I have ordered peter england sweater on 5 jan 2014 and order id is 70935259, I have received the parcel on 7 jan but i am not satisfied with the product so at the same day I have desided to return the product and I got return id i.e 3354076 but the thing is every day I am getting msg like today our courier boy will take the parcel from ur side but still now the courier boy manjunath([protected]) is not willing to take the parcel return if I call him he is using abused words(unparliamentry language) and he is not responding properly, pls take the action on him and pls take the parcel return other wise I drag ur company myntra to consumer court.

dielvery boy refuse to deliver my order at home
delivery boy refuse to deliver my order at home. i m working person and cant answer my phone. he call me and just pospond delivery and did bed behave with my wife and totally refuse to come home . he said take ur order from outside or i will cancel it.
The delivery boy only call one at 11:49 and disconnected the call next thing was I called him at 11:50 and from then is phone was unreachable then I call him when I checked my order was cancelled so he said he can't deliver the order and from then I have been calling him to ask why he is not receiving my call I mean what kind of service is this I want my product delivered hr can atleast called two times he even didn't tried to find the home for delivery I want strictl action on this
Hi Myntra team,
I got this irritating delivery boy who comes around 10:00 am providing an early delivery, when I wanted to swipe my card he refuses and requested him to come later so that I can provide cash, he refuses and behaves very rude. Being a regular customer of mantra was shocked by his rude behavior. Please do not hire these kind of boys who dont have any manners. Now I am not interested in getting my delivery just because of the bad behavior.
My recent order has been cancelled as the delivery boy showed an irresponsible behavior. He made me wait for 2 hour on the road and came after 2 hours and I called him so many times and he was like ma'am I will be there in 5 minutes. And that was the reason I refused to take the product. And they don't delivery at the given address they resume to deliver there and I have to go 1km away from my home .. I am really disappointed with the delivery service and the delivery boys are pathetic.

The delivery date that u people are showing me on the app of you're . Does it really mean something because the delivery guys are running the Myntra themselves and they are deciding themselves that whether or not my product will be delivered. This Ecom service u people are using, they are not delivering the parcel on the specified date on the app and making excuses like It has been late today and maybe I can deliver it tomorrow or day after tomorrow. 'Maybe' if this is how ur employees are gonna talk then I don't think Myntra has any future. The Ecom pin of the order is Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN [protected] will deliver your MYNTRA AwB [protected] today. Rs 712.0 payable. This is the whole message and when I called his phone number it was switched off.
Hello Team,

I have ordered alot of things from Myntra with delivery charges as well.
But whenever the delivery boy comes to deliver the parcel...he asks for money.

This is not fair...
If we want to give money while receiving parcel
Then why should we pay delivery charges while ordering.

My recent order MYNC[protected] has been rejected without my permission.You have to take a action against your delievery boy his calling number is [protected] .He rejected my order without my permission.He called me on 8 january & i said i'm out of town i am not able to pick now you will reattempt the delievery tomorrow but he rejected my order himself. and today on 9 january i again got a call from the same delievery boy he said your second courrier comes today come and pick up otherwise i cancel your this order too beacuse i was busy and i didn't get time to pick my previous order. what is this behaviour ?? I am really disppointed with your delievery boys. he is pathetic

Delivery called asked the route I explained he said he was there in the same locality and suddenly asked me that he will not be able to come today he will give it to me in the next morning and without telling cancelled the delivery I picked up his call it was prepaid already. I urgently need the order and myntra is saying they will resolve by 20jan 11jan issue was raised, suffrage due to delivery guy no help or call from myntra yet. Proof that I received the call in first attempt.
The delivery boy who is appointed to deliver in my address forcefully ask me to rate... If I don't take my phone down he takes my packet and gives me the product by saying we are aked to take the packet for the formality... He purposely takes the photo of my delivery messages again saying it's the formality to be done... And with the help of the link he himself give the rating... I feel very insecure with my privacy nd I m not going to tolerate this kind of behavior so better change my delivery boy and take actions against him... U can't force someone for rating... He also calls me with different number not with the number given in the message.. The delivery boy number is [protected]
I was not at home during the delivery of my product, so the delivery guy asked me to pay through google pay. I did the same but the amount got deducted from my account while it was still showing ‘payment processing’. And because the delivery guy had not received the payment, he did not deliver the product (fair enough). Next day when he came again to deliver the product, I paid him by cash. The previous payment was still showing ‘in process’. I thought I will get the deducted amount back in my account. But fee days later it showed that the payment has been successfully transferred to the delivery guy’s account. When I asked him to return the amount, he clearly refused. It has been 2 months I have called him multiple times but he has returned the amount yet.
Never expected such behaviour from Myntra’s employees. Please take a look into this matter. And try to hire decent guys for the delivery.

Just to bring to you notice that you guys deliver such genuine products then why is your delivery option so pathetic.
I have been complaining g to Myntra about one delivery guy named Raj who had 1st time come to deliver a product to me but even though he was just outside my locality he was refusing to enter inside inspite of frequent requests he denied & said “come & take it or I will cancel your order” he faked around saying he had a big vehicle & could not enter inside & I was in the middle of my work, as I went out rushing KY to find him he was seen chilling on his bike & showing me that ridiculous attitude. After having an argument with him he refused giving me my product & started his bike trying to go away. I had to grab my Parcel from him after which he was very abusive. I requested Myntra to not send this guy ever to deliver any of my parcels but unfortunately it seems Myntra does not take complaints strictly & the second time the same person arrived with the same fusses. I don't Myntra even took any action on him as he was still sounding the same way as he was before. I have to say that Myntra is gonna spoil it’s name very soon sake of such rude & pathetic delivery people they are hiring & seems no one is here to acknowledge our complaints too. So that day isn’t close enough.

    I am a very regular customer at Myntra and since a last few orders I am not satisfied with the quality. The quality of the tshirts have deteriorated and makes me feel you do not sell originals. Also the sizes that I buy at the showroom do not match with myntra sizes even though it is the same brand. For example if I go to a tommy showroom size S fits me perfect but when I ordered a tommy tshirt which I already have in a different shade. Size S was too small. Plus when I compared the cloth quality it was very poor. Similarly my last vero moda shirt cloth almost stretched double the size after a wash. I had only worn it once and now it's double my size. You can see in the picture that the tshirt is a M size but has stretched and looks like XL. Please do something about this. And I would like a refund as well, I am ready to click more pictures of the product and send as well. Stricter quality checks are required in myntra. Hope you take some action.

      order number:25258916 i have ordered a reversible jacket from myntra.com and received it on 24, December . I returned it on the same day ( return ID:3200382) .On 27, December i got conformation from myntra.com, that i will get my refund on within 3-4 days, however i have not got any refund amount in my account ( Rs. 1047.1/- ) I have been talking to the costumer care for almost every day, they tell me to wait for 24 hours every time, i have provided every needed info about my bank account, but still no action has been taken yet.

          Sat Jan 03 2015 Refund on cancellation of order[protected] I placed this order as a mistake in size from medium to small. The same with correct size has been ordered and shipped. I need my money back to my bank account soon 559Rs. Am a regular customer and satisfied with myntra. Don't want any cashback offers. Need my money back to my account. I have already raised a request the same day and again. But still no response from myntra.

                I have done my order on jan 3rd. Still jan 8th haven't got any update about my order.If i call customer care to get an update.They treat me like a beggar " Just wait for some time".Are you guys kidding me.If wont give a date when the order will be delivered or no information about it.                   I am trying to return an item purchased from Myntra.com. After registering my return request they asked me to ship the item to an old address in kannur from where they have moved out. Now due to the size problem of the product i came to know of the problem, myntra wants me to resend the item to a new address.                     Hi, I had worst experience and I never seen such site forever. They declared the offer that EORS(End of Reason Sale from Jan 3rd and 4th) and published in All sites and newspaper. But, At the time of ordering and products were not available what ever I am looking it.Then finally struggled and placed the order(Order ID:[protected] with 3 products and got confirmation as "Order successfully Placed"(refer Screen shot).I was waiting for sms from myntra too and assumed that due to network issue and might not received sms from them.I went and checked in online and status was shown as "Queued". Today morning I got email from myntra stated that "Your Myntra.com order has been cancelled" suddenly without my knowledge and any prior intimation, I got surprised as well, since I did not cancel any order which I eagerly ordered the products for my wife and kid.I was much worried and called customer care and asked them about cancellation and simply they answered that order cancelled due to technical issue and not able to process the order again.Then I asked them to transfer the call to higher officials and replied that they also wil tell the same answer.I dont know how they cancelled my order without my knowledge since I got the confirmation message and status also showing as "queued" in online account as well.They them self taking order and cancelling it and fooling me. It seems myntra is very worst online shopping site and we dont know about order will placed or not.So dont trust them and belive their fake offers which is not real one.using our laziness and money and they are trying to fool and cheat us. Better go and purchase in some other genuine online shopping portal instead of purchasing in worst myntra.com Myntra site also not good and working properly, then customer support also helpless and answerng the same thing to us again and again. Finally, I would not recommend to anyone to go myntra.com and purchase with them, since we dont know when will they cancel our order without our knowledge, Thanks Selva

                        I am trying to return an item purchased from Myntra.com. After registering my return request they asked me to ship the item to an old address in Mumbai from where they have moved out.                           I placed an order worth 1824Rs today morning. I did not get the order id and tracking id. Amount got debited but did not receive any email or message. if the product is not available, cancel the order and refund the money. I have already a ticket with Myntra[protected]. Kindly get this checked.

                            Hi, I am facing regular technical glitches on Myntra while shopping today morning at End of Reason SALE. This happened couple of times while going to the payment gateway and adding products to the cart. This is highly inconvenient for someone from being denied an entry to the site for over a along period due to high online traffic. This doesn't serve the purpose of keeping a off sale as the customer is being denied entering to the shopping site. Thanks, Akshay

                              I ordered two t-shirts worth Rs 942. After payment got successful, I haven't received any order confirmation from myntra neither via sms nor email. It is surprising that they don't have this in my order history too. I have my bank transaction as well as my cart screenshots after this happened. I hope myntra will take this matter seriously and process my order immediately or refund my money. I seriously feel cheated from a company which i liked the most in terms of consumer satisfaction.

                                Hi, i was promised a product over the phone from escalation manager of myntra, and i have given a assurance several times i will get the same product and size, however i told the manager there is only 3 stock of the product please make sure i get the product but later on the day another person given me a call, and he said we cannot provide you the same product as the product is out of stock, for me its unacceptable now they are saying to choose any other products on the same range, and i don't think its a god justification i have gone through several calls and wasted my precious time on them and today one of the another manger called me and tried to convince me to get another products i deny to choose any other products then he said he closing the complaint forcefully because there is no resolution for this which i think is unprofessional ism please now i am expecting a help from you .                                   I had placed an order(Order No.[protected] on 31st December which was meant as a gift for my younger brother. I had opted for for 1 day delivery as I wanted to gift him this product as a new year gift. The very next day when I checked the status it said that the item went out of stock during processing. While till the morning on 1st, it was still in stock but was available at a higher price and in the afternoon after I checked my status, it was out of stock. Just because I had ordered at a discounted price, my order was cancelled. I feel cheated and when contacted they said that they can remind me again when the product would be available again and can do nothing about it! Is this the way customers should be treated? I was very disappointed and angry at the same time. Myntra is cheating with the customers and they have to be taught a lesson. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.

                                  I ordered a discounted shoes from Myntra on the sale days 19-22 June but the timeline of delivery got expired so I contacted them they said they will soon update me but in the morning I saw they have cancelled the order ..just bcoz I have ordered the discounted item they didn't delivered and come with excuses .. then why are they putting the sale show when they are not gonna deliver ..very bad service
                                  What is wrong with Myntra. The massive sales promotion done for their 19-22 June 2020 sales is a bogus. All my orders are getting cancelled one by one - Myntra only cancelling my order and refunding the money.

                                  I have placed order not to get my money refunded but to get the product because I liked the product. If they don't have the product why did the put it up on the website. It was a waste of time.

                                  This sales promotion is just to bring in customers. All the good product are just for show, even if you purchased they will cancel the order. Eg - I came in for H&M products and had purchased alot, along with H&M I also bought some Mini Klub - got all Mini Klub products BUT H&M products are all cancelled by Myntra :(
                                  Today I ordered two sling bags from myntra on a very good offer but when I checked it again on evening it got cancelled by myntra... I was so happy for the bags but now I'm very disappointed by it
                                  Same Happened with me.
                                  I ordered 9 items on 20th of January because it was sale.
                                  However myntra cancelled my all items, i think because of heavy discount they feared loss.
                                  Myntra also cheated with me.
                                  I ordered 9 items, but myntra cancelled all of them.
                                  I want justice for me, and also to secure those who want to shop with myntra in future because i dont want that more people will feel cheated

                                  Same Happened with me.
                                  I ordered 2 items on 4th of July because it was on sale.
                                  However Myntra cancelled both of my items on 9th of July, the day of delivery.
                                  I placed a order in offer period by Myntra
                                  But after sometime my order was cancelled by Myntra
                                  I want my order back
                                  Same happened to me by Myntra
                                  I ordered only jacket from myntra and they canceled my order .. also, they are not giving any compensation for that

                                    I saw RDSTR Men Shirt yesterday its 899/- cost, i thought of buy that product and i added that to wish list also, but today that shirt price is 1699/- that too when i click offers its showing this product is already in best price its too much .don't cheat Costumer's please..

                                      Dear Sir, I brought shoes from Myntra and it was deliver to me on 29th Nov, 2014. I am extremely disappointed at the quality of the shoes. With in a few day shoes get broken down. I called Myntra customer care at today morning and they told me replacement policy for only 30 days. I am really unhappy with Myntra.                                       I got call from Myntra about this complain, person just listen complain & disconnect call. Worst quality of product sell buy myntra and also worst service from them.
                                      worst product i had purchase order online from there 3 rd party offical website shoes comes like street shoes and shoes was defected even in a month no such action taken worst product recomment not to take this product

                                        Had requested for 3 refunds: 1)rs 1427 for return no. 3233658 and order no. 25049722 2) rs 744.28 for return no. 3177347 and order no. 25049722 3) rs 767. For Return No. 3145826 None of the amts have been credited in my bank account/ credit card till now. 2 of the payments were done from indusind credit card, and the customer care says we have credited it in deutsche bank card! I have attached thr proof of my account and credit card statement. Myntra ppl can open dere eyes n see clearly. This is how myntra's finance dept and cust care works! They havr harrassed me like anything, not gvg me the transaction no or screenshot of the transactions they have initiated and giving me a new excuse evryday.!
