I have ordered pink tunic and white dress o[censored] & f brand return request is created pink tunic was returned and white dress has not yet picked up from 10 days customer executive told return will be done but not yet return has been created being 15 days additional to that my pink tunic is failed quality taste giving a bull reason that aroma is coming from cloth my money has been wasted myntra service is of cheapest quality i request all dont buy anything from myntra

I hd ordered a top on 6th may 2016 through google online and received da product on 13th may. The top whc i hd ordered dint fit me so i tried to return it. I followed da instructions and if i go to my orders it shows no orders no returns. Am fed up with dis. Even i ve called customer care number even it says da same thing and i don't know wat to do. I have ordered a pack of 2 polo tshirt from myntra on 21 april 2016 and was delivered on 27 april 2016. But the size was not right. The order number is[protected]. So i registered a return on myntra but they did no come for pick up even after the pick up date, 8 may 2016. So i called myntra and i said this matter and they said that they will arrange a pick up within 2-3 days but there was no response from them and they did not come for a pickup. So i called them 2 or 3 times after this and they said the same thing but they did not come. Now the return date is going to end. Now i have lost my trust in myntra. So now i ask you to come to my address a pick up my item and refund it

On 2nd may i purchased using myntra.com online shopping 4 items, these 4 items clothing t shirts and trousers
Since i did not like three products i wanted to return those back to myntra, i followed the generating return id on myntra app and sent these three items in a courier dtdc having tracking id z89094403 on 6th may 2016

All these packets were send together in one courier costing me rs 180 and having tracking number z89094403 by dtdc


The two cloths have been accepted but one cloth is not accepted yet and showing in transit but since they are all sent together it has reached myntra already

Please update all the clothes status and also please credit my courier charge into my myntra account

I ordered the roadster blue skinny fit jeans worth rs.576 from myntra.com My order no. was[protected]. it reached to me on 11th may, 2016.

It had the fitting issues below the knee and also the button of jeans was broken. It had 30 days return policy. So I did the procedure of returning this jeans on 12th may, 2016. The return no. Is 13765248. The man from mytra came on 13th may, 2016 and told that you have to mail the photos of the jeans to this mail ID ([protected]@myntra.com) and then return order will be generated again. So I sent the photo of the jeans on 13th may, 2016. In reply the sent me the mail that one of the myntra team member will contact you in 24 hours. But still no one has contacted me. I read the customers reviews on returning the products which are not gud. so I am afraid that after long time they will deny to take back the jeans. After 30 days they would surely deny. So please help me.

With changing consumer buying trends, all the online retailers aim to serve customers as that's how they tag or position themselves and when they fail to do so, they conveniently cover up by blaming customers!!well by doing so they don't realize they are not just losing a loyal customer but hampering their image as well.
I am shocked rather amused with the way myntra has handled my issue! I ordered a product which was not at par in terms of quality, print. Upon making a return request, the delivery guy inspected the product with all tags(as that is what any customer will do-ensuring the product is returned unused and in proper condition).after few days, the product comes back to me stating I have used it!!and to my surprise this time product has no tags, no barcode.Lolzz
While raising the issue, Myntra team has stopped themselves from understanding my genuineness and top of it have shipped back my product with no refund. Leaving the customer dissatisfied, they have even closed the issue in their system!
Well guys, m being cheated.be careful next time you order anything from Myntra.as they themselves have no control over their supply chain and vendor management.

I have ordered a pair of Adidas sandals. Myntra has delivered the damaged piece. The buckle was broken and the sole looked like a used one. I immediately requested for return. The pickup guy did not take back the sandals. He instead asked me to send an email to the customer support team with the attached images of the damaged sandals. I agreed and sent the images accordingly. Now, the team declined the request and says that we have used and returning the product. These sandals were ordered for my brother who stays in the US. There is no change for us to use the product. The sandals are worth of RS.2, 200.

I am very much disappointed for the way Myntra is dealing with the customer trust and experience.

I want Myntra to payback the amount charged on the sandals

I have NOT got the refund of Rs. 798, order number[protected].
this refund is pending since March 23rd, 2016. The customer care does not care enough, everytime I send and email they send an email saying "we will update in 7 days".
They hold customer money unfairly for 2 months, even after the product has been returned. D not use Myntra. Total harassment and waste of time and money.

I have bout two shirts of size 38. One of them is Numero Uno shirt size 38 which I want to exchange with size 40 which is available as detailed in their website. However, I am unable to process through apps. The Order No. is[protected]. I have tried several times on Myntra Apps which is downloaded on my moblie. However, return feature is not working. Therefore, it is requested that the matter may be sorted out immediately.

I have orders a kurti and a suit set on 27/4/2016 Wednesday of Rs 1646.25, sir dupatta shown in the display of the item was missing in my order and when I told them that I am returning this because of incomplete things in the order they refuse to take the return of the suit set .My order no. is[protected] and my return no. 13471352. I had placed my order on 29th April for two items and I received an sms saying that my order has been updated to next day delivery. So I very happily waited the entire day on 30th April (till midnight) but I didn't even receive a call from any courier guy/ myntra customer care about the status of my order. In the track section o[censored]r website, it says it will be delivered by 30th April even right now (no real time updating)
So I'm highly disappointed with the way you people work with no discipline and no customer regard.

I purchased a Puma hoes from Myntra, and i am not comfortable to bear it, wanted to return it, but myntra's customer care service told me that shoes is used and they unable to return their product.

I ordered a shoe whose order id[protected] is shoe was too small I returned the item now myntra is telling I used the product they are not going to refund fraud company I will going to file legal case against you .they kept products for almost 15 days pick up done on 16 April still waiting for my hard money I had word with police officer they suggested to file case in cyber crime

Product with incorrect size delivered. Raised return request, no one has picked up the parcel in two weeks now and the request still shows queued at the website. The compnay has not attempted to contact in 2 weeks and not refunded the amount in my account yet. The product states 30 days return and I am not sure what If that is missed by them, would there be more time given by the company. Will my refund really get processed.

Not sure what the company is planning about my refund.

Myntra took 5 days to deliver my order, after reaching near by me, I got a message PIC it up at that day @7:00 PM or before, but the delivery boy haven't called me later I got a message from that fails to deliver and they have rescheduled to next day.. But even days the same thing happened... I got this 'rescheduled message from myntra for next 2 days'later they have returned my product. With our my informing to me...

The product is defective so placed an exchange order on myntra, spent more dan expected time sent emails, finally after a long time delivery agent came with the product at a very inconvinient time and asked to send the approval email to him for which i refused. It makes no sense for me to do all this. Coz myntra shud do dat already. Pankaj bhise the delivery man was rude to me coz i dint send email. Now i called customer care spoke with soujanya who said i cant expect mr bhise to knw all the procedure. And now the product is out of stock. Very unhappy with overall services.

I ordered Nike Men White Air Pernix Leather Training Shoes (size 10) but i received size 11 and product is not up to quality, so I requested for return on 17th Aug and product was picked on 19th Aug. They said I will be receiving my payment back in 3 business days. After 3 days I tried reaching Customer care on call to know the status of my payment, they said they need another 2 days for processing. Again after 2 days I dropped an email to cross check my payment status, now they are asking for 3 business days. No one is serious in returning the payment. Every time they are asking for excuses, putting blame on other team and delaying the payment.

I seriously regret buying product in myntra and people are not responsive and the worst online service.

I still didn't receive my payment yet. Solve this ASAP

I order a product of Rs 1529 on[protected] but the amount got debited but my order got failed. So I mail on their support regarding this issue and they told me your process of refund has been forwarded. So today i.e[protected] they are telling me that they have not received any amount so we can't refund.
I have my bank statement and screenshot of statement has been send to them.

Myntra provide refund option but harasses the customer when they demand for refund. I placed a refund request on 30th March when I din get any response I called up on the 11th day they are saying my product has failed quality test and I did not get any information regarding they until I didn't call them they told me price tag is missing then I sent a picture of the product I received saying that there was not price tag when I received it they told me wait for 4days it will be done when I called up on the 4th day they told me wait for more 4 days now they are telling me box is missing and I can't get my money back the value is almost 2400 they are lying saying I didn't give the box back. First they told me price tag is missing now they saying box is missing they giving me different answers which doesn't make sense because after returning the product and asking fr refund I ordered another product which is double the value of the first why will I not give the box back it completely doesn't make sense. Myntra are cheaters providing different answers to why my product was declined and refusing my product for reason please help me out since this is really a high value spent and I require my refund myntra are putting all false blame on me and not providing with accurate solution

Date - April 10 and April 12

I had tried placing an order on both the dates mentioned above and on both days the payment process was not successful. However, on both the dates the amount was deducted from my bank account and the order was not placed.

April 10 - Rs. 1129
April 12 - Rs. 1556

On April 12th, I was told by the customer care executive as per protocol they "normally" request the customer to wait for 48 hours and since that time has passed for the amount that was deducted on Apriil 10th and that she would be putting in a complaint regarding that. For the amount that was deducted on April 12, I was asked to wait for 48 hours and then Myntra would put in a request for refund.

Today is April 19 and according to their customer care executive Neha the request for a refund for the amount has not even been initiated. They have no idea why. The Escalation Supervisor, Mr. Akhil, said that if they are informed that the issue has not been resolved, then they handle those cases on priority bases. It has been one week since April 12, they do not even know the details as to why the refund has not been initiated. On being asked for a valid reason as to why the refund has not been initiated all Mr. Akhil had to say was that he would have to check with the finance team. Is the customer supposed to remind them to do that? Is the customer supposed to remind them to look into the matter? Is the customer supposed to keep getting after Myntra just because their money is stuck? Way to go, Myntra!

I just want my money back.
