Recently toll road from Meerut to Muzaffarnagar is being repaired but repaired road is very rough and loud noises are coming inside the vehicle even after all doors & glasses closed. Interestingly Toll road from Muzaffarnagar to Roorkee which has been made recently is very smooth. It means Toll road from Meerut to Muzaffarnagar is not repaired as per norms and public is suffering.

    Paid rs 65 till for DL10CH1324 at maneshar toll plaza on 23 mar 2021, 10.46am 001012103231047236922. and ticket no. [protected] booth no. 17 and operator no. s0342 23 mar, 10.46 am time rs 130 with paneity. operator has not written the vehicle no.

      Hi Team,

      The toll gate which is present near manali, chennai, Tamil Nadu doesn't have a service road for the local usage and how the vehicle can travel on daily basis. Its an government rule that all the tollgate should have a service road. If you can't provide a service road then please don't collect any money . Today I have faced the issue and wasted 15 mins in the toll gate. So requesting you to provide a service road till then don't collect amount from the local vehicle

          My husband met with an accident on NH 65 at Tembhurni junction.There is no signal nor speedbreaker. An ST bus from Pune to solapur has to cross Tembhurni village which is right side of express highway. As there is no signal the ST bus crossed the highway intercepting car coming from Solapur to Pune causing accident. Frequent accidents (53nos ) takes place causing loss of life affecting family members.
          Just placing a signal post or speed breakers can resolve the issue. Why are authorities not looking into the matter is not known.
          Kindly do the needful please. Which will save lot of families from sorrow.

            Same charge deducted from my fastage within a day trip of same toll plaza named RAJADHOK.

            CROSSING TIME:- 8.10AM AND 5.37PM

            My fastage provider bank of baroda clearified that the RAJADHOK toll plaza don't provide round trip

            So plzzz sir resolved my issue

                I am herewith bringing to your kind notice that, I am the owner of Wagon R MH 43 AL 0665 and traveled to Vashi on 17th March 2021 and paid to-and-fro toll for my journey (Rs 40+40)) at Vashi toll via Asix bank Fast tag (wallet [protected]). But on 18th March 2021 at around 4.27PM there was a 40 Rs deduction from my fast tag account for the same Vashi toll Naka. In factI haven't traveled to Vashi on that day.

                I had also complained to Axis bank fast tag customer care service, they replied that it is NPCI excess Transaction.

                I am herewith attaching an account summary, for your information.

                I am herewith requesting you to look into the matter and credit the amount back to my account.

                  From last one week i am unable to access my fastag wallet. Despite called more than 100 times to 1033 my complaint is still unattended. As we have purchased fastags for nearly 30 vehicles and we are unable to run our vehicles along national highways while on urgency we are paying double than the amount on toll plazas.

                    As per NHAI website toll fees for Car at Pipili(Odisha) toll plaza is Rs 85/- up to 31.03.2021 vide NHAI revision of toll fees of Pipili toll plaza dtd. 25.03.2020

                    But Pipili Toll plaza collects Rs 115/-

                    1) What is the actual fees of Pipili Toll plaza.
                    2) If price is revised where can I find the revised letter/notification by NHAI.

                      On 21.03.2021 at about 13.35 (approx.), i took a u-turn at the adjacent road of Mandir Toll Plaza but an amount of Rs. 50/- was deducted from ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle No. CG04HB5696. Kindly find the whereabouts and directions may be given for the refund of the same. Please find the attachments also.

                        At Banskopa toll plaza on 15-3-21 deduction from fastag was not done in spite of balance of Rs. 310 present in Fastag balance. The slip issued by toll plaza showed that Rs.140 taken instead of Rs.70 as NO FASTAG on vehicle. But when asked that fine is mistakenly being taken or not, it was informed that charges have increased. Vehicle no. WB02AJ8738 is regular on this route, so such incident is problematic if regularly occur. On 12th March proper deduction from Fastag was done at Banskopa but on 15th March same vehicle is being shown as NO FASTAG.

                          I was unable to use my fastag for car no. Mh12ke8611 at ircon-soma tollway pvt ltd., nh3 nhai toll plaza chandwad, ch. No. 261.720-379.878=118.158. Plaza 1 lane 4. I was told that my card is blacklisted, no balance, tag not connect to my car mh12ke8611. Different reasons were given when i escalated the issue / argued with them. My tag was active and balance rs. 1000/- finally i had to pay cash rs. 135/- to travel further. I am attaching herewith receipt 6415816 dt.[protected]:16:51 pm. Please confirm whether there is any issue with the company or tag issued to me. Fasttag issued by hdfcbank. Customer id[protected], wallet id [protected]. Balance rs. 1000/-

                              I have crossed the Mavikala toll plaza on 21.03.2021 at 15:01 hrs. My fastag account is directly linked with my bank account.
                              On 22.03.2021 I received a message showing deduction of Rs 205 and Rs -68 as my fastag account because of which my account has been blocked.

                              My bank account has sufficient balance.
                              The rate of Mavikala toll for one side is only 160

                                I have received this message from airtel fasag, but I have not crossed the sikandra toll plaza. I have just went to Khuntla ka Bas village from Sikandra side. It can be ascertained through cctv.
                                Hence, the authorities must revert back my money and the concerned culprit must be dealt accordingly.

                                    Today dt 21/03/21 I crossed Sivaya toll plaza Meerut at 8:17 AM and amount of rs 85 debited from my fast tagg. I was returned same dt 21/03/21 and crossed Sivaya toll plaza at 16:55 and amount of rs 85 again debited instead of rs 45 which un acceptable. Pls returned difference of amount in my fast tagg account to resolve the issue.
                                    My vehicle number is UP15DH 3870 .

                                      I crossed chhajarsi toll plaza at NH 9 today at 2:10:02 pm . Car number UP14 CU 1200. They deducted rs 125 from my fast tag and also took 250 from me in cash . They make fool. They girl standing in line number 18 was making fool. I am attaching the receipt I received upon making noise and also attaching the fast tag receipt.
