Sir on[protected] I have been charged double toll at Ban toll plaza jammu and kashmir from one side by Rs.140 twice . Similarly on my way back to home from jammu I have been charged double toll at Mada toll at chenani nashri tunnel by Rs 65 twice .It is therefore requested to your goodself kindly look into the matter and save common people from economic harassment ..

We were made to pay in cash double the amount of the toll even though we had balance in our account. The supervisor named ROSHAN, started misbehaving with us and didn't even check properly for the fastag and went to misbehave and made us pay the cash amount even though we've been using fastag through whole of our trip. Him and his associates didn't even listen and this is totally unacceptable to make us pay double the amount and with such a behaviour. Strict action must be taken against the toll plaza and our extra amount returned to us, with issue of apology from this toll plaza. It happened at kishangarh beawar toll plaza. Car no. Rj45ck4320. Details are visible in the picture submitted, strict action should be taken asap and we should be cordially informed about it.

The Highway Toll booth at Tangi Cuttack on NH 16 where the staff is mis behaving and making the cars and wait for more than 10mins even when fastag is enabled

Today at 1550 hrs or so. I paid toll of Rs 60 at kullu Manali toll gate and was just mov8ng out. A person standing on island extending from toll booth stopped our car just 10 meters from the gate and told us to get the scratch on the car removed.

The person who stopped is a private vendor and selling products of some company. When the officials at toll were asked they feigned and said he is not their employee. It should be understood the island and the road does not permit any vendors as they only hinder movement of traffic. Payment of toll is made for services and thus vendor stopping the cars is thus deficiency in service.

May I solicit your indulgence in sensitising the employees about their duties. The seem to b oblivious of the fact that they are accountable to public.

The vehicle has not crossed the toll plaza and repeatedly RFID sends a message on the registered cell that my vehicle has crossed the toll . The bank also shows a transaction.

This is not valid .
I have raised a request on NHAI Toll also on 28 March but still it shows not processed .

..My complaint is that Mr.Vipin jain from Kota, Rajasthan is using my car reg.no and got fasttag of hdfc bank..
He is using this fast tag since 2018, oct..
Recently i bought a new fasttag from chennai hdfc branch with my car no..and due to already car no was in use by others, my card is blocked..
And further more, that vipin jain's car no is RJ20CF..6766..
NOW MY REQUEST IS, EITHER CHANGE HIS CAR NO..OR BLOCK THAT FAST TAG WITH MY CAR NO..AS HE IS USING ILKEGALLY. AND PLZ IMMEDIATELY ACTIVATE MY CARD..

Comparing to Madurai - Dindigul stretch, Madurai - Tirunelveli is poorly maintained.
1. Due to non availability of plants in the median, the light flooding from the road users of opposite lane hinders the lane driving adjacent to the median and put them at risk at night.
2. The side wall of a culvert between Virudhunagar and Sattur is very close to the road and it has no sign board before it. Only a small dot yellow sticker is provided which is not enough for high speed vehicles at night.

This is formal complaint for a incident occurred at Anand Tollplaza at Nation Express -1 (Vadodara Express Way) on 29/03/2021 around 5:30 PM details for which are mentioned below:
While traveling from Vadodara to Anand via National Express way my Vehicle (RJ ** CJ 4**6) while exiting Express Way at Anad Toll Plaza was hit by Pole/ Barricade on Front Windshield Glass which resulted in many scratches on the glass.
I was in the Queue and when my turn came at fast tag device detected and signal present at toll plaza turned green and barrier was lifted after only we moved forward but unfortunately the while crossing the barrier came down instantly on the front windshield of the vehicle which resulted in many serious scratches on the glass.
I would also like to draw your kind attention towards the fact that the Iron Pole used as Barricade was not also covered with thermacol (or some other protection material) which if would have been in place would have minimized damage on the vehicle.
This type of instances can be easily avoided if proper inspection of the toll plaza had taken place in time which was not done due to which common people have to suffer the loss.
After this whole incident behaviors of staff was also not supportive initially they even did not provided complain book but after much argument they gave complain book on which I have also raised the issue (copy of which is also attached herewith)
As per enquiry done with authorized dealer the cost of placing new front windshield of I 20 will be around Rs 5, 500/- only
So looking at the above facts I kindly request you to take necessary action to ensure such actions doesn’t happen again I provide me compensation of Rs 5, 500/- to replace new windshield galss.

Sir, with due respect I would like to inform you that I am a resident of Guwahati, Assam. Few days back (10 th March, 2021 at 6.57 PM) I went to another district (Nalbari) where I need to cross the madanpur toll plaza. Usually that toll plaza charged 55 rupees for one time through offline mode.
But I used fast tag. And I noticed that rupees 105 was deducted from my account for a single time. Which is almost 100% more than the actual price and is not acceptable.

I own a transport firm and my vehicles travel thru khed shivapur toll plaza quite often. It has been observed that the workers there come up with system issues or technical faults in Fast tag and ask for a cash payment instead. I keep my fast tag account funded whenever vehicles are on road but these people argue saying that your fasttag is blacklisted. even though i shared the screen shot of account balance with them they keep asking drivers for cash payment. on 29th the needed toll was 515 rs and my account also had sufficient balance still they asked for cash payment of 1000 rs that too without receipt. This has happened quite a few times hence i thought of logging a complaint now. the behavior of employees there is very rude. and they keep asking for inappropriate money. I am aware of GR regarding toll that : issues due to any technical fault lies with toll owner/workers but the deny it and start arguing every time. my driver paid Rs500 and the employee did not give receipt also i got amount 515 rs debited message after sometime.
so i had to pay the double amount. Please look into this at earliest.

On date 28/03/2021 I had been deducted Rs 125 twice at Vasad toll booth Gujarat instead of considering 24 hours return charge from my fastag account. My vehicle number is GJ04CJ4410. Kindly look in to matter and refund the excess amount charge from my tag.

Gabhana (between khurja to aligarh) toll plaza collector told me that your fast tag is block and you have to pay double toll. I saw him fast tag balance which was 399, but he told me I don't know you have to pay and called some bouncer type 2-3 person
When I asked from costomer care of my fast tag they told me that your fast tag is activated.

Please do something about them.Their fast tag machine is not working and they maki g fool to every one

Hi,

I would like to bring Paytm still mandates minimum balance for fastag usage. This despite NHAI ruling to remove minimum balance rule as read in timeofindia article - "https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/nhai-removes-requir...⇄

I faced a issue with paytm fastag. The deactivated my fastag saying the minimum balance of Rs150 was not maintained. The required toll charges was still available in my account only below Rs150. Even after multiple queries I am getting same response from Paytm. Screen shots attached (on 27th & 28th March). Also attached query number.

Request you to take appropriate action and provide relief and resolution.
