[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — refund not done | |||
My order no is 27253468. I had ordered an electric tandoor. I did not like the product as i could not use it. Therefore, i asked for return and money back. But now they have taken the product back and also did not refund my money. It is very shameful for a company like naaptol to have such cheap behavior towards their customer. I purchased perfect shaper from naaptol add i have paid 1790 inclusive delivery charges...but i did not get suitable product...i complaining about more than 10days...their telecallers playing with me with irrelavent words mainly naresh and one more lady i have all recordings what they have promised please help me out

Naaptol is a fraud, scam site founded by fraudster - manu agarwal & mohamed khan. There are in numerable complaint /case against naaptol in consumer court.
Apart from that they sell customer info to scamster and claim bogus gifts.
