Dear sir,
This to inform you that today's approx 8:40 Am I was crossing the through the Bhagwanpur toll plaza, Haridwar through lane no 14, my car no JH 01 CR 8770. Suddenly the barrier fall done on the roof of my car and it got damage badly and scratch happen on the roof of my car. I lost my valuable time and wel the lose of Approx Rs.10000/-. This is the serious problem. I have register my complain over there pls.take a not and direct that toll plaza to compensate the same . This is for your kind information and necessary action please find below the register complain copy.

We have a fast tag issued by Airtel Money. Airtel blacklisted our fast tag without any notice or intimation. We were charged double toll at Mandir Hasaud Toll on 19.05 and Rajnandgaon Toll on 21.05. This issue was communicated to both NHAI toll free, and Airtel money. Our complaint no was 3756163 dt 19.05. 11 days have passed nothing has happened and we are regularly being charged double at toll plazas.
Today we have again called both 1033 toll free and Airtel money and have received no help.
This is a matter between the service provider and NHAI, why the user is bein penalized and harassed.
Meanwhile both NHAI and Airtel money wants that we keep on paying double toll.

I have asked for extention of monthly pass issued in the month of april 2021 by seriel no 000151.
Once govt announced locked in mumbai in first week of april 2021.
Since i have not used toll due to lock down . As a consumer rigths i am eligible for extention .
You are requetse to take appropriate action .

Address: Tol Road to KEmpegowda Airport Bangalore

I had travelled to Kempegowda Airport in Bangalore from my house in Varthur and back. I had taken the Bellary road to airport however during this lock down period the toll road was closed and all vehicles were using the regular road instead of the elevated toll road. Despite this non usage the toll was charged both side by the NHAI and blamed the City police for closing the road. All such coordination should be between NHAI and the city police and customers should not be inconvenienced with such issues. How possibly with out the usage of a services NHAI can charge the customer . It is its duty to make sure the service offered by it should be available before it charges the customer. Request you to kindly take action so that they refund customers money unfairly charged.

I am complaining about hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza which is located on nashik pune highway in sangamner taluka in ahmednagar maharashtra.
We are local people of the village.our village is 10km from toll plaza if we are going from toll plaza and showing our id proof then also our 85+85=170 rs are deducting from our fast tag account when fast tag is not available in vehicle.Toll plaza is deducting amount through are registration number.
We people already in financial crisis because of lockdown and covid, for each time deduction is not affordable to us.
Please take necessary action .
Humble request from all people of sangamner taluka.

I have never visited this toll plaza and from past three month of lock down my car is still in my parking, I have seen many people raises similar issue and it seems some goons are doing this mischievous act and looting people

Existing Road from Oddanchatram to Dindigul Bypass and Dindigul Bypass Service road got damaged in most of the areas (around 35 kms) and difficult to drive in cars with Aged person and Pregnant women which comes in National highway Dindigul to Mysore via Sathiyamangalam. Request to lay new road.

I was going back and forth to Bangalore Airport, the toll here is supposed to be charged only for the flyover which is actually the national highway,
Although I was charged even for using the service road.
I had to use this road as the flyover is closed in lockdown.27/5/21

Undersigned is residing in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru & working at Airports Authority of India, Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) . Accordingly whenever going to duty I need to cross toll SADAHALLI PLAZA (NH 44) and paying Rs.135/- as toll fee through Fastag as I am using elevated highway. My vehicle No is KA 04 MS 7045.

During lockdown, elevated highway is blocked & we are made to travel in service road. Even though TOLL AMOUNT is getting deducted from my Fastag. Since we are not utilising elevated highway it is not supposed to deduct.
Accordingly I am humbly requesting you that TOLL FEE which got deducted from my Fastag during this lockdown period may please get credited back to my Fastag account.

Hope you will do the needful.

Hi Team,

There used to be an awesome NH 44 highway connecting via Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, 518006. But to the growth of population in the district the highway bridge was proposed and the construction started in 2019.

Its almost 2 years now, the existing roads were damaged completely but neither the highway was built nor the existing roads were repaired. The work is incomplete with all the dust, JCB's and many items left over.

If you do not have capacity to complete the work, then it would have been better to not start it, rather than leaving it in the middle.

Please treat this as utmost priority and repair the roads as this will lead to many human lives danger on the road due to the increased population in the city.

We were travelling on medical emergency from Sindhudurg to Mumbai via Kolhapur Pune Highway by our private car number MH47 AU 7959 on 24th May 2021.At Khed Shivapur Toll plaza the FastTag was not working and I was forced to pay double toll. You may check on other tolls my fasttag was deducted automatically and at Khed toll ladies were saying if you have to cross you have to pay double toll and we ended paying Rs.200. If there is problem with toll booth we should be allowed to go without paying any fees but in this case we were charged double toll which is not acceptable.Action should be taken against such tolls as so many of them might be facing such problems but no one has so much time to argue with toll plaza guys. Please look in to it, I have attached my toll receipt also.Thanks
