Evry day ther is a late going. No mention atuo scaning for fasttag please do sumthing.thi adress is bhiknoor toll plaza Nizamabad to Hyderabad highway.

Road is badly broken from starting of Rohtak Bypass to Bhadurgarh. We have also paid toll for a this Road. Please repair Road as soon as possible. Road having patch holes.

I have Fastag added to my card. Still this toll refused yesterday, saying that it is Blacklisted. I showed him the balance in account. It has always funds maintained in account. Still they charged me double toll amount, it was not my mistake. This is a loot of common people. Some action should be taken on them.

They are stoping the vehicles who dont have a valid tag or balance in there wallet at fast tag line and the vehicles with valid tags have to wait behind them till they solved the issue, it may be 10 minutes 15 minutes even 30 minutes or 1 hours they dont care. They are not ready to move the invalid tag owned vehicles somewhere else from the fast tag line, this caused heavy time loss for the following vehicles.

Are you guys making fool to common people. This complain is just for your information, Now I am going to lodge a complain in consumer forum. While crossing Pokhraira Toll plaza as per counter boy my fastag has been blacklisted so I have to take window ticket for Rs.50 (Actual fare : 25) so I have taken a token of 50 & after 30 min I received a message the Rs. 25 has been deducted from my Fastag account .

Now My concern is that if fastag is not working so you have charged double amount and after 30 min you have dedicated rs.25. Now how much amount you will pay to me ???
I am going to sue you in consumer court. You guhs are making fool to common people.

Dear Sir,

The more then double charges, the toll plaza employees are charging from general public, is a kind of public robbery. Please make a provision of issuing fast tags at toll plazas to the commuters rather imposing fines. It is illegal and unconstitutional.
Public is owner of the roads, paying costs and interest on Government borrowings by their tax collections and now paying toll also using the roads. Imposition of fines is excessive and is kind of suppress. Besideto it, the employees of road contractors are misbehaving and bullying the people.
Kindly remove this illegal fines with immediate effect. Receipt of Toll Plaza is attached herewith for reference.

Hello sir, I'm THANGARAJU K.
I have passed TRICHY THUVAKUDI TOOL PLAZA 21-Feb-2021 Time 3.23PM,
that toll plaza person said sir your fastag no balance pay 65+65 =130 with finality I paid, after 2 km passes in my fastag amount also deducted 65 rupees. After return I said the details asking him why you are taking double payment in my account. The person speaking irresponsible speech. It's not my compliment you go anywhere compliment yourself.
Thuvakudi police also not reaponce

Good morning, yesterday I travelled on NH4 pune Banglore highway, returned on the same day. The daily pass cost is Rs 120/- at khed shivapur toll plaza. But I got debited for Rs 95 while going and while coming ₹ 50 got debited.
‘Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 95 for transaction by Vehicle MALBJ512TMM040987 at Toll Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T17:33:36. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 1105 - HDFC Bank Ltd.
Dear Customer, Your FasTag A/c has been debited for Rs. 50 for transaction by Vehicle MALBJ512TMM040987 at Toll Khed-Shivapur Toll Plaza on[protected]T21:14:22. Balance amount in the A/c is Rs. 1055 - HDFC Bank Ltd.’
Please revert the extra amount to my account.

As we use to come through dhulagarh toll plaza which comes under state West Bengal Dist Howrah, as this route is heavily traffic of vehicles..fastag machine are not working on this toll due to that heavy traffic jam.

And most importantly while entering on toll there is no lane maintenance / or division is there so many vehicles use to change lane of regular basis and create unecessary jam and accident.

Sir being tax payers to govt of India for using highway through you I would request you that on dhulagarh toll kindly make a separate one lane of heavy vehicles (truck), one for passengers buses and other possible for small cars.

Updated by Z A H My car has been blacklisted and I was charged double the toll even after contacting the Toll Manager Mr. Shiva Prasad who informed me that I was legally allowed to pay the actual toll amount without the penalty.

Dear sir
This is to inform you that the toll gate management at Madanpur toll plaza is pathetic. Even while having fastag as well having balance vehicles are made to stop for long time . There is no separate lane for cash and fastag resulting in long ques. Hope this issue addressed and commuters are relived.

We are the public travelling through natuonal highway roads from native to native while travelling emergency will be there for women’s but near Kallakkurichi toll wash room was clean no water is coming while I am one human has come without flushing badly we could not go go inside with that sticky how could ladies will use with out water and the mr manager was talking wrongly time was 10.27pm date 21/02/2021

On 4th March 2020 ₹150/- deducted manually from my wallet ; upon complaint through email & customer care several times no satisfactory reply till date.
Requested to look into said matter and instruct the concerned to refund the said amount.

My Fastag has Rs. 160 balance and still the system at the toll plaza Kochi, Kerala informed that the Fastag has insufficient balance and even after I informed that the NHAI has removed the minimum balance in the Fastag, they did not allow me to pass through. As they insisted I paid double the chares i.e. Rs. 80 (Rs. 40*2) in cash. Hence, please look into the matter and let me know why this has happened. Also, please refund me the excess amount I paid in cash.
