I have orders a kurti and a suit set on 27/4/2016 Wednesday of Rs 1646.25, sir dupatta shown in the display of the item was missing in my order and when I told them that I am returning this because of incomplete things in the order they refuse to take the return of the suit set .My order no. is[protected] and my return no. 13471352. Please look into my complaint.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 22nd April, i ordered few items and made online payment but after 3 hours I cancelled that order . I'm still waiting for my money .

    Hello,
    I had placed my order on 29th April for two items and I received an sms saying that my order has been updated to next day delivery. So I very happily waited the entire day on 30th April (till midnight) but I didn't even receive a call from any courier guy/ myntra customer care about the status of my order. In the track section o[censored]r website, it says it will be delivered by 30th April even right now (no real time updating)
    So I'm highly disappointed with the way you people work with no discipline and no customer regard.

    I ordered a pair of jeans on Jan 4, 2016. I wore it just once and since it was a ragged jeans, it started tearing up badly from the rags near the knees on both the sides. For reference I am providing the order no.[protected]. Same got delivered on Jan 7, 2016. I want a complete refund.

      I purchased a Puma hoes from Myntra, and i am not comfortable to bear it, wanted to return it, but myntra's customer care service told me that shoes is used and they unable to return their product.

        I ordered a shoe whose order id[protected] is shoe was too small I returned the item now myntra is telling I used the product they are not going to refund fraud company I will going to file legal case against you .they kept products for almost 15 days pick up done on 16 April still waiting for my hard money I had word with police officer they suggested to file case in cyber crime

          Product with incorrect size delivered. Raised return request, no one has picked up the parcel in two weeks now and the request still shows queued at the website. The compnay has not attempted to contact in 2 weeks and not refunded the amount in my account yet. The product states 30 days return and I am not sure what If that is missed by them, would there be more time given by the company. Will my refund really get processed.

          Not sure what the company is planning about my refund.

            Myntra took 5 days to deliver my order, after reaching near by me, I got a message PIC it up at that day @7:00 PM or before, but the delivery boy haven't called me later I got a message from that fails to deliver and they have rescheduled to next day.. But even days the same thing happened... I got this 'rescheduled message from myntra for next 2 days'later they have returned my product. With our my informing to me...

              The product is defective so placed an exchange order on myntra, spent more dan expected time sent emails, finally after a long time delivery agent came with the product at a very inconvinient time and asked to send the approval email to him for which i refused. It makes no sense for me to do all this. Coz myntra shud do dat already. Pankaj bhise the delivery man was rude to me coz i dint send email. Now i called customer care spoke with soujanya who said i cant expect mr bhise to knw all the procedure. And now the product is out of stock. Very unhappy with overall services.

                I ordered Nike Men White Air Pernix Leather Training Shoes (size 10) but i received size 11 and product is not up to quality, so I requested for return on 17th Aug and product was picked on 19th Aug. They said I will be receiving my payment back in 3 business days. After 3 days I tried reaching Customer care on call to know the status of my payment, they said they need another 2 days for processing. Again after 2 days I dropped an email to cross check my payment status, now they are asking for 3 business days. No one is serious in returning the payment. Every time they are asking for excuses, putting blame on other team and delaying the payment.

                I seriously regret buying product in myntra and people are not responsive and the worst online service.

                I still didn't receive my payment yet. Solve this ASAP

                  I order a product of Rs 1529 on[protected] but the amount got debited but my order got failed. So I mail on their support regarding this issue and they told me your process of refund has been forwarded. So today i.e[protected] they are telling me that they have not received any amount so we can't refund.
                  I have my bank statement and screenshot of statement has been send to them.
                  So please help me on this

                  I purchased a black shirt which was defective and color shade also damp . . When complaint about return n refund, the Customer care were irresponsible no perfect response kept my call waiting for hours . . Such a bad service flipkart and snapdeal are the best in customer service . .

                    Myntra provide refund option but harasses the customer when they demand for refund. I placed a refund request on 30th March when I din get any response I called up on the 11th day they are saying my product has failed quality test and I did not get any information regarding they until I didn't call them they told me price tag is missing then I sent a picture of the product I received saying that there was not price tag when I received it they told me wait for 4days it will be done when I called up on the 4th day they told me wait for more 4 days now they are telling me box is missing and I can't get my money back the value is almost 2400 they are lying saying I didn't give the box back. First they told me price tag is missing now they saying box is missing they giving me different answers which doesn't make sense because after returning the product and asking fr refund I ordered another product which is double the value of the first why will I not give the box back it completely doesn't make sense. Myntra are cheaters providing different answers to why my product was declined and refusing my product for reason please help me out since this is really a high value spent and I require my refund myntra are putting all false blame on me and not providing with accurate solution

                      I had tried placing an order on both the dates mentioned above and on both days the payment process was not successful. However, on both the dates the amount was deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed.

                      April 10 - Rs. 1129
                      April 12 - Rs. 1556

                      On April 12th, I was told by the customer care executive as per protocol they "normally" request the customer to wait for 48 hours and since that time has passed for the amount that was deducted on Apriil 10th and that she would be putting in a complaint regarding that. For the amount that was deducted on April 12, I was asked to wait for 48 hours and then Myntra would put in a request for refund.

                      Today is April 19 and according to their customer care executive Neha the request for a refund for the amount has not even been initiated. They have no idea why. The Escalation Supervisor, Mr. Akhil, said that if they are informed that the issue has not been resolved, then they handle those cases on priority bases. It has been one week since April 12, they do not even know the details as to why the refund has not been initiated. On being asked for a valid reason as to why the refund has not been initiated all Mr. Akhil had to say was that he would have to check with the finance team. Is the customer supposed to remind them to do that? Is the customer supposed to remind them to look into the matter? Is the customer supposed to keep getting after Myntra just because their money is stuck? Way to go, Myntra!

                      I just want my money back.

                        Cheap quality nike shoes bought through myntra 5 months back. It has torned in a few places. Nike shoes have a waranty on their shoes. I tried claiming the waranty through nike and myntra but don't have denied any help in the matter. I bought through myntra with a 20% discount coupon. Myntra are claiming that as i used a discount coupon, i can't claim waranty. When i spoke with nike, they are surprised that i got such a big discount on the shoe and are not willing to help with the waranty. Nike not even willing to coordinate with myntra [their product seller] to resolve the issue. I am submitting this information to consumer complaint forums and i recommend everyone not to buy from myntra and nike, horible service and no help. Myntra order number : 95551282.

                          I ordered 20 items from myntra in two orders on 8th april and haven't yet received full items.

                          The packet which came on 11th april evening had only highlander burgundy colored shirt and bill with it says two items highlander blue shirt too which is not in it.

                          The other packet which came on 12th april morning says four items and independence red blue shirt is not in it.

                          Its been a week now but they haven't yet provided any solution in spite of the fact that its a prepaid order.

                          Same happened with limeroad.com but they delivered the packet within 48 hours.

                          I need delivery of missing products with due compensation.

                          myntra is not returning my money, they have my approx. rs 1500, and they blocked my account too, and they are blackmailing me NOC, they cancelled my several order too and they are not following easy return and easy cancellations policy, they are just robbing my money,
                          Supernova006 - They have blocked my account too and even after it they told me that they have processed the refund of one out of two products on 22nd April as a goodwill but i have not received it yet in my bank a/c.

                          I am planning to write to RBI and file a case in consumer court. I have seen and read many complaints against them on social media, so if you know some other people too facing harassment due to them, then contact me asap.

                            The consignment was supposed to be delivered on 15th april. I did not received any. Yet i waited for it thinking a delay. On 17th i came to know that the order got cancelled and the consignment was sent back to it's origin, though i never cancelled it.
                            Now i am unable to find the consignment on the same prize and size. This incident is so frustrating. I can understand the delay but how can you cancel it.

                            I want the consignment back on the same price and same size. Please do the needful.

                                  I had purchased puma sports sandals on 3/1/16 from myntra from the account linked with the mail-"[protected]@gmail.com" and as the size was not proper i returned them. They had generated the refund on 25/1/16 but i haven't received it yet. The order id is[protected]
                                  I have called it's customer service for like 12-15 times over this issue and everytime i call them, they ask me to wait for 3-5 business working days and just procrastinate the issue.
                                  I had done the payment from mobikwik ewallet linked with mail-"h.[protected]@yahoo.In" and mobile no- [protected].
                                  I got a mail from myntra stating that the refund is generated in mobikwik wallet linked with mail-"h.[protected]@yahoo.In" which is different from mine.
                                  And they say that the refund is generated in the same mobikwik account from which payment was done .
                                  I claim a total 1568 from myntra of which rs 868 amounts the sandals price additionally rs 200 spent on mobile bill for calling them and rs 500 for causing mental torture and wasting time.
                                  I've attached proper proof as well for your reference.

                                    I ordered a product (T-shirt) through myntra.com on 9th of april, 2016. Unfortunately, the payment was made but the order was not placed. After following up with the customer care team, it was communicated to me that the confirmation of receipt of payment will be given with 48 hour of order. Further, if the payment has been received then the order will be placed automatically.

                                    Myntra is keeping orders on hold without any reason. Need to call them to make it done every time.
                                    Now they have blocked my account without informing me when ~900rs cash is there.

                                    When i called them they said because i had returned some orders in past, that's why they have done this.
                                    Wth! I just used their "return item" feature. And it was not that i returned everything what i purchased. Yes, i did shopping alot recently from there. If i purchased 10 items, i returned 3-4 out of them and kept 6 items. What's wrong in that???
