The bill is attached
Even after submitting twice for return of the product they are rejecting the return process and not settling the matter

I have ordered on Myntra vide order no.[protected]-9881201 on 12 Oct 2019. Total 4 items ordered, 3 received but 1 product I.e Leather belt not received and showing delivered on 19 Oct 2019. While contacting they tell you have contacted after 5 days and we will not take complaint or resolve it. It is shameful from such firm..

    Hello i bought nike shoes and on made of return request i didnt get any option to fill my bank details or choose any other method. When i spoke to customer care i have been tol that the amount is credited to their myntra credit which is nonsense this is fraud they are looting money forcefully. I requested them so many times that i am nt gonna purchase anything im future please credit my amount but all in vain no site does this kind of things. This is pathetic absolutely nonsense

    Myntra is giving false delivery date ...firstly it was 24th oct and then shifted to 27th.. The customer care is not at all helpful. And My order got stuck. Their customer care was so rude . It was my gift and they didnt recieve call asap ...after lots of call no one satisfied and when I told them to complaint they were like You can do i[censored] wish.

      Received wrong product against order no.[protected]-9396201 from myntra. Raised return request thrice but same got rejected.
      Kindly do needful as i want to return this wrongly received product.
      Attaching image with this complaint of wrong product. If possible please make original product available to me.
      For first time ever while shopping with myntra this happen to me. I got very much disappointed for this service from myntra. Not espected this things from such a huge and trusted online shopping platform.
      Waiting for some positive action against this complaint from myntra.
      Request you to do needful and also do not let your image down in this online shopping industry for such a reasons.

        Order no[protected]-130800 libas green kurta not received but showing delivered. Giving updated address mobile no on 13th oct by mail and replied with assistance on 17th oct but still not contacts have been made to the given phone number. L. Now customer also telling to they cant do anything. Some forgery happened with delivery. Now neither i am getting refund or product.

          I have purchase a men red sweatshirt o[censored]nited colors of benetton from myntra and return to myntra with all tags. But they took the product on hold and saying that tag not available. I have complained five times on customer care. But no resolve my issues.. It’s been 16 days since i’ve returned product. Pls help me in this matter. Because in myntra customer care they only making fool people.

            Ordered on 11th oct
            And says item packed for dispatch on 12th
            The product was supposed to reach me on the 17th october as myntra has promised but it did not. I raised a complaint in myntra custom care helpline but they just sent me a mail saying il get further details in 48 hrs. Which i havent. Its been over a week and theres nothing been done about this by mytra. I have already paid for the product.

                But today at 5.42 i got the message that it has been delivered. How dare. I have ordered this for my friend birthday😭😭😭😭😭. My saving amount has been lost 😡😡😡. How could you do this. Please take the neccessary steps and let me know. This is my first experience with myntra. The worst app ever😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

                  I have recived a fake product of samsung level headphones which are not even working. As soon as i opened the box i raised the compliant and shared the pictures, even the headphones doesn't look like what samsung is selling out in the market. The colour of the recieved headphones is white where as company is manufacturing only only in two colour either blue or gold. The design of the headphone is different from what is available on the samsung website.

                    I have placed an order of arrow shoes on myntra having order no.111885434048154194303. Due to size issues i decided to return the product. I have not received my refund after pickup was done. I received refund initiation mail from myntra & refund timeline has been passed & i have not gotten refund of returned product. Kindly take necessary action against myntra & refund my amount of rs.1650.82 as the required timeline for refund has been passed. I received refund initiation mail from myntra on 30 sept 2019 but the timeline of 10 days have been passed and still did not get refund..

                      As per return and refund policy of myntra.com i have made a return for some of my products my order no. 112165655920282778501 due to size issue and my return no are [protected], [protected] respectively. I am trying to get this return to be picked up from 18.10.2019 but no body is coming to pick up the product. I am continuously taking follow up with the courier and as well as myntra support too but still there is no resolution to my issue. Inspite of this i have logged complaint on myntra (In[protected]) dated 19.10.2019 support as well but nobody didin't picked up the return as well no resolution provided by myntra also. This is so humiliating that i have to make calls and write to myntra on daily basis. I am hereby seeking refund to my order.

                      Customer are unable to return the product within 30days of trial.

                        I've raised a return request on oct 1, 2019 and returned order yet to be pickup. As per myntra return needs to be pickup within 7 business days. It's been 22 days and i called myntra customer support and shared my concern and my call got transferred to supervisor "monalisa" and i've informed the same regarding my concern and i paid in advance through debit card and waiting for the pickup from 23 days then
                        Surprisingly i got a reply from supervisor stating that you have to wait till 29 oct we will investigate and update you on given date 29 oct and apart from this we cannot help you. This is how process is and ended the call.

                          I actually orders 2 mast and harbour jeans using myntra app. I got that product on 21st october. Due to size problem in place a return request on 21 st itself. A delivery boy came on 22 nd october and picked up that jeans. But in my myntra app it is not updated yet that i returned the product. I actually asked him if he would give any receipt but he said that it will be updated within an hour. But it is not updated yet. So kindly resolve my issue faster.

                          I bought a Levi's jeans from myntra.after receive it I see below on my order that "to collect insider points" and nd I collect this.but is no description that after I collect this I can't exchange my product.thats too bad, too much I totally disappointed from this.

                            Hello, i had booked kurta with pyjama set in myntra.com for diwali, but when the material was delivered it was only kurta and i called immediately to customer care and they raised complaint and told 4 days will get resolution, and last day they raised return request and quality check is after 48 hrs and refund will done after 7 days so totally they took 13 days to refund the amount, then how do i buy the clothes for festival without money. Either its needs to be paid immediately or they need to compensation.

                            I ordered a shirt worth RS.659 from Myntra on 15th October. The payment was done by Paytm but the order was not placed. I have made complaints against both Paytm and Myntra. No reply yet.
                            I have order Levi's Shoes which was informed to get delivered by October 7th..The item still hasn't arrived.While calling the customer care the lines are always busy..Very poor service from myntra..
                            The prepaid packet was shown delivered and no refunds or anything was made . Customer care was rude and no one care about the reputation of the company

                              I had ordered a kurta for diwali, diwali is on 27th, when i placed the order on 270th it showed the expected delivery date to be 25th and normally any ecommerce websites delivers product before the expected delivery date.
                              Now, what myntra has done it changed the delivery date to 30th oct which is ridiculous.

                              I called to support center and they are no helpful. They provided information which are not relevant at all.
                              Could some one look into this issue.

                                I am regular buyer of myntra i placed one order of suit from 6th oct 2019 i was getting continuous sms stating that my order will be delivered today but after sometime i got the text that we were not able to deliver as customer not contactable on 11th october i decided to call executive he said that mam i lost your order and i’ll pay the amount. On very next day he called my brother to come downstairs to collect the order but he didn’t gave the order infact he said that i will pay you the money in next 3-4 days and after one hour i got sms that your order is delivered i was completely shocked i called customer care he shared pod (Proof of delivery) immediately and after that delivery executive called me to provide aadhar card and he will pay the amount. I called customer care that it does not belongs to us also executive asked me to provide documents they told me to not to provide any document. On 13th oct i filed this complaint and i am continuously calling up to check the status but same responses again and again that we will respond you in 24 hours

                                  I have ordered a shirt online first time and received on 16.10.19. The size of the shirt is too much small so i requested for return of the shirt and initiated the return request. But the pick up boy old me serial no the product is not matching so could not be returned and rejected my request. I have also registered a complain in[protected] on 24.10.19 for this issue. I have maintained all the criteria for the product to be returned. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise i have to follow the legal process to get my money back.                                     I ordered brown shoe but the shoe delivered to me was same but change in colour so i returned it. Myntra rejected the shoe in quality check saying the shoe is different. I returned what was delivered to me. They even check in photo and found that it was there mistake. But it was late and they had reshipped the product back to me without sharing the tracking details and informing me about the shipment. For more than fifteen days they themselves didn’t where the shoe is. Now when the shoe is delivered to me, and i informed them regarding the same they still couldn’t work upon. From last ten days they are working on the complaint and making fool of the customer saying that we are working we highly apologise and all. And this is the response of escalation desk supervisors. Now if seniors will do like this then the customer will contact. To whom will the customer will complain now. On top of that the senior supervisor have the audacity to cut the call of customers in between.

                                      I was delivered a sealed myntra package. The box which was inside the sealed package was open, the product (Ring) which was supposed to be inside it was missing/ stolen / lost in transit by your efficient packaging team.
                                      Upon raising a complaint with your call centre almost within 10 minutes of the package delivery, i was assured an investigation and process of my refund claim.
                                      Today i received a call from your customer care to inform me that the claim had been declined after an 'investigation'.
                                      The ring (Which wasn't delivered at all) cost me rs.700 and it cost myntra a regular shopper. Perhaps also your goodwill. Never again am i ever shopping with your website which is at par with fraudulent/ fake shopping sites.
                                      You ought to have shown some grace and good sense to save your already loss making business and process a refund.
                                      I'm appalled at your attitude and it won't be a surprise if you eventually have to wind up with your losses in profits and goodwill combined.

                                        Hi team,
                                        I have ordered bulk of clothes (I. E. 10 clothes) on 29th sep 2019, order no:[protected]-9569803
                                        On 9th oct 2019, i received a call from courier guy (No: [protected]) for order delivery, i was not in town (I. E. Delivery location), so i asked him to bring it on monday. But he said, he will cancel the order if i didnt pick my order and asked me to send any of my friends. So my friend went and collected the 5 parcel and courier guy said 6 parcel was supposed to be there, but 1 parcel is not yet received from their side and after receiving they will deliver or call back.
                                        When i returned to office on monday (14/10/2019), i checked other parcel and in myntra app, i checked for the missing product status, it is shown delivered. I raised a complaint against it and also checked with delivery guy, but no luck.

                                        Note:
                                        1. Delivery guy said, he received only 5 parcel and asking me to check with customer care. (I have recording of this courier guy statement)
                                        2. Customer care is telling, complaint is raised after 5 days of delivery, as per their policy they can do anything. (I have recording of myntra customer care)

                                        How come / why do a customer knows about the complaining policies?
                                        If there is a policy why it is not written?
                                        Why courier guy is asking, someone to come and collect?
                                        If the parcel is not delivered, why it is marked as delivered?
                                        Why there is no enquiry for this issue?

                                        Please i want my order back, returning or refund money i dont want, i want my order, that order is selected by my fiancee for the first time.

                                        So, I need my money back.
