Dear Authority, I want to grow your attention There is 4 Lane Highway Project from Ghaziabad to Aligarh ( NH-91), There is the issue in Bilsuri, Issue is that company is made the flyover but they didn't constructed the service road from last 3 years . Local residents are suffered from the same, but no action by the Construction company or NHAI.

With reference to the above mentioned subject I have complaint about VVidyasagar Reddy Toll Plaza on Harwal section Mortagi Humnabad. Karnataka, While upward journey from Gulbarga to Mandewal I had to cross the afore mentioned tollplaza. I have Ford Icon car bearing Reg no KA05MB6079 and crossed toll that deducted amount of seventy rupees, even after deducting amount when the car moved little ahead suddenly toll boy on the counter in the cabin closed the that toll gate or bar or pole. It was about to hit my glass and would have broken my forehead too. I shouted at the boy in anger but all people of the toll joined together and have started shouting at me in me return. They were unaware of fact who had done mistake and who was going to be harmed. I felt very sorry system that is the democrat government. I felt as if some gundas have attacked on me. Evenafter paying toll tax we citizens with well todo job have to fight with such gundaas. What to do??? I have started hating myself that why I am alive amid such people. Please bring back the earlier system of appointing North Indian boys or non native boys who were doing their job with respect and honesty and discipline. I have another complaint that I discuss in my another complaint.

I kindly request you please! Update my this FASTag because we are facing problems, when our vehicle cross to toll tax excess amount has been deducted from wallet such that on 21 & 22, April 2021 the vehicle has been crossed following excess fare amount deducted.

1. Sonho, Chapra fare only Rs. 55/- but deducted Rs. 120/-
2. Pokhraira, Sitamarhi fare only Rs. 35/- but deducted Rs. 95/-
3. Pokhraira, Sitamarhi fare only Rs. 35/- but deducted Rs. 95/-
4. Sonho, Chapra fare only Rs. 55/- but deducted Rs. 120/-.

Please! Update this as soon as possible.

Please look into the issue as i have been overcharged at ALEP Main Plaza 21 on 27.03.2021. Its a matter of concern to me. Kindly reimburse amount at my Paytm number [protected] (E-mail : [protected]@gmail.com).

During my travel of NH-19, myself crossed the tool tax a deduction of INR 110 done. During coming back than blacklisted my fast tag as having sufficient balance, I say to employees lots of time if any issue will add more money but they charged double money in hard.
Same I have to pay 220 but along with return charges will also deducted from my paytm wallet.

Sir I am Suman from bengaluru and i am a government employee.bengaluru Kanakapura highway upgradation had been taken two years back i.e2019, and now the process is completely stopped jeopardizing commuters.
There are numerous potholes causing threat especially to two wheelers.so i kindly request you to look into this issue and resolve at the earliest.

Toll staff doing wrong behaviour and done harrsment

Road quality of Nh6 is getting worse I.e, from nagpur to amravati it constitutes 3 toll tax plaza charging rs 45 /55 / 105 respectively for LMV but as per the amount paid in the form of taxes road is not upto its quality it is our hard earned money.so if we are paying than we should get the facilities accordingly.
Whom so ever be the competent authority for this please look in to matter positively and do the needful as earliest

The above fast tag was active on 13.04.2021 i recharge for Rs 100 and passed through Hoskote tol at 8.30 pm . Rs 20 was deducted. all of a sudden on 15.04.2021 the tag became in active. I had submitted the rc photos in http//mpytm/mngftg for verification 3-4 times. It is showing that verification was unsuccessful . I request you to kindly look into the matter and activate the fast tag

The PPBl Fast tag for the above vehicle was active on 13.04.2021 i had got it recharged for Rs 100 on 13.04.21 and i passed the Hoskote tol around 8.30 pm fast tag was working. All of a sudden on 15.04.2021 it has became in active. I had submitted the RC photos https://mp-y.tm/mngftg. for verification 3-4 times it is saying that verification was unsuccessful. Request you to kindly look into the matter and activate the fast tag

Whenever I pass through toll, in spite of informing the toll staff that I am local resident(pass) there is deduction from my fast tag which is known to me only later.
The other issue is that there is deduction every time we pass, return trip again deduction for the same trip.

It is to inform that Kothiya toll plaza is charging my truck twice the toll. I have fastag, despite that they make ecxcuse that the scanner is not working and in this way they are charging twice the toll and this is not happening for the first time. They charge the toll for a different date and say that the toll is not paid for that day. Already because of the current situation there has been decrement in the earning and these people are doing a big scam by charging twice the amount of money.

I request you to take strict actions on this matter as it is happening for the fourth or fifth time now.

I will be highly obliged for your actions.

I travelled on 15 April 2021 and crossed toll plaza at Narayan pura between Udaipur and Chittorgarh. I travelled by car RJ27CG9589, for which the toll rates are 75/- whereas they have deducted Rs. 120.

When my vehicle MH-10-CX-6424 passed through Khed-Shivapur toll plaza on April 13th, 2021. Initially INR 100 were deducted at Lane 08 of Khed-Shivapur toll plaza near Pune, Maharashtra.
Later Excess amount INR 50 was deducted at Lane 15 of same toll plaza through linked paytm account.

Please refer attached snapshot and kindly refund excess amount INR 50 to my paytm account.

I am kailash Chahande residing in Udaipur Rajsthan, I travelled Chittorgarh to Udaipur on 17.4.21 and pass through Narayan toll plaza Mangalwar at 12: 36 hrs via my vehicle MP43CA4116( Car) they deduct Rs 120 inplace of Rs 75 as single pass with the TXID:[protected].

Request to resolve the issue.
