Unnecessary Toll at Malpura Toll Plaza and Renewal Toll

Dear Team,

There has been unnecessary toll at Malpura Toll and Renewal Toll plaza where when we talk about road it has been so bad in condition and only one road with no diversion. No sign board in speed breakers and big holes that can damage axel of cars.
I am shocked and never seen this kind of toll road and charging such a huge amount of rupees 65 and 90, This toll is of 6 lane road this is clearly robbing..br...

Hi Team,

This is regarding the deteriorating condition of the 17 km stretch from Jalukbari to Khanapara of NH 27 passing through Guwahati. There is always a huge traffic jam on the highway and a distance of even 5 kms takes around 2 hours to cover. There is a dire need of flyovers at multiple junctions on thi stretch. Starting with Basistha Chariali, Gorchuk Chariali and Lokhra. Please expedite the process if there is already some work initiated on this. This has been the need for at least 5 years now. Please do something about. I have full trust in the central government but seeing no work on this stretch hurts and lot and I am shut by my own colleagues whenever I share the good deeds done by this government. Please expedite. The condition of the service roads is even worse but right now, flyovers are something that needs attention.

    Dear sir
    I would like to bring into your notice about a fraudental charging of extra toll money by faking about fastag being inactive and charging double charge of toll money. I have experienced this twice in a span of one week on the NH24 Nainsar toll plaza(Gorakhpur-Sonauli). Some other people have also confirmed similar incidents. After arguing for some time the toll plaza staff agreed to scan again with his device in which the scan was successful. This way they have been committing fraud with a lot of people in past few days/months and making money by charging extra cash. I hope you will look into this matter and take essential measures against them.

      As NHAI has announced the fastag users need not maintain minimum balance for the activation of fastag but in tollgates when we pass with the minimum balance.
      They not allowed our vehicle to cross the tollgate.And they are not responding properly for our enquiries and other options. They only aim to collect double charges amount of 180 rupees fron us . So, kindly refund my amount through my bank account..And take proper action against that toll plaza

        Sir it is mentioned in the NHAI website that the toll fee for LMV is Rs. 85 for single journey and Rs 130 for return journey at PIPILI Toll plaza . But the toll plaza authority deducted Rs115 for single journey and additional Rs 55 for return journey which is Rs. 170 instead of Rs. 130.

        My vehicle no is OD02AN7497. I want my Rs 40 back

          I was coming from agra but on hodal toll they cut manual toll slip instead deduct from Fastag the amount would be rs.55 but they got 210 cash. I told why are you getting 210 cash he told you have not sufficient balance but that time 86 rupees was available in my fastag. It is fraud NHAI toll staff cheating the peoples.

            I am using paytm fast tag and traravel round a trip from bhubaneswar to chandikhol through sri jagannat expressway pvt. Ltd, toll plaza, while the return journey the told me that the fastag is not having the balance in it, so they charged the full toll of Rs.120 plus Rs
            120 penalty for the same and didn't allow me to rechatge it instantly.
            I am having fastag but if there is no balance how they can charge penalty??

            I request NHAI to take this matter and refund my money immediately without further delay.

              The basic purpose of fast tag is to save waiting time on toll plaza also make consumers convenience.
              But there is lot of mismanagement in the sarore toll plaza, Jammu J&K as there is no separate lane for cash/fast tag. The machines installed at the said toll plaza are not working properly as unable to read the fast tag and every time the workers in toll plaza unnecessary stop the vehicle on one or other reason

                    I was traveling from Noida to Mathura to and fro and crossed 2 toll plazas i.e. Zevar toll and Mathura toll. None of them were FastTaG enabled and there was long queue of vehicles. We waited more than 15 mins. On asking staff available on toll, they started shouting and saying abuse words. 1033 customer complaint number is of no use. They are so rude and mannerless. They were also misbehaving over call.

                      In most respectful manner I am in President of India Gallantry award exempted category for FASTAG. But with sent password and ID created I am not able to login from last fifteen days. Kindly redress my Grievances at earliest so that I can Log in and upload my documents for issuance of Fastag for getting me relief for the same.

                        On 3.2.2021, I crossed the Chengappally Toll Plaza (Coimbatore TamilNadu) at10.45 Am. The same day I returned at 1.14 pm (less than Three Hours)

                        The Two way to be charged is only Rs 85 but I was charged Rs 200 (100+100 both ways)

                              Even after having a fastag had to pay in cash the double amount according to the rules.

                              My FASTAG was working on all the tolls but except of KONGNOLI @KM591.240, AS THERE SCANNERS, AND CCTV ARE NOT WORKING.
                              HALF OF THE employees don't know how to work at the toll.
                              They are rude to lady report of election commission .

                              I request you to take strict action against each one .
