National Highways Authority of India [NHAI] Complaints & Reviews

Of late especially coinciding with the introduction of Fast Tag every Toll Plaza is full of Eunuchs who try to force you to give them money and harass you if you don't.
This is rampant especially on my road trips from Kolkata to Vizag and Kolkata to Dhanbad

Am resident of pune since 35 years, we travlled from pune to bhor and in between we have to pass through khed shivapur toll plaza but being from pune Mh12 we are not charged but as i see we are being everytime we pass kindly take this in consideration and pls refund my money

Along NH 65 from Gollapudi to Ibrahimpatnam (Krishna district, 521241 Andhra Pradesh) central lights not working due to this daily accidents happening on both sides of four line road. Kindly request you to attend this issue on high priority.

I hold a car with No. MH03DA0045. Travelled on 2ND March 2021 towards MULUND and Rs.40/- toll was deducted at Airoli toll plaza.
As i am holding monthly pass and also passing from non fastag lane, this toll is not applicable to me.

This is completely unnecessary transaction and need recovery for this amount

Hello team, this is Vivek and my medical shop in basement at bhondsi haryana almost 5 days completed there is some problem I m facing a mountain of clay held in front of my shop for 5 days and I have talked to the engineer and contractor but no one listening this will impact my business and its a 5 minutes work but no one take responsibility... And I haven't seen engineer at site most of time no one take care of how the helper working.. Please do the needful until unless I will go to the higher authority...

Sir BHATIA TOLL plaza are missbehaving with customer. and they are preferring selling Private companies Fastag.
And when we ask for NHAI fastag they always say not available even 1 month waiting after I didn't get fastag.
Please make some strong steps on it...
Public are very frusted.

I hold a car with no MH14EC6653 . Travelled on 23rd March 2021 towards Pune and toll was deducted at Khed Shipur toll plaza.
As MH12 and MH14 passing vehicles are local one, this toll is not applicable to us.
This is completely fraud transaction and need recovery for this amount

I was travelling from Khurai to Barman on NH 44 today by White Ciaz MP09CW9072. I crossed Sagar bypass and came across the first Bhamori Toll at Approx 11.45 am. The number plate reader was not working. The girls and the staff were very irresponsible and arrogant. The Manager also was not ready to listen and was arrogant and not replying properly. Thereafter the boom barrier was not working. Even The truck in front o[censored]s was held in same way. We were made to wait for 15 minutes. As per rules, a vehicle if delayed for more than 10 minutes, should not pay Toll. Hence make arrangements to refund our toll tax immediately.

As said above i didn't received my FASTag sticker till today from date 6/3/2021. And more my vehicle No TS 09 EA 6646, was charged four times dated 7/3/2021, 20/3/2021, 21/3/2021, 23/3/2021, with out my knowledge.

On 23 march the ranchi highway charged me double even when my paytm fastag is full with money wallet. Please tell me why should I pay double when fastag is not working.

Kadapa chittoor high way three was a problem
Fore light was not in work since last 5 monts no body will replace that light plz resolve the problem as early as possible

I have a complaint regarding illegal toll tax collection between Hazaribagh and Barhi road in Jharkhand.Earlier there were no toll .But suddenly today 24th March 2021 they started collecting toll tax and giving a false receipt.
Pls file a complaint against these bodies who are collecting toll tax illegally

On 18 of March a physical copies were submitted to NHAI Shimla office for retaining wall on ongoing forlane National Highway construction to surpass a way for construction on property aside NH.

A contact number was shared for inquiry and few days later we try to contact the number [protected] and person over call started arguments "that why u r calling", "we don't know what is NHAI"...I try all online number after that but there was no response, I called atlast on a website contact for GM for Shimla region and again same person with no proper response and disconnected the call...such things reminds only one things it's better to be privatisation because Govt organization have such behaviour or free attitude

Dear sir I would like to inform you that on 15th of march 2021 i (Login Id[protected] entered the Eastern Peripheral Expressway through toll plaza at Mavikalan at 11.35 am where i was charged Rs.25.00 Transaction Id 881615864812501737789P and on my exit at Duhai at 11.59 i was again charged Rs.50.00 Transaction Id 881615865356808167179P. for the same journey. So i request you to please look into this matter and revert the wrongly charged amount to the source from where it war deducted, and also provide the reason/explaination behind such lapse in service.

Sir, I have been travelling from Ajmer to Delhi Via My Car with registration number RJ01CD5519 on reaching Manesar Gurgram Toll I have been told that my fast tag card is Black listed and I have been charged double of Toll and after few second crossing toll, I have got message of deducting Toll from my fast tag too.
After approaching Toll Plaza they have declined to repay my cash toll paid and same in case of Fast Tag my bank declined to listen my query and ask me to approach toll plaza.

So kindly provide me solution for this...

I have passed through Sirpur Toll Plaza by vehicle no. MP04CW2082 Mid night of 5th March2021. During passing the Sirpur toll Plaza has deducted 3 time toll amount Rs. 105 each time. the details as

Kindly do the refund of Rs. 210.

We were at LUHARLI TOLL PLAZA near Sikandrapad on23rd March 2021. The LUHARI TOLL PLAZA official was charging money to a car before us, even though it was supposed to be a FAST TAG service. After waiting for 15 mins we asked what happened from the person on the window. He told us "wait karna padega, kya karloge". Then we politely asked to file a complaint and then he again refused and misbehaved. When we told him to call the police, he said he is not scared and we can do whatever we want to "karlo jo karna hai" "100 kya 200 number call karoge toh nhi wait karvaunga". We kept insisting and asked for his ID card. Surprisingly, he did not have any ID card and therefore we figured out he was not a govt. offical working at a police toll booth. Then other officials surrounded the booth and the initial guy was no where to be found. After lots of arguments for about 20 mins, there were goons called who started to abuse us. One muscular man started to bang our car from back and continously abused our family and threatened to beat us up till the time we left the place of incident which was LUHARI TOLL PLAZA.
