I was on my way to lucknow from Sultanpur
Then I came across a toll Asroga they made me wait 30 min after asking why they aren't opening gate they said it the fault of company and we cannot do anything...

Yesterday GJ 05 RG 9851 was passed with returns journey.
Total toll was deducted was Rupees 110 and 55.
As I had to pay 20 rupees due to locals.
Please look into this and resolve it....

Sir on 11 feb 2021 my fastag ac [protected] charge rs 40 twice on bharudi toll plaza in gujrat state. Please see the issue why the toll plaza charge my fastag ac twice and refund rs 40.

I have axis bank fastag and having a balance of rs 1200. But at the toll I had to pay 230 with penalty. The toll person said that I have low balance but I have 1200rs in my wallet. I need help regarding this as soon as possible....

NH 48 maintaining by IRB TCBOT at karjeevanahally...is not maintained the high way well at and near tunkur town and it as lot of poth holes and also road tar is ripped off...its very difficult for us drive and we have many times flat tyre due to uneven road......

AT Vanagaram Toll gate, i was some times being charged the same rate in the morning and also in the evening, indicating both (S, S), your office is setting up fraud and collecting more money.
This is not happening for one time, but for 5 times to me alone.
Ashamed of such transactions being happened and looting public money.
Please fix this get me the refund....

While travelling thro dated 03/03/21, double toll is deducted at Chandwad as well at Dhule for Rs 135/- for vehicle no MH15EX2202. It is kind request to reverse the excess amount deducted at earliest . Screenshot is enclosed for your ready reference. Toll paid at chandwad is valid for Dhule or viceversa....

I am a Pune resident and travelled to Kolhapur on 05.03.2021. I own a car having a number plate of MH-12HFXXXX
Then also toll booth deducted the amount Rs.95 of toll from fasttag account.

When I crossed the toll, I didnt receive any message of deduction and later on I realized that it has been deducted.

Please let me know how can I claim my refund of the toll paid.

Dear Sir / Madam,
My Vehilce Regsistration No is RJ14ZC4182 & it's having Fastag of Axis Bank wallet Id - [protected].
My Problem is that I have paid the Overdrawn amount of Rs 813.00 to Axis bank but still my fastag status is Blacklisted at Axis bank portal or NHAI.
I have sent many mails to Axis Bank but they not resolving it & wriiting to contact at 1033. This given no is invalid.
I have to move outstation....

I am resident of Pune.
For travellers with Pune/PCMC registration MH12 and MH14 cars, as per directive - these travellers do not have to pay the Rs.95.00/- toll while passing thru the toll gate.
However, it is observed and experienced that the toll worker, allow us to pass thru the fast-tag lane, but also charge us.
This is day light robing of the travellers by the Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza. Please...

The traffic management at Choundha, Morena MP toll plaza is worst, even it takes 20 to 25 minutes to pass it.
There should be atleast 02 separate dedi cated lanes for cars as heavy trucks make jam at this place. Please do something...

My vehicle no. is UK04X0445.on[protected] at 17:31:24 while travelling thru thiriya ketal toll plaza i have to pay rs 260 in cash as fast tag is not read by sensor ..but after some time rs 130 is debited from paytm account for the same....

This Complaint is regarding- NHAI project on GT Road Chha Chha Tehsil-Bhongaon Distt-Mainpuri (UP), Ďear Sir, the claim was settled & paid is not as per circle rates.we have filed objections in DM office Mainpuri(UP) to reconsideration & resettlement of claims .But before hearing from DM office, so many structures of shops, office & godown were demolished forcefully by administration on 3/3/2021 without proper closing of the case and payment...

There are 2 toll's in NH66, one at Surthakal and one at Hejamadi. Both are hardly 10 km away from each other. I generally travel from Padubidri to Mangalore which is 30km's and have to pay 135 rs of toll for this. Also there is no single service road which runs along to avoid this toll harassment. At nrmal speed, one can cross the next toll within 15 minutes. NHAI states distance between 2 toll plaza should be 60km's and how come within 12...

Tamil nadu in koothiyarkundu junction near kappalur tollgate last 4month no light in highway after 7PM, every two or three human deaths happened because of light issues

last four month before this light missing, every day this area NHAI traffic patrol team coming this location not check .please check below photos

There has been new toll installed at dehradun doiwala
Fast tags are not working properly usually it takes 10-15 mins to cross the toll everyday in morning and evening
Please look into the matter and check everything is installed properly
Even staff don’t know how to function...

I have already paid at chandwad toll plaza maharashtra, but still they deducted money at laling toll plaza dhule, maharashta. 4 lane start at chandwad and ends at laling...so i paid extra 145 rs. Please return the money as soon as possible
