My vehicle no WB 66AA 9436 has been charged Rs 180.00 up/dn on[protected] where as they have charged Rs 65.00 up/dn on[protected] against same vehicle under 18th mile toll plaza Farakha, where other toll plaza not charged that much against my vehicle. I dont know when Government has hiked three times of toll rates .

I was surprised and talked to the incharge of toll plaza but he has not coperated and asked me to...

Twice rate charged at Paliekkara toll plaza cash counter. Against Rs 35, they charged Rs. 150. I was in normal cash plaza, not in fastag only plaza....

I crossed the toll plaza on Parwanoo Shimla Highway at Sanwara around 7:00 PM on May 09, 2021 .I was told that my fastag is not functioning so I have to pay double the toll tax, i.e. RS 110/- .A while later I got SMS stating my fastag wallet is debited twice for RS 55/- each screen shot is attached herewith along with receipt of manual tax collected toll. Kindly reverse the excess amount ....

There were Tool exemptions were requested, since Vehicle was in Duty of Defense.

But Tax has been debited from my Brother's Paytm balance.

The strange is I have not displayed FAST TAG on my windscreen, and never showed to any of the staff on TOLL TAX.

I WILL RAISE IT TO MINISTRY OF FINANCE since it's financial scam where Babina has deducted amount from the Vehicle's registration...

I travelled from Greater Noida to Bahadurgarh via Eastern and Wester Peripheral Expressway. The normal amount I am charged while travelling from Greater Noida to entire Eastern Peripheral till Rai is 135/- but this time I was charged more than double i.e. 290/- INR. Receipt us attached. Please help to get this fixed or initiate a refund. I did not argue at that time as I had a medical emergency....

Why 100rs cut in fastag?? No riad service good. Very poor but toll very high.. and poor staff, insulting public citizen.. abuses very much against ladies..
Refund amount reasonable charge to be applied.....

I travelled today ie., 08 May 21 from Bangalore to Kodagu in my personal vehicle and crossed Devihalli Toll Booth in Karnataka at around 0645h.

I being a serving Army Officer with a valid Service Identity Card, the toll booth operator refused to allow me to pass without scanning my I card.

When I told them that I card is a confidential document and cannot be scanned, he insisted on payment. When I tried to convince...

This is to request that we have a land of 1950 square meter by side of NH27 at Kanpur-Jhashi Highway nearby BSNL Tower Hashemau.
Here we are going to construct a building for commercial purpose, But the drainage line by the side of highway is weak and we are afraid that due to construction machines/trucks it can break anytime, which can cause damage to property also there are chances of accident.br...

One of the worst thing happened today with me.

Since this is lockdown in Pune, and have not travelled from last 30 days on any highway with my car, still my ICICI bank fastag account debited with Rs. 100/-.

And pathetic thing is that after raising complain to NHAI, they are asking me to submit picture of my car from different angle, and...

Fraued dedection...

An auto numbered BR24P 3531 Crashed into our vehicle which resulted into a loss of right side view mirror of about 800-900 rupees...

Respected Sir/Madam I bought a bond of NHAI on 25/03/2021. How I know my current status and when will I received the proper document from NHAI.please provide the proper way to know current status....

Please check and reverse the extra deducted amount towards my account.
The Actual amount to be deducted is 10 rs but deducted 70rs. on dated 03/05/2021 and 04/05/2021. Details enlisted below.

INR 50 toll debited from Tag 3XXXC100 for vehicle no. AP09CT0135 AT TSPA on 03/05/21 14:07. IDFC FIRST Bank

Excess toll amount is getting deducted while travelling between GACHIBOWLI to TSPA.
It happened twice in same week.

And will be receiving these messages after 3 hours of passing that toll gate...

So please kindly solve this issue.....

The tall plaza between jais and gauriganj of amethi distt there was a waiting of about 20 min because of some technical issue.when I asked to switch manually because I was getting very late the responsible authority Mr. Abhishek upreti misbehaved with me along with his employees and tried to physically assualt me....

False fast tag payment of Rs. 80/- shown on my Paytm number [protected] at toll gate Paschim Madati on 02/05/2021 at 3:42 am. My vehicle having vehicle no. BR01EZ8360 was present at Patna in my residence but still I received the message and money was deducted from my Paytm balance.

Request you to kindly check into the matter seriously as how the payment can be done even though my vehicle is standing about...
