I recently travelled by car NO. TN 18 Z 4691 through NH 205, S V Puram, Vadamalapet Toll Plaza (km 305-800) on 30th and 31st March 2021.

The road is not at all worth to drive having too many pot holes and damaged patches. At number of places, it was difficult to drive because of too big pot holes damaging the under body and chassis of cars.

Wondering how NHAI is allowing the contractor to run the Toll Plaza and collect Toll Fee for a totally unworthy road to drive.

Please immediately take action and direct NHAI to immediately shut down the toll plaza and collection of toll fee from commuters. Also to direct to refund the toll fee collected for last 12 months to the commuters including me.

    Sir
    This is regarding toll by betpl situated at attibele at the center of town. Here I am resident of attibele border attibele, jst next to toll. Here there are many residents staying for years. Here the betpl has toll blocking road for toll so that disturbing ouy day to day life. All the time we have to pass toll where there is no service road and every time we loose money due to fasttag. Toll is ok but why blocking our houses and humulating us every time we are out of house. Let the toll road have fencing with service road for residents staying at attibele.
    The problem is at NH44(nh 7) between mile stone no. 31to 33 where many residents stay and have to pass toll by paying. It's not fair to humulate like this. So please let the toll road have fencing leaving a road for local residents moving locally fir routine works.

            I had purchased Fastag before lockdown but the same could not be activated and I did not use it for a long time due to lockdown.

            After lockdown when I travelled for the first time, it was not yet active and I had to pay double toll. Thereafter my fastag has been blacklisted.

            I tried calling on 1033 and finally on 19.02.2021 my complaint was registered for unblocking the fastag and the same was registered as 3177173.

            I was also asked to send the RC of my vehicle which was done immediately.

            I have been travelling very frequently thereafter but my fastag has not been whitelisted till date as a result of which I have been paying double or four times the toll at different toll gates.

            I have called on 1033 a number of times and I am just told that the complaint has been forwarded to the Concern Department on 25.02.2021.

            But till date my grievance has not been redressed as a result of which I am suffering monetarily as well as mentally.

            Currently there is Rs. 1040 balance in my fastag.

              As per government guidelines all toll have mandatory fastag facilities. But "NAYA NAGAR TOLL PLAZA" (RAJASTHAN) don't follow this fastag government guidelines. I have stuck there for more than 25 minutes. People over there behaving like someone's agent not authorized people. Please

                Today (1.4.21) my toll tax account debited by two time in 35 minutes. As I was at my home with my car. I don't know why it happened? . I am shocked and strange that how it could be. My request to all concerned person to take it priority and give me back my amount.
                The details are as :-
                1. ₹100/- at Barkheda (Jaipur-Rajasthan) toll plaza at 9:9 am, txn ID - FT[protected]

                  My self Ashwin Wagh from Jalgaon District, my vehicle No. MH19CF2269, I purchased IDFC first bank fastag. last Sunday 28th March 2021 I come with family from Igatpuri to Jalgaon there are 4 toll plaza but only 3 toll plaza is paid but from account 4 toll plaza cutting money (one extra toll cutting), so please solve my problem...

                    We frequently go to Mumbai from Nashik. On Ghoty & Arjunalli (Padgha) toll Naka we didn't get return toll facility.
                    On various Toll Naka on National Highway & State Highway there are return ticket facility but on NH 3 High way there is not return toll facility is not available

                      Hi team, these is nehal from ankola.
                      The hattikeri toll plaza, ankola people are unable to activate the monthly pass facility. and these leads to the payment Rs 80 per day. The monthly pass cost is Rs 275 /- so i request you to take a strict action against it.
                      other wise stop taking the toll amount from today onward. The people suffering from these and r unable to tolerate.

                      U people r responsible for the fading (black mark ) of the digital india. The fast tag is done for easing of job not to complicate the situation

I travel daily through Badava toll plaza, andhra pradesh, I received message that rs. 60 deducted for toll fee, at that time my car was at my home 16km from toll plaz...This is second time happened..kindly resolve the issue ASAP

                          Today on 31 March 2021, I Travelled through Toll plaza Mulund (EEH).I crossed it from Thane direction at 1.20 p.m. then I returned on the the same at 2.24 P.M. Both the time toll plaza deducted full amount, (i.e. 40 Rs. each).actually in my return journey they should deduct 20 Rs. Only.Kindly Return My 20 Rs.

                            2 way toll are not issued in "Yeddors Toll plaza" near Narsipura, Karnataka toll (between Mysuru to Kollegala).

                            When asked for 2 way toll, people working on toll gate are threatening and issuing "single journey"

                            Kindly look into this matter

                              The fast tag was called invalid and demanded cash and after stopping for half an hour, they allowed the money to be deducted from the same fast tag, and this caused a lot of trouble and loss.

                                Sir on[protected] I have been charged double toll at Ban toll plaza jammu and kashmir from one side by Rs.140 twice . Similarly on my way back to home from jammu I have been charged double toll at Mada toll at chenani nashri tunnel by Rs 65 twice .It is therefore requested to your goodself kindly look into the matter and save common people from economic harassment ..

                                  We were made to pay in cash double the amount of the toll even though we had balance in our account. The supervisor named ROSHAN, started misbehaving with us and didn't even check properly for the fastag and went to misbehave and made us pay the cash amount even though we've been using fastag through whole of our trip. Him and his associates didn't even listen and this is totally unacceptable to make us pay double the amount and with such a behaviour. Strict action must be taken against the toll plaza and our extra amount returned to us, with issue of apology from this toll plaza. It happened at kishangarh beawar toll plaza. Car no. Rj45ck4320. Details are visible in the picture submitted, strict action should be taken asap and we should be cordially informed about it.

                                      Today at 1550 hrs or so. I paid toll of Rs 60 at kullu Manali toll gate and was just mov8ng out. A person standing on island extending from toll booth stopped our car just 10 meters from the gate and told us to get the scratch on the car removed.

                                      The person who stopped is a private vendor and selling products of some company. When the officials at toll were asked they feigned and said he is not their employee. It should be understood the island and the road does not permit any vendors as they only hinder movement of traffic. Payment of toll is made for services and thus vendor stopping the cars is thus deficiency in service.

                                      May I solicit your indulgence in sensitising the employees about their duties. The seem to b oblivious of the fact that they are accountable to public.

                                        The vehicle has not crossed the toll plaza and repeatedly RFID sends a message on the registered cell that my vehicle has crossed the toll . The bank also shows a transaction.

                                        This is not valid .
                                        I have raised a request on NHAI Toll also on 28 March but still it shows not processed .
