I am from surat,
And we usually use NH 8 to travel in North gujarat, whenever we pass our vehicle equipped with fastag from the toll plaza near kamrej,
You are deducting the money from our account,
Infact we have a local vehicle, GJ05 and as per rule, the local vehicles are excluded from paying the local toll plaza tax,

The system is such a foolish creation that you haven't added this feature to this,

Please do something,

I have emailed you about the same but you haven't responded, and I completely hoped that you won't reply because you are a government body,
That is why I am writing here don't know it would reach you or not or you will reply or you will take necessary steps regarding this or not

    On 02 Apr 2021 at 6:17 PM I lost 105 rs toll for GJ217N6490 at Pithai Txnld:001001210421844016993.I did not visited this tall plaza on this date but i lost 105 rs at 6:17 PM.please geve me refund as soon as possible .I also attached screenshot of paytm bill message.

      I travelled on eastern peripheral expressway on 06 April 2021. I started by using EPE from kundli and the exit was near Baghpat/Khekhra toll plaza (exit 2 towards Delhi - Mavikala toll plaza). For this journey, I was charged 215 Rs. which is not even nearby to actual toll charges. In my opinion, this should have been between 30-50 Rs maximum.

      FYI: I have fast tag in my car.
      I checked and found that I was charged 25 rs in the past for the same travel.

        Dear Sir/Madam
        I live in Rajpura city district Patiala. My concern is about national highway 7 . From Rajpura to Chandigarh, around 100 metres from Rajpura Gagan Chowk, there was a Gap on the road, which connected the Dhakansu Road with the highway. But from yesterday it is blocked by NHAI with no reason. A large population live there who have to face a huge inconvenience to go their city Rajpura. Next Gap on the road is around 3 KM which increase our distance to city around 6 KM . Resident are in deep trouble.
        Moreover commuters go wrong side to avoid distance. It can lead to accidents So Please provide a solution or guide me to whom should we reach .

          Wish to inform that the roads main highway and side roads are in very bad condition which cause major accidents as well as damaging the vehicles also.no maintenance work is performed by the nhai authorities.
          The side roads are not even repaired from last 3 years.
          If on paper the same were repaired the concerned authorities must be aware about the money goes in which pocket.
          For covering 15 km distance from gurgoan to Manesar we are paying toll of rs 65 one side. Inspite of that your officers are not maintaining the roads.
          The side roads are in worst condition and there is no rods below the flyovers.
          As admitted by honorable minister that the haryana nhai officers are highly inefficient and not completing the work in time as well as your nhai officers are also involved in corruption.
          Unable to understand inspite of one of the busiest toll plaza and hansome revenue is being collected, the concerned officers are not maintaining the roads as well as side roads.
          Pls arrange to repair the highway upto rajasthan boarder as well as the side roads .

            I didn't have balance in my fastag so I paid my toll tax by cash but when I recharged my fastag account I found the same toll plaza have already deducted same toll amount from my fastag.

            So please reimburse my extra deducted money.

                The NHAI Toll plaza at BAAP (20 Kms out of Phalodi towards Bikaner) deliberately troubles the serving soldiers transiting the toll plaza and unnecessary delays their travel. The exemption to serving defense soldiers needs to be extended by them on production of valid Identity card

                  They denied to issue a monthly pass for my commercial vehicle .I live in local and vehicle registered in same address but they said there is no monthly pass for commercial vehicles.how it can be when I'm living within 5 km ?it's unfair please see they always misbehaves when I personally cross the aliyapur toll plaza Kanpur hamirpur road

                    I'm travelled on nh 44, I crossed thandi khui toll plaza at 7.21 am on 5april 2021 a toll of 70 was deducted from my fastag, I returned back on 6April 2021, and crossed same toll plaza at 7.17 a.m.again a toll of 70 was deducted, instead of 35 because I returned within 24 hrs .my vehicle no. is MA3EYD81S00168535. I'm from jnk plz do necessarily action and save common man from this loot.

                      Following irregularities are found on the above mentioned toll plaza-
                      1. Unauthorized persons are charging rs. 200 /- extra for Installing Fastag on the cars.
                      2. They are illegally threatening and forcing the people on the road to purchase fastag from them. After asking why you are charge 200 /- then no replied by them
                      3. Using abusive words with the commutors.
                      Please take strict action against these anti social elements for the safety of the people. Or if you authorised these people for charging of amount then kinldy provide proper ID with rule book for night travellers.

                          I have vehicle RJ27CJ2468 car.
                          I made journey from udaipur to ajmer on 30 march and returned on 4 april 2021.
                          I have purchased airtel payment fastag in nov 2020.I have paid many times toll by using this fastag. I felt problem that when i have enough money in wallet but fagtag show blacklisted due to low balance.
                          At toll person told me they are helpless.
                          On 4 april i complained at piplaz ajmer rajasthan toll plaza this issue to 1033. A person from1033 told me to met control room at toll plaza but issue unresolved.
                          After that i met toll plaza manager.He called airtel representative . Representative told that my vehicle class is changed and show "vehicle class mismatch " in airtel payment app.
                          This was the fault by nhai not the bank.
                          Issue unsolved.
                          I have to pay double toll .

                          I can't move further because i haven't to pay double toll.

                          And repay my extra toll collected by nhai.

                              Writing this to bring in you concern there is a fraud going on at Handia Toll Plaza this toll plaza work on entry exit system and when any one enter the toll plaza NAHI employer open the barricading and give go-ahead by saying we will charge you at exit and once we reach exit they ask for full some of money i.e. from starting to end point of road instead of charging based on entry on the road.
                              This happen with me couple of time and also with multiple people at toll gate they have same issue.
                              In morning I have enter the road by paying toll of 210 rupees from Handia(entry) to Nawaabganj(exit) and in returning from same route they are asking to pay the sum of 480.

                                I recently travelled by car NO. TN 06 A 8866 through NH 205, S V Puram, Vadamalapet Toll Plaza (km 305-800) on 19th March and 3rd April 2021.

                                The road is not at all worth to drive having too many pot holes and damaged patches. At number of places, it was difficult to drive because of too big pot holes damaging the under body and chassis of cars.

                                Wondering how NHAI is allowing the contractor to run the Toll Plaza and collect Toll Fee for a totally unworthy road to drive.

                                Please immediately take action and direct NHAI to immediately shut down the toll plaza and collection of toll fee from commuters. Also to direct to refund the toll fee collected for last 12 months to the commuters including me.

                                  At Dahisar Toll plaza in mumbai, the toll collection agency has not installed a single automatic fasttag scanner. They are reading the fasttag manually using the handheld scanner, which takes more time, than cash payment. This defeats the main purpose of fasttag i.e. fast movement of vehicles.

                                  Why are they not penalized for not installing automatic scanners, when we are being penalized for not installing fasttag.

                                  What is the rule, when the agency fails to install automatic scanners.

                                    3/4 times the same issue has happend
                                    Please check last month and current month transaction on the bandra worli toll booth it seems that within 24 hrs return discount not applied here or some issue

                                      I have been working at Mahindra city for the past 2 years and staying at a rental house in Chengelpet and my residence is in Chennai (TN18), I have been using monthly pass for two years.

                                      Suddenly today they stopped my monthly pass and argue that only TN19 registered vehicles are allowed for monthly pass.

                                      My travel in NHAI is just 6km and I need to pay an amount closer to a liter petrol cost which is unfair.

                                      Whom so ever concerned, kindly support us and whoever are suffering with such ossue as on 05th Apr 2021

                                        We are common people...We are poor people, We went for Narmada Parikrama at 5th april 2021 at about16:02 PM, at Mohtara Toll Plaza, the toll plaza cash collecter took double payment for single journey for a tata sumo car for paying money through cash.We then and then called to 1033 tell him to show the written rule where it is written that if any passenger for a single journey paying money in cash not using FAST TAG like app then what is the reason for taking double payment?
