Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am submitting complaint on Kadathanamale Toll plaza, located in rural Bangalore on Doddaballapura road, have increased toll fees by double for fastag customers also. Could you please advise if there are any guidlines to be followed by these toll plazas to increase toll fees....

I have been charged Rs.105/- for one-way travel through Madanpur Tool Plaza once while going from Guwahati to Siliguri on 7/2/21 and again while returning on 13/2/21 an amount of Rs.105/- has been deducted from my Fasttag Wallet though the charges for one-way travel is Rs.55/-.The number of my vehicle is AS01BP9241.
Please check and return the excess amount charged for the above mentioned date....

R u charging more toll charges for photographer and designer suits of hon.PM.and other respected politicians.who r in government....

Dear sir i travelled yesterday from ozar to jalgaon. i have fast tag also.but each and every toll plaza i got charged.at pimplegaon i charged for 155.at chandwad i charged for 135 and laling dhule i charged for 135.what the hell is going on.i am local for pimpalgaon toll and free entry for the same.my car no is mh 15 dm 0860.please solve the issue....

Travelled from Tirunelveli to kanyakumari and Kanyakumari to Tirunelveli on[protected]. Paid Rs 190/- for to and Rs 190/- for fro.Totally 380 rupees which is twice the toll amount(Toll enclosed). But according to govt. twice the amount will be charged only from[protected]. Because of this we are highly disturbed. Kindly take necessary action and repay the excess amount. and also they have to pay for the inconvenience caused...

I reached the Omalur toll gate counter at 6:44 pm yesterday and i saw the message that the gate was not opened due to insufficient funds in your account, so I paid Rs. 150 / - with 100% penalty and receipt received. At exactly 6:49 p.m. the text message came in that the toll fee of Rs. 75 had been withdrawn from your account at the time of 6:42 p.m. i need clarity on this and the amount of Rs. 150/- should return to me....

The toilets on the national expressway, especially ladies toilet is in a pathetic state. It is filthy, smelly and brings down the experience of an otherwise lively ride.

This ir true for both vadodara and ahmedabad end.

Reliance provides a much better experience.

Please give those toilets to private parties....

Dear sir on 06th February 2021 when i was passing through kaza toll gate, my car roof was hit by the gate present there. the car (fast tag) got scanned by the scanner and the gate got lifted, so then i started driving the car but the gate present there got suddenly closed and it hit the roof of my car and got damaged. my car number is AP16DY5736. WHEN I COMPLAINE TO THE STAFF PRESENT THERE, THAY WERE VERY RUDE AND DID NOT ANSWER PROPERLY....

Passengers suffered bus standing more than 20 minutes in Vikravandi toll gate...

I couldn't recharge my fast tag since feb15th, it says you have reached maximum limit...

I am complaining about NH 509, stretch between Aligarh to Sadabad.
This particular road stretch has too many unnecessary speed breakers.

Hello Team,

I have been charged extra for return journey. My understanding is if we return back same day via same toll plaza then return journey fast tag charges will be less. other toll plazas have charged less on return journey. But i see that "Kadabhalli (Kirasave) Toll Plaza" is charging same amount 45 rupees for forward and reverse journey of same day.
I am requesting for refund. attached are receipts....

Mathni toll plaza has taken double charge from me and said my fastag is black listed when I asked and raised voice against it my ICICI customer care executive answered me that my fastag is active and in use .
I want my money back .

I was travelling from moradabad to chandausi by my car and in between there was a toll tax the service man asked for cash although i have fastag and also deduct the money from my paytm wallet. Please look into this matter....

This is regarding highway road conditions and toll booth hurdles. We have sent email RO-NHAI repeatedly as below.

Penalty of 125 charged on chhajarsi fee plaza from going to delhi mentioning that fastag is black listed. There was a long que so I paid the same and then checked with the bank that the fast tag is active.
There might be some problem in the reading machine. Request you to return my penalty. Thanks and Regards
