I was waiting in line for more than 10 minutes due to a customer not having enough balance ahead of me on fasttag but as per rule it was too late for me due to emergency and I asked for as per rule to tax free my car but they dint they know the rule of taking double money when no fasttag and not knowing free if late than 3 minutes rule.

Fastsg lane is too delayed.
Bad condition of sensors

On dausa lalsot kothun project rabawata toll plaza I have a valid fast tag with sufficient balance but they don't permit me to cross the toll.and send my car back to take cash payment.when I told them central government rule that I have passed 15 min on toll plaza they should cross me toll plaza free as per central government rule, they misbehave wid me and my family and took double charge of 60 rupees so please do needful action in this regard...

Above car Was in parking at my home.
I didn't travel on this route.

At salaipudur toll I wait for more than 10 minutes to cross the toll.i have a valid fast tag with sufficient balance.before my vehicle one truck was without fasttag balance came and struck in the fast tag lane. Regarding this issue I ask with toll plaza employees. More than 10 seconds if vehicle is waiting in toll booth it should be free of cost as per the Central government order I told to them. They refuse to hear and behaving with me very rude like gundas.
Kindly take a necessary action on the toll plaza

There is huge road block on Delhi Jaipur Highway at the Rajasthan Haryana border. This is due to ongoing farmers agitation. It took us 1.5 hrs to pass through 0.5 KM stretch. I request you to please help general public in eliminating this torture.
Also, the trucks on the same highway do not follow any lane discipline. That makes the driving really difficult and dangerous for us all. Please look into this issue.

Kindly note that while traveling from Delhi towards Hapur in car no. DL8CAB4138, we got to cross lane No. 3 of Chhajarsi toll plaza maintained by NHAI but with a very bad experience.
The guy at the counter first deliberately put the barrier down all of sudden when we were just about to cross the barrier. And when confronted for that, this man replied sarcastically that he was not that "Chutia" to do so without even having iota of shame and without having any honor towards compliance of his official duties.
I have even made a video of him reciting Chutia word again & again.
Kindly take note of the experience faced by us on part of your NHAI organization.

I have not visited yesterday i.e. 17/6/2021 Undvariya toll plaza by my car no RJ24CA1433 then also 40 rupees deducted from my fastag account. How it possible. Pl look into matter and resolve it. And revert my payment to my account.

Travelling from satara to pune is a nightmare as there are many potholes in highway . They are not even patched . Tolls are collected regularly but no work is done. This is a diagrace for such a busy and important highway of india . The consequences has to be borne by the vehicle owner which damages the vehicle . Request you to kindly repair and take some action against the contracter for not maintaining theroad and just collecting tolls

I travelled through state high way from Mancherial to Karimnagar. There was a toll plaza near Basanthanagar. The Central govt initiated toll gates amount has to be paid through fastag only. But toll plaza employ refused to deduct amount from fastag and he quarrelled with us that we were came to cash lane. and there is huge rush and nearly waited for 15 min and vehicles were in line for above 100 mtrs. As per the govt rules for above 100 mtrs vehicle will be allowed to pass without paying toll. Even after we requested him to deduct amount from our fastag but he mis behaved and quarrelled with us to show the guidelines of central govt regarding not to pay toll for above 100 mtrs q line.

Even the toll plaza employees also they dont know the guidliens and the dont follow our central govt guidelines. Simply they will collect amount and they are not caring and following the central govt guidelines.

Please take the action and please educate the employees regarding the Central Govt guidlines..

I would request you to please have a look at the road conditions from Akola to Amravati. This is condition of the road is since ages. One cannot go beyond 40kmph on this road. This is really serious issue.

मै अमित भावनानी गाड़ी नंबर mp 17 ba 1230 से झांसी से ग्वालियर टोल प्लाजा से फ़ास्ट टैग की लाइन से एंटर हुआ, टोल प्लाजा प्रतिनिधि द्वारा ये बताया गया कि सर्वर बंद है और आपको कैश देना होगा । जिसके लोए मैन मना किया तो उन्होंने मेरे को जाने नही दिया और साथ ही अबदरता कि और फिर 15 मिंट खड़ा किया और बाद मैं दूसरे लाइन मे कह कर फ़ास्ट टैग का उपरोग़ किया । मेरा निवेदन है कि इस पर सख्त कार्यवाही हो ताकि लंबे सफर मे आने जाने वालों को परेशनी न हो ।

I’m Dr Dheepan, working as Divisional Health officer for Greater Chennai Corporation, Zone 15.
I do Covid duty. Chennai corporation has provided me a private cab for transportation purpose from my home to the hospital. They’ve also given me a vehicle pass for passing toll gates and work during lockdown. Today while crossing ITEL Perumbakkam toll plaza, Chennai the authority there didn’t allow my cab to pass through and asked for toll fee. I tried explaining him about the vehicle pass, but he was very reluctant and disrespectful. Being a doctor risking my life and working, these kind of things are very disheartening. I kindly request you to look into this. Thank you.

I have travelled today from Nashik to Malegaon and back a distance of 110 km within 12 hours however while going from Nashik to Malegaon my Fastrack was deducted at Pimpalgaon baswant for under 10 50 rupees and while coming it was deducted at standard for 135 rupees and again at Pimpalgaon baswant for 75 rupees in total I have paid 310 rupees for travelling distance of 110 km and back this is loot of the common man is it justified

I having transportation vehicles, My fastag is working In all toll plaza except One toll plaza, they are abused to drivers to pay Double toll.
Toll plaza name- Khed shivapur, Banglore-mumbai highway

Though my vehicle GJ-03 LM 5398 is parked at my residence at RAJKOT toll of Rs.80/- deducted from my balance as per attached photo. Please check how that happened and arrange to credit Rs.80/- in my account.

Hi, I am using Axis Fast tag from last six months and passing my local toll plaza every day, "Dehuroad Toll plaza NH48"

They r charging Rs.41 for each time to me and amount deducted from my Fast tag, I have discussed with my Fast Tag agency and they told me to visit on local toll plaza. So i visited but they r not ready to give me the concession and they r showing GR of Govt. that the facility/concession not available for local vehicle. Please tell us the procedure because i need to pass toll plaza min. 2 times a day and now govt also forcing to use FASTAG,
Please help to close the issue on priority or tell me the procedure to get concesion on local toll plaza.
