancel the item if you have no patience. I has been waiting for a week for the order. It is quite difficult to cancel my order.

                I ordered 2 products from myntra on 1.10.19 and it was shipped through ecom express. On tracking the order, i find that the pickup of the order has been rescheduled everyday for the last week. No support from myntra and neither can i query why my product is taking so long to be shipped. This is so frustrating. Order number and tracking screenshot below.

                  I have made a purchase of rs 1722 on 7th october, 2019 from my sbi account. Amount is deducted but i have not received any confirmation mail.
                  I have emailed myntra support but currently myntra support system is not available. I have also tried approaching their customer care support over there till free no. But they don't have any option to speak to their customer care executive

                    I want to return an item which i have just received. I am unable to return it now because i have mistakenly collected the points. There was no warning before collecting it. I want to return the product as i have got size issue and couldn't wear it anymore. Myntra should have the facility to return an item even after collecting points or should have the option to uncollect the points. Now i want to return the item. Please cooperate as soon as possible.

                    On the 2nd of Oct, i placed an order for a Men Kurta' on www.myntra.com, the order number was [[protected]-5834601]. I paid using my credit card online.

                    After the payment was successful, i was informed that the product would be delivered by the 4th of OCT. I didn't receive any updates after that.

                    I have placed a order of a T-shirt on September. after receving the product I found the Item is too large for me so I placed an Exchange order on 22September. and the Expected delivery date is 28September. Its been 2days I haven't receive any email or message any from their site. they are even reciving my calls.

                      I used product only two times but the heel got damaged what a worst product where i paid 807 for this i want refund of my order i will not buy anything from myntra i haven't got any support from you guys.

                      I dont want replacement now i want my refund else i will complaint in customer court.

                        During offers, Myntra gives 300 discount on an HRX t shirt but charges 350 for shipping charge. Is it not like making fool of the customer? If I get the same from flipkart at same price with zero shipping charge, then why would I look at Myntra. Too much shipping charge Myntra.
                        I have order sneakers and midi a line dress which cost for RS 1417.40.my order didn't get placed but debited money from account .this happens to me 2nd time .it's worst service by myntra

                          I placed an order on 6th oct 2019 on myntra of inr 4142/- through paypal, amount deducted from my bank account but myntra claims that they did not receive even though my bank. No resolution given by customer support team. They are jst saying there are lo logs in there system regarding this payment. Then where is my money gone?? It is clearly seen in the attached screenshot money has been transferred to myntra. Very pathetic service. Pls look into this issue & refund my money asap

                          I have ordered two product at a time received one, but in the app it is showing product is delivered both of them same day same time, tried to reach customer care so many times they have not co-ordinated till now. it's been a week.
                          I requested gift wrapped order with small note on Myntra.It wasnt written properly. It was found in programming format.                             A month before i have ordered a skirt from athens and black denim jeans from roadstar. The payment was deducted twice one from flipkart pay later and other one from debit card.
                            Flipkart pay later is the actual payment of my order, but i didnt got my debit card payment back of rs-1132. I talked thrice to the customer care but the problem is same i. E., no refund. I am attaching the debited amount message from bank.

                              I am writing about disagreement on your policy regarding delivery charges applicable on account using extra return.

                              I understand myntra's policy that they have made this for the customers giving better service but i would say it is totally unfair with the customer like me who purchase frequently from your website.

                              Due to some circumstances my replaced/returned items were more in one month which could be against your return policy but you can check my account from last few years and compare how many items i have purchased/return. You will find purchased more.

                              I think your automation system is totally dumb, i am a good developer and would like to give you suggestion please applicable this but on those who is really talking benefit of your return policy.

                                I placed an order on myntra with the order id:[protected]-5198303 on 02/10/2019, it reached me on 06/10/2019. The delivery executive called me and i explained him the address which was already clearly mentioned with my order. He agreed to come but after sometime i received a message and an email for a successful delivery of my order. Then i reached out to him and then he rudely asked me to come to him as there were other orders for him to deliver too. And when i went to him he was very rude and didn't even answer anything i asked.
                                I tried reaching myntra support through the app but the help centre showed only one option for a reverse call and that too was inaccessible.
                                This huge company and it's partners are so irresponsible and unprofessional. I want them to learn a lesson and be more supportive to the customers.

                                    I have ordered a trouser (Highlander men olive green trouser) in this sale.
                                    Quality wise the trouser is so good. But there is a defect. On the right leg side there is a hole in it.

                                    Now as a solution myntra is taking the product return & they will refund the only product amount.
                                    They are not returning tax amount, delivery charge.
                                    Even though this is there issue

                                      I couldn't access to my myntra account as my account has been locked from myntra side without any prior notification/ intimation. This is so disappointed. This creates me difficulties, as i couldn't check my product which are on the way and i couldn't access or track them. Kindly re activate so that i access my account and it's good for my future purchasing.
