I have travelled to Gujarat, on the way I crossed Pithadiya toll plaza.
I paid in cash for toll as the scanner for fastag was not scanning properly, and in night I also received message from Fastag regarding deduction of toll amount.
I already logged a complaint with Toll-free no. 1033 bearing complaint no. 3203193 dated 29th Jan 2021.
Even after multiple follow ups now the toll no. Itself is not accessible.

Hi,
There is unauthorised money collection going on at the Ludhwai toll plaza near Bharatpur. I crossed the toll on 20th Jan at around 5:40 PM, the toll official asked me for 15 rupees. I told him that it will be automatically deducted through fasttag but he informed that the fasttag is not working. I paid him the money. On the next morning 21st Jan at 7:30 AM, I received the SMS that a toll of Rs. 20 is deducted from my account....

I want to draw your kind attention that the toll plaza Lakhanpur ( Between kathua(j&k) - Madhopur ( Punjab) charged Rs 140 through fastTag and manually they charged Rs 80.
I have charged multiple times . For evidence I am sending you screenshot of online transaction and manually slip as well.

Today at Sehatganj toll plaza my four wheeler couldn't be passed through Fastag lane on low balance reason and Rs.90.00 charged in cash with penalty, whenever in my Fastag balance shows Rs.130.00 and as per NHAI announcement there is no need to maintain minimum balance in Fastag. My Fastag I'd is 34161FA820328AA20643B660. At Sehatganj toll plaza such type of incidents happen daily. Please look into the matter and take necessary action....

I travelled from mumbai to pune and I was having sufficient balance in my wallet. I was debited at khalapur tollfor Rs.203 and was supposed to det debited for Rs.67 at Talegaon Toll. But at talegaon toll they forcefully charged me Rs.203 again. since I was in hurry I paid it in cash but this is not fair as I was having sufficient balance of Rs. 67 to be debited at talegaon toll. I have attached the screenshot of the same. Please refund me...

In farakka toll plaza they are not providing double sided ticket and for fast tag there they want extra money for making

I was waiting in Toll lane on Rajadhok toll plaza since 20 minutes.. very bed managment of this toll plaza.. always I am facing this problem.. and as I know that if any person wait 3 minutes and more time. he will be exempted from toll....

Paid extra toll, this is message i received (Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 20 for transaction by Vehicle KA03NB0008 at Toll Plaza 1 @ Km 14+825 on[protected]T14:13:05. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 308.38 - HDFC Bank Ltd.)
But toll collection guy operator ID :6017 collected double i, , e ₹40 saying you have no balance ticket number#M4742309EZ...

Evry day ther is a late going. No mention atuo scaning for fasttag please do sumthing.thi adress is bhiknoor toll plaza Nizamabad to Hyderabad highway....

Road is badly broken from starting of Rohtak Bypass to Bhadurgarh. We have also paid toll for a this Road. Please repair Road as soon as possible. Road having patch holes....

Yesterday deducting more amount from my fastag which is 105 but same day my brother go from (Changsari Toll gate Amingaon Guwahati) this toll gate They deduct from him 55 only, so kindly toll me why the difference...

I have Fastag added to my card. Still this toll refused yesterday, saying that it is Blacklisted. I showed him the balance in account. It has always funds maintained in account. Still they charged me double toll amount, it was not my mistake. This is a loot of common people. Some action should be taken on them....

They are stoping the vehicles who dont have a valid tag or balance in there wallet at fast tag line and the vehicles with valid tags have to wait behind them till they solved the issue, it may be 10 minutes 15 minutes even 30 minutes or 1 hours they dont care. They are not ready to move the invalid tag owned vehicles somewhere else from the fast tag line, this caused heavy time loss for the following vehicles....

While crossing Pokhraira Toll plaza as per counter boy my fastag has been blacklisted so I have to take window ticket for Rs.50 (Actual fare : 25) so I have taken a token of 50 & after 30 min I received a message the Rs. 25 has been deducted from my Fastag account .

The more then double charges, the toll plaza employees are charging from general public, is a kind of public robbery. Please make a provision of issuing fast tags at toll plazas to the commuters rather imposing fines. It is illegal and unconstitutional.

that toll plaza person said sir your fastag no balance pay 65+65 =130 with finality I paid, after 2 km passes in my fastag amount also deducted 65 rupees. I hv cross the Madanpur Toll Plaza on[protected] and[protected] during that time I hv paid the double tax with fast tag.. Why tacking this type of double tax in single crossing the toll plaza...

Good morning, yesterday I travelled on NH4 pune Banglore highway, returned on the same day. The daily pass cost is Rs 120/- at khed shivapur toll plaza. But I got debited for Rs 95 while going and while coming ₹ 50 got debited.
