    I purchesed one Tablet(BSNL Penta 802c-2G calling) from Naaptol.com web the Order No:5792115. Booked on 15.01.2013,Recived on 18.01.2013, sim slot problem it's not hold ( Inset and Exist) compliened on 19.01.2013 through mail and phone They given one address to send back it's free of cost through Blue dart courier on 22.01.2013 then till date I enqurie by calling and mailling also they are with in 3-4 working day wait like that they are saying. In this sutiation what will do sir.

      I have purchased Zync calling 2g tablet which i received with broken screen.After a lot of trouble i received the same product with new screen,despite being promised that i will receive a new product.Now the same product is useless as it doesn't detect SIM card.I don't know Wat to do with the product.

        I ordered a "Callmate tablet case for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2" from Naaptol vide order no. 5971143 only after confirming from co. representative that it shall be fit for Aakash Ubislate tablet 7C+. I relied on information provided by the representative & ordered the product. On receipt of the same it came to notice that my aakash tablet is not fitting into it. I sent repeated reminders to the co. for providing me with alternate product & give me the address on which shall i send this at my cost, but every time i am getting rubbish replies from them. This was my first transaction with Naaptol & it's really unfortunate for me to realize that co. representative are trained to give false representations just to get the order.

        Can i get some help on the same..

          But the items which were in the package are very low quality and few are of no use and damaged.
          I am not at all satisfied with the product.

          When I actually try to use them I found that product is very low quality and of no use.

            Hi,

            I have purchased Lyra 7-inch GSM SIM Calling Tablet from NAAPTOL (online order Number : 5760984) on 1oth Jan[protected]/-). NAAPTOL has shipped the device on 12th Jan 2013 and received on 16th Jan 2013 and the device is on 6 month warranty period (http://www.naaptol.com/tablet/lyra-7-inch-gsm-sim-calling-tablet-(android--4gb-...

            I was able to start charging the device and also able to switch on the device and use it. But when i remove the device from power connection (charger), the device is switched off. I tried couple of times, the same thing happened.

            Then i have raised complaint on 30th Jan 2013 with the same problem, but i didnt get any support from NAAPTOL team till 4th Feb 2013. After that i have sent mail asking the status of my complaint on 4th Feb 2013, and again raised one more complaint on 5th Feb 2013. Then the NAAPTOL team has sent mail asking me send the device to their warehouse in Delhi.

            I have sent the device on 8th Feb 2013 using DTDC corrier (E[protected] and reached the NAAPTOL Warehouse on 9th Feb 2013. I have spent around 600/- to send the device back and informed the same. I have received mail on 11th Feb 2013, saying it "will take 2-3 days s 2-3 working days for our warehouse systems to be updated with your AWB & order details. Please be rest assured once a confirmation is received from them, a complete Replacement will be initiated and will keep you updated you on the same."

            But till today i didnt receive any information about the device and problem.

            Please let me know how to raise complaint in Consumer Forum and get back the amount.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I would like to bring this to your kind notice that i had made order for "New Get In Shape For Men (Slimming Vest) - Buy 1 Get 1 Free,Product code : 2286125" vide order id no. 5795331 on the 15th January 2013, and paid the amount Rs1299 + Rs 299 (Shipping charges) - Rs 400 (Voucher) through net banking. On the 19th of January, the product was delivered to me by Aramex, but when i opened the parcel and saw, i realised that unfortunately a wrong product has been shipped to me. Instead of the Get in shape for men slimming vest (priced at Rs1299) Product code : 2286125, the product that was shipped to me was Get in shape for men (the underwear type) which is priced at Rs 999, Product Code: 859675.
              I contacted Naaptol.com customer service by email and on 21st January i got a reply by email, stating that i should courier the product back by Bluedart and it would be replaced. The item was shipped back on the very next day by me, i.e., 22nd January and according to Bluedart tracking id, it reached your warehouse on the next day, i.e., 23rd January. Ever since then , i have had a horrible experience, wherein i have called and email more than 10 times and each time i will be told that the replacement is under process and you will get the order soon. I was given a time frame of 7 - 10 days each time.
              Even after more than 15 days, when i did not get the product delivered, i called up again on the 11th of February and i insisted on speaking to a senior/supervisor. I then got to speak to a person, who identified himself as Mr. Megh Vijay , and he told me that he was sorry for the delay and that the product would be delivered to my doorstep with 48 hrs, i.e, latest by 13th of February.
              Today the 15th of February is getting over and there is still no news from your end.
              Kindly look into the matter seriously on an urgent basis and help me resolve the issue as soon as possible.

              Hiiiiii.........

              My first shopping for cloths ......I have taken set of 5 TShirts from naaptol team & it was nice collection for me...Set of 5 Smart T-Shirts are made from cotton rich fabric which is comfortable to wear and affordable to own.
              Naaptol products are the worst and the company is a cheat. I had bought a Boss e phone 3300 for Rs. 4300/- but after a few days, its touch screen stooped working. This was a Chinese product and after some time even the company vanished. There is no reply from their website and there is nothing like a Boss now. There is nobody even to inform from where and how the touchscreen can be replaced.
              Buyers mudt be very very careful in buying from Naaptol as their after sale service is extremely poor, if at all it is existing.

                Naaptol is horrible. Cheats. Fraudsters. We purchased a roti maker online in prepaid online credit card mode (October). It was faulty. We sent it back by courier as per their complaint process (November 15). They asked me to send courier details. I gave it to them (Nov 23). Then they asked for courier proof. (Dec 1). They are still to send it back. Sriram

                They dont call back as per promise. They give missed calls so they dont have to even pay for a call. They have no sense of quality, delivery, They refuse to even call back, much less live up to any promise. They don't deliver. They are neither giving me my money back, nor calling back, or responding to complaints.

                  I feel ashamed placing an order with NAAPTOL. I could never expect this kind of a service with a company of that kind.
                  I have placed an order for the product mentioned above and what the stupid, uneducated, arrogant First Flight Courier fellow gave me was a piece of crap. (a small so-called pendant with full of rust). This certainly is not the product i was asking for. There is nothing i could find inside the parcel that i had placed an order for !!!!!!
                  And i hate the logic behind paying the money and then checking the parcel for the courier person took the money and literally ran away from my house before i could open the parcel. When i opened it, i was literally shocked with the piece of crap i found inside.
                  This kind of a service from Naaptol is simply atrocious.
                  I have already filed a complaint with your customer support team (complaint number: 4176776)
                  It is entirely a different product from that i was asking for. I was asking for Elegant CZ heavy diamond jewelry and what i have received in some small chain full of rust. The product by itself is totally different and this is not even worth a penny. The company asked me to contact the nearest Blue Dart courier service and inform this so that they will come and pick the products.
                  When i called the Blue dart people as they mentioned, they replied that they do not have any service in our area and also they are asking me to come in person to their office and give the product along with airway courier charges. What nonsense is this?
                  For the mistake from the part of the NAAPTOL, why the customer need to struggle this long?
                  I want NAAPTOL to take serious steps in this issue or else they will be losing the satisfaction and business from one of their potential customers.

                        Despite of making several calls by me in their Mumbai branch, they are not sending correct size of my polo jersey. I got it via courier on 17th of Jan 2013 but found it large in size and thus sent back through blue dart courier on that same day as they have tie up with this company. Since that day i am being told by their online executives that i would receive my product within 5 to 7 working days but nothing happened and blue dart company has confirmed that they had already delivered my given packet to delhi branch of this company. Now, it has been more than 3 weeks and i still has not got my polo jersey or rs. 3300 which i paid them on 17th Jan. I want you to intervene in this matter, so that it can be resolved.                           Hi there,

                          I purchased a VOX bluetooth device from NAAPTOL online on 05-Feb-2013 and got it delivered on 08-Feb-2013 for a COD(Cash on Delivery). I paid the cash to the courier agent and took the device.

                          After removing it from the box I have charged the device for more than 4 hours. The light on the device turn on when I connect the USB cable to the computer. However, when I remove the cable and try to turn it on, it will not turn on. We have tried with several mobiles to pair and get the message that the Pairing Failed.

                          This is a Defective piece. I launched a complaint on NAAPTOL website on 08/Feb/2013 and received a call from NAAPTOL on 11/Feb/2013 and they say that the product has a 24 hour warranty and they cannot replace it.

                          On the website it showed 6 months warranty when I purchased and now it is showing only 7 days warranty against manufacturing defects.

                          Nobody in the world will buy an electronic device for a 24 hour warranty. NAAPTOL is trying to cheat me by denying the warranty of the device. Please help me as this is under warranty and I want it to be replaced with a brand new working bluetooth device.

                            This is with ref to above said order no, order is been placed on 27th Jan 2012 and subsequently payment is been made through credit card.
                            based on the delivery with in 7-10 days.
                            But it is very surprise to see both my orders have been cancelled and processed for refundung the payment without any pre notice.

                            Here my concern is, if Naptol is not able to deliver a product , why the order is being booked...and processing the payment refund after 10-12 days..

                            Herewith I claim some penalty from this company and same to to be paid to any chartable trust for social service.

                              I ordered three shirts and 1 saree on 26.01.2013, today I have received all products.

                              Shirts are ok but there is difference in color & quality of saree I ordered & one I received. I have ordered saree (color-purple with black) but I have received saree (color- black with purple) and sparkles pasted on saree seems to be off lower quality as they are getting removed from saree already.

                              Therefore, I requested Naaptol to arrange for return delivery of saree.

                              I received reply from Naaptol which I am quoting below:-

                              "Dear Mr. Gupta,

                              Thank you for writing to Naaptol.

                              We apologize for the inconvenience and distress created by us.

                              We regret to inform you the order was received to you which is same product.

                              We request you to kindly bear with us."

                              I did not under stand what they were trying to say, therefore I write them to explain what they are trying to say. Since that I have not received any feed back from company.

                              I am purchasing online products from ages now but I have not faced this type of problem before this is the first time I facing this type problem on my online purchasing.

                                Please help me publishing this fraud web site to people.
                                I have been clearly cheated on the name of best deal from Naaptol, you can go through long history.

                                Brief:- I order necklace set some where 13th of Jan, I got my order on 18th of Jan. It was wrong and damaged order.
                                I reported that immediately(while reporting had very bad experience with customer care, they hung up on 3 different time) and sent that back very next day.
                                It was my fiancé’s birthday so I made a humble request to send it back immediately, as it was their mistake, but they never did.
                                They took 15 days to send me the order and to my surprise they have send the same wrong product again, though I followed up so many time to check for correct order.
                                They confirmed me I will be getting correct product this time. But I ended up get the same crap again.

                                    I purchased micromax A110 superfone canvas 2 online thought www.naaptol.com on 20/1/13 where i was told i will get the handset in 7 working days where till date i have not received the product where i have already made the payment to them. I am busy call the customer care from 5 days they just making promises that they will send the product. But they don't have the product available with them my question if they don't have the product in stock why they showed online that its in stock that basically cheating customers online. I have already made the payment through credit card where in converted that into EMI and have paid the processing fees also. I told them to cancel the product and pay me the charges what i have paid to my bank but they are not doing just telling me to wait.

                                    THE UNDERSIGNED HAS PURCHASED A MOBILE HANDSET(AWB NO. [protected]) FROM NAAPTOL ON LINE PURCHASE VIDE ORDER NO. 198957 BY SEEING AN ADVERTISEMENT IN NEWSPAPER. THE SUPPLIER HAS GURTENTED ONE YEAR BUT UNFORUNATELY IT HAS BEEN DISORDERED AFTER A MONTH OF TIME. THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COMPANY FOR REPAIRING ON DATED 25.08.10 THROUGH A COURIER SERVICES NAMED BLUE DART. ONE OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE NEMED SUDHA RECIEVED IT ON DATED 26.08.10. ON DATED 06.12.10 THE COMAPNY ASKED US FOR BILL, DELIVERY REPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.THE SAME HAS BEEN SENT VIA FAX TO THE COMPANY. However till date I have not received it. When we call them, they just say that you will receive it in 7-10 working days and when asked about the current status they don’t have it. The customer service reps at naaptol are not at all helpful and there is no manager there to speak to. I have no idea how to track the status my product and when will I receive it if at all I will receive it?
                                    SINCE A LONG TIME HAS BEEN LAPSED, DESPITE OUR SEVERAL REMINDER, REPEATED TELEPHONIC CALLS WE HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED OUR HANDSET SO FAR , nor seems any response.                                       This is not our first order from online marketing websites. We are regular clients of Flipcart and Star CJ. While this is our first experience with Naaptol, which has turned to be so bad, that we cant even think of ordering again from Naaptol.



                                      I want the products to be immediately picked from our address and refund to be immediately processed. Since, in case of online websites, the client doesnt have the priviledge of physically checking the product, the customer always have a right to get the refund in case of faulty product. The other websites provide this facility. I myself have got refund from Star CJ, once i got faulty shoes from them.



                                      Please get the products picked from our address on immediate basis and process the refund of this product on immediate basis. Failing this, i shall be forced to take other course of actions, available to me, as a consumer, especially as a customer of online marketing, where physical examination of product is not possible.



                                      I shall wait for your revert on this as early as possible.



                                      Also, Your customer care executive should be capable of handling customer complaints, rather than increasing customer problems.

                                      I have registered one order on 21st march for i5800 handset as per add given in newspapers. After so many followups i have got the product yesterday that is 02/04/2010 . But sorry to say that product is just like a photocopy of orginial NOKIA 5800 .But only difference is this does not work. I was trying to charge it , but after just 20 minutes it was showing battery charge complete. Then I switched on the mobile .but it switched off automatically. Whenever I switch on it starts with such a huge irritating noice also. Total whoever looks into it first time itself , we can understand , someway they have managed to make one model look like which never works. Its touch panel works after so many so many touch in that. Goverment should stop such websites from cheating public. Now they are asking me to send back the items. Why can't they test before sending the item ? They should have done a quality check ?

                                        I have placed an order ar Naaptol on 14Jan2013 for Micromax A110 SuperFone Canvas 2 Order ID 5787325 & have done a payment of 10,198 Rs. on the same day, on checking with Customer care executive it was notified that the product will be delivered in 5 working days, when i follwed up again on 23 Jan & 25 Jan, floor supervisor available over there had confirmed that i will receive the product in 48 hours & later on a date of 30th Jan was committed. Today on 30th Jan when i am calling up, it is being said to me that the product is Out of stock & they are not sure when it can be delivered. I have asked the team to arrange for a call back from floor supervisor Umesh who has committed the date of 30th Jan but am very mich sure that the call back will not happen coz similar was the case earlier also...

                                        When i had done this purchase amount was debited twicw from my account & for that issue also i had to do several follow ups... This type of behaviour is not at all acceptable, we are simply wasting our time in following up & there is not sense of responsibility shown by Naaptol, is this the way to provide the service, i had even written to [protected]@naaptol.com e-mail ID but there has been no reply on this. I an not going to take this, till whichever extend i need to escalate i would surely do...
