About a month ago I bought bellies (brand: blue parrot) from myntra. The shoes tore after first use. There were around 5-6 days remaining before the return policy would expire so I wrote to them. They asked me to send the picture and I did accordingly. After that I did not receive any reply. So I called the customer care and they asked me to send the pictures again in JPEG format. I sent it.
