Hi, I have not received my order from Myntra, but the status is showing it is delivered. Upon several complaints to customer care there is no action taken from Myntra. It's 7 days now we have been waiting for the delivery. Based on the feedback from customer care that there is signature from the customer - it seems the delivery boy did a false signature to update the status as delivered.

I ordered a product several times and paying for the same thing, but every time the delivery boy is saying the customer is denying to take the order. Since even i am not getting any calls from any one. I tried calling myntra but the customer care executive is saying we can not help you in that. So be aware of these things before placing any oder. Myntra the sucking service provider. My mobile number-[protected].

My order no.[protected]-9795901 which i ordered on 26 december 2018 but after expected delivery date of order it got canceled from their side and when i ask them in support section they tell that our delivery boy called you many times but i don't pickup phone but real is that i don't recieve call from their side . And this is ordered at a price of 1532 rs. but later after few days it goes to 2500+rs. what should i do now?

I have mistakely added money to myntra credit.
So i want to that money to be refunded to my bank account. For some emergency reasons i badly want all the myntra credit in my account that i have wrongly added. So please do something so that i could get my money back.
So i would like you to help me in this matter because i need my money which is wrongly stored in myntra credit.

The pickup agent is not responding and it has been days since i have been receiving notifications that pickup will be made today. I made the return request on 3rd jan 2019. It was supposed to be picked up by 10th jan 2019. The vontact no. Of the agent is swiched off and i dont know what to do. My order id is[protected]-8819603. Please resolve this problem as soon as possible because this is causibg me alot of stress.

I had ordered online on myntra for romee maroon & blue solid ac room 150 gsm reversible double bed comforter. They had delivered on my address on 08.01.2019 and the same day i processed for return the items online due to the poor fabric. They had delivered the item at my address and now for return they are saying self ship means i have to ship to myntra return processing centre after that refund will be processed. This is totally...

I had ordered navy blue printed a-line kurta from myntra on 22 december 2018and the date of the delivery was almost 2 nd january 2019 but it hasn't arrived yet. I ordered that to gift someone and now the date is even gone. So just give me the confirmation so that i cancel the order because it's been a long time now. Also i had to wait for more than 5 minutes just to get on the line with customer support but still nothing.

I am jaswanth. I placed an order of shirt worth 1472 rs/- and order number is[protected]-6380603.
I didnt get fit in the shirt i ordered so, i placed a return of that shirt.
Since 10days no one came to pick up the order. Now customer care is also not responding not even lifting the calls since 3 days, what kind of company is this?
Not even lifting calls, please take action against this problem.

My return item no. Is [protected]. Item has been picked up on 7th jan 2019 by myntra executive and it has been checked by the executive.
But till now nothing has been initiated regarding refund process. I have been mail twice regarding the issue. Pls kindly initiated the refund item as soon as possible.
I have requested to initiated in my myntra credit. Kindly consider on my issue.

I had ordered kids thermal sets with order no.[protected]-3672901 and[protected]-0852103 from myntra on 25/11/2018 of amount₹418.95 each and returned them on 10/12/2018 due to small size. I had received email with return no.[protected] and [protected] the same day saying refund processed to source i. E. Bank, but till date i have not received refund for both returns. I contacted myntra team via phone and they told me to send my bank account statement showing no refund by them which i did on 29/12/2018 and again called them enquiring about refund, they said that refund had been processed on 10/12/2018 by them with transaction no.[protected] and told me to file dispute at my bank pnb through the dispute filing link sent by them which i did with complaint no.[protected] on 4/1/2019 and received feedback from bank in return on 9/1/2019 to contact myntra as they are not able to locate any refund from them. On contacting them by email and messenger they completely ignored me and did not revert back to me, hence i called their customer care no. Who declined to help me saying they have already processed refund inspire the fact i told them my bank has is unable to locate any refund from myntra. Please help me get my refund back. On 31st of january i placed an order on myntra of wings chrome wireless earphone. The order id is[protected]-5543303.
On 3 jan at 1:41 am, i received a message on my phone that it was delivered which i haven't received. The next morning i called the delivery boy (His number = [protected]) to ask about it and he said that he put my package as delivered by mistake and he will deliver it by the next day. The next day i called and then he said he couldn't find the package in the warehouse and i should complain to myntra about it.
On 5th of jan, i complained to myntra about it and they said they will resolve my issue in 24-48 days. On 7th of jan, i called again, and again they said that will resolve in next 24-48 hrs. On 9th of jan, when i called them again, they said they inquired about it and come to the conclusion that it was delivered and they said they are sorry about it. So that's what i get for my money, a sorry?

I ordered a product on myntra.com] order no:[protected]-8875303. On 04 jan 19, i got a message from myntra that the agent will deliver my product today and the the agent's phone number and name was also there. Next day on 05 jan 19 the updates received from myntra that the ordered is undelivered and the reason mentioned that the costumer refused. But in fact no one called on the registered mobile. I called him number of times but not responded. Again i received an update of apology for late delivery (Last date 07 jan 19) and stating that the order will be delivered as soon as possible. Till todate nothing has been delivered and now on website in track orders it is mentioned that the product has been returned to the origin. Did i make a mistake by paying online in advance? This is my very first and worst experience with myntra ever.

I recived item from myntra in december 26th date but the item is large size after two days u request to myntra for the exchange item and the order is placed after 6 days i got a messege from myntra in this messege shown out for delivery item but i have not recived any call from ekart service after 2 p. M i got a mail in that mail the item is delivered, at the same time i opened my myntra account and went to my orders in that also shown item is delivered

I had ordered a pair of earrings from myntra and received a totally different product delivered.

Immediately when I requested for exchange to get the right product, the myntra designated person who came to collect the earrings refused exchange claiming that the product code do not match.

But just to clarify that if a totally different product was delivered then how will the product code match the ordered product.
I also lodged a complaint with myntra with no response.

Now on[protected], i got a message from myntra that the agent will deliver my product today and the the agent's phone number was also there, i called him he was not ready to answer me properly and hung up on me, then he didn't deliver me the product on that day. Please note

I received 3 items on 17th or18th dec with order number order no:[protected]-0728703. (All 3 items in the same package)

I placed return request for all 3 and i received a text msg to return all 3 in the same pack.

As 19th i was out of station, i told my watchman security to handover return courier to the myntra return personnel (I also communicated to the myntra personnel over phone).

But somewhere there was a miscommunication and instead of returning 1 item i have returned all 3 items to the myntra personnel (Wrong pick up of retuen items)

I have raised compliant regarding the same. Now i have recied refund of only one item (Van heusen woman, women black regular fit solid regular trousers, size: 30) and not for the other 2 items (Van heusen woman, women black regular fit solid regular trousers, size: 32 and vero moda
Women black solid front open smart casual blazer, size: s)

Kindly process the refund request for other

Dear sir, i had requsted for return, it was placed successfully. Surprisingly after two days it was showing return request cancelled. After contact with customer care the same was again placed.
With regard to my same order, the third product was jack and jone t shirt, it was cancelled by myntra from their end without informing me same. And saying please give order once again. I need the same with same rate and same size without giving fresh order.
Kindly resolve the issue immediately.

My order status was showing as returned to origin since 20 days but i didn’t get call from delivery agent on the delivery date. When i called the response was the shipment was returned due to some issue which he didn’t cleared.

And above all the customer service was horrible i couldn’t even reach out to myntra on phone it’s always busy and there is no email id to reach out

I have two issues.
1st - i had ordered a tommy hilfigher jacket and puma shoes on 22nd dec 2018 which was supposed to be delivered by 26th dec however i still didn't receive any notification.

2nd - i had ordered a being human sweatshirt on 27th dec and now i am receiving email that the ordered has been returned to origin however noone contacted me or came to deliver the product.

Myntra didn't even bother to inform me any uodate regarding the order, terrible service!!!
