    There is no Fastag Machine available to collect the toll, still toll is being collected in cash on the MTH-BHA Toll Plaza km-14 (A-C ).

      On 14th March, I went to Alwar from Delhi and during the MCEPL toll around 12pm my fastag wasn't read properly and the toll booth guy told that I don't have enough balance in my fastag and so he charged double amount (130rs) in cash. As there was a queue of cars behind me I paid in cash and checked my balance just after crossing the toll and found that I had enough balance (400+) in my fastag.

      I went back to that toll booth guy and showed him the balance. He asked me to visit control room and raised my concern for a refund. I went to control room and they confirmed me that there is some server issue going on from there end due to which some users arw facing this issue. Till that time amount was not deducted from my fastag so they refused for refund and asked me to raise complain to respective bank (IDFC). I called many times to IDFC fastag customer care but call never connected to any executive.

      Same day in the evening around 7pm, I got an sms stating that toll charges of 65rs deducted from my fastag. Again I tried customer care number multiple times but not connected to any executive. So I dropped an email to their customer support email id with all information and screenshot. Its been 5 days now but I have not received any response from their end. I have already responded on that email for a response and tried customer care number but no luck.

      I need refund of my amount (130rs) which was charged at the toll booth. Can you please look into this issue and provide an update?

        Lakhanpur Jammu charged (deducted ₹85 from fastag) for one side journey on 14 march 2021& on return with in 10hrs of same day again deducted ₹85 from fastag... The same thing happened to me on 19 March 2021..and return journey discount was given to me...screenshot attached

        Now it requested to take action against the toll plaza and to compensate me accordingly...

          Hi Team,

          I was travelling back from Mumbai to Pune on 19 th march 2021 and my fast tag account was debited with 203/- on Khalapur Toll Plaza. After the amount was deducted i got the SMS regarding the same that the amount has been deducted from my fast tag account and the current balance is "-35/-" (SMS screen shot attached).
          When i moved to Talegoan Toll plaza, the attended said that the current account balance is low so i have to pay in cash again.
          When i raised the concern that as the amount for toll is already deducted why should i pay in cash again, they did not allow me to pass and after waiting for more than 10 mins i was forced to pay the cash amount of 203/- again (receipt screen shot attached).

          As they have charged me twice for the same toll, i would request to please process the refund .

            Today I have travelled Agra express way by bike from Lucknow to First rest service area(80km) .I have taken token single journey they have charged 55 RS, and I was returning Lucknow the same days (after 3hours) at time of returned, I did not find any toll plaza on the way so the existing toll plaza, they have charged 145 RS(Challan fee) at time of exist.So I want to you say that this is the wrong challan taken by toll plaza. When I haven't gone to toll no 154, because 238 no on there is a toll plaza before toll plaza 154. And how the toll plaza 302 given me token 154 to 302 (challan), due extra time using on the way . So I would like to Inform you that is the serious matter .

                Beggars & transgenders are asking for money at Surat ( kameej) & Bharuch toll. If we don't give money, they are making scratches to our brand new cars... local toll operators are also encouraging them. They just made bug scratch to my brand new car Please do not allow them at toll.

                  Dated 14.06.2020 i was charged 95 rs for fastag saying my fastag not working. So i paid cash to toll plaza at miyagam karjan, gujarat on my way back home. I told him that day in morning my fastag amount deducted but still it did not scan in return and was charged 95 rs. After 1 hr or so i received sms that my fastag amount 50 was also deducted. I talked with toll plaza manager and he informed me to mail at fastag bank to do the needful and i will be refunded my 95 rs.
                  I complained it to the concern indusind bank on the same day and kept on repeating fir the reply. But did not get any proper reaponce and then after 9 months the bank says that the toll plaza has declined the good faith request and as it was a 9 month old query. It should have been complained within 45 days. But as i had complained it the same day yet I was declined the extra amount paid.
                  I am sending a copy of slip of toll plaza.
                  Please revert on this matter.

                    I have taken a fastag account on 06 Mar 2021 and yet to received a fastag.Am from Kozhikode and my car is at Kozhikode. Manesar Toll plaza has charged an amount of Rs 100/- to my account for Trip No.[protected] of 01Mar 2021at 07.14 amount was debited to my account on 10 Mar 2021.And again today the 19 Mar 2021 Manesar toll plaza has charged an amount of Rs 65/- towards trip No.[protected] of 19Mar 2021 at 04.02 hrs.please note that I have not travelled out of Kerala Since Jan 2020 and I have opened a fastag account only on 06Mar 2021 and yet to receive the fastag to be pasted on my vehicle.I strongly feel that some unscurplous elements are behind this. kindly do the needful at the earliest

                      Fastag of said subject is black listed since long back, we have balance of Rs 400/- in the fastag wallet. We have registered complain on support number 1033 on 7th Jan 2021 and complain number is 2904744. Support team of NHAI has informed us on 1033 that our problem will be resolved within 45 days but fastag of vehicle MP 34 CA 4032 is still black listed. We don't know when these 45 day's will be over.

                      Kindly requested to look in this matter so that my fastag will be activated.

                        The Vashi toll naka at Navi Mumbai still operates cash lanes till today 19th March 2021. At fast tag lanes cash is still accepted and penalty is not charged. At the cash lanes, cars are forced to pay cash even if they have fast tags.

                          Please refer to toll plaza at PNC BNHPL Dohna TP-1, where on 11th March 2021, I was charged Rs 90 cash for my car, inspite of having a fastag. When I objected the person in charge said that we do not have a fast tag reading facility. The problem is he charged double the amount which is objectionable, while he should have charged only Rs 45/-. This way he is cheating all the commuters

                            Yesterday I visited to Guna. I paid till Tax to Pagara Toll Plaza. I visited Guna & came back within 04 Hrs. My vehicle no is MP08CB 0918
                            Amount Rs 70 deducted from both sides.
                            It’s unfair. I paid rs 140 from both sides within four hours instead of rs 100.
                            Toll plaza should refund rs 40

                                  Sir,
                                  I am using my Maruti Suzuki Ciaz ZXi model car with registration TN69BA3931 since its purchase in January 2017. After implementation of Fastag by Government of India, I have purchased Fastag from SBI and is regularly using the same.. There was no complaint of excess deduction till March 2020 i.e.declaration of lock down due to COVID 19.. Due to travel restrictions, I have not travelled till Oct 2020. On 16.10.2020 i travelled to Madurai and initially normal fare was only deducted in Pudur pandiyapuram and Elliarpathy toll gates. After a period of one week additional toll deductions @ Rs.335/- i.e. toll of Multiaxle vehicle was deducted. for forward and return journeys. I didnot understand the reason for excess deduction and hoped that due to error, excess deduction has taken place and the same will be reverted in short time. I didnot make any complaint of excess deduction. However, to my surprise every time excess fare was deducted after few days of my journey.
                                  To sort out the problem, i once stopped at Pudurpandiyapuram and Elliyarpathy toll gates and discussed with the stafff and mangers. But they have replied that problem is not with them and they are not responsible for the excess toll deduction. After my complaint to SBI Fastag through helpline, i have received Rs 1005/- as refund. However, further an amount of Rs 2680/- is due to be refunded.
                                  I am enclosing herewith a copy of RC Book, Vehicle image, Print out of toll transactions from 01.04.2020 to 15.03.2021 and summary of excess deduction done at toll gates for your perusal.
                                  I am a central Government Officer working with Department of Atomic Energy knowing the govt. initiatives. If this type of excess toll deduction is taking place repeatedly and cannot be set right looks illogical. Hence i request you to arrange for refund of excess deduction as per my claim and prevent recurring of this in future.

                                    It's about NEEMRANA toll plaza, on dated 27th Feb 2021 when i was reached on toll plaza the operator said to me my fast tag is black listed so he can't be allowed to cross the toll. I paid double the amount to toll gate operator 135x2=270 Rs. any crossed toll, for your reference toll slip attached. After that I tried to contact the toll free number but it was not connected, which may be a network issue. After reaching my destination, I tried again then spoke to the customer care executive as per him minimum balance 160.00 Rupees is mandatory as per NHAI they can't do anything. Its government regulation customers have to maintain a minimum balance of one hundred sixty rupees.
                                    My FASTag balance was 148 Rupees and toll charges was 135.00 Rupees. As per below information FASTag user no need to maintain minimum balance for FASTag users .So kindly refund me 135.00 Rupees extra charges which was paid by me on NEEMRANA toll gate on date 27th Feb 2021.

                                    my fastag balance was148.00Rs and toll plaza charges was 135.00Rs. But operator said my fastag balance is low he can't allow to go. Then i have paid 270 Rs. cash for reference receipt attached. But As per NHAI for fastag users no need to maintain min balance. Kindly refund me extra amount which is paid by me.

                                      I would like to draw your kind attention to extremely rude behaviour of toll plaza situated at Doboka, Dist Hojai, Assam. They do not have proper fastag reader and whenever they failed to get reading due to faulty machine, they claimed that we do not have fastag balance and demand cash payment and their tone of voice is so threatening lead us to very embarrassing situation. Kindly look into the matter and instrucr them to instal automatic fastag reading machine for easy movement
