I own a transport firm and my vehicles travel thru khed shivapur toll plaza quite often. It has been observed that the workers there come up with system issues or technical faults in Fast tag and ask for a cash payment instead. I keep my fast tag account funded whenever vehicles are on road but these people argue saying that your fasttag is blacklisted. even though i shared the screen shot of account balance with them they...

On date 28/03/2021 I had been deducted Rs 125 twice at Vasad toll booth Gujarat instead of considering 24 hours return charge from my fastag account. My vehicle number is GJ04CJ4410. Kindly look in to matter and refund the excess amount charge from my tag....

Gabhana (between khurja to aligarh) toll plaza collector told me that your fast tag is block and you have to pay double toll. I saw him fast tag balance which was 399, but he told me I don't know you have to pay and called some bouncer type 2-3 person
When I asked from costomer care of my fast tag they told me that your fast tag is activated.

I would like to bring Paytm still mandates minimum balance for fastag usage. I faced a issue with paytm fastag. The deactivated my fastag saying the minimum balance...

Single journey toll fees at Paat Sahanipur (Pipili), as per the rates, for small cars is Rs. 80.00 and return journey is Rs. 120.00. On 27th Mar, when I was going from BBS to Puri, my Fastag amount was debited by Rs. 115.00. Then, once again, when I returned, the account was debited by Rs. 55.00.
This is arbitrary and suspicious. Expect NHAI to take immediate action and credit my account with whatever excess amount has been charged....

In Andhra Pradesh prakasam district pandula palli toll plaza people doing scam as they asking money manually because of it showing block id. These type scam they targeted only ladies. While going my vehicle scan and amount deducted and returning back after 1 hour they started this scam. My sister driving the vehicle and they said it showing block id pay double amount 80 rs manually. You can see everything in the cc cameras...

On 24/03/3021 at lalnagar toll plaza Rs 185 has been deducted for my ecosport car. Pl see attached sms whereas as per website it should be Rs 60.

Despite having the required balance amount in my Fast Tag account (Rs.120), I was charged Rs.220, at Nazirakhat Toll Plaza, Assam (NH 37), for a journey today, by Toll Plaza Officials on 27/03/2021 at 03:17:51PM.
The amount was cahrged to me as the Toll Plaza Sustem was not working properly.
I request the authorities to kindly take a note of this and refund the extra, undue amount to my account.

Of late especially coinciding with the introduction of Fast Tag every Toll Plaza is full of Eunuchs who try to force you to give them money and harass you if you don't.
This is rampant especially on my road trips from Kolkata to Vizag and Kolkata to Dhanbad...

Am resident of pune since 35 years, we travlled from pune to bhor and in between we have to pass through khed shivapur toll plaza but being from pune Mh12 we are not charged but as i see we are being everytime we pass kindly take this in consideration and pls refund my money...

I hold a car with No. MH03DA0045. Travelled on 2ND March 2021 towards MULUND and Rs.40/- toll was deducted at Airoli toll plaza.
As i am holding monthly pass and also passing from non fastag lane, this toll is not applicable to me.

This is completely unnecessary transaction and need recovery for this amount

Hello team, this is Vivek and my medical shop in basement at bhondsi haryana almost 5 days completed there is some problem I m facing a mountain of clay held in front of my shop for 5 days and I have talked to the engineer and contractor but no one listening this will impact my business and its a 5 minutes work but no one take responsibility... And I haven't seen engineer at site most of time no one take care of how the helper working.. Please...

Sir BHATIA TOLL plaza are missbehaving with customer. and they are preferring selling Private companies Fastag.
And when we ask for NHAI fastag they always say not available even 1 month waiting after I didn't get fastag.
Please make some strong steps on it...
Public are very frusted....

I hold a car with no MH14EC6653 . Travelled on 23rd March 2021 towards Pune and toll was deducted at Khed Shipur toll plaza.
As MH12 and MH14 passing vehicles are local one, this toll is not applicable to us.
This is completely fraud transaction and need recovery for this amount

I was travelling from Khurai to Barman on NH 44 today by White Ciaz MP09CW9072. I crossed Sagar bypass and came across the first Bhamori Toll at Approx 11.45 am. The number plate reader was not working. The girls and the staff were very irresponsible and arrogant. The Manager also was not ready to listen and was arrogant and not replying properly. As said above i didn't received my FASTag sticker till today from date 6/3/2021. And more my vehicle No TS 09 EA 6646, was charged four times dated 7/3/2021, 20/3/2021, 21/3/2021, 23/3/2021, with out my knowledge....

On 23 march the ranchi highway charged me double even when my paytm fastag is full with money wallet. Please tell me why should I pay double when fastag is not working....
