Sir, i recharge my vehicles no. UP67K7260 via Paytm with operator reference no. PT011067BDIWJOIRSI5I and transaction no. [protected]....

I have travelled from jaipur to Mahwa on 14.03.2021 with my vehicle RJ14YC3690 with balance of Rs 150+190 in my fast tag provided by Paytm. At rajdhok toll plaza of jaipur- dausa section the scanner could not read my fast tag. the incharge tell there is not sufficient balance in fast tag & it is black listed. I have shown him my paytm fasttag account but he did not clear my vehicle. it is their fault. but they chrged me with double rate....

Yesterday on[protected] around 8 am I crossed Shayama prasad Mukherjee Tunnel also known as Chenani Nashri tunnel (Mada Toll) in Chenani area in Jammu (J&k). Later I found there was double deduction ( for a single visit ) of rupees 65 which should have been single deduction.
This is really injustice with me as my account was deducted twice the amount for a single visit.
Please refund the rupees 65 which the toll has deducted...

Today 15march 2021 a toll fee of rs.60 has debited from my fast tag account. Stating that I crossed paranur toll plaza but we didnt.me and my vehicle have not crossed any tolls on 15march 2021.in specific This is unnecessary and fraud claiming that happening often for many car owners.paranur toll plaza has involved in many fraud act and still no action against the toll. I had travelled from Bhopal to Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) via Dewas Ujjain by road.
inbetween of this i crossed 7 Toll both but only 3 are using fastag rest are paid by cash only.
these all are state highway and national highway.
As govt guidline every vehicle must be use fastag only.
Is it not medotory for Toll both?

On 15 Mar 21, at around 1143hrs I was travelling in personal car from Kanpur to Lucknow. Toll tax of Rs 75 and fastag fine of Rs 75 was charged by the Nawabganj toll plaza between Kanpur to lucknow despite producing pertinent letters and army toll act documents. Request clarify whether this exemption is allowed to us as different plazas are quoting different rules on the subject. If allowed request refund the said amount...

I having fast tag chip since my new vehicle (UP EN 9797) since purchase. On 14.03.2021 (HRS 18.37-receipt attached) crossed Tundla toll tax inward journey and amount deducted as per rule. While i was returning by 21.30, Toll machine/sensor was not working and they forcefully take double charge (Receipt attached) from while I am having sufficient balance in my fast tag. They remain me stop there around 15 minutes and misbehave...

Today morning, while travelling in my car, (Regd No. WB02AJ8738) and having sufficient balance in my fastag account, the staff at Banskopa Toll Plaza near Durgapur, Paschim Barddhaman, stated that there is no balance in fastag account, and took cash of Rs. 140 instead of Rs. 70, which the normal fee for cars in toll.

While traveling from Mumbai to Pune, toll of Rs. 203 was deducted at the Khalapur toll Plaza on 14/03/2021 at 17:59. In the onward journey, toll amount of Rs. 203 was again deducted at the Talegaon toll plaza on 14/03/2021 at 19.07 in stead of Rs. 67 that was supposed to be deducted....

I am Anil, I am having car, details are AP35AP5535, working in Indian army, yesterday[protected] I traveled to Tuni to Visakhapatnam, in this way 2 toll plazas are there as Vempadu and aganampudi, I showed my army card and they accepted both to not to pay but after they deducted money from fast tag, I don't know why they are doing like this so please take action on this issue.
