I have Axis Bank FasTag and my wallet balance is ₹ 1339'26.
Initially, my FasTag worked well. On 5th and 7th Feb. I was stopped at the toll plaza as my my FasTag showed low balance.
In spite of maintaining sufficient balance, I have to pay penalty.
Kindly solve the issue and oblige.

I am local citizen, staying within 10 kms from hoskote . Please provide service roads so that lay man can travel without paying this additional taxes unnecessarily. which is not fair to bug the common man. Those who need it they will travel in TOLL roads. Can you stick fast to bullock cart ? Looting money from the people. Hoskote toll should be outside the town . Its in main junction which is impacting farmers to take fruits/veggies to market. Please take necesary action.

Respected sir Toll plaza near Ganne Harro Rewa Prayagraj road NH30 toll situated about 24 km from up, mp border.
They are forcefully taking double charge of toll tax and did not give receipts any time. We are from small village I have placed ordered for fastag but not yet received, toll man telling me that if you have not fastag you should pay double I agreed with them I have paid double charge 6 times within three days and they had not given receipts any times this means the government is not getting this money.
Please have a look on it it is too much mentally disturbing us.

Respected Sir,
My vehicle reg no is MH14HQ8598.
Though having sufficient balance in my fastag account, the operator at ANEWADI NH 48 TOLL PLAZA told me that the balance is not that sufficient and due to that I was forced to do cash payment of double price in addition, my fastag account was also debited at same spot. So for 65 rupees toll, i have paid extra 130 rupees.
At TASAWADE TOLL PLAZA which is just earlier to ANEWADI TOLL PLAZA my transaction was done through fastag with available balance of 487 rupees. I am enclosing msg received at previous toll plaza and receipt of cash transaction at ANEWADI TOLL PLAZA .
Please look in the matter and kindly initiate refund.

Due to toll machine not read my pnb fast tag physical charge 105/- to me although 55/-debited my pnb fast tag account.
I have paid 105 /- extra.
I have complained to 1033 toll free no. Complaint no. 3080880 on 6fab21 but not resolved at now on date 18/02/21.
Customer care told for wait 45 days for resolve. Same system for 45 long days.?

अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी सीतापुर से 16 कि0मी0 लखनऊ हाइवे पर शहाब पेट्रोल पंप के पास होटल चलाता हूँ । होटल के ठीक सामने एक लोहे की दुकान रखी हुई है जो कि रोड के किनारे है जिससे कोई भी अप्रिय घटना होने की आशंका बनी हुई है ।
अवगत कराना है कि उक्त दुकान का संचालन भी नही होता है एवं प्रार्थी द्वारा जब दुकान मालिक से दुकान हटाने के लिए कहा गया तो वह लड़ने लगता है । दुकान मालिक का कहना है कि वह हाइवे वालों को रुपये देकर दुकान चला रहा है ।
आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें ।

There is always a problem at pudurpandiyapuram toll Plaza, on NH 45B Tuticorin . Yesterday it took almost 25 minutes to cross it, at 11:49am, whereas NHAI says that more than 3 minutes waiting time will let vehicles to pass free, but the staff didn't bother at all and using bad words. I have fasttag also. I got charged while they pass me for free. I want my refund. The road is also too damaged. Toll gate rate also extra 5 rs. Taken. Most of boys are No uniform and like to rowdies Toll gate was expired but still working. Please take a action immediately .

If you have to take toll at plaza then why Road tax taking while Vehicle registration.

जब मेरी गाड़ी न. JH09AE5868 PUNDAG TOLL PLAZA( Hazaribag TOLL WAY LIMITED) पे पहुंची l मेरी गाड़ी में fastag का स्टीकर और रिचार्ज भी था लेकिन उन्होंने पहले तो ये बोला की आपका fastag रिचार्ज नही है इसलिए आपको डबल चार्ज लगेगा, परन्तु जब मैंने उनेहे बोला की मेरा fastag रिचार्ज है और मैंने fastag का बैलेंस दिखाया तो वो माने और इस बार उन्मेहोंने मेरी गाड़ी का गलत न० एंट्री कर के मुझसे डबल चार्ज ले लिया इसके बाद मेरे मोबाइल में fastag से भी पैसे काटने का मेसेज आ गया (Paid Rs. 105.0 FASTag toll fare for vehicle reg. no JH09AE5868 at Pundag on on 18 Feb 2021, 12:32 PM. Toll txn Id: [protected]. Updated Paytm Bal: Paytm Wallet- Rs 159.75)
अत: मुझे काफी नुक्सान उठाना पड़ गया है अत: आपसे अनुरोध है की उचित कार्यवाही कर के में नुक्सान की भरपाई की जाय और मेरे बाकी पैसे यानी 210/- वापस की जाए

My car having chasis no. MAT626350LKN50034 (NO. WAS APPLIED) HAVING FAST TAG customer ID 10414885. Baroda fast tag[protected] charged rs 105 on each day16/01/2021 and 18/01/2021, i. e. Rs 210, , while on these days due to kusan andolan these tolls were free, then why they charged.
So I am requesting you to refund rhe above amount to my fast tag account,

Last 3 months I have been continuously calling and sending mail to the PNB Fstag team to send my replacement FASTAG card and paid Rs 100 for replacement. I called more than 90 times and sent mail to [protected]@pnb.co.in and called 80 times to [protected].

But they are not considering and resolving my request, even they are not replying.

I really frustrated and disappointed by PNB Fastag worst service
