It took 20 minutes to cross toll booth at Raipur inspite of Fasttage you must refund the amount

On 16feb2021, I crossed tolplaja by my car No.U.P.80DW3318, And return back with in half an hour.both time detected ₹ 70.if return with in same day. Some money has to be refunded. Details follows-

I travelled to Wai, Dist. Satara Maharashtra from Pune on Thursday 18-Feb-2021 by my own vehicle Make Maruti Suzuki Celerio X Registration number: MH 12 TD 0264 at below timing:
Pune to Wai crossed Khed Shivapur Toll plaza between 9:30 to 10:00 AM
Wai to Pune crossed Khed Shivapur toll plaza between 2:15 to 2:45 PM

The vehicles with MH 12 registration are exempted from toll at this Khed Shivapur Dist Pune Maharashtra toll plaza. But still toll of Rs. 95 one way i.e. total of Rs. 190 got automatically deduction from my FastTag account. This amount needs to be refunded and suitable arrangement needs to be done for toll not getting deducted for the exempted vehicles.
Please refund the amount to my Fast Tag account

I was travelling from Tada SEZ to Chennai after completing the official Demo session. I was remembering that my fast tag balance is very low and recharged with Rs.500 thru KVB web site with successful transaction ID ST180220210507309515006 dt 18th Feb at 17.09. After reaching to Nallur toll plaza at 17.25 and toll plaza employee scanned thru RFID and it saying blocked with no balance available. They are refused to accept my balance credit SMS and informed to me that all credit takes min of 30mins. After 15 minutes of argument and scanning once again thru Handheld and debited amount of Rs. 25. They are keen to take cash payment instead of fast tag. It was big night mare to me with surrounded by 5-6 peoples with threating and blocked my passage with Barricade in front and back. Modi Government putting lots of effort for smooth transaction thru Digital india on all aspect. But Toll plaza operators are not friendly manner and look like Goondas type.

The service lane of the National Highway in Kartarpur is usually partly blocked by the trucks of ACC Cement (located just near St. Francis Convent School, Kartarpur). This badly disrupts the traffic and has increased probability of accidents. Please take an action against ACC Cement so that their trucks are not parked on roads illegally.

I have Axis Bank FasTag and my wallet balance is ₹ 1339'26.
Initially, my FasTag worked well. On 5th and 7th Feb. I was stopped at the toll plaza as my my FasTag showed low balance.
In spite of maintaining sufficient balance, I have to pay penalty.
Kindly solve the issue and oblige.

I am local person staying in chikkabanahalli, i amot gettling local pass also. Atleast service road should be provided. I am carry flowers to hoskote daily.

I have applied online fastag of my car KL 64 H 1711 yesterday.paid Rs.699/-but not get the fastag.Now I enquire the mentioned mobile number [protected], but the number was switched off.Kindly consider my complaint.

Respected sir Toll plaza near Ganne Harro Rewa Prayagraj road NH30 toll situated about 24 km from up, mp border.
They are forcefully taking double charge of toll tax and did not give receipts any time. We are from small village I have placed ordered for fastag but not yet received, toll man telling me that if you have not fastag you should pay double I agreed with them I have paid double charge 6 times within three days and they had not given receipts any times this means the government is not getting this money.
Please have a look on it it is too much mentally disturbing us.

Sir I am shiv sharma from cisf (jaipur Airport) as on date 15/02/2021 time 2300 hrs I reached with my 04 staff at Jaipur Ring road toll plaza south near agra road my var no Rj 14 TE7965 We are showing our id card but he can't refuse toll I talk about matter night shift incharge mr RIshi raj gurjar they also refused and treated with me rudely behavior

The concern person at toll tax told they have not received tax by Fastag, so paid double amount in cash. But after sometime I got message from Paytm for deduction.So, please return excess amount.

My vehicle reg no is MH14HQ8598.
Though having sufficient balance in my fastag account, the operator at ANEWADI NH 48 TOLL PLAZA told me that the balance is not that sufficient and due to that I was forced to do cash payment of double price in addition, my fastag account was also debited at same spot. So for 65 rupees toll, i have paid extra 130 rupees.
At TASAWADE TOLL PLAZA which is just earlier to ANEWADI TOLL PLAZA my transaction was done through fastag with available balance of 487 rupees. I am enclosing msg received at previous toll plaza and receipt of cash transaction at ANEWADI TOLL PLAZA .
Please look in the matter and kindly initiate refund.

Due to toll machine not read my pnb fast tag physical charge 105/- to me although 55/-debited my pnb fast tag account.
I have paid 105 /- extra.
I have complained to 1033 toll free no. Complaint no. 3080880 on 6fab21 but not resolved at now on date 18/02/21.
Customer care told for wait 45 days for resolve. Same system for 45 long days.?

अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी सीतापुर से 16 कि0मी0 लखनऊ हाइवे पर शहाब पेट्रोल पंप के पास होटल चलाता हूँ । होटल के ठीक सामने एक लोहे की दुकान रखी हुई है जो कि रोड के किनारे है जिससे कोई भी अप्रिय घटना होने की आशंका बनी हुई है ।
अवगत कराना है कि उक्त दुकान का संचालन भी नही होता है एवं प्रार्थी द्वारा जब दुकान मालिक से दुकान हटाने के लिए कहा गया तो वह लड़ने लगता है । दुकान मालिक का कहना है कि वह हाइवे वालों को रुपये देकर दुकान चला रहा है ।
आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें ।

Hi, I'm staying within 15kms from toll gate and they are not issuing monthly pass for my vehicle. Rude behaviour from the toll collector as well. The charges is different everytime. How can we get the charges details online?

I have purchase fastage from Canara bank, my car number (MH12KE5018) i have try to recharge my fastage throug phone pay but rechage process not complected.
so please guidline me.

There is always a problem at pudurpandiyapuram toll Plaza, on NH 45B Tuticorin . Yesterday it took almost 25 minutes to cross it, at 11:49am, whereas NHAI says that more than 3 minutes waiting time will let vehicles to pass free, but the staff didn't bother at all and using bad words. I have fasttag also. I got charged while they pass me for free. I want my refund. The road is also too damaged. Toll gate rate also extra 5 rs. Taken. Most of boys are No uniform and like to rowdies Toll gate was expired but still working. Please take a action immediately .

I am travelling from Gujarat to Mumbai with an active Fastag with 1249.28 balance registered on my car GJ05CS0787. Toll was showing insufficient balance, so they charged double with a wrong car number printed on receipt. Please check the attached photo.
