I travelled today ie., 08 May 21 from Bangalore to Kodagu in my personal vehicle and crossed Devihalli Toll Booth in Karnataka at around 0645h.

I being a serving Army Officer with a valid Service Identity Card, the toll booth operator refused to allow me to pass without scanning my I card.

When I told them that I card is a confidential document and cannot be scanned, he insisted on payment. When I tried to convince them, they threatened to thrash me and all of them ganged up in a threatening manner.

Request this could be looked into so that Defence personnel are not threatened and intimidated

      Hello Sir/Madam,

      This is to request that we have a land of 1950 square meter by side of NH27 at Kanpur-Jhashi Highway nearby BSNL Tower Hashemau.
      Here we are going to construct a building for commercial purpose, But the drainage line by the side of highway is weak and we are afraid that due to construction machines/trucks it can break anytime, which can cause damage to property also there are chances of accident.
      we request you to grant us the permission to reconstruct that drainage in a strong manner so that it should not break or cause any accidental damage.

          Hello

          I am Tushar G from Pune ([protected])

          One of the worst thing happened today with me.

          Since this is lockdown in Pune, and have not travelled from last 30 days on any highway with my car, still my ICICI bank fastag account debited with Rs. 100/-.

          And pathetic thing is that after raising complain to NHAI, they are asking me to submit picture of my car from different angle, and want to make sure that complaining person is the same who owns the car by asking to share RC pics too.

          And after giving all these documents then only they will take my complain & will initiate the process.

          I have simply asked to send the PIC of my car which they have captured at Toll booth, but as per agent that is not possible .

                    INR 50 toll debited from Tag 3XXXC100 for vehicle no. AP09CT0135 AT TSPA on 03/05/21 14:07. IDFC FIRST Bank

                    Excess toll amount is getting deducted while travelling between GACHIBOWLI to TSPA.
                    It happened twice in same week.

                    And will be receiving these messages after 3 hours of passing that toll gate...

                    So please kindly solve this issue..

                      The tall plaza between jais and gauriganj of amethi distt there was a waiting of about 20 min because of some technical issue.when I asked to switch manually because I was getting very late the responsible authority Mr. Abhishek upreti misbehaved with me along with his employees and tried to physically assualt me.

                          Sir,

                          False fast tag payment of Rs. 80/- shown on my Paytm number [protected] at toll gate Paschim Madati on 02/05/2021 at 3:42 am. My vehicle having vehicle no. BR01EZ8360 was present at Patna in my residence but still I received the message and money was deducted from my Paytm balance.

                          Request you to kindly check into the matter seriously as how the payment can be done even though my vehicle is standing about 600km distance from the toll gate.

                            Sir kindly take strict action
                            Because there are many people who don't complain or they don't know how to complain
                            And people in journey don't get back to ask refund as we get message of deduction after half hour.
                            Please refund my money and take action against these thief.

                            I lodge my 1st complain on 16 april and still not resolved.
                            And again I was cheated by them and again complained to NHAI and god knows when they will wake up.

                              While crossing the toll plaza my tag amount was low the toll person told me to pays Rs. 70. I asked him that I will recharge my tag and pay, my vehcile is registered with that toll for local vehicle, but he told me that will scan it only after 30 minutes. And ask me to pay Rs 35 but without recipt. When I said why u will not give reciept he started abusing and threatend me. I got scared and paid Rs 35 and they have not given any recipt to me.                                 On 29 April 2021, I traveled from Chennai to Madurai. I had inr 1000+ in hdfc fastag wallet but then on each toll gate I was told no balance and I ended up paying twice the toll amount. On calling hdfc fastag customer care, i was asked to wait for 5 to 10 min as the server were down but then nothing changed. Finally i ended by paying extra inr 700+. I raised complaint with them and today 1 May 2021, I do see some more debit in my wallet stating the transaction date as 29 April 2021. Finally I am paying 3rd time for using toll.

                                      The road not completed but toll charges are charged full amount, there is no road at 2 places, just stones are there on road and one more place the bridge is not completed and almost 2 km using small service road, but they are collecting full charge, again within 2 months charges are increased. This is not fair and not at all fair.

                                        Toll charges are increased from 90 rupees to 100 rupees and the road also under repairing, almost 5 to 10 km road is using service road instead of main road and charged toll charges as usual, this is not fair not at all fair.
                                        Route is from Hyderabad to warangal, toll plaza name Gudur.
