I am a resident of nagpur. On 07.03.2021 I went to jamswali by my own car. At kelwad toll plaza I was charged RS.70 each time (for onward and return journey), even I have come back with in six hours of time. Kindly look into the same and take appropriate action.

I have an axis fastag which has been linked with my vehicle number KA 04 MJ 6006

On 6th March 2021, I was travelling from Bengaluru to Davangere.

All the toll plaza from Bengaluru worked and were able to deduct the money, but at toll plaza Hebbalu @KM237.650 Section Doddasiddanhally - Hadadi toll plaza failed to detect the fastag and deduct the amount, even though I had sufficient amount in my fastag account.

Where I was forced to pay the double fare by a toll plaza manager.

Here with I'm attaching the receipt, where I was charged with double fare.

I need you to take necessary action and get my refund back along with the penalty and the apology letter from the concerned person as I had to undergo the embarrassment from the toll plaza manager.

According to rules from the Government of India Article G.S.R. 427(E)
I was not supposed to pay any amount as I had no fault from my end.

Invite your urgent attention to the pathetic condition of NH 85 between Muvattupuzha and Thiruvankulam...

Bad tarring, total neglect of routine maintenance, apathy to passenger convenience...

Better remove the tag of National highway otherwise...road with very high vehicle density and minimum width...

Just look at the approach road after the Choondy bridge...how badly it has been done...does such a work exist in any NH?

Total neglect by the authorities concerned...they don't even care to penalise the contractor for such shoddy work...last year some patching work was done in some places with least concern for quality or safety...

Request your urgent response and action...a regular traveller for close to 80 Kms every day on this highly deplorable road...

I travelled through Raikal toll plaza and normal amount was deducted on the same day of 31-Jan. But later on 2-Feb, I was wrongly deducted a charge of 305/- at Raikal Toll plaza, and I raised a complaint on ICICI fastag website on 3-Feb. I have been following with ICICI and NHAI customer care from more than a month and even now no update. This is the second time it is happening and no update. Below are the complaint details.
Please check and refund my money and take action on ICICI fastag. Please check attachment.

. I have applied for fastag through exceed consultants by paying Rs 2000. on 26.02.21(Receipt attached)
2. I received the intimation from equitas bank that my fast tag is registered and my account no is [protected]
Having paid Rs. 2000, when the expenses is only Rs300, my fastag balance has to be Rs1700 but it is only Rs100.
3. I received confirmation mail from exceed consultants that my payment for fastag is received for Rs2000
4. Assuming that exceed consultants are good service providers i have applied for fastag through them. Hence i expect both the equitas bank and the exceed consultants to look into this issue and resolve with in 24hrs

My fastag amount shows negative now, and last 5-6 months it's never get deducted at khed-shivapur Toll Plaza because of exeexempted of MH12, MH14 vehicles.

Now suddenly why the amount got deducted while passing the toll plaza where as while returning back there is no deduction.

This is completely loot under name of fastag .

My vehicle no tn 66 w 9094 vechcile is not entered toll anumandhai but amount 56 debited

My car of MH12 i.e. registered in Pune.

Once I have fitted FAST-TAG it is deducting every time Rs 95 toll.
Where as we know that for MH12 the toll at Shindewadi Toll plaza is not charged .

But still FASTTAG gets scanned and 95 get deducted everytime.
How we can get the refund back?

I am from Chennai.Today I was crossed madhavaram toll plaza .fastag was not clicked hence the person from the booth came and said that was not low balance.but my husband showed that it was valid 1000 rs in fastag account but that person not agree with us and asked us to pay 120 rs .my husband said we can't pay that already we have money in fastag account .he said problem is there side . Many persons came and shouted us and put baregate.they asked us to call customer care .they are talking like anything. Not even giving respect .this is what the toll plaza person's are working .very bad manners.they are very keen to get money from us .its irritating to us.finally they bought other machine then it was worked .I don't know then why fastag is there .its for emergence and no need to wait but we are waiting and hearing this stupid noises from these kind of people .simple they are saying that they are responsible if not clicking .very irresponsible answers.poor highway toll plaza.its really irritating us. Workers are very bad .poor customer service.take action for those workers .and let them give respect yo customers .we are not crossing for free .

I went to Mahabaleshwar via Pune express on 16th Feb2021 & returned on 19th Feb2021 through same rout.
I hold ICICI fastag Serial No. : [protected] and had Rs:1100 balance on my tag on 16th Feb2021. i came across three tolls i.e Khalapur Toll Plaza, Talegaon Toll plaza & Khed Shivapur Toll plaza (67+203+95=Rs 365 )one way. Total toll with return is Rs730 1100- 730 = Rs370/ balance with me on my tag. Returned on 19th Feb2021 through same rout. there was toll reading issue both times at Shivapur Toll plaza and somehow they managed. When next day on 20th Feb2021 I checked my balance I was shocked to reveal that my balance was Rs:184 only. IT IS LOSS OF RS :186/- AS A RESULT OF FAULTY TOLL SYSTEM. I request authority to look into and reverse excess toll to my tag account.

Double Charge Even after I had enough balance in my Fastag I'd.

I was on my way to lucknow from Sultanpur
Then I came across a toll Asroga they made me wait 30 min after asking why they aren't opening gate they said it the fault of company and we cannot do anything

Yesterday GJ 05 RG 9851 was passed with returns journey.
Total toll was deducted was Rupees 110 and 55.
As I had to pay 20 rupees due to locals.
Please look into this and resolve it.

Sir on 11 feb 2021 my fastag ac [protected] charge rs 40 twice on bharudi toll plaza in gujrat state. Please see the issue why the toll plaza charge my fastag ac twice and refund rs 40.

I have axis bank fastag and having a balance of rs 1200. But at the toll I had to pay 230 with penalty. The toll person said that I have low balance but I have 1200rs in my wallet. I need help regarding this as soon as possible.

NH 48 maintaining by IRB TCBOT at karjeevanahally...is not maintained the high way well at and near tunkur town and it as lot of poth holes and also road tar is ripped off...its very difficult for us drive and we have many times flat tyre due to uneven road...

AT Vanagaram Toll gate, i was some times being charged the same rate in the morning and also in the evening, indicating both (S, S), your office is setting up fraud and collecting more money.
This is not happening for one time, but for 5 times to me alone.
Ashamed of such transactions being happened and looting public money.
Please fix this get me the refund.
