While travelling thro dated 03/03/21, double toll is deducted at Chandwad as well at Dhule for Rs 135/- for vehicle no MH15EX2202. It is kind request to reverse the excess amount deducted at earliest . Screenshot is enclosed for your ready reference. Toll paid at chandwad is valid for Dhule or viceversa.

I am a Pune resident and travelled to Kolhapur on 05.03.2021. I own a car having a number plate of MH-12HFXXXX
Then also toll booth deducted the amount Rs.95 of toll from fasttag account.

When I crossed the toll, I didnt receive any message of deduction and later on I realized that it has been deducted.

Please let me know how can I claim my refund of the toll paid.
How can you charge Pune vehicles when clearly there is no toll Pune citizens.

My Vehilce Regsistration No is RJ14ZC4182 & it's having Fastag of Axis Bank wallet Id - [protected].
My Problem is that I have paid the Overdrawn amount of Rs 813.00 to Axis bank but still my fastag status is Blacklisted at Axis bank portal or NHAI.
I have sent many mails to Axis Bank but they not resolving it & wriiting to contact at 1033. This given no is invalid.
I have to move outstation.
So I am requesting to Please resolve it.

Sir/Madam,
I am resident of Pune.
For travellers with Pune/PCMC registration MH12 and MH14 cars, as per directive - these travellers do not have to pay the Rs.95.00/- toll while passing thru the toll gate.
However, it is observed and experienced that the toll worker, allow us to pass thru the fast-tag lane, but also charge us.
This is day light robing of the travellers by the Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza. Please fix this ASAP.

System and workers at Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza, behave per their whims and fancies.

My fast tag was charged with 95/-, although on the face the toll-plaza worker opened the gate for me

Preferrably for MH12/MH14 - car vehicle passing, you should make them establish a separate lane, and allow cars to pass, just by opening the gate

Note: On my return journey to Pune, the Toll-Plaza worked allowed me to pass, and also did not charge my card.

There should be atleast 02 separate dedi cated lanes for cars as heavy trucks make jam at this place. Please do something

This Complaint is regarding- NHAI project on GT Road Chha Chha Tehsil-Bhongaon Distt-Mainpuri (UP), Ďear Sir, the claim was settled & paid is not as per circle rates.we have filed objections in DM office Mainpuri(UP) to reconsideration & resettlement of claims .But before hearing from DM office, so many structures of shops, office & godown were demolished forcefully by administration on 3/3/2021 without proper closing of the case and payment of the compensation This is causing mental harassment of all the property owners. There are 2 toll's in NH66, one at Surthakal and one at Hejamadi. Both are hardly 10 km away from each other. I generally travel from Padubidri to Mangalore which is 30km's and have to pay 135 rs of toll for this. Also there is no single service road which runs along to avoid this toll harassment. At nrmal speed, one can cross the next toll within 15 minutes. NHAI states distance between 2 toll plaza should be 60km's and how come within 12 km's we have to go via 2 toll plaza's?

There has been new toll installed at dehradun doiwala
Fast tags are not working properly usually it takes 10-15 mins to cross the toll everyday in morning and evening
Please look into the matter and check everything is installed properly
Even staff don’t know how to function

Yesterday 02.03.2021 Rs.203 was deducted at Khalapur plaza, which was not reflected at next Talegaon plaza. I was told balance is insufficient though it was Rs.1186. I was asked to again pay Rs.203 in cash instead of Rs.67 (270 till Pune less 203 paid earlier). Excess payment Rs.136 should be refunded. Proofs attached.

Vehicle number RJ01UB1141 on Saturday 27th Feb 2021 passed on Jaipur Kota highway. Crossed 3 toll plaza, where to and fro amount was dited in morning at all 3 plazas but while returning again amount got debited.

1. Barkheda got debited Rs 100/- @ 10:33:09 Am (Ref no.0010012102271040214916) and Rs 50/- @ 7:47:10 Pm(ref no. 0010002102271956274364)

2. Sonwa got debited Rs 85/- @11:36:43 (ref no. 0010002102271146357601)and RS 40/- @ 6:36:34(ref. No 0010012102271844014132)

3. Kishorpura toll plaza Rs. 135 got debited at 12:34:15 Pm. (ref. no 0010002102271309352190) and Rs. 70/- was debited at 5:39:21 PM.(001001210221754276279)

Request you to refund the extra amount. (Rs.160/-) in my account

Dear Team,

On 24th Dec, i was traveling from vadodara to ankleshwar on NH 48 and toll charges deducted as 95 for onward journey. While returning from Ankleshwar, At mandva toll plaza 25 ruppes charged for return journey. At the end of journey at bharthana toll plaza, my fasttag shows blacklisted and they charged me gain with double charge of 190 rupees (95x2) (receipt attached). Even though i have paid the charge through fasttag at manda toll plaza they charged me again at bharthana toll plaza. Totally they charged me 215 ruppes instead of 25 rupees.

Request you to help me to get refund my money as soon as possible.

I passed through Chhajarsi Toll Plaza at NH-9, Ghaziabad, U.P. at about 7 pm on 2 March, 2021 in my car with reg.no. UP14CL3274. When I came to barrier, the barrier did not open. The digital display showed my Fastag (Wallet ID: [protected]) as blacklisted. I was told it was because there insufficient balance. I had a balance of Rs. 135.88 whereas toll fee was Rs. 125.00 only. The attendant said that he could not do anything. after a very brief conversation, i decided that it was no point arguing with the attendant and paid Rs. 250 (Fee 125 + fine 125).

I am attaching statement of account of my Fastag and scan copy of the receipt of the toll fee paid.

Please look into the matter and refund Rs. 125 and request you to rectify your scanning system

At Siwaya Toll Plaza if you are cpming return on the same day i.e. within 24 hrs, no concession is available. If you are paying Rs 85 in coming, you will have to pay same amount even if you are coming back within 24 hrs. Why this is happening at particular toll whereas at other toll plaza you will pay half amount if returning within 24 hrs
