Today I travelled mujaffarpur to Araria Bihar on nh57 .the road of nh 57 is so poor management .you show me only one km there is no pit in road total I travelled 250apross too much jerking in the road .I'm asking only one think to road minister you have luxury vechile but people haven't . Your bad road maintenance to be caused of accident and also death. So plz don't politics on death i[censored] responsibility to gave people to good road service.if can't why we paid toll .

I am using Paytm Fastag for paying taxes at the toll plazas for my vehicle HR07R8067.
While checking the payment history, I found there is a deduction of Rs. 605/- on 26 March 2021. It does not match with my travel distance which stands at Rs.115/- only.
I should be refunded the extra money.

Hello Team,
I am Boobalan Seenivasan from Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Today I got message that "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 90 for transaction by Vehicle TN01AR6077 at Toll Palsit on[protected]T18:47:56"
But I didn't go anywhere and didn't use my car. Hope you aware that we are in complete lockdown. So this payment might be unauthorized or incorrect.
Kindly check and take necessary action.

When passing through the 18 mile toll plaza, malda, West Bengal with my car on 23rd May, 2021 at 09:15 pm and 4th June, 2021 at 08:29 pm, got deducted rs 120.00 from my fastag account on each and every time (car GJ23BD0006). Pl let me know the actual charge for personal car at that toll plaza. I think the revised toll is Rs. 60.00 for LMV / car.
Earlier also they charged double toll. Who gave them the authority to cheat the common people of India in a illegal way that also during this pandemic situation.
Hence, seeking for justice.

On 4th June 2021 I travel from jolly Grant, Dehradun (Deh) to Mayur Vihar, New Delhi (ND), and also return on the same day 4t June 2021 . In between I passed through Three Toll Plaza as mention below with Tax deducted from my FAST TAG Account.

Time and ammount mentioned as received through SMS .

Now my question is that why Sivaya toll Plaza deduct the same amount while I returned back in less that 12 hours from the same day 4th June 2021. Its look they cheat the customer. On returning it should be half.

Please take some action and credit the rest amount in my Fast Tag account

I have taken my car recently and due to covid I don't have my RC so they are not making my monthly pass ..I have insurance copy, challan, invoice etc but they are not making my monthly pass please help...and the behaviour is not correct at toll plaza

I am a resident of district kangra and an aware citizen of this country want to complain about the negligence of the government authorities of all level, about the broken road and too much dig holes on the national highway 503 near kangra Bypass. It has been nearly 4 years, the road has not been mended neither by state authorities nor by the local government bodies of the state or the district. The holes are not in the road but the road is in the holes. No one took a step to do the right thing. I want to make you aware about this. The public is suffering, these holes attract accidents and put a negativity impact on the general public about the responsibilities of the government. Please respond as soon as possible.

During return journey in less than 24hrs full money was cut.

Deducted money from my fastag account without crossing the toll plaza

I Visit the ThandiKhui Toll Plaza in Samba District o[censored]T Jammu Kashmir for Monthly Pass. When I visit they charge monthly Pass Fee of 285 which was ok for me, but thereafter without my knowledge they also deduct 70 rupee from my fast tag. There is totally loot at Thandikhui toll plaza, no one listen you, even the behavior of staff was very rough. Many of them was illustrate.
Even more than two lane was totally shut by them by big stones. I had waited at least for 15 minute in the lane to reach the counter but there was no THREE MINUTE WAIT RULE, it is not the first time everytime you visit ThandiKhui toll Plaza you have to wait for 10-15 minute to reach the counter. There is no auto opener and closer of Door.
I requested you to please have concern about the same and also refund my 70 rupee.

I am a state government employee in Chhattisgarh Raipur and my home is in Bilaspur.
Due to family problem I am weekly up down from Bilaspur to Raipur.
Some times ago in bhojpuri toll plaza I am creating monthly pass for journey but last two months toll plaza incharge was not create monthly pass. He says we are not in 20 km radius in toll plaza of bhojpuri. The issue of government notification regarding monthly pass not says in 20 km radius condition. Notification says 50 journey of a month.
Pls issue order of bhojpuri toll plaza incharge to issue us monthly pass pls.

I have taken bank baroda fast tag on 24Feb 21 towards my Vehicle with Reg no:KL23 M 5557. At the time of account opening I have paid Rs.500. Buy when am approaching Toll plaza, account showing in sufficient balance even though I recharged properly. For the same with my frequent approach to bank of Baroda agent/ care it is come to know that they have not linked my vehicle with fast tag no. Finally It has been sorted out in 29May 21. But for they same they have deducted Rs200 from my account as issuance charge. Eventhough I have paid 500 Rs at the toke of account opening, on what basis Agent deducted again 200Rs from my account. This issue I have projected to Agent (Taken from Akshaya Center, Thevara, Ernakulam, Kerala) and bank baroda care. Till the date I haven't received any feedback from agent / bank. Relevant statement attached herewith.

Everytime A Deduction happens inspite of submission of a Valid ID where it has to be exempted.

I Work for Municipal Corporation of India and it has to be exempted after showing the valid ID.

Always there are two guys standing at toll. One you show your ID it allows to pass but at the same instance the other guy charges you from your FAST TAG

I, Mrinal Ghosh, have crossed the 18 mile toll plaza, west bengal with my vehicle having registration no WB40AA3084 at 6.07pm on 03/06/2021. After crossing it came under seen that Rs 120/- has been deducted instead of Rs 50/-.So I complained so as to refund such immediately.

During Bengaluru lockdown I had to drop and pick up my wife from BIAL for an emergency reason. Because of lock down Highway is closed by Police, so I used service road to reach upto BIAL toll plaza. To my surprise staff at toll plaza did not show any mercy to open the gate without taking full toll charges. While picking up my wife I got late by 30 minutes because my fast tag was black listed and I had no cash with me. I had five cards and all kinds of e-money wallets at my mobile but there was no provision of paying other than cash. I begged to the officers sitting there to allow me to go but with no success. Finally I recharged my fastag and waited for 30 minutes to cross the toll. When Govt is encouraging cash less economy, why there is no provision of paying cashless at such an important toll plaza?
Why do I even need to pay money when I am not allowed to use the elevated highway?
I am going to file a consumer case, as it's direct violation of consumers interest.

Please remove the cement pipes put in waste water.so that the plastic from waste water pack the pipes and water comes into the farm from jalgaon city gut no 398/3/2 .We have crop the cotton plants they are damaged by the waste water and the pipes put in the waste water called lendi nala in jalgaon city .So please remove the pipes immediately

Respect sir i am owing a vehicle bearing no ap39gm2150 which has been registered with rta machilipatanm of krishna district with an hypothication to sbi.

We are the residence of nandigama having all relevant proofs of our local status .

The keesra toll plaza which is on nh 65 where our residence in near by below 8km .

The toll plaza official strongly denying and not even taken application for local discount to my vehicle and stating that my vehicle was not registered with local rta .

As per discount rules of nhai we are eligible for local discount.
Hence we request to you guide the keesra toll plaza officels about my local discount of my vehicle .
