Despite lock down and expressway being shut down, the toll operator is charging toll, we are driving on Service Road but paying Rs. 150 toll,

This is unfair & wrong

During Bengaluru lockdown I had to drop and pick up my wife from BIAL for an emergency reason. Because of lock down Highway is closed by Police, so I used service road to reach upto BIAL toll plaza. To my surprise staff at toll plaza did not show any mercy to open the gate without taking full toll charges. We have a fast tag issued by Airtel Money. Airtel blacklisted our fast tag without any notice or intimation. We were charged double toll at Mandir Hasaud Toll on 19.05 and Rajnandgaon Toll on 21.05. This issue was communicated to both NHAI toll free, and Airtel money. I had travelled to Kempegowda Airport in Bangalore from my house in Varthur and back. I had taken the Bellary road to airport however during this lock down period the toll road was closed and all vehicles were using the regular road instead of the elevated toll road. Despite this non usage the toll was charged both side by the NHAI and blamed the City police for closing the road. All such coordination should be between NHAI and the city police...

Need bypass road at Palladam, Tirupur dist in Tamilnadu. Everyday 8AM to 8 PM and Festival days huge traffic up to 2 km long.

Palladam is comes in NH from Coimbatore to Nagapattinam.

Existing Road from Oddanchatram to Dindigul Bypass and Dindigul Bypass Service road got damaged in most of the areas (around 35 kms) and difficult to drive in cars with Aged person and Pregnant women which comes in National highway Dindigul to Mysore via Sathiyamangalam. Request to lay new road.

My fast tag is active and also have sufficient balance but at Mansar Toll plaza my fast tag card was not read and he asked me to paid cash. But as per gov guidelines if card is not reading then toll plaza need to allowed the vehicle. This toll plaza not following government guide lines. What i do?...

On 28th April I have charged from toll on Khedahivapur toll plaza. But for Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad passing vehicles there is no toll then how come they dedicated amount....
