Your toll collecter say that my fastag is blacklisted without checking and they want cash toll charges . But when i told him that my toll is working properly then start misbheaving .

As on today 13.03.2021around 07:35 pm amount of RS 160 charged as penalty in cash at toll plaza with trip no[protected] and amount of RS 80 also debited from my fast tag balance...kindly look into the issue and reverse the amount as early as possible.

I am writing to raise a complaint about deduction of money at exempted toll- Khed Shivapur. Any MH12 car is exempted from toll charges at this site. Covering the tag doesn't work (the screen shows not paid) and still everytime money is deduced. My car - WagonR JU3516 has been charged around 3-4 times now at this toll.

Please consider my complaint and do the needful.

Many more times i tried to recharge SBI fastag through internet banking and debit card but i received only error message

Through Fastag, I was taxed Rs80/ as toll fee in Hattikeri Toll Plaza on NH 66 when my car passed through the gate although I was a local and, the locals are exempt from paying toll fee as per the understanding with the Toll collection Agency. The Toll Plaza personal informed that I should have passed through the specific gate meant for locals to avail the exemption. To my further enquiry, they said that they have removed all instruction boards and helpers (to guide the travellers) in this connection on NHAI advice. If that is the case, I insisted that you should have altered the computer programme in such a way that the local vehicles are recognized in the gate and Toll-waived. They said that it's not in their hand.

I also perceive that the toll (Rs80/ one way)for a small vehicle like a car is hefty and harsh penalty.

I therefore request you to consider my request and reimburse the toll collected wrongly. I request you to put either a board instructing to use seperate/specific gate for locals or, put someone as guide. In case you are not erecting any sign board, in the light of government insisting compulsory use of Fastag by all, it becomes necessary on your part to correct/alter program in your Toll collection computers suitably.

Kindly do the needful. Expecting an early favourable reply, I remain.

It is kindly informed that cash charges are paid by me due to bad behaviour of toll plaza boys they showed that their machine shows low balance but fast tag was recharged by 500 and they charged double toll by me.

I travelled from BANGALORE to TIRUPATHI by my own car
vehicle no KA05MB7701 on 4th march 2021 .My FASTAG wallet ID NO
is[protected] and cust id is[protected]..While returning on the same day atMULUBAGAL TOLL LHHL ticket no1698794 at 20-00hrs the toll people have collected a penalty of Rs 70=00 over and above normal toll of Rs 70=00.And at TOLLplaza HOSKOTE the collected is Rs40=00 .Totally a penalty of Rs90=00 has been collected from me.The reason stated by the TOLL people is there is no balance in my toll act. Why should i pay penalty when i am agenuine FASTAG HOLDER. The TOLL PEOPLE could have given me a reasonable advise as Iam a SENIOR CITIZEN Please look in to the matter and try to PAY BACK the penalty amt.

my fastag has been blacklisted.its more than 4 month still my card is not activated

Employee of BARA TOLL PLAZA are not doing local autorenewal. We have to go every month for recharge and said them for do it again. Please resolve issue.

Due to poor quality of service, I have closed/surrendered SBI Fastag and submitted all the required documents for the purpose of refund.

More than two weeks over still haven't received my amount from SBI.

There is no proper response from the helpline, kindly look into this.

I have staying in Perungudi, Chennai. My vechicle number is TN07CT5703. I have valid local pass to cross the Perungudi toll gate. But I see since I have enough money in my fast tag, i have been deducted Rs.30 though I swipe the Local pass in the toll gate on[protected].

How to disable Fasttag temporarily to avoid such issues.

During the way from Morena To gwalior cross Chaunda Toll tax .
Toll tax staff told me your fast tag is black listed .. then they charges double amount of Rs 140/-
After the cash charge amount of Rs. 70 from fast tag also .
It is very high to me .. Request you to pls resolve the query .

Toll plaza at DAVULURU, KRISHNA DIST.ANDHRAPRADESH is charging excess amounts .
Case1.I have crossed the toll plaza of DAVULURU, KRISHNA DISTRICT, ANDHRAPRADESH ON 06.03.2021 and on 12.03.2021.On both dates toll amounts of Rs.200.00 respectively was charged via my FASTAG instead of Rs.145 .MYvehicle No.AP16CV5188.Please look into it and reverse my excess debited amount .

Toll Collection Executive Charged Toll In Cash After It's Been Deducted From Fastag at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza Pune Kindly Check Time And Date With Fastag Deduction

Dear sir,

In Madurai chittampatti toll plaza on 12 mar 21 evening 4:14pm even though I had balance in Paytm tag they forced me to give double single, I am helpless, even the toll plaza members are rude my ticket no:01056, kindly do necessarily action, my final decision is to move to court regarding this

We have purchase Fastag[protected] from ICICI before six month but still not activated whenever we visit to toll they say our Vehicle is blacklisted. On complaining to ICICI they say there is no problem just visit to toll and ask to update for the serial number. On following with them they said there is problem from Airtel as we were having airtel fastag first, so on following with airtel after 3 months they send mail to us that it is cleared from airtel. On same when we again contacted to ICICI with details from airtel they said not cleared on continue followup now they agree that their back office people not updated the same to system. Again and again making complaint but still not resolve the matter and toll people are asking to pay double the price. So we would like to complaint for the same on both the companies (airtel & ICICI)

I am MOHAN omalur toll Salem, tamilnaadu state. I have submit my aadhar, RC photo copy to apply local toll pass It has time one month but it till now not activated so . they have charge toll normal amount.its too wrong.in toll they shouldn't work sincere

Today toll amount was deducted from fast tag but still toll employee asked for cash as it was not reflected in their system..hence i paid in cash.refer attached toll slip for cash payment and fast tag statement also. Kindly refund amount to may fast tag wallet.
