During their big sale time I was trying to make purchases the transactions couldn't get through and order was declined while they charged my card for the amounts. After receiving my statement i was surprised to see those charges and called up my bank they confirmed that the merchant has claimed the amount so I have been charged, they provided me the transaction details as well. Post this I call up myntra customer service and they were not able to establish that any order was placed for these amounts and out rightly wrote on a mail that they have not recvd any such amount. Then after these 10 days of ping pong with myntra I write back to my bank and then they provide me documentary proof that myntra has claimed the amount. Am surprised how much fraud is this website committing and charging people without delivering anything. I want to take this up legally now for the amount of harassment they have caused me.

    This is in reference to the product I ordered in around 20th July 2015 ( Cobblerz Women Brown Pumps, size - UK6, Order ID: 87700372 Shipment ID:[protected]. After I received the product, I found it to be a size bigger after trial, during the trial I noticed there were some faded white marks on the sole of the shoe, I ignored and tried to see if it fits, which later caused very thin, hairline like scratches underneath. later, when I ordered for an exchange with the same product, just a size smaller than that (UK5), Your delivery boy (Raj Kumar) refused to take back the older product due to those faded white marks, which was hardly that visible. I spoke to one of the customer care executive she guided me to send an e-mail, including the picture of the product, now that e-mail address is not valid, so I am enclosing the pictures with this mail, judge it for yourself and kindly process my order for (UK5 -Cobblerz Women Brown Pumps ) as soon as possible. The Exchange Order ID is 26224890.

      The product which I bought, after trying it out at home, was found to be one size smaller than the size which I actually wear. Mailed Myntra.com to exchange the product with the one size larger than the one bought. They refused to exchange/refund it quoting that my pin code does not fall in their area of refund/exchange. Yet they can deliver their products to my pin code, but cannot send the same delivery men to take the product for refund/exchange. This type of customer service is provided by Myntra.com???

        I ordered a product from myntra. Which was delivered to me but i didnt like the quality of the product so i request to return it on the same day. The pickup man came after 3days and he denied to take the product back with the reason price tag was not available. I tried convincing him but he just left. Then i contracted myntra helpline and provide them with the photos of the product and even with the bag in which it was delivered with all details. Now they are not processing my return.

            I purchased two products (Order ID:[protected] during their Season Discount sale of 70%-75%. They cancelled my purchase and sent me an email on 23/07/2015. I didn't know about the email until today (27/07/2015) when I was searching for a very important email from a business associate. When I called up the customer care they informed me as there was a bandh on the 23rd July they have sent the product back to the company. I told they should have called me the same day and inquired as what they should do but said they don't have such a policy and they weren't ready to send me back the product again and wont budge from their stand and kept my money in their wallet. I requested a refund to my bank account. I won't be ever downloading their app again and refrain everyone else here (friends, family and colleagues) to do the same and they'll listen to me cause I am their next-door-neighbour IT geek. Paul

              I have requested for a pickup of my product and then on next day a guy come from myntra took my product gave me receipt of the pickup.I waited for my cashback amount to be refunded but it didnt.Then after two days another guy come from ThE FRAUD Myntra and told me that he came for the pickup then i told him that i have already returned the product and i have pickup receipt he said no the pickup has not been done yet. When i checked in my account in Myntra app in the return category its showing that your pickup has been cancelled because 3rd attempt also failed. The thing is that product has been already returned few days back but after that another guy comes for pickup plus i my return section its showing pickupn failed.Is this the manner to treat a customer.???? I am having the worst experiene of my online shopping. ITS A BIGGG FRAUD for customer. WRONG INFORMATION ON THEIR APP. I WANT MY RS 1006 ASAP.                 This is with regard to return o[censored]CB shirt(order[protected]. Return was placed on 20th july and i got confirmation sms on 21st July from Delhivery that someone will pick up shirt. Shirt was picked up by courier guy and i was not given any slip and was told that sms confirmation would be sent. Till date there is no idea about the return order. I did not get sms and customer care also has no idea about it. he problem is that usually one gets a confirmation sms/ email that product return was successful. However, it has been 3 days and I have not got any confirmation. Also, courier person did not give any slip or confirmation receipt. Secondly, when I called next day I was surprised to hear from customer care executive that product return failed and they have generated a new return through myntra logistic. I explained to your executive that product was already picked up by Delhivery courier person then how can you say it has failed? Then i was told that same would be rectified. Today again i was surprised to see sms that return pickup was generated and myntra logistic person came to pick UCB shirt. He then said that if someone else came and picked up shirt then please confirm from Delhivery and Myntra otherwise return will not be processed. I again called your help line and explained to senior supervisor Mr. Ravi but again no action has been initiated. Could you please tell me when action would be taken??? Lastly one of my order had failed due to payment gateway error on your website last week due to which INR 2, 047 got debited from my account. However, till date reversal of money has not happened. I was assured by EOD today I would receive refund but in vain. I am really shocked this kind of serice from Myntra. I understan you had huge sale offer due to which there is a lot of consufion but this kind of system glitches are seriously not acceptable. Could you please provide resolution on both cases on urgent basis??

                      Myntra have become a cheat company and looting customers with inferior products & non committal to return & refund policy. I have purchased kook n keech disney printed blazer (delivered on 15/07/2015). The product was not upto the mark due to various reasons and a return request was put as per their policy. Now it is important to understand the new modus operandi which they have adopted - the courier person without even visiting my place declined the pick up the reason given was missing tag. Now when I contacted customer care they asked for pictures which was sent, the again they said picture is not clear bla bla bla etc and cancelled the return. Basically, they are now mostly selling private labels which are definitely inferior in quality and making huge profits out of them. Giving silly excuses of missing tag etc they refuse return and cheat customers. This is now regular. I have the product (unused) with all tags as proof which they have declined to take back. Can you take this into media and open this misconduct of myntra. I am sure they will never reply to you on support id as they are cheaters and need to be taught a lesson. Success have gone into their head, so they need to be brought to ground. I look forward to your help in exposing them.

                        This is regarding the Order No 87361724 that I received. I ordered Levis Men Blue 511 slim fit jeans which I found that its not original . I want to return it but other costumers experience was not good with your return policy do something or I will inform to Levis company that you are ruining their brand name . Shame on you.

                              Hi my registered mobile number is [protected]. I had placed an order for orange sling baggit bag. While placing the order I was promised the product to be delivered on or before 20th July 2015. I have been calling your company numerous time about the delivery however they just keep on telling me that they are raising a complaint however no resolution

                              I spoke with the customer care and asked them to give me number for delivery center and they gave me a non working number which I am trying since morning however no one picks up the call. This is pure harassment. The person who is supposed to re receive the give is going out so will not be available to receive the order.I need compensation for this harassment

                              I ordered a casual shoe from myntra, order number[protected] of worth 1851₹. Unfortunately the size of the shoe was too large for me and hence requested an exchange for the same. During the time of exchange the delivery boy Mr Ashok yadav, checked the product and informed me that one sole contains some dust so he won't be able to exchange the product. Since there is only one way known to mankind to judge the fitting of a shoe and that is by wearing it. I explain him that the dust particles, which were very minor got stuck during trying out one of the shoe from the pair. But he refused to take the product and asked me to contact customer care. When I conveyed the incident to the customer care they asked me to share the pics of the product. After a day I got an email from the customer care (screenshot provide below), where they declined my exchange/return request because according to them the product was used. The product has its original tag intact including one on the sole (pictures provided). I even spoke to senior authority but still they are saying that the product is used so can't take the case forward. I am totally done with myntra. No wonder flipkart is not only successful in acquiring it but is also brilliantly contaminated it with its customer repelling policies and "we are there to exploit you" type customer service team.
                              Feel like approaching the consumer court for justice.

                                  I bought a Reebok sandels online worth 2599 on which I had a 45% discount. It's 1429/-. I had 210₹ cash back in Myntra which they dint put in my account and processed it as cash back. Now comes the stupid part, they gave me a apology coupon of 400 which was because the previous order gone out of stock. It got applied automatically and the order value is now 1029/- which I paid as {[protected]cash back)&801₹ on cod)} and these people charged me shipping as I paid 801₹ which is not correct as I paid 210 already from cash back. It's not any kind of discount. I returned the item as it was not fitting and was not good. And the amount I got is only 801 and my 210 cash back was not given to me. I spoke to a rep over phone which charged me 55₹ and finally she understood and promised me to pay back 210 in 48hrs. Now I got a mail saying they won't give a damn about it. I feel about Myntra. [censored]ing crap this company became after getting into flipkart. You guys are so mess! [censored] you .

                                    This is regarding the Order ID: 73210020, Shipment ID: 73210020 that I received. I have been using Reebok Since 2008 and I know the quality. Please make sure that you do not cheat your customers Myntra. Shame on you. Just to check that if you are genuine I ordered this shoe and I was not disappointed as everyone was true. Please stop this or I will have to go ahead with the Reebok company to sue you guys. (Reebok has been my sponsors since late 2009). Hope you are gonna stop selling fake products and ruin the brand names.

                                      we had ordered a pair of nike women shoes. the shoes were not the original one. they cheated us by giving the product which did not seemed to be original . the product which i received is in a very bad condition . the shoes are torn from many area and are also very dirty . the inner sole of the shoe is also coming out . they seemed to be second hand or used. we even called the customer care, but nobody took care of our complains . our complains went deaf ears and their employees did not even care to talk properly with us. when we asked for the complain number they denied to give it to us.

                                        Well Hi myntra, , this post is regarding the so called "customer satisfaction" offered by you to your so called "valued customer".// I had ordered roadstar blue boot and I have used these occasionally! The problem is that boot sole is quite unsatisfied, the sole gets cracked from sides! And this is not acceptable with the product like heavy duty boots! But the product quality is non negotiable as if I am spending my bucks so I must get the satisfactory quality on your home product! ‪#‎Roadstar‬ I think you "myntra" is cheating on issuing cheap home products to make customers wallet loose and I have to say this stunt is really very cheap and eventually your competitors like ‪#‎jabong‬ etc.. Will definatly take an advantage to earn your so called valued customers! I think I should notify all my social media friends to not to buy cheap quality products from your esteemed website. i have a huge conversation with your ‪#‎assitants‬ on email like ‪#‎BhagyalaxmiDas‬ ‪#‎ArkoRoy‬ ‪#‎FarhanAliKhan‬ and many more.. but at last nothing happened and no solution with the inconvenience.
