Dear team my fast tag is black listed and for that I have given complaint to your call center on 10 Feb 2021 but still they have not given any resolution on that as per my bank it's activate from their end .
I am requesting you to kindly activate the same on priority basis .

Today on 20th February 2021 lachhiwala, doiwala, dehradun is collecting cash. Fast tag is not working. Huge que 500 mgr approximately

NHAI FASTag COUSTOMER ID: 13955535 linked to vehicle no: WB20BH8500, TAG A/C NO: 24626389 is debited by Rs.110.00 for Toll Charges at DIDARGANJ Toll Plaza BIHAR on19th Feb 2021, at 22:26:43 against Transaction ID[protected]aP/[protected], while the said FASTag is NOT DELIVERED till now. This is very ridiculous first experience of Digital platform.
Please sort out this issue as soon as possible and take necessary action.

Toll for defence personals are being asked at some toll plazas whereas it is already been clarified that defence personal except territorial army is always consider to be on duty even on leave and toll is exempted after producing identity card. plz clarify this matter to avoid unneccesary arguments with toll worker as they are mis behaving with defence gazated officers.

Sir, I am working in SBI and using Sbifastag on my car KL44E9146 since 2018 (while purchasing a new car). Now I am not able to recharge because it says that fastag KYC to be upgraded. Accordingly I contacted cust care[protected] & 1033. On their instruction I have sent self attested copies of my RC, Aadhar card, PAN card, License, Photo etc to helpdesk.[protected]@sbi.co.in on 04.02.2021. After that I contacted them many times and sent all the reqd docs again from my mail ids polly.[protected]@rediffmail.com & polly.[protected]@sbi.co.in but till now its not done. Please instruct them to upgrade my fastag KYC immediately because I am paying double charge at toll plazas.

On 8th Feb, 3:50pm I was passing through KM34.624 in NH16. (Monguli plaza). My fastag was recognised with a wrong vehicle no (as I was told). Therefore I was asked to pay by cash with a double penalty. After the payment I got a sms from bank that amount has been debited. It means I paid three times of the actual amount. Spoke to my bank (ICICI), as understood, they will just refund the amount what has been deducted from my bank as follows:

Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. OD05L1023 has been debited with Rs 120.00 on[protected]:15:57 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at Manguli Toll Plaza Plaza on[protected]:54:02. Avl. bal. is Rs 45.00. Call [protected] in case of dispute.

Whom to complaint for refund and how to get refund

Dear sir,

My Problem:
My fast tag has been kept on blocklisted either by Airtel or FastTag Authorities.

Not able to unblock. I have contacted them several times but no reply.

Incident :

I have taken FastTag before lockdown and I have not activated (not used at least once), after locked down on Dec 31, 2020.

As I have not used for long period Airtel kept on dormant state, I have contacted them to activate, because of their delay it did not happed.
While I am traveling with FastTag at very first tollgate they have scanned my fasttag and they have collcted double charge and blocked my fasttag .

from that day I am contecting aitel to unblock, but they are not doing it.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Today I traveled from shivpuri to gwalior.The toll employees was very badly behave. My fastag is not working today & not show the reason on display. They push to charge me double tolltax. This is wrong.This is not the fault of mine.why I paid double tolltax.My fastag card is active & also shown the balance amount is ₹451.

Today I travel through panikoili toll plaza he charge me rs 170 after I have balance in my fast tag and also charge rs 13.11 by fast tag .
They don't have any proper scanner he scan through handle device and told me that you don't have enough balance . I show him that I have balance in my fast tag but they egnor me and charge me cash .

I have money in my fasttag account. But my card was suddenly made Inactive because it says minimum balance rs 150.

Even though NHAI has announced there is no need to maintain minimum balance, I was forced by vijaya mangalam Toll plaza Employees in Tamilnadu to pay Rs 110 as double charge.

NHAI should clearly give instructions to Toll plaza employees. Banks also has to be informed.
This is causing unnecessary trouble and difficulties, hassles in Toll gate.

I have travelled from Guwahati Assam to Mangaldai Assam in the evening of 18.02.2021. I have applied for Fastag and same is showing as under process. Since I am travelling without Fastag so I have to pay penalty anyway but usually the teriff I paid earlier while travelling through this toll plaza was Rs.55/- but on 18th they charges Rs. 210/-. Is this the way of imposing tax. Why they charged so much. Ok I am violating the Fastag rule set by NHAI it can charge double the rate I.e., Rs. 110/- but why Rs. 210/-. It's totally unethical. This is my hard earned money.

And secondly the behaviour of Toll Plaza staff. We are paying taxes and they are providing services. Are they the owner of highways. This is my country and we love everything and have the responsibility to follow every rules and regulations. Why you Authority is not taking steps against these people.You are imposing heavy and heavy penalties from us for not obeying rules and what for these people or you are keeping them for so called Gundagardi. Aren't you responsible for safety and providing dignity to customers. They are not ready to follow any rules and collecting money ilike dacoits n the name of toll.

Thirdly the time ohh God. Please do something NHAI. Come and see the pain of these poor taxpayers. Please open your eyes.

Please investigate all my concerns with top priority. Don't know what you are going to do for 2nd and 3rd issue but for point No. 1 please review the taxes this is really my hard earned money.

There was balance in my fastag wallet but they said you have zero amount and then too I have recharged it the amount should be as penlty should be 70/- as double but they took130/-

We are wasting lot of time in Kadabhalli (Kirasave Toll Plaza) fast tag tool, located between Hasan Bangalore highway, Karnataka. Last week i wasted my valuable 20minutes.. Fast tag scanners are not working here and they are operating the scanner manually. Lot of vehicles are waiting in queue, wasting lot of fuel & time. Please rectify the problem.

NHAI FASTag Ac linked to vehicle no AS01DQ3100 is debited by Rs.105.00 for Toll Charges at Madanpur Toll Plaza on 4:14:52, 19th Feb 2021 against Transaction ID 881613731554182410520P.

It took 20 minutes to cross toll booth at Raipur inspite of Fasttage you must refund the amount

On 16feb2021, I crossed tolplaja by my car No.U.P.80DW3318, And return back with in half an hour.both time detected ₹ 70.if return with in same day. Some money has to be refunded. Details follows-

I travelled to Wai, Dist. Satara Maharashtra from Pune on Thursday 18-Feb-2021 by my own vehicle Make Maruti Suzuki Celerio X Registration number: MH 12 TD 0264 at below timing:
Pune to Wai crossed Khed Shivapur Toll plaza between 9:30 to 10:00 AM
Wai to Pune crossed Khed Shivapur toll plaza between 2:15 to 2:45 PM

The vehicles with MH 12 registration are exempted from toll at this Khed Shivapur Dist Pune Maharashtra toll plaza. But still toll of Rs. 95 one way i.e. total of Rs. 190 got automatically deduction from my FastTag account. This amount needs to be refunded and suitable arrangement needs to be done for toll not getting deducted for the exempted vehicles.
Please refund the amount to my Fast Tag account

I was travelling from Tada SEZ to Chennai after completing the official Demo session. I was remembering that my fast tag balance is very low and recharged with Rs.500 thru KVB web site with successful transaction ID ST180220210507309515006 dt 18th Feb at 17.09. After reaching to Nallur toll plaza at 17.25 and toll plaza employee scanned thru RFID and it saying blocked with no balance available. They are refused to accept my balance credit SMS and informed to me that all credit takes min of 30mins. After 15 minutes of argument and scanning once again thru Handheld and debited amount of Rs. 25. They are keen to take cash payment instead of fast tag. It was big night mare to me with surrounded by 5-6 peoples with threating and blocked my passage with Barricade in front and back. Modi Government putting lots of effort for smooth transaction thru Digital india on all aspect. But Toll plaza operators are not friendly manner and look like Goondas type.

The service lane of the National Highway in Kartarpur is usually partly blocked by the trucks of ACC Cement (located just near St. Francis Convent School, Kartarpur). This badly disrupts the traffic and has increased probability of accidents. Please take an action against ACC Cement so that their trucks are not parked on roads illegally.
