Fastag has made wrong deduction from my fastag account, inspite of several complaint via e-mail, calls they are not entertaining the complaints.
HDFC bank is doing the same.

Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 90 for transaction by Vehicle MH20DJ7643 at Toll Hatnoor Fee plaza on[protected]T20:01:52. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 32 - HDFC Bank Ltd.

When I do payment online by fastag at that time amount is deducted but massage not received so we have do payment by cash memo at counter, please investigate about my transaction and do the correct action.
Refund my amount of cash memo 90 Rs.

I have attached massages of deducted amounts of my account and also cash memo receipt.

Do the needful.

People/ Houses beside bustand are facing a lot of issues since 2-3 years with snacks, mosquitos, rodents and pigs . Compliant raised so many time village level . Kindly please help people who are using bus stand and residential staying their . Thanks you

As a person who concerned about the cleanliness about our area i beg a pardon to request you to help us to resolve this behaviour of this agency for not doingcompliance on cleanliness as per your guidelines in our area .
Road Name : National Highway 6. Jowai - Ladrymbai- Khliehriat Road.
Toll Gate Name : IALONG Toll Plaza Roads.

As I could not recharge my fastag account due to technical glitch at fastag login site, I offered cash for the trip but the lady at the Anewadi toll plaza asked me to pay double amount. I recharged my fastag account right at that point and asked her to scan the fastag and the scan was successful but I couldn't receive any message regd this to show her and she told me that the scan happened for the vehicle behind my car. I forced to take my vehicle back and talk with fastag officer. I talked with customer care and got to know that the amount has deducted at toll plaza. After that I took my car to toll point and the lady allowed me to pass but at that point also the amount was deducted. I asked her that the amount should not deduct twice, and she said it wont. But in actual the amount deducted twice. Kindly revert the amount for one trip.

I have fasttag in my car but everytime I go from khokhraj fasttag they say" next line say fir say aye, again next line pai aap ka fasttag kharab hai after showing them my fasttag is active they say acha machine mangwata hu but this time one of the staff name vijay singh Id 26475 window man started using abusing word to my father which is not excepted my me. Kindly do some enquiry about this fasttag which is always have some issue not me but lot of people have issue in this perticular fasttag and lot of people have written compliant on Facebook about khokhraj fasttag. Even I asked for complain register at toll but nobody provided and vijay singh started using abusive word.

On[protected] at about 15:01:16 hours at Bhokarwadi-Maliwadi Toll Plaza (Maharashtra) (new NH 520 Section Yedeshi - Aurangabad), though I have sufficient balance in my Axis Bank FAstag, message has been displayed on toll plaza screen that my card is 'blacklisted'. and Toll Plaza employees have charged me double amount i.e. Rs.180 instead of Rs, 90/- and then allowed me to proceed further.
During the period at Toll Plaza out of 100 % vehicles near about 90 % vehicles Fastag portal cards have been shown as 'blacklisted'.
Therefore, I am lodging my grievance about this toll plaza and I have confidence that they are making fraud by cheating customers with the help of issuing authorities of Fastag. In short, they are making fraud by taking double amount by showing 'fastag is blacklisted'. During the Toll Plaza stay I have called so many times on customer cate 1033 number but they have not given any response. Hence, this complaint for refund of amount.

At kokhraj rs 125 deducted but at Soraon no deduction view same branch

On return at Soraon same amount 125 deducted but at kokhraj no deduction

Request explain

It is also Submitted that I am filing RTI against these problems

For give deduction details wef 01 Jan 21 for all vehicles who suffer these problems

On 29/07/2020 My Vehicle Number TN10AL0482 crossed Buchireddypalem Toll Plaza at 16:38:27 with transaction ID[protected]-0010329072016382701013 Rupees 35 was deducted from my FASTag account, After crossing Buchireddypalem my vehicle never passed any toll
Plaza until 03/08/2020 10:48:16 at Buchireddypalem

Rupees 70 has been deducted from my FASTag account for crossing Indalwai Toll Plaza On 29/07/2020 at 20:51:35 with transaction ID[protected]-0000000000324036099102

My vehicle never crossed Indalwai Toll plaza on the above mentioned date and time for which I have been charged
I have been sending email with all related documents until now the issue is not handled properly

So can you please check this and resolve the issue

I am complaining about hiwargaon pawsa toll plaza which is located on nashik pune highway in sangamner taluka in ahmednagar maharashtra.
We are local people of the village.our village is 7km from toll plaza if we are going from toll plaza and showing our id proof then also our 85+85=170 rs are deducting from our fast tag account when fast tag is not available in vehicle.Toll plaza is deducting amount through are registration number.
We people already in financial crisis because of lockdown and covid, for each time deduction is not affordable to us.
Please take necessary action .
Humble request from all people of sangamner taluka.

Due to lock down all the flyovers are closed and toll booths are stil collecting tolls through fasttag. recently i had to travel to bangalore airport, all toll roads are blocked only way is from service road and for that they charged toll for bothsides.

I have travelled from Belgaum to bangalore on 7th May 2021, my fastag was scanned in all toll plaza except the Hebbalu toll plaza which is section between doddasiddanahally to hadadi. Their scanning equipment's were looks like in very poor condition and were not properly maintained. Though in few toll plaza's, it was shown low balance but eventually it was scanned in couple of seconds but hebbalu toll plaza was never able to scan. Not sure if this hebbalu toll plaza is making the people fool to collect double fee, because I never face this scanning issue in the toll plaza's which came after this toll plaza. Attached the payment history and receipts for the reference, please look into this issue.

In spite of several notices by Centre and State goverments, some toll plazas have installed Fasttag cameras, due to which a large numbers of vehicles are standing in ques and they collect toll in cash.

If any vehicle does not have fasttag, there is provision of penalty, but if a toll plaza does not have fasttag camera, what is the penalty provisions for them.

I had journey from Nashik to Dhule on National Highway No 3 today morning. My four wheeler no is MH15EX1363 which passing from Nashik. So when I entered my whecle with fasttag such toll charged me Rs150/-instead of Rs.40/-. So I requested to you written my money as early as possible.

Bhopal Raisen Road- NH146 is collecting toll tax offline and charging double and When Asked They said Fasttag is not there. What i know is Fasttag is mandatory otherwise you have to pay double. but this is your problem

I was traveling via kachkoot they charged toll extra nd cuts twice .. They looting people...

Charge of tool in talegaon is 203 and khalapr is 62 but khalapur tool plaza charge 203 from my fatag extra charge 141 deduct my account please return my amount
