Sir We daily travel At Mandana Toll plaza Which Is situated In Kota District of Rajasthan. On daily basis We face traffic problems at the Toll in Spite of having Fastag. The management at the Toll plaza Is very rediculous. For saving money the Toll plaza Agent does not recruit proper amount of staff. Out of 5-6 lines only 2 or 3 lines are opened in spite of heavy traffic.
And still the staff at the Toll behave rudely with the travelers. Sir please take strict action against the people responsible for this. I know almost 10-15 daily travelers who face the same problem. Please look into the matter and solve this problem

    Today at about 4 to 5 PM during crossing okhamadhi toll at Dwarka PORBANDAR NH with my car, boys for toll collection not allowed even after payment of toll through Paytm fastag.
    They have allowing all vehicles at single entry and lots of vehicles awaiting and blowing horns frequently.
    We have told to take car asides complaining for not paying toll as during pay toll massage to be received after 5-10 minutes.
    They are 10 boys and behaving like they are deployed to fight but not for collecting toll.
    All are threatened us like anything.
    After receiving massage and shown to collection boys they allowed us to go.

      My vehicle number is gj 23 cc 3599, i was travelling from anand to dahod on 27.03.2021

      on 27.03.2021 during passing through vavadi toll plaza my fastag toll is deducted 2 times. So i had called two times to 1033 number but they telling that it is under process.

      I am not getting why they are taking too much time to refund the money. It is the question of system failure and they must have to apologise, but still not received any reply.

        Yesterday I crossed the toll gate near tirumangalam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu.

        For local vehicles (Tirumagalam City Vehicle ), there are no toll gate charges. But the toll gate deducted the amount even I mention this is the local vehicle, show the RC book and cross the vehicle in the local vehicle mentioned lane.

        This is the 3rd I face this issue. Kindly return my amount and take action against the Tirumangalam tollgate.

              I had not even moved my car from its parking on April 01, 2021 but still my fast tag was debited as under:

                  Hello. I was traveling from kharagpur to Jhargram but in between at tol tax plaza near Jhargram tol tax personal misbehav n fight with defence personnel on exemption of toll tax. I have a video n providing it . If nhai personal do dis thn how we wil safe for this country. Shame on nhai for us. Plz take a necessary action.

                    Devbond Toll Plaza does not have Fasttag facility or they dont use it.

                    kindly take it seriously and FASTtag should be accepted there as well.

                          i am having private car with reg.Ml05 h xxxx and my permanent reg adress is also under 15km but i am not getting local resident pass and the toll authority told me that your vehicle registred under other district, even my registation adress is also under 15km radius of toll plaza .

                            I crossed peungudi toll yesterday at lane 6 by 2.10 pm. When i reached there the guy who was sitting there said fastag was not working and asked us to pay by cash. We paid rs 30 by cash and today by 2.27 pm i received a message from fastag as i paid 30 for crossing the toll. I paid twice for crossing once. Please tale necessary action.

                                  my car was not enter toll NAKA however Toll tax is deducted from my fastag manually without informing me Detail of My CAR is GJ-01 RU-7160 Amount was deducted with below detail Trip No.[protected] at 22:39. At this time i was in Ahmedabad not in Pithai.
                                  I had talk to Pithai Toll plaza on No.[protected] and persons are not ready to give solution and asking me for Solution come personally to Toll plaza from Ahmedabad.

                                    Distance between Gegal Toll plaza and Kishangarh toll plaza is 19 km instead of NHAI rule of 60 KMS. Please remove this toll plaza as it has been a burden since 7 years.

                                      My permanent residence is haryana but I m a defence employee so presently in jaisalmer rajasthan.
                                      On 18 mar 21 an incident happened with me as I bought a new car from bikaner and heading back to jaisalmer on the way a toll plaza named "Nokhra toll plaza" denied for the exemption to personal vehicle of defence employee and said personnel vehicle are not exempted upto wg cdr rank. I asked them whether they are having any such letter they are unable to show any letter mentioning such thing whereas in army airforce act 1901 it is clearly states toll exemption to all defence personnel and at the last about 1 hour they asked to pay the toll and said you may go to court with our toll name to get clarificationon it and charged me 110₹ (55 toll +55penalty of fastag) .(toll plaza manager on duty Mr Amit). here I m attaching all relevant documents.
