Sir, I am Daniel, residing at 1/36 - b, main road (butt road), st. Thomas mount, chennai 600016. There is a pillar belongs to AIRTEL in front of my house and it is a hindrance to vehicle movement to and from my house. Kindly arrange to relocate the pillar to some other area. Thank you.

Complaint

• Entry Toll Plaza to Exit Toll Plaza a single trip is considered as two separate Trips.
• Total amount deducted from my ICICI Fastag Account No.22192008 is ₹ 406.00 in place of ₹ 270.00 which is a single trip toll amount. As such ₹ 136.00 deducted in excess.

Hence I request to please refund ₹ 136.00 deducted in excess immediately to my Fastag account.

At tollbooth, the govt had started collecting double fines for people without fasttag. We have fasttag and we have always maintained sufficient balance in our account. But at tolls, it says that our fasttag is blacklisted. When we ask the fasttag employees say that the bank has blacklisted us. When we asked the bank they said everything is clear and it is a problem from fasttag. This is ridiculous. You can't make rules to collect double fines when you can not improve the technology. Very bad!

A lot of times, the fasttag is not getting scanned properly. Now in tolls between Madurai and Tiruchirapalli in TamilNadu, we were fined twice at all tolls. We faced this frequently in other vehicles of ours. The problem is also intermittent. It works in a few places and doesn't work in a few places. When I maintain balance why should I bare the cost if their system is not proper? That is not my problem.

Resolution I expect:

Refund the fines that you had collected and discipline the toll booth employees. Replace the scanning machines with better equipment. The bank and fasttag should be held responsible for technology/infrastructure failure.

It is very unscrupulous to charge me for a failure on their side and lack of enforcement from the government.

We are going Lalpura, Patan Road for a marriage purpose and return on 15.03.2021. the Rajadhok Toll Plaza deducted the amount in return 2 times

REQUEST TO REVERSE THE AMOUNT TO MY FAST TAG ACCOUNT .

I am owner of Ertiga car MH 14 FG 9717. The car is parked at my home. I not gone anywhere and I got message of toll deduction at Dehu road NH 48 toll plaza on 16/03/2021 at 09:04:4 having transaction ID: FT[protected]. Why this happens. Please refund my deducted amount in my wallet of Fastag. Fastag ID - 34161FA820328AA2086F7560.

Mathur toll plaza collecting cash in fast tag lanes. They are not collecting double toll from trucks as per rules.
On quering supervisor misbehaving and forcing us to take the vehicle in reverse which is unsafe.
This is a daily occurence. Supervisor refused to give complaint book

Today on 15/03/2021 my car is standing near my house as Hon'ble Chief Minister imposed Lockdown for Nagpur District and at 05:05 p. m I received one message You Paid Rs.135 at MANSAR TOLL PLAZA of MH49B0845 on 15/03/21 17:05:03. Avl Bal Rs.195.73 Txn ID: FT[protected]" and later on 11:00pm I have received another message You Paid Rs.65 at MANSAR TOLL PLAZA of MH49B0845 on 15/03/21 23:00:04. Avl Bal Rs.130.73 Txn ID: FT[protected]. But on 15/03/2021 we didn't go anywhere with our car. So it's humble request to the authority please let me know why they deducted the aforesaid amount from my fastag account. Please do the needful and let me know about the transactions

I got this message which shocked me:-

My car did not pass this toll plaza at mentioned time I am very much in my home and my car is parked in parking.
Please let me know how come this deduction happen n my car no also mentioned . This is quit serious issue please check and do required investigation and oblige.

It is very much shocking my self did not pass Jaipur plaza toll today and are very much in other city and my car is parked in parking. My self did not travel so how come some one pass with my vehicle no I got deductions of Rs. 65/-

My Car did not cross toll @ jaipur plaza but got message of Rs 65/- deductions, with my vehicle no that I passed through but I did not pass, my self is at home in different city and Car is in parking.

Vavdi toll plaza to pithai toll plaza between road is very bad conditions and my car damge through their road is very bed and broken I pay toll through fast track but no good road no pay toll next time

On[protected] I crossed Shayama prasad Mukherjee Tunnel also known as Chenani Nashri tunnel (Mada Toll) in Jammu only once but the Mada Toll deducted rupees 65 two times seperately from my Fastag account..
Now I raise my complaint against this illegal deduction from my Fastag account and request you to kindly refind my rupees 65.

We see lot of hoardings hanging and tied with pillars put for direction and other informational purpose be the NHAI, which creates lot of confusion and dangerous while driving Would request to remove these hoardings from roadside. Attaching one instance of the same.

Sir, i recharge my vehicles no. UP67K7260 via Paytm with operator reference no. PT011067BDIWJOIRSI5I and transaction no. [protected].

I have travelled from jaipur to Mahwa on 14.03.2021 with my vehicle RJ14YC3690 with balance of Rs 150+190 in my fast tag provided by Paytm. At rajdhok toll plaza of jaipur- dausa section the scanner could not read my fast tag. the incharge tell there is not sufficient balance in fast tag & it is black listed. I have shown him my paytm fasttag account but he did not clear my vehicle. it is their fault. but they chrged me with double rate. I am enclosing screen shot of my mobile, copy of toll reciept. For my balance if there is any doubt it may be cleared from paytm also. It is also submitted that the same fastag has show no problem at sikandra toll plaza & returning at rajdhok also.
It is requested to refund charges levied at radhok plaza at double rate. it is there fault. Actually they shall be penalised for extra charging from public on fault of themselves.

Yesterday on[protected] around 8 am I crossed Shayama prasad Mukherjee Tunnel also known as Chenani Nashri tunnel (Mada Toll) in Chenani area in Jammu (J&k). Later I found there was double deduction ( for a single visit ) of rupees 65 which should have been single deduction.
This is really injustice with me as my account was deducted twice the amount for a single visit.
Please refund the rupees 65 which the toll has deducted from my Fastag account.

Today 15march 2021 a toll fee of rs.60 has debited from my fast tag account. Stating that I crossed paranur toll plaza but we didnt.me and my vehicle have not crossed any tolls on 15march 2021.in specific This is unnecessary and fraud claiming that happening often for many car owners.paranur toll plaza has involved in many fraud act and still no action against the toll. I attached a screenshot of the message from my fasttag agent. Please find the attachement and take action against this fraud toll plaza behaviours.detailed and detected text message info is highlighted in the picture.

I had travelled from Bhopal to Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh) via Dewas Ujjain by road.
inbetween of this i crossed 7 Toll both but only 3 are using fastag rest are paid by cash only.
these all are state highway and national highway.
As govt guidline every vehicle must be use fastag only.
Is it not medotory for Toll both?
need a neccessory action to enable fastag on all toll both.
