[Resolved] Myntra.com — return of product

I have returned a product with return ID 1687048 for my order no. 16220538. I sent the shipment through speed post of india postal service, and tracking number is EM[protected]IN. The india postal service website indicates that the product was delivered on 27 Jun 14, but the myntra website shows that they have not recived the shipment till date. I tried calling and emailing the customer care several but every time they say that they have not recieved the product. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

The same thing is happening with me.Even after providing proof of delivery they are acting as jerks.Do you wish to complain ahead in consumer forum?
Apparently, they do it to a lot of people and need to be taught a lesson

I buy a denial clain watch in Dec 2014. But the product has some manufactureing defect. The myntra team only send me apology mails. But do not help me to sort out the issue. And same done by denial klain team. So please do needfull.

I had eshopped one suit for my mother which to gift her on mothers days, which she requested to return as colours she didnt like . I filed a return request ID 4781777 and due to lack of her knowledge somehow she lost the poly plastic bag in which the suit was packed. The courier man refused to take it back again i requested customer care...they also refused .The product...the tags were intact still my product was just for polythene pack was refused.
Its really sad ..the company like you reacted like this . When we the youngsters ordered something for our parents they may not be aware of the policies...it doesnt mean what ur man has done..
