I'm Santosh Jain complaining that on Solapur Dhule highway My fastag has been debited two times during 6 minutes intervals.
The toll plaza workers argued with me after the deduction and scanned my fastag manually .

Narnaul to Kotputli road. On 11/06/2021 I was passing through the road and the staff misbehaved with me and charge 120 without providing the details of the company or its number. There are so many cuts in the road, no toilets, no complaint register k. The office. No any satisfactory answers from the concerned officers.
Unauthorised charges by the gunda there. Pls take necessary action.
Fees receipts does not have any details regarding company ne, phone number, complaint no. Etc.

I am very sorry to say that there is a huge problem created by Eunuch in vivekananda setu toll plaza kolkata. They are stand in front of the car. If any accident happen than who will get responsible? They also use slang language. Please look in to the matter than the public in India will be highly obliged.

The day before tomorrow 9th june 2021 i went to upleta from rajkot by my car which no is : GJ03LG1064 and when i passed the dumiyana toll plaza at around 11.00 am 100.00 rs has been charged from my HDFC fastag and after 1 hours when i returned and passed the dumiyana toll plaza 50.00 rs has been charged so i need refund for my money

Toll is not applicable to vehicles with registration numbers starting with MH12 and MH14 at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza (Pune Satara Road). However charges deducted from account and system scanned FastTag and charged when toll is not applicable. This is happened continuously for two times and operators do not have any answer for such deduction. Need to make necessary arrangements in this regard and refund all those who experienced such events.

Hum Apnee Gadee se Delhi Se Haridwar jaa rahe thein. Bahdarbad Toll par mere fastag mein low balance ho gaya to mein wahan per paytm se fastag recharge kar raha tha. Taoll par Madam Ne kaha kee aap 80 Rs. de do toh aap bad mein recharge kar lena aut vapsi mein iss slip ko dikha kar 40 Rs. mein de kar phir baad mein recharge kar lena. Mein madam ka kaha man kar 80 Rs. kee ticket no.[protected] SHIFT 3 iss token par mein nikla. Vapsi mein dated 10/06/2021 time 10:25 AM par line no. 4 yaa 11 mein vahan par pahucha meine madam ko slip dee aur 40 Rs diye. Unhone muje 40 Rs. kee raseed dene se mna kar diya. Mein pucha aap raseed kyon nahi de rahe ho. Wahan par jo Supervisor usne mere saath badtameezi kee aur galiyan dee. Mein aapse 170 Rs lunga aur jab gadee jane dunga toll se. Jab meine usse bola kee aap badtmeezee kyon kar rahe ho toh usne wahan se kuch Gunde bula liye aur meri family ke saath badtameezee karne laga. Phir meine 1033 par phn kar ke complaint karee jiska no. 3846985 hai. Meine wahan manager rahul singh se baat karee toh Rahul Singh ne bhee badtameezee karte hue bola kee tum jaise log gadee Kharid lete ho To lekin Toll denee ko Aukat Nahi deti. Isse mujhe kafi Mansik Pratdna jaisa laga. Mein Aaj Tak Without Toll Nahi Gaya Hoon. Merta Gadee No. DL8CAQ1519 hai. Supervisor kaa naam Yogesh yaa Jagdish Hai. Aap meri iss complaint par dhyan dete hue Karwahi Avashya karein varna mujhe court Jana Padega. Kyonki mujhe mansik rup se Prttadit kiya gaya hai.

Incident of VN- UP72BC0028 AT RAMNAGAR GHASIYARI TOLL PLAZA near Pratapgarh (UP).
So I just crossed the highway toll plaza at 11:20am today and when I reached the toll plaza. Firstly it took me more than 10nseconds but still i cooperated them that sometimes machines don't work. But after 5mins they showed that your fastag is blacklisted and then I told them to check with manual scanning machine then it showed blacklisted. I had to pay 90rs just for those ###.
Then i called 1033 and get my fastag checked and they told me that it is active and is completely fine with huge balance and everything.
OK so i had to just let myself go as I was not with any proof at that moment.
But the main fault is that ki those ### make it happen with hundreds of CUSTOMERs everyday. They always take 10min or more for every car. And once someone starts to argue with them they start to abuse them giving orders and starts saying ma behen Gaali to everyone and even gives you warning that don't do this anymore otherwise you will be in danger. Dhamki dete hai ye bsdiwale ki mat ladna hamse aage se.
Please atleast for god sakes. Remove these ### and get you scanning machine fixed asap.

Yesterday I travelled to Kolaghat via Dhulagarh Toll tax and accordingly they deducted Rs 110/- (at 05:03pm) on way to kolaghat and then rs 55/- (at 07:33pm) on the way back from kolaghat.

Hi, Last year 2020 March month, my uncle drived my car and he gave money to toll plaza but I have already fastag, but that labours bought that money and also deducted from my account. I complaint against this issue and they told me, refund will processed. After India in lockdown, on that lockdown no one went out but they charged 100rs from my account, and car was in my home only that pandemic time that also I complaint. They told me refund initiated. I have paid toll at Khalapur Toll Plaza on Mumbai - Pune Express way by cash of Amt. 270 rs. But dt. 31.05.2021 I have also receive a message of deduction of amount of rs. 203. This deduction is for Talegaon Toll Plaza on Mumbai - Pune Express way. I request you to refund amount of rs. 203, as early as possible.

Today from Toll operator of "Bhojpuri, Chhattisgarh on NH-130" charged cash 170 ₹ at 15.41PM on 09June, 2021 (Enclosed cash paid Receipt by that toll plaza) by saying that my fastag is not sufficient balance.While same time same toll plaza "Bhojpuri, Chhattisgarh on NH-130" already deducted 85 ₹ at 15.40 PM on 09 June, 2021 (Enclosed Screen shot)

Please look into the matter.
Why I have been charged double for same toll for same time.

Please refund my 170 ₹ because I already paid toll by my fastag balance.

my name Dr Anurag Kumar Giri Today I was stopped unnecessarily for two hours with my family at Nirala Nagar Tool Plaza, while my fast tag was reducing, he is also active, there is money in it, still he was misbehaved with the head and the staff and unnecessary. Please check it and get the need done, thank you.my fast tag number is[protected]

My car has waited more than 10sec to pay and cross the toll . I asked them as per central government order my car has waited more than 10sec so how are you charging money they absued me and I warned them that I will complain to NHAI they told me to do what ever I want . I am from district Chhindwara Madhya Pradesh, the roads here were constructed in 2015 from narsinghpur, seoni, nagpur and betul to chhindwara, the roads from narsinghpur and seoni were damaged within a year and in the name of repairing they just put some tar on holes.
Since the road from seoni to nagpur was closed due to construction, the trucks from narsinghpur and seoni started going Nagpur via chhindwara and that too damaged the road from nagpur side as well, although the road has still very few holes but it can withstand only one monsoon, while the narsinghpur and seoni sides have already many holes covered with extra tar which is also getting removed as the rain occurs
Sir my request to you repair the road completely or just make the fresh ones as they are installing new Fastag based toll plaza, but aren't reparing the roads, we are paying taxes all the time when we visit nagpur betul seoni or narsinghpur but in the name of service we only get roads with holes with size of one feet or more covered with extra tar

The condition of road stretch around 11km from karnataka checkpost to thalavadi road of NH 948 is at its worst of worst condition for atleast 6 years now . There is no sign of road building or expansion . It is one of the most important connecting road between the states of karnataka and tamil nadu . The pot holes are so deep that car Tyre gets locked up damaging the cars durability . It's very difficult to ride in this road if carrying patients across . Kindly take necessary action to repair the stretch .

Your toll plaza sayeed mazera employee sunnil kumar shukla mis behave and give me incomplete receipt or toll tax. When i reques thim to correct my car no. Then he said that i will not change it, and you can complaint to anyone. My car no. Is HP24c 5600. And he wrote only 5600. What is this?

Myself Narenbhai Bhalala, live in Ahmedabad. I have driven through Express highway Ahmedabad to Vadodara and Fro on 7th Jun 21 and I observed that heavy vehicles like trucks are not following lane rules at all and so change lane any time that too without looking in mirror and without any turn indicator. All cars are at such high speed that these dangerous mauvouers of turning and changing lanes any time, gives almost no reaction time to light vehicles. In near future, I could imagine that large number of accident are highly probable, especially in Monsoon when braking efficiency is low. Please take action.
