On 29 April 2021, I traveled from Chennai to Madurai. I had inr 1000+ in hdfc fastag wallet but then on each toll gate I was told no balance and I ended up paying twice the toll amount. On calling hdfc fastag customer care, i was asked to wait for 5 to 10 min as the server were down but then nothing changed. Finally i ended by paying extra inr 700+. I raised complaint with them and today 1 May 2021, I do see some more debit in my wallet stating the transaction date as 29 April 2021. Finally I am paying 3rd time for using toll.

I applied for 200 nhai bonds on 12th April 2021.The amount of Rs.2000000/- has been cleared my a/c but I did not get any information about issue of bonds. Pl. look into it & issue the same.- Ram Naresh Gupta. 17-E-315. Vasundhara, Ghziabad. My pan no.is AGGPG9899P.

The road not completed but toll charges are charged full amount, there is no road at 2 places, just stones are there on road and one more place the bridge is not completed and almost 2 km using small service road, but they are collecting full charge, again within 2 months charges are increased. This is not fair and not at all fair.

Toll charges are increased from 90 rupees to 100 rupees and the road also under repairing, almost 5 to 10 km road is using service road instead of main road and charged toll charges as usual, this is not fair not at all fair.
Route is from Hyderabad to warangal, toll plaza name Gudur.

I am a Resident of Mumbai, Skin Chunabhatti, Eastern Express Highway, opp Priyadarshini, Sion Chunabhatti, Mumbai 400022.

Our House location is abutting EE Highway. There is a bridge which comes from Anik depot, Truck Terminus, BPT, etc. Containers, Fully loaded trucks, containers, Oil tankers etc ply every second.

This road and bridge is in pathetic condition and repaired with cement paver blocks. There are rumbling speed breakers also made at the end of the bridge, the cement roads have come out and there are craters and plenty of potholes. At the bottom of bridge with joining EE highway the road is done with paver blocks.

Whenever trucks and loaded vehicles passes it makes a huge noise.

During lockdown the drivers in the night are speeding at so high speed that a rattling NOISE of loaded iron rods, screeching Tyres, puncture burst, etc can be heard while sleeping. The Noise is 100% above 300db. The Noise is creating health issues. There is daily 1 or 2 trucks getting punctured on daily basis.

On humanitarian ground asking NHAI to intervene, get it sorted out. I don't know locally whom to approach.

On 28.04.2021 I travelled to KIAL airport in my car no. KA53MD 6344. Due to lock down the flyover was closed and I was forced to travel in the service road up to the toll gate. Inspire of that I was charged full toll fee of Rs95 from my fast tag account.
I request you to take necessary action.

मै प्रमोद पांडुरंग बावधनकर और विद्या नगर शेळगी, सोलापूर – 413002 (महाराष्ट्र) मे रहने वाले रहिवासी की तराफ से आपसे ये अर्जी कर रहा हूं की मै जहां रहता हूं वहां थोडी दूरी से पुणे-हैदराबाद नॅशनल हायवे क्र. 65 (Old NH 09) जाता है| पुणे-हैदराबाद नॅशनल हायवे का काम लागभग पुरा हो चुका है लेकीन किसी कारण वश (Court Matter) हमारे घर के पास याने विद्या नगर शेळगी, सोलापूर (महाराष्ट्र) ब्रिज के पास जो सर्विस रोड है वह पुरा नही हो पा रहा है| वह सर्विस रोड पुरा नही होने के बाद भी सभी वाहनों के लिए बंद नही किया गया है| जब की NHAI के Rules के हीसाब से अगर कोई रोड Complete हो तो उसे बंद रखणा चाहीए| लेकीन यह रोड बारबार कहने पर भी बंद नही किया जा रहा है|जिसके कारण सभी मोटर सायकल्स (2 Wheelers) हमारे घर के पास से याने (छोटी गली से) Residential Area से जा रहे है| जिसकी वजह से हम लोगों को बहुतही तकलीफ हो रही है| इन गाडीयों की वजह से रोड की मिट्टी घर मे आ रही है जो की पकाये हुए खाणे पर भी बैठ रही है और वही खाना हमे मजबूरन खाना पड रहा है| Residential Area होने की वजह से बच्चे गली में खेलते है, जेष्ठ नागरीक रस्ते पर घुमते है और अभी तो स्कूल बंद होने की वजह से बच्चे बार बार रोड पर ही खेलते है| इन गाडीयों की वजह से इन बच्चो तथा जेष्ठ नागरीकोंकी जान को भी खतरा हो सकता है| सभी मोटर सायकल्स (2 Wheelers) दिन-रात चालू होने की वजह से हम लोगों की निंद भी ठीक से नही हो पा रही है, क्योंकी मोटर सायकल्स (2 Wheelers) की आवाज जोरोंसे से घर मे आती है, बहुत सारे मोटर सायकल्सवाले (2 Wheelers) जोरजोर से हॉर्न बजाते है मावा गुटखा खा के घर के बाहर थुकते है बहुत सारे मोटार सायकलवाले ट्रिपल सीट आते है| और आज की कोरोंना की इस महामारी मे बहुत से मास्क भी नही पहने हुए होते है उस सर्विस रोड का हमारे Residential Area का कोइभी संबंध नही है|
हमने NHAI ऑफिस, सोलापूर मे 26 /02 /2021 को तक्रार अर्जी भी दाखल की है, यहां तक की हमने 10/03/2021 को वकील का नोटिस भी भेजा है| लेकीन अभी तक हमारी अर्जी पर कोइभी अम्मल नही हूआ है और न ही ठीक से कोई जवाब मिल रहा है |
इसलीए हमे मजबूरन आपसे ये अर्जी करणी पड रही है| क्योंकी हमे अब लोकल सकारी ऑफिस अथवा किसी भी लोग प्रतींनिधी पर भरवसा नही रहा है|
उम्मीद है की आपसे हमे न्याय मिलेगा हम जाणते है की Direct आपसे यह Complaint नही करनी चाहीए लेकीन कया करे, हमे लोकल सरकारी आस्थापणा पर अब भरोसा नही रहा है हम बारबार उनको[protected] पर फोन कर रहे है| लेकीन अभी वो documents Upload नही हो रहे है क्योंकी वह PDF और MP3 है. कृपया जलदी से हमारी प्रॉब्लेम दूर किजिए और उस सर्विस रोड को कोई और रास्ता निकाल कर दिजीए अथवा उसे बंद कर डिजीए यह आपसे विनती करते है
Sorry to say की, अब हमे सच मे लग रहा है की कोई भी सरकार आम आदमी के लिए नही होती है सरकार सिर्फ पैसेवालोंकी, Political लोगोंकि और सरकारी नौकार दारोंकीही होती है|

I have purchased fasttag from paytm on 16/feb/2021 for my father in law's vehicle with vehicle number KL 33 K 638. Yesterday i received two SMS as shown below
"Paid Rs 60.0 toll for KL33K638 at Athur on 26 Apr 2021, 07:12 AM. TxnId:[protected]fP.Updated Paytm Bal: Toll Wallet- Rs 190"

"Paid Rs 45.0 toll for KL33K638 at Pondicherry Tindivanam on 26 Apr 2021, 06:31 AM. TxnId: 0177001E[protected].Updated Paytm Bal: Toll Wallet- Rs 145"

I received this while the real vehicle was still at Changanassery, Kottayam, Kerala. After that I have tried to contact the customer care service of Paytm Fasttag many times. In the automated system they said that they will send an sms to my phone number and there will be a link in that through which i can lodge the complaint, but even after trying 3-4 times i did not receive any. Hence i request you to find me a solution for the following issues.

1. There is someone with the same Fastag registered to this Vehicle number.
2. Money is getting deducted from my Fastag account.
I need solution for both, But my primary concern is the first one which i has to be resolved at the earliest.

My Car ( MH 06 AZ 2021) travel from malegaon towards dhule . At laling toll plaza at lane no. 1 they stopped it by telling that tag is black listed. Actually my fast balance is more than 1000 rupees. These problem accure at 9:45 PM on 27 april 2021. I really need a help for on topic

Hello Team,

We have quite a good number of road humps as we travel from hospet towards bijapur.

Road humps are not having any indicators, as well it does not good lights.

It would be good if we can fix and monitor it time to time as road humps can cause accidents.

I had purchased Fastag online on 8 April 2021 by paying Rs.1199 from the following site:

I received the courier with details:
FASTAG N0:[protected]
COURIER N0:- EM[protected]IN

But the Fastag balance credited was only Rs.100
Out of Rs.1200 paid, IDFC Bank has not given proper explanation on the split up.

Further IDFC didn't mention anything regarding the minimum balance to be maintained due to which I had to pay fines at teh toll gates even after purchasing the Fastag.

Please help in getting the refund amount from the bank.

I have done cash payment on Mumbai talegaon toll plaza and 10 min fastag money also detected 203 Rs I have proof of receipt my registration number is [protected] Suresh lokare

The toll plaza don’t have fast tag lanes. Then what’s the benefit of having a fast attached to my car if i have to wait for 5-10 mins in the queue. The main motive of implementing fast tag so that there can be a hazel free movement in the toll booths. If the same is not fulfilled and the vehicles have to wait as it was earlier and there will no benefits of have fast tag

I want to inform you that on 23rd May I crossed lachiwala with my vechile no Uk07BR 5050 toll plaza, they asked my father that fastag balance is not recharge and charge double Rs 170 rs but from fastag paytm money deducted. 85 so please request to refund money.

Me as a resident of district kangra and an aware citizen of this country want to complain about the negligence of the government of the state as well as center about the broken road and too much dig holes on the national highway 503 near kangra Bypass. It has been nearly 4 years, the road has not been mended neither by state authorities nor by the local government bodies of the state or the district. No one took a step to do the right thing.

Today have been charged round trip toll charges which I was using single trip between Kovalam to Mahabalipuram (Mamallapuram). This was not first time for me. My car reg number TN11E9816. have been crossed at Kovalam around 17 hrs where I touched my single trip around 17: 35 hrs at Mahabalipuram. But I was charged round trip amount of 59.
Can you please investigate this issue and inform them to settle my remaining amount. Advance thanks for your actions in this regard.

Dear Sir/Madam
I have closed my FASTAG with SBI but Bank is not refunding deposit and balance amount. After number of emails and customer care contact, they didn’t reply to my mail. Please look into the matter.

I have closed my NHAI fasttag account recently and no Money has refunded to my account. Kindly refund the money .
