I purchased shoes in Myntra on Dec 14th with order number 24692101. Although the scheduled delivery date was 24th, I wanted this by 19 or 20th in Hyderabad. I made at least 6 calls within 24 hours to request Myntra to expedite the delivery and each time they told me they have raised a request for this. HOWEVR, till today, as I am typing right now, the product has not moved an inch from Dec 14th status. By now I would have called 15 times and each time people made a mockery out of me saying they will try... I am aware this cannot be assured, but just a request to at least attempt. This company is just NOT honest. I am cancelling my order with utmost disappointment!!!

    The complain is regarding order no :24012649 by which I bought two Turtle Men Blue Formal Shirts.I received the order on 8th of DECEMBER, 2014.Due to size issue and colour not matching, on the same day I raised return request.The return order numbers are 3017851 and 3017791.I updated my banking details on MYNTRA site regarding NEFT of refund amount in my bank. On 9th of December I returned both the shirts to the pickup vendor of Myntra.They have assured me to return the amount of total 1406/-- (each cost RS 703/--) within 3 days . Until now they have not refunded the money and always giving the same issue of TECHNICAL GLITCHES for which the amount is not showing in CASHBACK account and for this they are not refunding the money .Whenever I just mailed they said the same excuse and always want 24 or 48 hours.I called them everyday and they assured me for the last 9 days that it is solved and they refund my money within today. Either they are not willing to return the money and at the same time giving me false hope. Solve it and refund my money back.Myntra A thief in this online marketing as well as harassing someone in a sweet tone.

      I ordered 5 sweaters/sweatshirts on 16th Dec 14 at more than 50% discount. As per their standard, they deliver the product on my address within 1 or 2 days. I was expecting delivery of my product but when I check my myntra account my order was showing as in queued, so I call their customer care, on asking him about my order he said sorry we won't be able to deliver your order as 2 out of 5 items in your order are out of stock, so we have to cancel your whole order. I paid the money advance through credit card. My problem is: 1. I spent hours of time to search those 5 items, but ultimately got nothing. 2. Paid money in advance and now have to wait for 3-4 days for refunding of money. Stuck of money for 5-6 days 3. If I again buy those items, I will not get 50% discount. So, I have to pay higher amount for the same products. 4. No, updation from myntra's hand to inform about non delivery due to non availability of product, they informed it only when I called their customer care. I request myntra either to: 1. Deliver all 5 sweaters or 2. Deliver the remaining 3 sweaters which are in stock at discount which I originally got. 3. Refund my money along with loss of discount amount which I would get if my order get delivered. 1 more thing, I always rated myntra as 1 of the best online website. But since last few months their service getting worse day by day.

        I have ordered 6 Tshirts and 1 sweatshirt on December 16th 2014, they have cancelled my order on 17th december at 4.00 p.m saying one product in the order list have been out of stock and they have said cash will be in the cashback account, I have paid through my credit card if they cancel they should refund to my credit card account not to their cash back account, I need the money back to my account.I have purchased many times this is the first time its happening like this.         My Order No. 24765540, And if one product is not in stock they could have refunded the money for that product, why they are cancelling the entire order, then why they are giving offers or discounts on a particular day and wasting our time, money and internet bandwidth.

          Before this delivery team there were bluedart courier service for myntra's delivery, now they stopped working for myntra and then starts the problems. they always try to make us to pick from there. i do thinks they didn't get payed for what they are doing or they make us to think like that. please deliver our products through any other partners. i already complaint this before. (sorry for the horrible english)

            Order Id 24113293 was cancelled by Myntra's at their will because, as per them, they happened to have mentioned an incorrect (lower) price of the product. 1) Replied to their e-mail communication about cancellation but got no response 2) Submitted online consumer complaint form twice which said they will get back within 24 hours but they did not 3) Had used a coupon code that gave me flat 35% off without any purchase or discount limit -- they refunded it with a bogus coupon of 35% off which had both minimum purchase as well as maximum discount limits 4) In the 2 mails sent from them at the time of cancellation, they gave same goodwill coupon with varying conditions - one saying "redeem any product on Myntra.com for Rs 400 on a minimum purchase of Rs. 1000 absolutely free" whereas the other saying "Rs 400 off 1000" 5) Called their customer care with some bogus guy receiving it who knew only the words "I apologize for the inconvenience" 6) Asked whether in the reverse case i.e. when consumer orders for price say Rs 1000 and product price decreases to Rs 500 then do they reverse the extra Rs 500 to customer -- he had no answer for this. Overall, Myntra has turned out to be the most pathetic online shopping portal I have ever happened to use. I plan to file a consumer court complaint against Myntra -- I anyway have written communication proof from [protected]@myntra.com which has good enough evidence to win the case.

              This is in reference of Order number 24533432. I ordered goods for Yamuna Nagar-135003 wherein Courier guy was first asking money for already prepaid shipment and later when I receive it, the size could not fit. Now the customer care is saying that the pick up is not available at your pin code...MY QUESTION IS WHEN GOODS CAN BE DELIVERED, , , WHY CANT BE EXCHANGED... They are cheaters and making money by looting customers...This is the worst online site to shop...Your days will be over soon...

                My reverse pickup request was made on Tuesday last i e.09/12/2014 of Vector ECommerce Pvt Ltd product under order no.23653840.I was assured of the item would be pickuped in next two days.But no one came from the Myntra came for the service they assured till this complaint was filed. I have been calling every day on [protected].For couple of days the phone was responded and same assurance was given as above.But now it responded with the customer executive is busy with no end to my wait. It is indeed rediclous and joke with the regular customer of myntra.com. My wait for a positive action by myntra is running out of my patience and seriously thinking to move to court and get this published in the daily English so that people should come to know how they company cheat the customers. Before I finally do that please take immediate action within next two days so that my grevience is redressed without any fail.I will be accepting a early call from the concerned person in the company.                   In one single order they first tried to send in two packaging and then lost one of the orders in transit and the second one send a damaged product without tags. When I tried returning the damaged product they first didn't take the return back and blamed me of losing the tags and later after a long fight they took it, later in the day they message that my cash back is put on hold since the tags were missing. It been a week and no response, no matter how many times i call its the same reply. Never ever shop with Myntra they are cheaters.

                    Myntra not online shopping, its online mocking I ordered for converse men navy blue shoe(size10) on 14nth Nov. The product got delivered on 17nth Nov. When I tried, it was one size bigger for me. So I immediately applied for exchange. When the delivery guy came he said, the product can not be exchanged as it is used(till then I had no idea it was a used product). I called the customer care and they said it is approved. Next day the product went back to origin. I requested for exchange again and again it went back to origin. I called Customer care and they said it was never approved I ll have to upload images. I uploaded the images but in reply they called me and said the product is approved. I didn't get anything in mail. Now again the delivery guy says, he doesn't have a written approval and the Customer Care says they have approved it, but they are not sending a written confirmation of the same. In this mockery of Myntra everyday goes by with agony. So far this has been the worst experience of mine in online shopping and the best as part myntra mocking. Please suggest me a way out of it.

                      Order No. 23139026 They delivered a wrong product. The replacement was done within 4 days. And the same wrong product was delivered to me AGAIN as the replacement. On contacting them they just said sorry for the fault and the customer support executive gave me a personal advice not to order the same product. Order No. 24191851 This is the current order. Been 3 days since i ordered the product. No updates on the tracking page. Called the customer support, they just say sorry. They say that they value but they don't give a damn. No complaints filed and no one ever contacted me for the same. I'm trying every possible way to reach out to them. No response.

                          Has been following with the myntra from the last 15 days ..first they sent me the tsht thats of wrong size and colour and when i again booked it they cancelled in mid way then again i booked it and they sent me the wrong colour this is going on from the last 15 days and they told me that they will revert me in 5 working days but right now i dont have the patience to wait more

                            I purchased Nike Men Grey & Green Air Zoom Pegasus 31 Running Shoes from mytra on Dec 04, 2014 during CITI OMG sale. The MRP of product was listed Rs 5795/- and after applying CITIBANK discount coupon I paid Rs 4391/- The order got cancelled by myntra a day later. The reason for cancellation was given as incorrect pricing of the product. As compensation I recieved a maximum dicount coupon of[protected] = 1739/- on a purchase of goods...

                            On 29'th of November, I placed an order for a sweatshirt (Order No.[protected]. This item was supposed to be delivered by 6th December. But on 2'nd December, I received a mail from Myntra saying that my order has been cancelled, because the item was not in stock. And my money has been refunded. So I said OK, this kind of glitches do happen sometimes. So, I started searching on Myntra again, hoping to find another color or maybe a size bigger/smaller of the same item, since I liked it very much. And I found the same item listed again as "IN STOCK". So I wasted no time in placing the order. So 2'nd December, I placed the order for the same item(Order No[protected], for the second time. But this time, I paid an extra 79 Rupees for NEXT DAY DELIVERY, because I din't want to wait that long and find out that the item went out of stock again. The item was to be delivered on 3'rd of December. But today(7th Dec), I received a mail from Myntra saying my second order has been cancelled too. They didn't even consider informing me about the delay/cancellation on the 3'rd, as per their commitment of NEXT DAY DELIVERY.It's so easy and convenient for them to just cancel the customer's order, irrespective of the time, effort and money wasted by the customers. I have asked for compensation. But still haven't received anything acceptable and reasonable from Myntra's end yet.

                              Order No. 11123460 I ordered 3 underwears of large size. Out of 3, only 1 fits me and I have never used the other 2. what a consumer should do if the size is large on website and product but it doesn't fit you due to size variations of the brands. It is so disgusting that I am writing to all major websites now to inform that Myntra website listing is not accurate when it comes to buy clothes.

                                I bought some apparels during the rush hour with 50% discount, then on the next day I found close to 50% discount on many of the clothes available during the rush hour. What is the point of buying during that time? I was really disappointed.

                                  I ordered a trouser in myntra in voice date 01 december 2014. Order no 23860366.No[protected].Myntra sent a very small sized Trouser .I emailed them that I am 6 ft tall and they emailed me that it would fit me most.Today i received but the trouser is so small that it rises upto my cup of legs and it is too tight.I ordered them a trouser of 32 waist.Before it I Ordered another trouser of waist 34.that time they sent me too large trouser. I sent that trouser via courrier to return. RIght now they again Advising me to sent The trouser viA courrier.I am irritated that myntra thinks that common peoPle do not have any worK sending and Receiving product is a game. The most deragotary matter is that they closed my account so that I can not Complain.

                                    myntra order no 23422271 is of two items nivea soap fort collin's men jacket but the order of nivea soap is supplied but the fort collin's men jacket is cancelled without informing my first experience with myntra is very bad. bogus site not worth shopping

                                      I had placed an order having no.23034016 on 15 Nov 2014. There were 3 items in that order from which 2 have been delivered. Rest one product has been shipped by FedEx courier service with tracking no[protected] according to their record.The order has to be delivered to rewari which is 60 km away from Gurgaon from which the shipment has been initiated. It has to be delivered by 21st Nov 2014. But till now the product has not been delivered. I have called the customer care of myntra on 22nd Nov They assured me that they have registered a complaint it should be delivered within next 5 working day. Now Today i again contacted them they are telling me another 2 working day otherwise your cash will be refunded. I am supposed to need that item that's why i have ordered it then why they are taking so much days time and again not delivering the product and now telling cash back option. Another policy was mentioned in their website that if product is not delivered within delivery date, then they should cash back the amount of the product then why they take extra time? so now i claiming to them to deliver the product as soon as possible and make the cash back as they have taken extra time but still then they are unable to deliver.
