Of these 2 dresses that came from the same seller, did not have tags attached to the dresses(tags with just the brand names were in the plastic bag) and there was NO PRICE STICKER on the tags. This product is already delivered to me and i haven't achieved any delivery confirmation message or mail.
I want to return the product but i am not able to do it as it is asking for the product barcode which i cannot find in the package.

I purchase 1 Kurti from Myntra, Order Number:[protected]. Material is not good and I am trying to re-stich but is not able to do also. What I can do? I use this kurti 3 to 4 time only. I trust on Mytra, that they provide good brand, but now this time I am surprised about the quality of the product.
My exchange order number is[protected]
First of all I didn't received deliver boys number . And got mail that he attempted deliver twice. Then I contacted myntra for that and got his number, now i contacted delivery boy he told sab customer ko call karte thodi rhenge aise toh 1000 call kare kya din ke and being aggressive.
His name is jitendra..
Received the product but didn't received the confirmation mail, the quality is very poor i want to return the product but they are asking the barcode while the barcode is not available in the transparent packaet. And the code which is available is said to be invalid by myntra.
What to do how to return or exchange the product?

    Hi,

    I am really sorry to say that the myntra has given me a pathetic service. I dont know but i guess, if you cant manage the high volume order and logistics during sale, then don't go for it.

    Issue.

    1) In that i ordered levis boxer, which is non refundable and non exchangable, but i received product of two different colour and that two in one i have side pocket and in other i don't.

    2) In the same order there is a product of Jack and Jones (T-shirt) which happen to be the defective/damage/tore at the collar side. When i raise the ticket for exchange then the pickup guy created issue that i need to send the picture to the customer care and face all the hurdles for the issue which i have not done. However the issue has been solved but still the product is with me due to unavailability of either o[censored]s. Now i dont know when i will be returning that tshirt or i have to bear the pain.

    3) In the same i ordered one shoes as well but that shoes is okay (Thank God) but the packet of the shoes was totally teared off.

    Note: All the customer really dont have much time thats why they are going for online shopping. If this kind of issue persist then what will be the faith and motive?? We really dont have much time for returning? if i am arranging time for the same then also i am facing issue like photo of defective piece to be send to customer which is no where written in your policy. Dont hide thing.

    And trust me this also i am taking hard time out to write such a lengthy description.

    I buy a shoe on mytra the brand calle fentcia instead that I got a duplicate named box that stickered fentcia and about 2 weak it got damaged

      Hello, I've ordered 2 items on myntra order no.[protected] which of was to be delivered today but it wasn't delivered today. I have a programme today but you've not delivered to day . The items are to be used today but I've not attend the programme since you've not delivered it. They tracking details says it is at Guwahati hub and it has been stuck there since date 18 . Please make it deliver in a day or two . I've postponed my programme for two days . And I've also ordered an item[protected] on date 21 . Please make that deliver in time .

        I had ordered a footwear from Myntra on 2nd Oct and it was a prepaid order. On tracking my order I could see that it was in my area jurisdiction on 4th oct. But then I never received the product. By 14th I had called their support, sent email to them, tweeted also but the response I would get only after few days. Finally on 21oct I got a message that the product has been returned coz of address issues which I was surprised as I have earlier also placed order on the same address. Now the problem is that support is not ready to help and just saying sorry for inconvenience. And on top of that they are giving me arsenal 400 coupon which I'll be able to use on Rs 1000 shopping. After such a bad experience why Am I obliged to do a shopping with them.

        I need a monetary compensation from Myntra as the support 1st time was not at all listening and taking taking like wait for 3/4 days, or else we can not do anything else

        Want to take this with higher authorities

            I had ordered one white tshirt from H.E. By Mango in July from Myntra. This product was returned by me during the valid return period and return id 15401963. The return was picked up Delhivery courier as informed by myntra and I received pick up receipt (attached herewith) mentioning the return id. Till date, myntra has not processed my refund. I escalated the matter to Myntra. They say that they cant issue refund because they have not received the product to which I objected. They asked me for a proof for return in response to which I shared photocopy of pick receipt. Despite the same, they have declined my refund request saying that they have not received the product. I objected to it saying that the product misplaced by courier agency or at mynta warehouse or wherever is not responsibility. I have submitted proof of returning the product. They keep on maintaining their stance that irrespective of proof of return submitted, since they did not receive the product they will not issue refund. They also said that I may not have returned the product to courier agency in response to which I asked that then why courier agency would give me pick up / return receipt. So practically what they are indirectly saying is responsibility of courier agency's returning the product to myntra is that of customer and if courier agency or myntra warehouse staff steals that product then it is basically customer's loss. Here the product was Rs 1000 off but imagine if we order a very expensive product and if it gets misplaced in myntra's return chain then basically consumers will have to bear the loss as they would not issue refund. This is very scary and totally unacceptable and should be resolved.

              I ordered a U.S. Polo Assn.White & Blue Checked Tailored Fit Casual Shirt to gift it to a friend on his b'day. Same was received to him & when on his b'day i saw him wearing i was shocked. The colour which i ordered & the product delivered was totally different. Such a huge variation in the display & actual product received. Kindly look into the matter 7 exchange the product with the actual colour asap

              During the 50-80% sale ( 3rd to 8th July ) on Myntra I ordered a black crop top by Athena . It cost me 899 and I was able to save 600 bucks. And yesterday I received the wrong colour ( purple ) . Now if I try to return this and order the black one again it costs me more ( 959 bucks )because the sale is over.
              I want this product with black colour and same price asap

                I have placed an order on 6th oct i get acknowledge that i would get order deliver till 18 oct. I have not got my order till 21 oct n when i asked myntra customer care then they said we made 3 attempts for delivery but your premise was closed. Myntra didn't try to deliver my order. I have not got any call from delivery team nothing information from myntra side. Myntra is just making people fool.

                    I placed the order with Myntra on 21st August 2016 ( order no:[protected]

                    Myntra was delivered on 28th August 2016

                    I raised a return request with Myntra on 01st September 2016 (return ID[protected]

                    Item was picked up by Myntra ( delhivery ) on 19th September 2016

                    When I called Myntra customer care and raised the issue that I haven’t received my refund, they sent me a mail on 02nd October 2016 asking for my bank information.

                    I replied on 05th October 2016 with Bank Information and got an acknowledgement E mail from Myntra confirming that they have received the details and quote “I can assure you that our team will get back to you with an update within 1 business day”

                    Since nothing happened after that, I sent a reminder to Myntra on 10th October 2016

                    Myntra acknowledged the E mail and sent me a confirmation that the issue would be cleared within 1 business day.
                    On 13th October 2016, I sent them an E mail and contacted their customer care executive, who assured me that at any cost I would get the payment by 17th October 2016

                    But nothing has happened so far and Myntra haven’t even bothered to contact me to tell me why this is so.

                    The saddest part is the I still messages saying that my Item will be picked up soon which means that as per Myntra records, my item is yet to be picked up whereas in reality it was already done on 19th September 2016

                      We ordered a sweater of size M but they have delived size L. (We hadnot checked label) When I wore it, it was loose. So we simply initiated exchange for one size lower ie. Size S thinking we would have recieved size we have ordered (size M). The exchange person gave the S size and went off. but after some time he called up saying that he has received is size L, so he will not exchange it & took back.

                      We then tried writing a mail to mynthra but couldnt as there is no emsil-id. So we made an STD call explained for 25minutes wasting money and made the person called Naveen understand the problem. He apologised for the wrong size delivery.
                      He said within two days we will get the exchange done the size originally ordered that is size M. its been 15 days but there has been no response. We r not even able to reinitiate in their website.
                      We dont know how to get this resolved.
                      No proper method of customer service. Pls help

                          Myntra is using a worst courier service. Its been 6 oct 2016 i had place my order but now its 16oct but not yet received my order. Its already dispatched. They hav given my order to a courier service name IL n a tracking id but i have never heard about this courier service. There is no message or call from the courier service. Myntra should ship product through popular services like Bluedart, Fedex, Gogovas, etc

                                I had an exchange from myntra which arrived on 14/10/2016.
                                Courier Name:Myntra Logistics
                                Tracking No.:ML[protected]

                                The address entered from my end was mistaken as 110 instead of 1105. The delivery person reached my building, and when he asked the security guard he was informed about my right address, since there is no flat number 110, yet he called me and started yelling that I've entered wrong address and was saying "Ek toh phone kar k puch raha hu toh bhi natak hai".

                                When he arrived at the doorstep, my mother(age 60) was the one who returned the top and then he said khol k dikhao packet which is definitely not our job to do, the item is to be checked by the pickup person. Then he started yelling at her for providing wrong address to which she said, even if it was a wrong flat number you got to know when you came down but he won't stop.

                                Then I had to encounter him n I had to raise my voice for he was creating a scene outside my house. When I told him give me the parcel, he said "nahi dega jake pickup daal", to which I said I've paid money n I will take it Don't act smart. He further said nahi dega n almost threw away the return pickup I had given him instead of exchange because he said ur address is wrong go put a right one. Sadly, I had to take it from his hand since he was not ready to give it to me.

                                Such are the nuissance of myntra delivery person. This never happened before ever from myntra and this guy was not even the person myntra had messaged about. He was some other person than the person I was informed about. There is no safety for customers from myntra, and when I reached them the customer care executive only said WE ARE SORRY. Disgusting company and it's employees.

                                  I ordered a varanga white printed kurta, order no.[protected]. Instead of that they send me a magenta kurta. After that i raised a return request for wrong delivery of item then their courier boy came and said as the product is different we cannot take back. After that when i contacted their complaint cell they refused to take that back saying that they have delivered the right product. I don't understand why would i have problem if they would have delivered the right product and what they think o[censored]s before saying that we have delivered right product. Does they meant that i have replaced it with my other kurta and now complaining to take back. I just want they resolve the issue, take back their wrong product and refund my money.

                                    I want to say that the behaviour of myntra.com local executive his name is Navneet and contact no. is [protected] in Gwalior is very pathetic he doesn't want to deliver the item 3-4 days ago he called me to deliver my item by chance I missed that after that I called him continuesly up to 3 days but he didn't pick my call and returned that item I needed that badly and today only he called me again to deliver my new item and ask that you want the item or not this is not a good attitude..I want to complaint against him.
                                    Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
