Request - Refund of the double amount paid

I have travelled from tirupathi to chennai on 25th Feb 2021. I had to cross one toll Plaza. From the first one plaza my toll amount got deducted okay as you can see from the wallet statement attached. However at the secound toll Plaza despite remaining balance Amount of Rs 400 and Security deposit Rs 200. My Wallet ID did not work. I had to pay double toll of Rs90 to cross the toll as against Rs 40

This accounted me to mental stress and subsequent medication.and their response was very harsh and they are saying tag was not scanned and no amount even they not have hand scanning machine

I need the refund of additional amount of Rs 50 to be paid back to my wallet because there was no fault at my end and I was taxi driver so please kindly solve my problem

    Wrong FasTag charges to MH12 registered car at Khed Shivapur toll plaza.
    1) Car No MH12 ET 4628
    2) Charged Rs.95 for first travel
    3) Charged Rs.50 for the return travel
    4) As per Order/Notification All MH12 and MH14 passing are exempted from Toll charges but due to Fastag system, Toll charges got debited.

    As MH12 registered vehicles are exempted at this toll plaza, these wrong charges shall be reversed.

        Respected sir,
        I live in morbi city, gujarat. The highest per capita income city and tax payer city in India due to largest ceramic zone in India.
        N8 National highway passing through my city Morbi, gujarat. But since last so many years unfortunately due to heavy corruption in appraoch road making and appraoch road repairing, we are facing so many problems like daily Traffic Jamm, serious accidents due to VERY VERY WORST QUALITY OF APPROACHE ROAD.
        you can see the worst situation near trajper chokari to wankaner city in N8 national highway.
        The corruption in road now attacks daily on our head when we traveling on this approach road.
        Kindly go through the matter and take quick action to repair the road by 100% inspection and take action on contractors.

            Hi, I had Airtel Fastag on my vehicle. And it has balance also but still its not working and whenever i go to toll plaza it shows low balance.
            Airtel people's are not responding to my mails with this issue and they are not resolving it due to which i have to pay double toll even though i am having fastag.
            I have mailed them 4-5 times.
            Request you to take strict action. If the service provider will not help us how citizens will follow fastag rules.

              Please find the attachment, for an up and down trip full amount is being debited from the account . There is no proper reply or response but try to threaten the customer. I have faced this problem 4 times.

                  I have to issue monthly pass from kapadwanj to Ahmadabad but the toll plaza staff says it is not possible. In this case some my friend issue this pass but my pass is not issue. And the manager says every 3 months the rule is change why this happened. Mr. Modi says one nation one rule. But the toll plaza near kathlal is not following this rule so please take some action and give me the positive response.

                        My car no WB 41G 7864. I have a pnb fastag on my car... And it has sufficient balance to pay toll... But in toll plaza your staff always says that my fastag card is black listed or low balance... Next day I go to my branch ... And there I came to know I have sufficient balance and my card is ok and active.. but my car is getting harrassment daily in toll..I want to get heavy solution of the problem

                          As NHAI has announced the fastag users need not maintain minimum balance for the activation of fastag but in tollgates when we pass with the minimum balance our tag is blacklisted and they are not responding properly for our enquiries. Some times double charges have been detected. So, kindly change the things as soon as possible.

                            Kharbi taluka bramhapuri dist.chandrapur(M.S.) toll was supposed to be started from 20.2.21 but due to there technical reasons the toll started on 23.2.21, when we went on 20.2.21 for monthly pass they refused to provide pass stating toll fast tag account is not active, on 23.2.21 when we created the pass they said the toll deducted is not refundable, and the pass will start from 1.3.21, why are we required to pay toll from 24.2.21 to 28.2.21 the pass should be valid from 24.2.21 to 23.3.21 please suggest at your earliest, moreover residents residing within radius of 20km should be free free from toll.

                              I had travelled through karjeevanahally toll plaza two way on 21st feb .

                              Was charged 85₹ while going through n 40₹ during return

                              But on 24th feb again 105₹ was debited from my Airtel fastag wallet by karjeevanahally toll plaza

                              Request you to kindly rectify this and refund the 105₹ wrongly debited on 24th feb

                              Sms recieved is as below

                              Hello! Your Airtel Payments Bank a/c is debited with Rs.105.00. Txn ID: BATCH[protected]. Avl Balance: Rs.90.00

                                I the owner of vehicle jk03a7581 .now today 11:52 our recharge was successfully to fastag .but it verry unfortunately that I saying our vehicle was not allowed at kachkoot tool plaz Awantipora (j&k)and the behaviour of staff was totally dirity . our vehicle was loading with Lpg cylinders that is essential..at that time our draver approach to manager he also ruined .so I request kindly give lesson to tool authority...that will be your most kindness..

                                  Currently there is a roadway construction going on the Pollachi- Tiruppur highway. In Puliyampatti of Pollachi town, near PA Polytechnic college, the road construction doesn't have proper safety signs to divert vehicles and the lane is not properly visible for the drivers. During night the lane is highly invisible that makes vehicles to delusion and makes them collide. My close family member due to unsafe measures in construction work met an accident, minor. But this could be worse in night for heavy vehicles and two wheelers to cross roads and lanes. To avoid such incidents the respective authority could make necessary arrangements as soon as possible. I request kindly to consider my request to make necessary changes and arrangements to avoid accidents and confusion in that area.

From the first two plaza my toll amount got deducted okay as you can see from the wallet statement attached. However at the third toll Plaza despite remaining balance Amount of Rs 85 and Security deposit Rs 200. My Wallet ID did not work. I had to pay double toll of Rs140 to cross the toll as against Rs 70.

                                      My Wallet ID was marked as Blacklisted which toll plaza has photographed and showed me. This accounted me to mental stress and subsequent medication.

                                      I need the refund of additional amount of Rs 70 to be paid back to my wallet because there was no fault at my end.
