I would like to draw your kind attention to extremely rude behaviour of toll plaza situated at Doboka, Dist Hojai, Assam. They do not have proper fastag reader and whenever they failed to get reading due to faulty machine, they claimed that we do not have fastag balance and demand cash payment and their tone of voice is so threatening lead us to very embarrassing situation. My vahicle No.TN05 BT 5206 has not come out of shed for past 3 days. While this is so, Mathur Toll Plaza has illegally charged Rs.35/- as stating that my car crossed the toll on 17.03.2021 at 19.19 hrs.

If this illegal & fraudulent charge is not refunded to my account, I will be constrained to take severe legal action against you all and also seek for damages....

I was not reaveling at this time & I was in my home. But, I was charged 20 for k n hindu toll plaza at 20.01PM.

I travelled Delhi to Mujjafarnagar by car on dated 28/02/2021. I crossed Sivaya toll plaza NH 58 at 8:22 am and while I was returning to Delhi I crossed Sivaya toll plaza NH 58 at 7:17 pm on sane day. As per NHAI return journey rule about Toll deduction I have to be pay Half the amount of the toll but I was charged the same amount of Toll as upward journey ie Rs 85.
It is not a fare act of NHAI.
I request the authority...

Hi Sir my self sending message, after fixing the fast tag where local toll plaza also deducting the toll fee, where my vehicle is registered with in the toll gate area. i called to `1033 who are CS team doesnt have min knowledge of rules of toll deduction. Even its not fault of that particular TOLL PLAZA, because it will automatically deducts amount from my account after scan.

Mathur toll plaza collecting cash in fast tag lanes. They are not collecting double toll from trucks as per rules.
On quering supervisor misbehaving and forcing us to take the vehicle in reverse which is unsafe.
This is a daily occurence. Supervisor refused to give complaint book...

I got this message which shocked me:-

My car did not pass this toll plaza at mentioned time I am very much in my home and my car is parked in parking.
Please let me know how come this deduction happen n my car no also mentioned . This is quit serious issue please check and do required investigation and oblige....

It is very much shocking my self did not pass Jaipur plaza toll today and are very much in other city and my car is parked in parking. My self did not travel so how come some one pass with my vehicle no I got deductions of Rs. 65/-...

My Car did not cross toll @ jaipur plaza but got message of Rs 65/- deductions, with my vehicle no that I passed through but I did not pass, my self is at home in different city and Car is in parking....

Vavdi toll plaza to pithai toll plaza between road is very bad conditions and my car damge through their road is very bed and broken I pay toll through fast track but no good road no pay toll next time...

On[protected] I crossed Shayama prasad Mukherjee Tunnel also known as Chenani Nashri tunnel (Mada Toll) in Jammu only once but the Mada Toll deducted rupees 65 two times seperately from my Fastag account..
Now I raise my complaint against this illegal deduction from my Fastag account and request you to kindly refind my rupees 65....

We see lot of hoardings hanging and tied with pillars put for direction and other informational purpose be the NHAI, which creates lot of confusion and dangerous while driving Would request to remove these hoardings from roadside. Attaching one instance of the same....
