I have used National Highway 11 from Bharatpur to Balaji on 2-March-2021 and return within 24hrs but I have been charged as 2 single trips instead of roundtrip. Toll both Ludhwai and Amoli Toll Plaza.
Transaction Details of the payments at Ludhwai:
1. 0010012103020746141409: Rs 20 Time 7:41AM
2. 0010012103021424566780: Rs 20 Time 2:20PM

Transaction Details of the payments at Amoli:
1. 0010012103020812117929: Rs 40 Time 08:10AM
2. 0010012103021357332969: Rs 40 Time 01:55PM

And I think this is not my case thousands of Vehicle cross these toll daily so this should be corrected.

    Hello sir/madam,
    Vanagaram Toll Plaza in Chennai Tamil Nadu, does not have basic facilities (Rest place, Rest room etc), but charges are continously increasing. Also the toll is around 6lane, but the time taken to cross the toll plaza is around 10-15 mins. Even the staff at the toll plaza are very rude with worst behaviour. The way they comment on female who drive the vehicle is very worst. Appreciate if you could look into this issue on priority. Thanks.

      Hello Sir,

      My Car no is : RJ147C4891
      I am already holding Fast tag. On 2nd feb, 2021, I was crossing Tatiyawas Toll plaza (Jaipur-Ringus). Instead of Fasttag scanning, Toll forced me to pay in cash with panelty mentioning Fine for non-Fasttag.
      When I denied, they started fighting with my family.

      Please look into this.

        My house is near to highway NH544 where the location [10.5369302, 76.2703672] or G7PC+Q4 Thrissur, Kerala to location [10.5448872, 76.2886005] or G7VQ+XC Thrissur, Kerala there is not even 1 opening to travel in between them. As this is High way there is a lot of accidents which is taking place in between these areas. Recently there occurred a accident in which ambulance need to travel double this distance to cross to other road. Kindly look in to this problem and please take necessary action against this. If you solve this issue then I believe that it will help others in future.

          I have been charged Rs. 65/- from a toll plaza against my Fastag ID and the amount has been deducted which is totally a FALSE deduction. I haven’t travelled anywhere on the date mentioned and the toll location.

          IS THIS WHY THE AUTHORITIES ASK TO HAVE MINIMUM BALANCE ON FASTAG AND TO SCRUTINISE THE USERS WITH UNAUTHORISED/INVALID CHARGES?

          Below mentioned is the message received on deduction:

          Toll charge (TN05Z1320) for Rs 65.00 debited on Mar 02. Reader time is Feb 28 21 9:52AM(Valvanthankottai). Bal is Rs 60.00

            I am having fasttag to my car.

            On 02-march-2021, I travelled from Kalyan to nashik.
            While travelling from kalyan to nashik, By car no is MH15-EX 3436 once toll was deducted at paddha(arjunali) and second time also toll got deducted at ghoti(toll should not be deducted at ghoti).

            I request the concerned personnel from NHAI to look into the matter and return the excess deducted amount to my paytm account associated with my mobile.

              Hi, I wanted to highlighted issue with you, that today I have crossed Srinagar toll Plaza (KM 74.500 on NH2) at 10.41 AM from my CAR HR 26DP 6718. due to some technical issue my ICICI Fast tag balance got low and shown blacklisted, for which I was not aware, I have told that gentlemen that I am driving right now and will recharge my fast tag balance once I will reach my destination, however he did not accept my request and charged Rs. 210 for me - then I requested for the receipt (Ticket Number 2R2L1139 - Operation SAT2166) and got to know that, I have been charged for OVERLOAD vehicle.                 I have faced this issue for a second time in toll plaza near JELLIPALLI TOLL PLAZA, ANANTAPUR.

                even though my wallet has a balance and the tag is intact and active. every time when i pass through this plaza. employees from this plaza say that my wallet is black listed with out testing what is the issue and demand for double toll fee.

                on 1st of march i was travelling from Anantapur to Bellary when i passed though this plaza. employees in that sift has demanded to give double fee saying my account is black listed. not sure the issue is with the fasttag or the sensors in that toll plaza. I have not faced such issues in any other toll plazas.

                they have simply demanded to pay double instued of checking with hand held scanner or any other mode.

                  मैं सिनियर सिटीजन सेवानिवृत्त सैनिक हूं और राजनगर एक्सटेंशन में रहता हूं। 25 फरवरी को राजनगर एक्सटेंशन से मेरठ जाना था दिन में मुझे यह पता चला की अब दुहाई से नई बाईपास सड़क के द्वारा मेरठ आना जाना शूरू हो गया है इसी वजह से मैं शाम को 4 बजकर 10 मिनट के आसपास दुहाई से डासना जाने वाले टोल गेट से अन्दर जाने से पहले स्टाफ से मेरठ जाने के लिए पूछा तो वहां भी यही बताया की जा सकते हैं लेकिन जब मैं 3-4 किलोमीटर डासना की तरफ गया तो वहां मेरठ के लिए बाईपास सड़क पर काम हो रहा था और प्रवेश बन्द था इस वजह से मैं वहां से यूं टर्न लेकर वापिस दुहाई की तरफ आया और दुहाई टोल गेट से 4 बजकर 20 मिनट के आसपास बाहर निकला तब भी मैंने स्टाफ जोकि उस समय ड्यूटी पर था उनको भी बताया की मुझे ग़लत जानकारी की वजह से 10-12 मिनट में ही वापिस आना पड़ा है तब उन्होंने भी बताया की इसके लिए कोई टोल नहीं कटेगा और मैं चला आया लेकिन बाद में एस एम एस आने पर पता चला की टोल के 155 रुपये मेरे एकाउंट से टोल टैक्स की आई डी नम्बर 861614290071474210369P के द्वारा डेबिट हो गये हैं (एस एम एस की कापी सन्लग्न है)।

                  आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरे एकाउंट से डेबिट हुए 155 रुपये को वापिस करवाने की कृपा करें आपकी अति कृपा होगी। मेरी वजह से हुई असुविधा के लिए मुझे खेद है।

                    In reference to above subject, speed brakers on NH44 from kurnool to bengaluru are the main reasons causing accidents particularly at night times.Supreme court directions not to put speed brakers on highways.Hence requested to remove speed brakers.

                      Address: Ronahi toll plaza faizabad lucknow road up

                      At ronahi toll plaza, near faizabad, up, double toll tax was collected as told by employee that machine is not working. After moving 1 km from there, I got fast tag message in which toll taz was deducted from tag also at the same time. I asked the manager but he refused to give money back saying do whatever you can but I cannot return the money. Plj help sir and return my excess amount

                        NHAI is not responding to my refund of fasttag deduction both cash and paytm wallet on 13 Nov 2020. Have complained to 1033 number, on 17 Nov 2020. Compliant No 2649978, 2649987, 2649950, 2649962
                        Also contacted IHCMCL nodal team, neither they respond from email nor on call.
                        It is very bad service of Fasttag, they do not have the email id, their whatsapp no [protected]/ [protected], But they never update.

                        I had also contacted via Paytm, as my fastag is of paytm, but they are also unable to resolve since Jan 21 till date. I had shared many time my proofs to Fasstag NHAI no [protected] by my whstapp no [protected], but there is no response

                                I have commerical vehicle having number MH17K7237.

                                Today on 1st March 2021, Monday i have sent vehicle to Nashik from Sangamner.

                                In return journey, at toll plaza respective authority raised issue that vehicle doesn't have sufficient balance in Fastag and hence charged with penalty resulting in double toll payment.

                                Although, i was having sufficient balance in Fastag Account so there should not be such issue needed to be raised.

                                I have attached PDF Statement of my fastag account and Toll Receipt issued by respective Toll plaza.

                                Such errors are happening frequently on that particular toll plaza but i was not having any material proof so i never complained about it

                                I request the concerned authority to look in to the matter and oblige.

                                      I visited Veera cholapuram on 24th Feb’21, During Onward Journey I paid Rs. 50 Toll charge and While return I paid Rs. 30. All transactions were done by Fast tag. Below are the transaction details.

                                      On 1st March’21 Veera cholapuram toll have debited Rs. 240 from my Fast tag account mentioning as shortfall. On same day I havd Rs. 258 Excess amount on my TAG. Why are the charging me after 4 days, are they trying to cheat me.

                                      Please get the money returned to my account immediately.

                                        Point 1:
                                        Hivargaon Pavsa Toll is not worth for 85rs of reach trip:
                                        Its road is too poor, with lot of holes, and it had 2-3 accidents on 28 Feb 2021
                                        Holes are at: Nandur Shingote Phata +- 10 KM range

                                        Point 2:
                                        Why the total amount collected by the toll is not displayed and and total amount due.

                                        Point 3:
                                        What is the date of its expiry

                                        Point 4: Which company was the road contractor of this road, please make it public, so that we can ask him directly without your interference. Also do provide the contact details

                                        Point 5: And do also make public all the corruption happened and happening in each toll fee collected at Hivargaon Pavsa Toll.
