Dear Sir,
On 15 Mar 21, at around 1143hrs I was travelling in personal car from Kanpur to Lucknow. Toll tax of Rs 75 and fastag fine of Rs 75 was charged by the Nawabganj toll plaza between Kanpur to lucknow despite producing pertinent letters and army toll act documents. Request clarify whether this exemption is allowed to us as different plazas are quoting different rules on the subject. If allowed request refund the said amount to me please. Any clarifications can be taken on [protected].

My self Dr Anil Govindrao Ghom resident of Rajnandgaon. sir thakurtola toll plaza people deducting toll collection from my fast tag illegality and repeatedly. my vehicle no CG08AQ7468. My vehicle is exempted as it is local vehicle. but thakurtola toll plaza deducting amount from fast tag repeatedly and when i approach them they are not cooperating and saying that it is done by mistake but we will not refund the amount. i am attaching screen shot of deduction. sir i request you to please look in this matter and please refund my amount

I traveled from Nashik to pimpalgaon to and fro via toll plaza on Sunday 14th March 2021(CAR no MH15CT9077).

Regularly i am charged 40₹ from one side and on return journey 20₹ are deducted(total60₹). But yesterday 40₹ were deducted from both sides(total80₹). Request you to kindly refund the extra amount charged from me

I having fast tag chip since my new vehicle (UP EN 9797) since purchase. On 14.03.2021 (HRS 18.37-receipt attached) crossed Tundla toll tax inward journey and amount deducted as per rule. While i was returning by 21.30, Toll machine/sensor was not working and they forcefully take double charge (Receipt attached) from while I am having sufficient balance in my fast tag. They remain me stop there around 15 minutes and misbehave with me & my family.

you are requested to look in this matter and return my amount with my time compensate. Take necessary action against that guys.

On 15/3/2021 between 20:00 - 21:30 my car GJ21 AQ5497 pass Mumbai to Pune express Highway toll collected₹ 203 @ khalapur & again₹ 203 @ Talegaon total ₹406 instead of ₹270

Today morning, while travelling in my car, (Regd No. WB02AJ8738) and having sufficient balance in my fastag account, the staff at Banskopa Toll Plaza near Durgapur, Paschim Barddhaman, stated that there is no balance in fastag account, and took cash of Rs. 140 instead of Rs. 70, which the normal fee for cars in toll.

Ticket No. [protected], booth operator number 16 & Manash1083, dated 15/03/2021 at 07:31:09. Type of journey is showing as Fastag 2X.

Please be confirmed that mibe was not a round trip, but one way trip.

While traveling from Mumbai to Pune, toll of Rs. 203 was deducted at the Khalapur toll Plaza on 14/03/2021 at 17:59. In the onward journey, toll amount of Rs. 203 was again deducted at the Talegaon toll plaza on 14/03/2021 at 19.07 in stead of Rs. 67 that was supposed to be deducted.

I am Anil, I am having car, details are AP35AP5535, working in Indian army, yesterday[protected] I traveled to Tuni to Visakhapatnam, in this way 2 toll plazas are there as Vempadu and aganampudi, I showed my army card and they accepted both to not to pay but after they deducted money from fast tag, I don't know why they are doing like this so please take action on this issue.

My car no is UK07AW8711. I travelled to Haridwar and back today. While going they charged me the normal charge Rs 85/- and reminded to buy Fastag soon. I told him that I have already ordered through PayTM and it will come in two days. While coming they charged me double saying it is a rule. I tried to talk to manager but one person told me that he has gone to police station. I have video clipings showing the way they are talking and their attitude. They are also allowing unauthorised people selling Fastag. All my complaint can be verified through CCTV footage.
My objection was that if same toll plaza while going did not took double charge in absence of Fastag then why they charged double while returning. Implementation of rule should follow "All or non law"
Another point to mention that when I asked for both way receipt but he denied that this facility is not available.

Sir my car cross the toll of kishorpura, hindoli but in this time my fastage doesn't work then I submit the toll fees in cash which is 270 but after some time i receive a message of fasttage balance who is debit (137) from my account on this day in the eveng when i'm doing toll cross again then same condition done.. So rqust u sir double time payment was debit of my account

Today i was travelling from Pune to hyderabad via sholapur. I faced lot of trouble due to HDFC fastag. It was showing blacklisted at 3 tolls, where i had to pay double the fee, even when i had enough balance in my account. At other tolls, it worked perfectly. When i called their customer care, i got an answer that some mapping is incorrectly done at their end. I was very shocked at this as i had to pay almost 200 rs extra without my fault, and i had to spend 20min at each toll, persuading them to recheck the working of fastag.

I was travelling from pune on 13th march 2021 vehicle number mh12 rt8743 and my toll was deducted from fastag eventhough vehicle is pune registered and the toll is supposed to be free. So while returning i emptied my wallet still toll got deducted and now the wallet balance is shwon in negative. What more is my fast tag is blocked now

I have travel today afternoon at 4 pm from anand to ahmedabad and i pass toll both .i have receive msg below.

Kindly see from anand to ahmedabad toll tax is just 35 mostly.

Yesterday's night at 22:51:39pm on 13th, march2021at Toll plaza kharik in bhagalpur district of Bihar, staffs of toll plaza took excess money of RS 1200/-stating the reason that charge has been increased, by whose order or notification had not been stated.This is a type of white loot by contractor of tolls, pl have any action on this issue

It is reference to my journey from malera Toll Plaza. NHAI charged high rate during cross this Toll. Justify the amount 95 INR at this toll for LMV

My car bearing no BR06N7875 standing at my Muzaffarpur residence.but I have received massage Paid Rs. 50.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no BR06N7875 at Saidpur Patedha on on 14 Mar 2021, 10:51 AM. Toll txn Id: 731615699563050206440P. Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 98

Please check with CCTV footage of Toll Plaza between10.50 A M to 11 AM
And reversed my amount.

In my car fas tag already available and balance also 137/- rs.when I have done single entry in gadoi toll plaza 65/- rs debited from my account but when I have have returned from gadoi toll booth they have charged double amount when I have available balance 72/- rs and toll charge only 35/- rs return fee then how they will charge double when balance availble????

The roads need maintenance. They are dug up and have left patches and it's been in the same condition since the last 1 year.
The journey gets very tiring and causes immense tiredness and takes more than calculated time to reach the given destination
Please fix these roads asap

It usually takes more than 10 minutes to cross this toll plaza instead of fastag because of poor sacaning and poor management
