[Resolved] Naaptol Online Shopping — Very poor post shopping services | |||||
I have bought a roti maker from naaptol online shopping on 01/04/2016. I tried to make food with the roti maker but it does not work properly. So i watch tutorial video provided by them and i discover that the roti maker is not functional. After that i have called napptol day by day and napptol has harassed me. They suggest me to send the product by courier service. My question is, is this my responsibility to send the faulty product? I have told them, this is yours responsibility to pick up the faulty product from my house, but they are not serious about this. I want my money back or a new functional roti maker. So i am requesting you to sort out my problem, i will be very glad. I have attached the invoice below. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had purchased a Mobile Watch (Vox) which turned out to be junk and legal team calls me and says they will process the refund at the earliest. Its been close to 4 weeks no one has got back to me.58%
