Respect sir i am owing a vehicle bearing no ap39gm2150 which has been registered with rta machilipatanm of krishna district with an hypothication to sbi.

We are the residence of nandigama having all relevant proofs of our local status .

The keesra toll plaza which is on nh 65 where our residence in near by below 8km .

The toll plaza official strongly denying and not even given application for local discount to my vehicle and stating that my vehicle was not registered with local rta .

As per discount rules of nhai and agreement with nhai and toll plaza we are eligible for local discount.
Hence we request to you guide the keesra toll plaza officels about my local discount of my vehicle .

    Yesterday on 13/6/21 ban toll plaza . Evening time huge rush of vehicles and about 5-6 minutes of waiting in line i have a video proof in which timing mentioned according to government rules after 1 min in line no toll deduction but they tolled everyone and when i asked that i am in line about 5 minutes they said i didnot know about this they called police and harrass . And they asked i you want money back then go to hell and use so many bad language so please I request you to take action about this. And refund my money

      While proceeding from Lucknow to Gorakhpur on official duty despite showing I card and explaining that I was going on officail duty was charged toll tax on Gorakhpur highway. The staff their insisted on showing proof of official duty which I fell is beyond their mandate and humilating that I have to produce official duty detailment document which is classfied document to a toll tax employees.

        Recently we crossed a toll tax plaza koyla Delhi highway near bilaspur (N.H 9) . After the procedure as we were crossing the stopper of the toll plaza suddenly the stopper(boom) fell on our car causing a huge dent on it.

        This is highly negligent on the part of the authorities to not maintain the system up to date.

          Dear sir/ Madam.
          My complaint is about NH 532 Salem to cuddalore road.
          There was an huge damage in NH 532 between veppur to periyanesulur. This road is damaged and not yet repaired for last 10 months.
          The damage was very big and multiple accidents happened due to this damage among one was very serious 4 dead in one major accident at that spot.
          Sir please I request you to take an immediate and severe action against this and please do it before loosing many lives. Sir please, please.. Damage was in worst condition. I hereby attache the video and photo please review it..

                Sir, I have a fast tag on my car reg. no. DL10 CJ 2586. But from the very first day its not working. It shows blacklisted. I have more the RS 800 in my NHAI wallet. I have complaint several times on call center but no solution provided due to this I have to pay double the toll tax at every toll collection both. I am not able to get new fast tag because the old one is already attached to my car no. Please look in this matter and issue me the new fast tag or guide me where i can solution of my problem.

                  Vehicle no: TN 49 BJ 2382

                  Kindly refer to the above details. I was traveling from Thanjavur to Trichy on the above date. The vehicle that I was traveling was made to wait unnecessarily for over 10 minutes in one of the gates (think gate no 5). The incident continued for a few more vehicles as well. When inquired, the male attendant did not respond well. Kindly look into this and try to avoid undue delay happening at the toll.

                      The staff's behavior of toll plaza situated at Hathinala, Sonbhadra district was very rude and they hold up vehicles for long time without doing anything as 3 staffs were only chatting. After asking about delay they behave rudely and said that they don't have any orders regarding non-payment of toll because of delay of more than 10 seconds and threatened to seize vehicle in case of non-payment.

                        I had to wait for more that 3 minutes at the Gangrar Toll booth and when I asked the toll manager to wave off the charges as per the rules he didn't agree and I still had to pay the charges. I should be reimbursed for this

                            A lot of trees has been cut for the asian highway project in siliguri medical stretch, this has done a lot of ecological damage to the vicinity of the highway but not a single tree has been planted alongside the highway to restore the ecological imbalance.

                              As mentioned in subject my Maruti Suzuki Swift car travelled from chalisgaon to aurangabad.And at hatnoor toll plaza at lane no L3 toll charged 2 times (Rs.90 each, total 180 Rs. in place of only 90 Rs.).So I want to refund my money Rs 90 back .
                              The person who is at toll plaza is taking cash also and again the money is deducting from fast tag also.

                              At Hatnoor two different rates charged while going & coming back. Rs. 90/- while going & Rs. 45/- while coming back to Aurangabad from Chalisgaon

                              It is correctly charged. Return charges for toll is Rs 135. When you go only one way it debits Rs 90 and if you return same day it only debits differential amount of Rs 45 i.e. Rs 135 of return charge

                                  Sir I was travelling from Pune to shirwal in Satara by vehicle MH12SL4865 though MH12 and MH14 vehicles are not exempted but still toll amount of Rs 100 is deducted. I had informed the person that it is MH12 vehicle but surprisingly after 10 mins I received message about amount deduction
                                  Many times before also the same thing has happened
                                  Kindly help me and please refund all the previous amount also forwarding you the message received

                                      Sad to post this. This complaint is for BRIJGHAT TOLL PLAZA UTTAR PRADESH. I was crossing the fastag lane but the operator (even after deduction of money from my tag) did not open the gate for 20 minutes and moved away from the operator cabin. Stern action is to be taken against him. I crossed the toll at 10.07PM on 11-June-2021. Toll line is extreme right while going to delhi.

                                        Dear sir (complaint in Kerala State)
                                        As per the prescribed norms in reconstruction/resetting of road leads to NH, there should be escavate out the old roads parts and then only the orginal and new taring should be laid over that.however in Kerala they are not obeying the rules and norms and they have made taring upon the old road without escavating.I have proof with me in the form of pictures and videos.
                                        So I kindly requesting to give a stop memo to the contractor (in Kerala State) with immediate effect and order for probe against this issue ASAP. Otherwise I will constraint to approach the court for further action.
