[Resolved]  Naaptol — low quality product delivered and not ready to replace and abusive behaviour of customer care representative

I have purchased 6 set of necklaces and earrings from naaptol last month. When it was advertised on the television it was looking perfect and up to the standard. But the original product differs from the showed one when it was delivered to me. None of those can be used as it feel very cheap in quality from the look. I have called the naaptol customer care and reported the issue. They told me that they would call me within two days. But I didn't get any call hence I made a call after two weeks ie yesterday and one lady from the customer care told me that within 48 hour someone from the technical team will call me. She also told me that there product got 6 months warranty hence I don't have to worry and they will replace it. Today I got a call from the technical team and they told me that I should make a complaint immediately to get it replaced and now they can't not replace it since I made a complaint yesterday. Actually I made the complaint long back and naaptol didn't respond to my issue. The delay is from naaptol: now they are telling that I didn't report the issue on time and they don't have any record for my call history. Finally when I said that I'm going to make a complaint the customer care representative used many abusive words and which I could record finally. Since only jpeg files can be attached here I can't share the voice clip. Attaching the call history I had between naaptol. They are actually cheating the customers selling defective products and not ready to replace telling unjustifiable reasons.

I called them before the above said period and they told me that their technical team would call within two days. Then I didn't get any call for two weeks hence I called again on 16th of October. But naaptol considered that as my initial complaint date. They never call on time so that they can deny the claim stating that period exceeded for making a complaint. The product which I bought has 6 months warranty and when I highlight that point they told me that it's only for defective product. Selling cheap quality product is also kind of selling defective product. They are completely misrepresenting the customers by showing product on TV which is completely different from the actual product. There are plenty of similar complaints against naaptol. If this is left untreated they will keep cheating the customers. And the way the customer representative behaved is completely unacceptable. I need to execute my right as a consumer under the consumer protection act. They sold cheap quality product for 1000 rupees and now they can’t take it back. This is the second time similar things happened to me. Before it was an electric stove of 1000 W which can not be used for household purpose. After making Many complaints finally they agreed to take it back. As per that I have send the product back to their delhi office and there is no follow up after that.
Naaptol is a fraud, scam site founded by fraudster - Manu Agarwal 47 year old.Even his wife Meetul Agarwal & daughter Anushka Agarwal ran away from him after seeing his fraud activity coming back from US, starting ANM soft & Naaptol.

There are in numerable complaint /case against naaptol in consumer court.Google search naaptol fraud you know what they are..Fraudster & Founder of Naaptol Manu Agarwal is a cheap low life guy, his intention is to cheat India public by giving useless product with their senseless TV anchor. FInd all ways to inform about Naaptol's fraud business practice to your friends & foes.!

Apart from that they sell customer info to scamster and claim bogus gifts.
