Sir dated 09/06/2021 I went to kanpur to Mau. During my journey Nawabganj Toll Plaza two time toll tax dedicated from my account that's detail given bellow.
1-Paid Rs 80.0 toll for UP32JC6096 at Nawabganj on 09 Jun 2021, 05:53 AM. TxnId: 0187001011090621055312.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 2072.75

2-Paid Rs 80.0 toll for UP32JC6096 at Nawabganj on 09 Jun 2021, 06:23 AM. TxnId: 0187001012090621062334.Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 1992.75
Please check and refund additional Toll tax charge.

The condition of road stretch around 11km from karnataka checkpost to thalavadi road of NH 948 is at its worst of worst condition for atleast 6 years now . There is no sign of road building or expansion . It is one of the most important connecting road between the states of karnataka and tamil nadu . The pot holes are so deep that car Tyre gets locked up damaging the cars durability . It's very difficult to ride in this road if carrying patients across . Kindly take necessary action to repair the stretch .

Your toll plaza sayeed mazera employee sunnil kumar shukla mis behave and give me incomplete receipt or toll tax. When i reques thim to correct my car no. Then he said that i will not change it, and you can complaint to anyone. My car no. Is HP24c 5600. And he wrote only 5600. What is this?

Myself Narenbhai Bhalala, live in Ahmedabad. I have driven through Express highway Ahmedabad to Vadodara and Fro on 7th Jun 21 and I observed that heavy vehicles like trucks are not following lane rules at all and so change lane any time that too without looking in mirror and without any turn indicator. All cars are at such high speed that these dangerous mauvouers of turning and changing lanes any time, gives almost no reaction time to light vehicles. In near future, I could imagine that large number of accident are highly probable, especially in Monsoon when braking efficiency is low. Please take action.

While Crossing the toll gate by paying the amount through fast tag boom barrier opened and before crossing the boom barrier its fall down on the car and its got damage.

Once made enquiry with the office they check with the video cam and found the mistaken happen. However there is no proper response from there side and insult us and send us

When I cross patharoundi section annuppur(MP) on 07.06.2021 at 5.26 Pm The fast tag scane and deduct Rs.40.00 from txt No.[protected]aP from Paytm Wallet and same time I paid Rs. 80.00 cash vide receipt no. - 179406 on 07.06.2021 at 5;27:26PM for same vech No. CG10FA1091. Please refund my excess amount by paytm wallet or google pay.

And 2 toll in pimpalgaon toll plaza debited in fast tag in 06/06/21 0n 10.21.AM Rs.150 and returns toll in pimpalgaon toll plaza in by and cash payments in Rs.300 and returns on nashik and pimpalgaon toll in 06/06/21 06.53 PM debited by Rs 75 on fast stage the issue of double toll and refunded on my cash on credit my Account rule of follow plz Refund in extra cash

I purchased a fast tag from paytm as purchased and fix on mirror it did not work properly. Now paytm is asking for 100/- to replace it.
What a joke.
Paytm first sell damage fast tag and then charge 100/- to replace it.

Please take action against it.

When we cross the Melur Tollgate, Madurai District with our company Car
The Scanning is now working properly and they colleted double payment as cash. They collected Rs.180/- instead of Rs.90/-. But when we cross the other tollgate the scanning working fine. Please rectify the scanning problems at Melur Tollgate, Madurai Distict at the earliest. Every time we cannot pay double payment. Date of Incident: 08.06.2021

From the beginning when fastag launched it takes a lot of time to pass manguli toll plaza at Odisha. I have seen other toll plazas at Odisha which takes less than 5 secs to pass . But at Manguli toll plaza you have to at least wait for 10 mins . Seeing this condition I can only say technology is now a curse for us . Please help !!!

Misbehaving and double toll from me cash

I have purchased NHAI fastag through flipkart and do activation process as explained by NHAI customer care represantative but my fastag not activated. I have complained in Customer care in 24may but till not resolved. My complain No. Is 3765636
I have submitted all required documents as requested by NHAI customer care but till now not get any solution

I crosses your toll plaza at Kota Bypass (Hanging Bridge) from last 2 months. Most of the times they collect toll in cash. Maximum times at one side of toll gate fastag is working and when I returned they charged me in cash also vice versa. I am having more than 30 receipts for proof. They simply tell fastag reader is not working due to this I have to pay for return journey Rs 65 for one side and Rs 50 for other side I.e. total 115 instead of Rs 100. When I asked regarding this they are not giving any reply. 5-6 persons surrounded my car. I am a daily commuter. Also due to this there is always jam at the toll gate. After having a valid and functional fastag I have to pay more on daily basis. I have also kept all toll receipts. Kindly do the needful, so people like me don't suffer from the misbehaving of the toll staff and extra charges they collected from public. I am working as manager in a public sector bank so i have to cross the toll daily, I have no other option. A positive response is awaited. My vehicle no. Is RJ45 CE 1000 and my contact no. My fastag account has been deducted ₹30. at Baros toll plaza on 7-6-21 at 2:22:35hrs.
I live in visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh and have not travelled out of city in the last 3 months.
Earlier in March, my fastag account was charged wrongfully at far off places that I have not heard of. Inspire of complaining the customer care of PNB, no action was taken.
If this is the way fastag is to work, I would rather close the account and pay whatever extra is required when I travel instead of getting cheated by the inefficiency of the system.

Sir, today I cross chapper toll plaza at muzaffarnagar Uttar pardesh in evening, I have reached at toll plaza at 5.00 a.m, only one line is running and that have issue to read the fastag then other vehicle is going in second line then I also take our vehicle in second line result is same both line not read fastag.
Then I goes to cabin and told to toll plaza staff pls release vehicle urgently if your system is not running and am not wait more minute then your all staff blame me why you release truck who will bear the cost of truck toll tax I told pls read my vehicle fastag and release immediately I have to reach at gurgoan but tol plaza staff not agreed on that and done Miss behave with me and I not acceptable that toll plazza one person staff hit my car and dented my car
I know that person, so requested pls share the photo of your staff which is duties at that time with name I give you the name of your staf which is hit my car.

Please have a look on toll rates for local vehicles of Firozabad and Tundla (UP) that is 90 single journey for small light four wheeler like Car. Which is very high than other toll plazas in the State. Last year it was only 45 but after the First Lockdown it has increased to 95 silently. It is very objectionable.The distance of Firozabad is only 14 km. Then why so much toll is charged. Please reduced this charge to previous rates ie 45. other wise we have to forced for a Jan Andolan.

I live in delhi l. I am an engineer and my sites are going on Faridabad. I always use faridabad badarpur flyover to up & down. Yesterday i was coming from faridabad but at toll plaza traffic police stopped me & taking my rc forcefully & then they said. 5000 rupee challan you will have to pay in court. And giving me other option that now give us 1000. We will leave you.

Bad behaviour by peoples at toll plaza, and they said you have to wait 1 hour or else go at next row.

Even though we have fast track we loss our lot of time and also got bad behaviour by those staff who are without mast.
