I bought a mytvs tyre inflator which has a 2 years of (Replacement) warranty. Within few weeks that wasn't working, i contacted them and they have replaced it with a non working product. Again i have contacted my tvs and now they are refusing to replace and said contact the online merchant paytm. And now its been 1 year now, several complaints are made to paytm and mytvs. Now paytm is saying speak to mytvs and mytvs says speak to paytm. I am cheated by both the companies.
MyTVS customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I also already complaint and return my tvs TI3 model for warranty claim before 1 week till now no response ( no stock is not proper answer for my replacement warranty )

    Very upset with the service. Got a message that the car will be serviced by tuesday - 09 oct 2018. But later on 10 oct 2018 got to know that due to delay in receipt of spare parts the car could not be serviced. I came to collect the car as i had a short trip to make.

    To my horror the car was not even washed and i was charged for 1000 inr as advance to the estimated service.

    Later, the representative hemanth the nice guy cleaned my vehicle. Felt bad about it a mechnaical engineer was cleaning my car for someone elses fault.

    I want the service manager at tvs to look into it. I didnt move from maruti to my tvs for fun. I thought tvs is a professional group and will do a decent job.

    I expect a call from senior folks and justify the delay.

      I had given my car hyundai elantra car no tn07bs3868 for service in omy tvs ambattur which taking service adviser had done a total inspection of the car and there was a minor scratch on the front bumper the service cost me 1499 package. He asks me to come in the evening for the delivery i came for collect my car in the evening they told me that still, it will take 1 hour i said ok and waited while i went to the washing area i see while washing my door was smashing to the wood they didn't even bother about it after washing they were wiping my car i find a dent on the back door i was shocked when i ask them they told me that might be while taking for the service it will be there they said to me. The service advisor checked in the service report there were minor scratches but no dent in the car then i spoke to the manager he told to leave the car we will rectify the dent and hand over the car to you. It was ridiculous somebody given our car for service but u people don't care about it u will deliver the car with a dent what kind of customer servive you people do. Once again i trust them and left my car they deliver my car to my home address around 5 40 pm i was not there my brother collected. The dent is gone in that area painting was not properly finishing done. My brother had already informed my brother will come and share the feedback they said ok. I came yesterday i remove my car cover seen that dent is gone but finishing is not done properly i can easily find the dent area fully dull no shining and find another dent on a ceiling of the car. I called customer care and informed them on miss priya had spoken and told i will take an ownership and resolve the issue and make sure it will not happen again she spoke to the service people (Ambattur) she told she will back in 10 minutes but it almost more than 2 hour no response. I had given my other car tn05bh8295 hyundai xcent for service in ambattur same issue i face for that car also they had put dent and given me. I[censored] people can't take responsibility don't take service for high end car. I want a solution for this case asap.

      I have my bike for services for 3 for times there is no repnose and the bike parts are problem they never changed also its too bad . I had never seen like this its too bad . I want the bike to be replaced or i ill place a legical complain. So take a step as soon as possible.

        I have given my chevrolet sail uva ls for accidental damage on may 23th 2018. They promised to surrender the car back on june 25th. But there was no communication from them for weeks and when i checked, the car parts are not even order by the time. No one responded me and they said they will hand over it by immediate next week that was also not happened. So much of excuses given. I'm frustrated to the core. No service center in this world is worse then this one.

        They took around three months now, still my car is not handed over to me. Only 80% of the work done. Particularly that technician saravanan is a big bloomer. When i last reviewed i found my car's speakers, woofer and all taken and they lethargic saying that they will check.

        Please don't even try to bring over your valuable car to this dump buckers. They are the utter waste i have ever seen. Planning to lodge a complaint against them if my vehicle is not surrendered properly. They refuse to give their higher officials number to escalate. I don't have choice to move over. If some one from my tvs come across this post. Please take necessary action on them.

          Requested – reg.


          We have been appointed as direct marketing associates for promoting mytvs 24x7 emergency services membership card to car customers during the year 2011 and is still serving as such. Initially, we paid rs.3.50 lakhs and was given 1000 cards to be sold. At that time, we were told by your personnel that we will be provided with full support, to sell the cards and for future development by way of advertisements, staff support, guidance etc.. However, till date no support was extended from your side and so we are unable to sell the cards, except about 50 cards. Even those persons, who purchased the cards from us, reported that they were not extended with proper attention and services. Whileso, we contacted your manager one mr. Ravikumar, who introduced me to you but he did not provide any guidance. Recently, we were told by him, since the said scheme was not successful, such services does not exist any longer.

          While we were promoting your product for emergency services, the fact that the said services have been closed, we have not been informed by your office. Only through some of our card purchasers, we got confirmed the same.

          In view of the above circumstances, while you do not provide the emergency services, for which we have purchased the cards, there is no use for us to hold those cards and sell. Hence, we request you to kindly inform us the procedure to surrender the balance unsold cards and get the reimbursement.

            Tire inflator is not getting on after filling of air in one tire. When i started inflate one tire then after filling compeltely from one tire to another after fixing of air pipe tire inflator not getting start to infalte air in tire after some times it start. By lot many adjustment.
            How to use it pl let me know.

              I took my car tata indigo ls to service at a mytvs franchise - immanuel auto works, selaiyur, chennai-73 on 5th march 2018. I received the vehicle on 7th. The condition of the vehicle was worse than the initial state. The mechanic flooded the engine with water and damaged the nozzle. They didn't explain the problem and simply told me to pay and take the car. When i later asked the mechanic he answered rudely and told me to pay rs.2600 for the nozzle (Which the mechanic, with intention damaged) to restore my car. I wasnt provided a proper bill with any taxes and was asked to pay in cash. I request you to kindly recover my money from the mechanic.

                Sir. I took my car for complaint of head light problem in sankari my tvs. The mechanical person, who attended suddenly went out. He made delay voluntorily. When i asked, he asked me to get out. Again i asked why there is no proper answer. Immediately he replaied, i am also hungry, take your vehicle. Before that i waited there for more than one hour. Nobody is intrested in that. Thankyou.

                  I am a customer of my tvs since 2008, first time i gave in chennai branch, i gave my car for servicing on june 30th, they promised me to deliver the car on july 2nd, but was not delivered, when enquired they promised to give on july 5th evening, then on july 7th, then on 9th july. Losing my patience i said, i will be lodging police case, then finally they brought the car on july 12th noon, the car's inside a/c cabinet was broken, rear window control switches near driver's seat were jammed and not working. Side mirror which i asked to replace were not replaced. A/c was not working. The bill amount was rs. 45000/- whereas during initial discussion much lesser quote was given. Spare parts cost was rs. 28000/- and labour charges were rs. 17000/-, when enquired about such huge labour charges, the mechanic in charge was saying, all are because they outsource the work and it is their charge. I feel better to give the car to local mechanics rather than to believe these brand names and get deceived.

                    I had given my car for service to My TVS for a service this January. They tried to rectify the complaint, but after the bad service they did the vehicle had much more complications. Again i gave it back to them for service, its been 20 days i had given the vehicle and they are not responding properly, i tried to approach the customer care, even that are not responding or replying the call. They are cheating on bills.

Once i started to use it i got problem that whenever i press any key it get pressed continouesly so the same alphabet come many times. My tvs gold (Bharat) has no nauh3d0205392. Once i contacted to the seller he told me to visit nehru place. Which is not comfortable point for me. So many people recommend me to purchase this product and its product is of low quality.                         Sir, i had purchased my tvs scooty with registration no. dl5sas5900 from a mrk motor dealers in delhi. however from the begning it makes a headache for me. it gives on 30 k. m mileage. i went to servicing and talking about this problem then they had said that it's not their fault, after 2-3 servicing mileage will improve but that is not going to happen. it also produces so much heat on back side. i had also complaint this but the problem doesn't resolved. please give a proper reply as soon as possible

                          Yesterday dated 5.7.16 at gurgaon approx. at 5 pm. my alto car got some problem near signature tower, just near to iffco chowk gurgaon. i got number of mr. ansari # [protected]. i called him immediately & he came within 15 -20 minutes near iffco chowk. he was in van number dlcaq6605. mr. ansari checked my alto (vehicle) & told me that there is only battery issue. he stated charging process for 15 - 20 mints & took rs. 700 from me & told me that he will come back with some rubber etc. he never returned back. i called him almost 50 times, even send him sms. he did not pickup my phone & nor he responded. i was in big problem for 4 -5 hours. i was never expecting this type of service from such a big company.
                          I request you for your feedback on this matter immediately & also strict action to him. besides i request you to refund rs. 700 /- back to me immediately.

                            Poor workmanship at my tvs, guindy chennai and unprofessional behavior of manager

                            Sir, I want to bring to your notice my deepest level of dissatisfaction I had with your service center at ekkaduthangal guindy, chennai. On 5/9/15 before I took a long drive with my family from chennai to Coimbatore I had my car tn07 bc 0504 maruti swift serviced for general checkup 8okms service and asked for head bulb replacement. Due to poor workmanship they had the high power bulb (90/10o as I requested) into the original company holder...

                            Sir, I'm Dr Vijay Srujith. I'm very sorry to forward this letter of grievance on the MyTVS Davangere, Karnataka branch. I have given my car after it had met with a minor accident. The details are as below. Kindly do the needful. Name: Vijay Srujith Car make: Hyundai i20, white, 2012. Registration: AP 37 BK 4555 Complaints: - I have left the car at service station on 16th november after it had met with a minor mishap on the road. (Hit the footpath from sideways) -The major complaint was that the car wasnt moving after the incident. I got it towed to the TVS davangere branch next day morning. -The service advisor told me that the front axle was bent, along with the lower arm on the front side. That and few scratches on the bumper, and a bent mag wheel. -I've asked them not to repair the parts, but replace them with new ones. -The service advisor gave 27th november as the delivery date. -Everyday since 27th november 27th, I have been following up the service advisor by phone, and he was politely postponing the date of delivery. -After few days, I went to the body shop myself to check up on the progress, SURPRISED TO FIND THAT NOT A SINGLE WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE VEHICLE. (This was one week after the due delivery date) -Every day since then, I was talking to the service manager, and he had been telling that the parts are in transit, and it will reach the next day. -10 such 'next days' have passed, and apparently, the parts are still in transit. -Last monday I have been to the service station and the manager made me talk to the spare parts manager. He was telling the same story, that the parts are in transit.So, I asked him to give me the transport company and LR details. -For that, he made me wait, telling that he will get the details. After waiting for a long time, I was informed by the manager that this person has escaped out of the workshop from the backdoor. This is very cheap and reckless behaviour towards a customer. (If it was yours, would you want give your car in this kind of place again?) -Manager has apologized for his behaviour, which was little pacifying after this whole ordeal. I kindly request you to look into this issue, and make the necessary arrangements to deliver the car as soon as possible.If your company is not able to deliver the car, kindly return it in the same condition, so that I can give it in Hyundai showroom. (Yes, I have given it in MyTVS though I could have towed it to Hyundai showroom). I have waited for almost a month for the service station to replace a bumper. (If I'm correct, bumper is the basic part, and most readily available part for any car) Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. Talking to the people in the garage has irritated me and now I seek your intervention. Hope you can solve this issue in the next two days and get my car delivered. Thank you, Dr Vijay Srujith

                              Worst Service experience.
                              The customer service people had called and convinced me to take a breakdown service with MYTVS which i did and they send me across a 12 point free checkup saying it was part of the membership pack I had taken with MY TVS, so I had given my car to the my tvs garage @ Guindy, the guy called me and said that they would need to make an oil change, and break pad change. Which I agreed to and they gave me a bill for 3000+. The very next time I take the car out for a drive the brakes had jammed and I narrowly escaped hitting a car before me. I never have had this problem in my car before.

                              I asked for a pickup from the Guindy garage to check the breaks but they wouldn’t do since the driver was on leave (that’s the excuse they have). After calling them 4 successive days; they finally took my car for the checkup. They then tell me, break booster m/c everything gone the whole set needs to be replaces and they slam with another 8000rs bill. I had never had any problems with my break before the service, but I was left with no option but to pay them the money. And again when I went to pick up my car the engine oil and coolant were dripping. Which they refused saying, it was probably from a previous car that was standing there and when they saw the dripping right before their eyes, they are like my car has become old and all the gaskets and stuff are week. I have not had any significant oil leak or coolant leak issues with my car before and just after this delivery I have started to get it. The excuse they now have is car has become old and it was always leaking this way and the car has a lot of problem. I am surprised they never mention anything about my old car having a lot of problem and oil leaks when they first delivered the car and all of a sudden they would start with the old car with oil leak trouble.
                              I would also not recommend My TVS to any of my circle. I would get better service from a local garage and even better responsible answers if there were any complains.

                                This is a copy of the complaint I have sent to mytvs customer care
                                Sir,
                                mytvs Vellore workshop (advertised as tvs owned) has printed pamphlets advertising special rates for body works.It mentioned the following rates:
                                For Hatchback cars-Rs.1900 per panel
                                For Sedans-Rs.2700 per panel
                                I took my Maruti Swift to the workshop on 4th August for assessing a minor dent on the front hood.I had even spoken to the sales executive over phone the previous day.To my utter surprise, the service person who looked at the car quoted Rs.3700 for the panel work alone.When I mentioned the advertised rates to him, he asked me to show it.They themselves had displayed the leaflet on their notice board and I showed it to him-he replied that the special offer is for those who have done a paint job earlier at the workshop and customers and misunderstanding the advertisement.I can read and understand English and am in possession of a copy of the leaflet and can produce it anywhere.It does not mention anything likeprevious painting job at tvs.
                                So, Irequest immediate action to ensure advertised rates to the customers and remove the misleading advertisement.

                                Unlike some other customers here who have complained about mytvs services, I got a response promptly from tvs.The issue still remains somewhat unresolved but there was a response which itself is a positive step.My second communication to tvs is as follows
                                Sir,
                                In response to my complaint which I sent today morning, I am happy to inform that the response from your side was prompt and good, though I cannot say that the issue is resolved to my satisfaction yet.I received a call from Mr.Suresh, Manager of the Vellore workshop.He explained that the rates quoted (per panel) is for painting only and tinkering required will be extra and it could be decided only after seeing the vehicle.He admitted that the brochure does not mention it clearly in that manner and it must be an oversight which happened in printing or proofreading.Now, my points are
                                1.It is not the customer's fault or misunderstanding (as told by your service technician) if the advertisement is not correct
                                2.The reason for the difference in actual and advertised rates is not even known to your own staff; as two different people are giving different explanations.This is suspicious.
                                3.There is a limit to the amount of tinkering that can be done; beyond which you will have to replace the panel.So, it should be possible to quote a rate beforehand which includes tinkering also.
                                I request you to
                                1.Ensure that I get my vehicle is serviced at the rate which was quoted lure me to your workshop (Rs.1900) and
                                2.Withdraw or correct the misleading advertisement forthwith- to avoid further confusions if ti really is a mistake in print.
                                If you can do these two things, I can consider my complaint resolved satisfactorily.

                                  My Car Make-Ford Ikon was not getting start and I called the Road Assistant Service (MyTVS Road Assistance Service) for which I'm a policy member to assist.
                                  I called there help line No.[protected]. On 27-Jan-10 and registered a complaint with
                                  Reference No. TVSDEL01100058.
                                  Car Registration Number: DL4C R 4449
                                  Date of Incident: 27/01/2010
                                  Time: 09:42 PM
                                  • The technician came to location to rectify the cause was not experienced and not having necessary tools to handle the fault.
                                  • He checks and found that Car battery is week due to that car is not getting start.
                                  • Car battery charged by him and started the car and the same time he removed the battery cable from the car and the red cable of battery was touched to some body part of car and make an electric shock. Due to this car stopped instantly.
                                  • He was not having the knowledge of wiring of vehicle and he started R & D to find the electric shock area and after did R & D with many things found the some fuse was fused in Fuse assembly.
                                  • He was not having the fuse to replace and no emergency light to work with so he started joint fuse with a electric cable and started putting cable joint fuse here and there in Vehicle Fuse assembly and tried to start vehicle but no luck and it again made an another electric shock due to R&D done by him and it burn-out the central locking device and the ECU unit of vehicle.
                                  • I tried to stop him many times after seeing that he is not experienced and doing only R&D but the person said let me check, let me check.
                                  • I stopped him after all this and as this was too much and I called the costumer care and asked for a experience person to send on place as this person is not able to handle the fault and also he waited too much of time in all this.
                                  • Also I informed customer care person that this person made such an electric shock and it caused the fault in Central Locking device and fuse assembly and now even nothing working in my vehicle all are damage.
                                  • The Complaint was registered at 09:42 PM on 27/01/2010 and the first technician did his R&D without having knowledge of Product on which he is handling issue took time till 11:30 PM on same day and the next technician came to the place and took time till 01:00 AM next day in early morning on 28-Jan-10.
                                  • I have to wait on road due to all this till 01:20 AM and the solution was nothing what I got the next technician also came without required tools and just found that these parts are got burnout due to R&D done by another technician and electric shock and nothing can be done just will remove all these in morning and will try to start the vehicle in morning with bypassing all those thing from the wiring.
                                  • He came in morning on 28-Jan-10 at near about 08:30 AM and shown me the parts got burnout due to last night incident and removed all that.
                                  • This time also he came without fuse to replace with faulty one and made some changes in vehicle wiring after removed burnout parts and made temporary arrangement for faulty fuse with jointing them with wire and started my vehicle.
                                  • I noticed that time that the speed of Engine (RPM) is automatically getting high and down. I asked d him about this and he said this was happen due to that entire incident and will be normal after some time.
                                  • I took my vehicle to Ford Service Center and they have found that (ECU,PCM) of the vehicle got damaged and this is the cause of engine speed issue and the y are not able to repair it after made scan for fault finding and need to be replaced.
                                  • I have informed all this to MyTvs Customer Care person also update all those thing in there call sheet but no use of all this as I got a call back from there Delhi Center and the reply of this from them was “I sorry for all this and will take care of this not be repeated again”
                                  • I am totally frustrated with the thing done by there hand and the wastage of my time.
                                  • I want my vehicle to be repaired with required parts in authorize service center of Ford as again I cannot truest on these people of My Tvs Road Assistance service.


                                  I am requesting for a proper action to be initiated under consumer protection act with reference of my request.and all expenses of repairing with a charge of time wastage to be claimed from the MyTvs Road Assistance Service providing company--

                                  Hi,
                                  I would like to add comment on above posted complaint by me.

                                  I got discussion call from My TVS regarding my complaint after discussion on evidence they were agree with my complaint and repaired my vehicle in Ford Service Center as requested by me.

                                  They have replaced the faulty (ECU, PCM) and after replacement of the same my vehicle found working fine.

                                  They have taken too much time near about more than a month for to solve this matter, but over all I there response on the same was satisfactory.

                                  Thanks again to My TVS for there prompted action for to solve this matter keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
