Today, 21.02.2021 I am traveling with my family via Pune Banglore highway. My Fastag account having balance up to Rs.900 but some of toll plaza having problems.

Main problem is, one of the toll plaza at "Anewadi NH-48", my Fast tag scan done, amount deducted from Fastag amount but operator taken 2 times amount as he said fastag not working.

My Problem:
My fast tag has been kept on blocklisted either by NAHI or FastTag Authorities.

Not able to unblock. I have contacted them several times but no reply.

Incident :

I have taken FastTag before lockdown and I have not activated (not used at least once), after locked down on JANUARY 4, 2021.

As I have not used for long period NAHI kept on dormant...

I would like to bring to your kind notice that:

1.newly started toll 3 days back has started deducting charges from fastTag even before issuing the local monthly passes.

2.Also the cost of toll is too high for commuters living in 25km range. Seems like toll is collected for about 60km+ distance.

For efficient toll collection the toll cost should be distributed towards EACH END...

At "Mohania toll plaza" there is fastag option but my fastag is linked with "SBI" bank and the fastag counter have there with "ICICI" bank so they denied to take and we are asking for another option but they not answering... We are waiting for more than 3 hr...
So, please take an action about this....

On 17.01.2021 I was going by car through sivaya toll plaza as per toll operator fast tag is disable so she took cash with penalty of Rs.170/- after 5-6 minute the same toll deduct from my fast tag wallet.

Sir my vehicle is madhya pradesh passing. I pass MUGARI toll plaza at 4 pm .They demandedRS120 FOR SINGLE JOURNY. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE RATE CHART OR SIGN BOARD.

Dear team my fast tag is black listed and for that I have given complaint to your call center on 10 Feb 2021 but still they have not given any resolution on that as per my bank it's activate from their end .

NHAI FASTag COUSTOMER ID: 13955535 linked to vehicle no: WB20BH8500, TAG A/C NO: 24626389 is debited by Rs.110.00 for Toll Charges at DIDARGANJ Toll Plaza BIHAR on19th Feb 2021, at 22:26:43 against Transaction ID[protected]aP/[protected], while the said FASTag is NOT DELIVERED till now. This is very ridiculous first experience of Digital platform.
Please sort out this issue as soon as possible and take necessary action....

Toll for defence personals are being asked at some toll plazas whereas it is already been clarified that defence personal except territorial army is always consider to be on duty even on leave and toll is exempted after producing identity card. plz clarify this matter to avoid unneccesary arguments with toll worker as they are mis behaving with defence gazated officers....

On 8th Feb, 3:50pm I was passing through KM34.624 in NH16. (Monguli plaza). My fastag was recognised with a wrong vehicle no (as I was told). Today I traveled from shivpuri to gwalior.The toll employees was very badly behave. My fastag is not working today & not show the reason on display. They push to charge me double tolltax. Today I travel through panikoili toll plaza he charge me rs 170 after I have balance in my fast tag and also charge rs 13.11 by fast tag .
They don't have any proper scanner he scan through handle device and told me that you don't have enough balance . I show him that I have balance in my fast tag but they egnor me and charge me cash .

I have money in my fasttag account. But my card was suddenly made Inactive because it says minimum balance rs 150.

Even though NHAI has announced there is no need to maintain minimum balance, I was forced by vijaya mangalam Toll plaza Employees in Tamilnadu to pay Rs 110 as double charge.

NHAI should clearly give instructions to Toll plaza employees. Banks also has to be informed.
This is causing unnecessary...
