I have passed toll from Madukkarai to Neelambur L&T bye pass road, Vehicle Number TN10BB3706, Tag ID 40484785 from
12.48PM to 01.21PM. The actual toll is for full Rs.45/- only. But the amount deducted as double ie Rs.90/-

My vehicle Kia Sonet Number BR01FB6029 was passed through toll plaza named Sonho Toll Plaza, Muzaffarpur to Chapra. While passing on 20/03/2021 at 22:11 PM the plaza member collected Rs 70 (35+35) in cash with fine vide Ticket Number [protected], however Rs 35 has been deducted from my PAYTM Fastag vide Toll Txn ld 731616259295269820350P. Although paying toll charge through My fastag the toll staff collected toll charge in cash along with Non-Fastag Penalty.

I kindly request you to refund the penalty amount which I have paid in the toll plaza counter in cash of rupees 70.

Toll was deducted at Okhamadi toll plaza(In Gujarat) for Rs.60 whereas as per Gujarat government notification toll is free in Gujarat for private cars. My car No is GJ10DA3402 and trip number is[protected]. Kindly refund the amount.

In hejamadi there is a tollgate but in surathkal how can u make tool gate because it's distance is very less nearly 10 km how com that can be made and hejamadi toll the works are vey angry and they are not clearing problem but they create more problems verst tollgate in Mangalore the toll works are hitting the people with out any reason so remove the surathkal toolgate and keep correct people who is cam and helping nature people in hejamadi toolgate

While traveling on NH 3 (440.00 to 539.500)
at toll plaza Ghoti toll plaza (AT 455.485) the receipt given to me by operator abhiman was not valid as he didn't mention my car number, instead he entered "0000". The receipt of the same is uploaded below. Due to this I had to pay another toll of ₹110 at the end of expressway the receipt of which is uploaded below. So kindly arrange a refund of ₹110 to me

Respected sir my NHAI fastag was blacklisted and I gave complaint to remove from blacklist on December 2020 complaint No:"2764476".Till now they didn't remove from blacklist.And I paying additional charges at toll plazas..so please solve my problem as soon as possible thank you sir

I have fast tag in my car, but balance is negetive in my fast tag account, toll plaza collect double toll tax to me, please refund my money.

Sir/man please check fottage at 4pm to 4:20 pm on 19/03/2021The toll post was closed at 4pm reasoning failure of system, we waited long then after clearence the staff started removing stones & iron bars kept there which resulted in damage of my car because he was removing with feet & not utilising his hands.
On raising issue with staff member hilal ahmad he threatened & misbehaved and then going to managers the non local manager did the same & the head manager javed ahmad said go & make the complaint where ever you wish.
What I expect
1) the fast tags are in place, systems should work properly so that common man do not suffer
2) the toll post should use plastic barricades insted of stones& iron bars.
3) the staff behavior should be improved because they r workin like gang protecting each other insted of providing solution
Because one feels it not a toll post it works like an extortion place
Being a law abiding citizen I expect that I should feel safe in my country.

I am driving my car having no MH 12 KJ 2389, its a pune registration and inspite of this toll charges of Rs. 95/- are recovered vide Ref - [protected] on 20-Mar-2021.

Modila aani Gadkari la paise kadhay chi bhuk lagali aahe ka. toll plaza is a budhwar peth. bloody. Refund my money. Last time also amount debited and not refunded.
I expect refund today, otherwise i will give you both ghanerdya shivya.

Hi, sir i m dalip kumar my vechile no. Is hr 10u 6168 and my registerd no. Is [protected]. I buy online purchase new fastag card with amazon and its not activate. My complain no. Is 3445790 its not resolved. Plesase refund my amount in account soon.

My vehicle Maruthi Swift Desire TN60AH0218 was passed through toll plaza named Valavanthankottai Plazaa Trichy Thanjavur Expressway Ltd. While passing on 20/03/2021 at 7:52 AM the plaza member told that my fastag is not having sufficient fund and asked us to pay the amount in cash along with Non-Fastag Penalty. The generated ticket number for the same is K4881997Z and charged rupees 130.

But within several minutes I have received a debited message from my fastag account. I kindly request you to refund the penalty amount which I have paid in the toll plaza counter in cash of rupees 130.

My car GJ-38-T-2954 is at home from last three days.
Yesterday (19/3/2021) late night I got massage from three toll plaza within half hour total 230/- rupees debited from my fastag. Details as below.

1. Pithai toll plaza 100/- rupees 11:20:28PM

Yesterday night i crossed Mathani toll at bhandara road for which toll tax was debited for amount Rs 55 at 21:23 pm.
I am still at bhandara and have not yet returned back however the return toll tax of Rs 25 has been debited from my fast tag at 23:15 pm.How can they debit return amount when i have not crossed the toll plaza.
This is a fraud done by the toll on plaza contractor..immediate action needs to taken

I have valid fastag with balance but still toll plaza members scan physical, which is in against govt rule as per nhai .

There is no Fastag Machine available to collect the toll, still toll is being collected in cash on the MTH-BHA Toll Plaza km-14 (A-C ).
I have attached the receipt for more info.

On 14th March, I went to Alwar from Delhi and during the MCEPL toll around 12pm my fastag wasn't read properly and the toll booth guy told that I don't have enough balance in my fastag and so he charged double amount (130rs) in cash. As there was a queue of cars behind me I paid in cash and checked my balance just after crossing the toll and found that I had enough balance (400+) in my fastag.

I went back to that toll booth guy and showed him the balance. He asked me to visit control room and raised my concern for a refund. I went to control room and they confirmed me that there is some server issue going on from there end due to which some users arw facing this issue. Till that time amount was not deducted from my fastag so they refused for refund and asked me to raise complain to respective bank (IDFC). I called many times to IDFC fastag customer care but call never connected to any executive.

Same day in the evening around 7pm, I got an sms stating that toll charges of 65rs deducted from my fastag. Again I tried customer care number multiple times but not connected to any executive. So I dropped an email to their customer support email id with all information and screenshot. Its been 5 days now but I have not received any response from their end. I have already responded on that email for a response and tried customer care number but no luck.

I need refund of my amount (130rs) which was charged at the toll booth. Can you please look into this issue and provide an update?

Lakhanpur Jammu charged (deducted ₹85 from fastag) for one side journey on 14 march 2021& on return with in 10hrs of same day again deducted ₹85 from fastag... The same thing happened to me on 19 March 2021..and return journey discount was given to me...screenshot attached

Now it requested to take action against the toll plaza and to compensate me accordingly...

Hi Team,

I was travelling back from Mumbai to Pune on 19 th march 2021 and my fast tag account was debited with 203/- on Khalapur Toll Plaza. After the amount was deducted i got the SMS regarding the same that the amount has been deducted from my fast tag account and the current balance is "-35/-" (SMS screen shot attached).
When i moved to Talegoan Toll plaza, the attended said that the current account balance is low so i have to pay in cash again.
When i raised the concern that as the amount for toll is already deducted why should i pay in cash again, they did not allow me to pass and after waiting for more than 10 mins i was forced to pay the cash amount of 203/- again (receipt screen shot attached).

As they have charged me twice for the same toll, i would request to please process the refund .
