On 08.03.2021 I travelled to DEHRADUN and returned same day where's I have been charged Rs. 170/- from my Fastag. Rs. 85/- each whereas Rs.125/- should have been charged.

On 7th March 2021 I travelled from Bangalore to Coimbatore and I was charged
17 at Neelambur Toll
28 at Trichy Cochin Toll
And
45 again at Pollachi Salem Toll

I was charged double for the amount for this two line bypass which have series of 6 Tolls all together .
This is not the first time I face over debit issue from these toll.
For my previous complaint I registered in Icici etoll there was no resolution and overtime I was reluctant to followup.

Hope some measures will come soon from authorities to end the 'Highway Scam'

While making the cash payment My Fastag balance was Rs. 150/- means I was having sufficient balance to pay single journey toll charges. For that your toll collector person told me to pay double charges for not having balance but the fact was my fastag account was having Rs. 150 Balance.
I have to pay the same because I don’t have any other option.
Then I enquired form official sources and also you are well aware that the said double toll charges is applicability is about to happen after 15th of February 2021.
Means the information provided by your representative was false.
Therefore, you are requested to refund the excess toll charges paid by me after deducting the same day return toll charges as per your norms.

Even after fastags being mandatory by the government, a toll in bhojipura location of bareilly uttar pradesh is not accepting payment through fastag.

Thus leading to long traffic jams and discomfort to the Travellers.

This is to complain against RAIPUR PALI TOLL PLAZA. They are forcefully collecting double toll illegally in cash.
I had already attached KOTAK Fastag sticker at my car RJ19CE8321 with Rs.1000 balance (registered mobile no : [protected]).
However, at RAIPUR PALI TOLL PLAZA on 7th March 2021 at 17.56 :29 PM forced me to pay amount of toll via cash (Rs.80). However toll is deduct form my fast tag statement attached Request you to look into the mater and take required step against RAIPUR PALI TOLL PLAZA so thay the can not continue such illegal activity and return the collected extra amount.

Yesterday[protected] travelled salem to athur, at mettupatti toll plaza it was deducted two times on both up and down travel.And aslo in y old SBI tag it was stated low bal, but that also deucted this time.i need my deuction back.

Third class staff, harrase and bully people. Group up with ladies and shout as universal fact can't argue with women. Disgusting and pathetic. They don't even call them self Indian. If nothing is done about this toll than I can guarantee one day there will be big one

I had paid cash less tax at toll plaza but toll emp refuse the same after arguing they have not ready to accept that that have received the money I had shown my fastag ballet but they not ready to accept cash less payment eventhough they missbehaived it with family for this I have lossed money, time and mental harresment I. On 10th March 2021 when my vehicle which(As12L0338, mob [protected]) was passing through the Mikirati Hawgaon Toll Plaza was stopped as I requested to allow me to pass via route reserved for exempted vehicles(as there was heavy traffic on normal counter) citing that it is reserved only for pass holders but to my surprise they were allowing other vehicle without any pass to cross via the same exit in return of money in cash without any receipt i.e. unaccounted money being collected in the name of pass..The veracity of my above statement can be traced by checking cctv footage of around 5-6 pm at the exempted/vip exit route and verifying whether all these cars have been issued pass or not?? Car bearing reg NO of Sonitpur district/AS12 (private vehicle) was also allowed to pass through the same route. The same money was demanded from me and I denied to pay in cash but requested to deduct from my fastag balance which they denied.The denial of receiving toll tax via online mode in itself is questionable. Sir plz look into this matter as the exempted/vip/reserved route on the the toll plaza has become a source o[censored]naccounted income for few officials entrusted there.

I am a soldier of india, as your direction regarding exception from toll after that on 06 mar2021 Nimbla toll near rohat dist pali the personal of this toll misbehave with me and my family and they also recover toll, I request him and also show my identity card and also toll authority but he denied and he is not accept all these things. He also said that this is the only toll all over India where the Sanik of the country have to pay toll and he also said that you are totally free to complaint against me where ever you want. I will not ccept any identify card of Armed Forces and authority.(our bhi video avalible he )

I availed for FASTAG from 'Exdcts.com' on 15th February paying Rs 1850. By 25th of February I raised a complaint on 'complaintroom.in' and they called me back and I demanded my refund. Their manager Mr Akash assured me the refund the next day and asked to reach back in his mobile number which was not reachable. This guy acted so genuine initially and said that he would provide the refund and that I had to change the complaint raised. I emailed them at '[protected]@exdcts.com' and they said they will provide refund within a week. The next week I asked them and they said they would give in another 8-10 days. Today afternoon after send another email they called me up asking for my GPay number and that they would transfer the amount within half an hour and still by evening when I called them they said they Mr Akash is not at place. I asked the executive not to cut the call and she put me on hold for over half an hour and I had to cut in the end. She would not pick the call again (+91 [protected]).

I have all the email communications and the calls recorded along with the receipts. I need my money back !

Dear Sir, Its impossible to contact IDFC contact center number to report double toll deducted from account. We are fed up with FastTag either unwanted toll charges occurring almost every day. Request you to stop FastTag as mandatory until your back end system is Ok and stop extortion of money directly from customer account and cause inconvenience to innocent customers.

On Feb 28 while travelling towards cochin, @ the L&T Trichy Cochin toll I was charged full amount of 45 and I received this message "Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 45 for transaction by Vehicle KL46E4959 at Toll Trichy Cochin on[protected]T21:58:01"

However later when I passed through other 2 tolls of the same toll road I should not have been charged since the full amount was already collected earlier. Still I received the following 2 message, the sum of which is 45.

It is unfortunate to convey thatThe South Bengal State Transport Corporation is not receiving the cash back on fastag transactions since March 2020 to February 2021 although as per rule cash back to be given within one month of transaction. SBSTC is a valued customer of NHAI and so far paid almost 9 crore of toll during 2020-21.The matter has been communicated to SBI number of occasions but went in vein and they replied that cash back not yet released by your organisation.
Further it is observed that in number of cases the agencies in charge of different toll plaza are harnessing SBSTC buses although have fastag facility and claiming double toll which is not atall expected from such an esteemed organisation

On March 8th and 9th 2021, a sum of ₹ 95 each was deducted at Nanguneri toll plaza in Tirunelveli district, Tamilnadu. But my vehicle never crossed the toll on the above dates. Below attached is the transaction reference. Kindly check and do the needful

Travelled from Agra to kannauj and back on same day

1) Paid Rs 375 from Agra to kannauj,
2) Paid Rs225 from Kannauj to Agra.

Both deduction detail received via Sms from Fastag Airtel are as below ;
