Address: Bogalur toll plaza

I tried to pay the money in bogalur toll using fastag wallet but they told my fastag wallet is black listed, but it is not black listed because I used that fastag wallet on (25/02/21 )in all toll gates except bogalur toll because on that day also I face that issue
I paid 140 rupees including tax, eventhough I had money of 720 in my wallet..
Please consider my redressal...and kindly take action...

    Dear Team,

    I had issue with Fastag which I am using from airtel bank for my car KA51MC1515.

    On 13th Feb, I used toll and Fastag charged for rs.50 and immediately I added rs.500 and total balance was rs.600/- in account. Same day coming back when I scan Fastag it was black listed and I had to pay penalty of rs.50.

    Again on 21st Feb when I got Fastag scanned it was still blacklisted and made second penalty of rs.50. On this day one of the toll representative helped me understand that even though rs.600/- balance in airtel account, reserved amount is rs.0 due to which Fastag is blacklisted. He then help me add reserved amount from phonepe. Airtel Fastag and I need to add reserved amount from phonepe? Really? Then I understand this is Airtel bank issue, due to which I had to pay penalty twice.

    I contacted airtel bank about this issue and they are just telling that Fastag is active now and there is no issue. When I spoke to airtel customer care, they said it's a technical issue but unable to help to refund the penalties.

    When it's a bank issue why would consumer had to pay penalties, appreciate if you can please help review this issue and do the needful. I am sure there would be lot such consumer have issue who using airtel bank.

        Requesting details about the Suratkal toll gate situated near the NITK main gate.
        This toll gate is constructed unscientifically with worst road connectivity and there is another toll gate in the next 10 KM at a place called Hejmady, hence the Suratkal toll gate is not adhering to the NHAI guidelines.

          I have taken fastag n that have been blocked n black listed since when I have purchased I have complaint many many times at toll-free number 1033 but all the time they give me complaint number of say me sir ur issue is under process n it will be solved soon but now it's high time it's more than one year time my problem have not been solved when ever I pass through toll plaza I have to pay double amt n it takes extra time, I have recharged my fastag also amt balance is in my wallet but can not use fastag MY CAR NO IS ML 05 M 3033

            Dear sir/madam
            i was traveling through my car no up32ls4171 from lucknow to delhi on dated 26 february 2021 i paid 665 rupees cash(fasttag was not available)agra to jewar but when i reached mathura toll plaza the toll employees taken 440 rupees again for mathura to jewar. Honestly saying it was my first journey on this root so iwas not aware about toll. But in the morning when i was returning the same root i asked the process of refund for extra deducted money so the employee said it can't refund because it was your mistake you should have aware about it there is no refund policy. So my request is to you please look in to the matter and resolve it as soon as possible i will be obliged

              Dear Team, We came from Ahmedabad to Jodhpur via Himmatnagar Ambaji on 20.02.2021. While Coming we crossed five Toll Naka, Of which three read fastag and two couldn't. On these two plaza's, we had to pay twice the amount there. Surprising from these two Toll Plaza's one toll plaza took twice payment from us and also amount deducted from our fastag. This is very irritating, please guide us how to go about it.

                The toll plaza of lal nagar up, the emoloyees are moreover goons who are always ready to fight with weapons, the barricade for no reason fell on my windshield and got broken when i just asked the reason why it happened tgey starred abusing me and even tried to fight with me, i somehow escaped from there to save my life, in this growing time if india some things can never be changed untill not taken care properly, hope for a positive action against them and waitung for your response about it.

                  A toll plaza in between Muzaffarnagar and Deoband in Uttar Pradesh. Every time I crossed that toll plaza they take money in cash or through card. When I asked for fastag they denied and said we don't recognise any of this and we have to pay by cash or card only. Kindly look into the matter.

                    I am local resident of patna necessarily within 20 km of toll plaza. I had monthly pass while crossing on 23feb2021 at 1450 hrs. When I reached booth I was told my pass was not valid and asked for Rs 220 when I objected and shown the receipt of payment for pass which I obviously did online, he didnt budge and said that since I was PASS bearer, I was expected to pay Rs110. Again I objected and was told to pull my car back which I was unable to because of long queue of vehicle behind me. I had no choice but to pay. I didnt even got a receipt and the person at booth was such a rude. I dont know who hires them. Please look into it.

                      I travelled to Nathdwara on[protected] and returned on[protected] and at the same time I had a very bad experience and excess charged from Gomati Chauraha, Udaipur Toll Plaza -NAGADIYA.
                      My Vehicle No-GJ01HU9025 and I have a valid fasttag on my car and on[protected] at 20:03:01 Trip (RRN No / Trip No) -881613140506352098160P /[protected] Plaza Name:Negadiya Toll Plaza- Lane ID:3 and on next day i.e. on[protected] I have pased thru same toll plaza at 2-55 pm thru Lane No-10 at the same time my balance was -15 but as it is a second Saturday bank was closed and no person available at plaza to recharge I have requested to counter person and shift incharge to debit the same from my deposit but he has straigt away refused and misbehaved with me and double charged to me for Rs.260/- .So I request you to reverse the double charge amount in my fasttag no[protected] of ICICI Bank, Copy of my complaint No-1156 and Toll Payment Receipt Attached herewith

                            Hello,

                            On 25/02/2021, I did buy a fast tag from Sonapur Toll Plaza Assam.

                            They charged me Rs. 400 for fast recharge which was paid online and Rs. 400 extra for fasttag sticker.

                            On calling the customer service number of NHAI, they told me that the fasttag sticker is free of cost which means Toll plaza people have cheated me and took Rs. 400 extra.

                            Please look into this.

                              The service at toll plaza is too slow. I waited for 10 minutes even in the presence of fastag service. When I ask about the service and then moved my car ahead there was the green signal, even you can check the camera. They abruptly pushed the barrier onto my car causing the damage. They also mishave with me n my wife.

                                Today[protected] while Iam crossing Sarsawa Toll plaza (Saharanpur) around 11:05 pm I am with my family waiting for 10 minutes in queue after that 2 Trucks infront of me cross barrier immediately and Iam also just behind them and cross barrier but immediately the staff shutdown the barrier intentionalky which cause dent on my car, after that my wife asked for this misconduct all the staffs flocks and argument that its yours fault that you were not in speed. I request you to stop dadagiri of Sarsawa Toll plaza and give strict instructions for behave to passengers with respectfully. Other wise in future some big issue and incidents will be happening.

                                  Now all toll tax becomes no cash lane plaza. It means we do not have to at any toll plaza's more than a minute, but sorry to say Khara, Bikaner toll plaza is having it's worst services. From last 6 months I am daily travelling to & fro from this toll plaza. Daily we have a problem of traffic Jam here at the same. All of there till sensors are also not in good condition. Daily when we stop at the same because there till sensors are not working one man comes outside the booth with Fastag scan machine for scanning. Once I have written the same time taking problem complaint in toll complaint register also, but no action has been taken.
                                  We request you to please take serious action against this toll plaza for wasting people's time.

                                    It was announced earlier that the lachhiwala toll in Dehradun was accepting toll through fastag. We were bound to rishikesh 23/02/2021 when we entered the lachhiwala toll. The employee there said that their fastag service was not yet started and we had to pay in cash. We asked him to take make the receipt for a return journey also which costed rs. 125 but he said that return journey had no toll, so he took rs 85 from us and gave us the receipt for rs. 85. After traveling for 1km we received a message that rs. 85 were deducted from fastag wallet from our paytm acc. So a total of rs. 170 was paid.
                                    When i explained them the matter upon our return, the employee acted arrogantly and was not ready to resolve the issue and said that the return journey is not free and we had to give rs. 85 more, which we refused. So in total they were lying about everything and they wanted to forcefully take triple the amt for one side toll. This is absolutely absurd.

                                      The water coming in Drain on Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Bypass road is Drain out in the drain which situated on NH-8.This drainage system was since long time.Now the Drain connection blocked by the NHAI workers, which connect to the drains of Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Bypass road.Due to the blockage, water stagnated at various places on Mehrauli-Mahipalpur Bypass road and water percolate under the slip road and water coming from the panels of Retaining wall o[censored]nderpass.Due to blockage retaining wall may be damaged. Please clear the blockage, so that water stagnation problem can be resolved and damaging of retaining wall can be avoided.

                                        I travelled from BILASPUR (CG) to RAIPUR (CG) on[protected]. Night halt at Raipur. Return journey from Raipur to Bilaspur on 21-02-21. The following deductions were made from my Fastag at Bhojpuri Toll Plaza against Fastag No. E[protected]B15 D3EA:-

                                        It may be observed that I had not passed any Toll Plaza on 20-02-21 at 09:50:03 PM due to night halt at Raipur. Still an amount of Rs 40/- was deducted from my Fastag account.

                                        Similarly, on 21-02-21 at 10:49:05 AM when I passed Bhojpuri Toll Plaza on my return journey within 24 hours, an amount of Rs 40/- should have been deducted instead of Rs 80/-. Thus a total amount of Rs 80/- was deducted in excess from my Fastag account.

                                        Kindly refund the excess deduction of Rs 80/- (Rupees eighty only).
