There is always a chaos at Gabhana toll Plaza, on NH93, Aligarh. today it took almost half an hour to cross it, at 10:45 pm, whereas NHAI says that more than 3 minutes waiting time will let vehicles to pass free, but the staff didn't bother at all. I got charged while they pass me for free. I want my refund. I'm attaching the video, in which you can see the chaos that they make by blocking 1 or 2 lanes and making passengers suffer.

These are my vehicles detail.

    On 03.02.2021 while going to Kolkata from Durgapur (W.B) I crossed Palsit Toll on NH#2 on my car bearing Regn No WB40U 4765 at 0856 am.The amount charged was Rs 85. But I returned on the same day i.e. on 03.02.2021, and I crossed the Palsit Toll on my return journey at 04:12pm and the amount deducted through my fastag was Rs 85 again instead of Rs 45. How could they charge Rs 170 on both way journeys when I have completed my bothway journey within 24 Hrs. The toll charges for both way journey in the same day at Palsit Toll Plaza is Rs 130. Please get my extra amount refunded in my account.

      The new rule about the toll that non-fasttag charges would be double than fasttag charges and it would be start implementing on feb 15 2021 but they started to double the charges from feb 11 2021 ( toll name - Thimmalapura )

        Sir

        I travelled from hapur to gaziabad via chhajarji toll plaza, buyed a new fast-tag on dated 16 Feb'21 and for that payed ₹200. In ₹200, the clear balance is 150₹. Since I had to return back on the same day, So I requested the person to add some more money in my paytm wallet so that i can come back without any obstacle.So added ₹150 more in the paytm wallet. During one way ₹125 got deducted at one toll and while returning back on 17 Feb'21 at 4:00 AM, they stopped the vehicle and said that you have low balance and you have to pay additional penalty with toll. I wasted my 40 minutes trying to convience them that the balance is enough to pay the toll. But they didn't understand and i had to pay ₹250 in cash(via ticket no. - 1197112 dated 17 Feb at 4:42 am). The behaviour of the employees there was very pathetic and i was unable to understand who all were the employee because none of them was wearing id card nor having any uniform indicating as if the local people were hired there to be and who do not have any way to behave. Presently my paytm has a balance of ₹175.

          I was traveling from agra to mainpuri on 17 Feb 21 at 1535 hrs. At tundla toll plaza, I show my airforce icard, then toll worker scan it and leave me. After sometime I got the message that my toll tax has been deducted through fastag. Since I am exempted from toll tax my amount had been deducted, although my icard is approved and scanned at toll. Also at 1100hrs of same date during onward journey, I was exempted from this toll and no amount deducted. Kindly take appropriate action and refund back my money.

            Sir, I want to submits complain against Barkheda, chand lai, toll plaza section Goner- Tonk (sadar) Rajasthan. Sir I have fast tag also in my car and at the time I reached there Paytm was showing Rs 110 in my account but toll guy said insufficient balance so I added 500 and again go then again he said insufficient balance and insisting to pay Rs 200 cash only while I have balance in card Rs 610/- same time in my tag Rs 40/- deducted but he stated abusing and asking 200/- again so I have to pay 200 even I have fast tag only and even Rs 40 already deducted . This is totally unjustified pls refund my money and punish them by putting penalty on them. Ticket no[protected] date 17/02/2021 time 13:59:24 booth and operator no w02 26036. Vehicle no HR 26 BV 2356.

              We have monthly pass of barkheda toll plaza of IDFC bank. On last month end we were going to recharge our local pass but toll plaza refused to recharge as they told us that a new fastag of airtel had issued to us on 8 January but we denied and told them that we never applied for new fastag, but they refused and told us that we had to talk to airtel. So when we talk to airtel they told us that you have not issued new fastag so toll plaza will recharge your fastag so when we again go to toll plaza once again they refused us even after when we told them about our talk to airtel customer but they said we have to talk to NHAI to solve our problem. So please solve this issue ASAP. Car no. RJ14XC7212

                I Sitaram Godara owner of vehicle number MH43BG4213 would like to inform you that people of THIKARYA Toll Plaza (302026) JAIPUR are misbehaving very badly as they are not reading the FASTAG of vehicle with the BARCODE machine. Although I am having sufficient balance in my TOLL ACCOUNT and they are asking me to p[ay the toll amount in cash and are not allowing me to GO until the amount is not paid in CASH. The timing of this incident is around 8:00 PM (Approx) on 17/02/2021. On a serious note I am also providing you the proof of the Incident through a video.
                I would like you to look after the people involved in the INCIDENT.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I am raising this complaint which is related to Toll charges. Issue is as below:

                  I have had enough of Balance in my FASTAG wallet but since toll operator has had issues with his scanner & status showed as blacklist wherein I could not understand why such a status when I have had enough balance.

                  For that he demanded to pay by cash & charged penalty of double charging which is not acceptable as a common man of this country.

                  As first toll could deduct properly, 2nd toll had issues and again third toll on my way to Pune again scanned properly. So this shows there is an issue with Anewadi Toll operator(Near Satara-Maharashtra) Scanning device & not with my FASTAG account.

                  This has happened with almost 7-8 commuting vehicles & when raised issue with Traffic Police standing near by they forced us to leave early giving traffic congestion as a reason & i had an argument with them with no proper support.

                  I am attaching the manually double charged receipt along with my FASTAG account balance for your reference(which clearly shows enough balance) in my account.

                  I am an IT professional & worked for more than 20 years in different IT companies and received lot of awards for my dedication & giving proper solutions to customers.

                  In the above case automation has been implemented but what if automation fails? For that there is a manual process which needs to be followed which is missing in this case.

                  I am a big admirer of Nitinji Gadakariji & following him for his innovative ideas & solutions which are helping our country enormously. But the implementation by middle men is not being done properly which is causing lot of pain as a common man of this country.

                  Request you to please look into this issue of double charging and order Toll Operator to return double charged(access) amount.

                        Pune Khed Shivapur Toll is not applicable for MH12 personal vehicles from Feb 2020, even though fast tag is sensing & amount is getting deducted, please check your system & arrange for the reversal of the same earliest & retune your system that such incidences are avoided in future.

                          I have Axis bank Fast tag account with customer ID : [protected] for my vehicle number MH14GY6126. From last couple of day i am not able to recharge Fasttag due to which I am facing a huge issue and am not able to travel. It is giving me error of Transaction exceeded.

                            Address: Bann Toll Plaza

                            I am writing this to inform you of the following complaints regarding particular Toll Plaza:

                            1. The Bann toll Plaza is not operating on the regular protocols of NHAI.
                            2. No Boom Barriers are available at the Toll Plaza, manual barriers are being use & they are damaging the Vehicle of people.
                            3. The Toll Plaza is taking cash in Fastag lanes.
                            4. There is no specific use of fastag sensors in any of the lane, the Toll Plaza is using manual scanners at each lane for scanning of FASTAG.
                            5. There are hourly long vehicle jam is happening on toll plaza because of mis-management of the Toll Plaza employees.
                            6. The Ill-Mannered & rude behaviors of toll plaza employees is a plus for the regular commuters of the toll. They can often use false language with the commuters.
                            7. All the lanes are never operational on the Toll Plaza, they purposely close 4-3 lanes for hours.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am yogesh d parale, my vehicle no is mh12fp2176.
                              As per circulation regarding local vehicle should get toll tax exemption on respective toll booth.
                              But on khedahivapur toll plaza charged me both way toll tax in cash. Also while returning toll plaza person not willing to give receipts, but after my strong posture he given me receipt which is not mentioned vehicle number.

                                Date of incident: 16/02/2021
                                I traveled from Nashik to Sinnar on 16/02/2021 (Tuesday). At that time, M/s. Nashik Sinnar TollWays Ltd., I paid Rs. 50 / - toll and got the return pass (Ticket No. [protected], Booth&Operator ID: L07/800118).

                                But, on the way back, there was a huge crowd at the toll booth and some of their staff were sending vehicles to different toll booths, so I took my car to the toll booth they told me about. When I showed the return ticket (Ticket No. [protected]), to the Booth&Operator ID: L 17/800019, they strictly denied and shouted “You have entered the fast tag lane”. So you have to pay Rs. 35 / - again. Your return pass is not valid. They gave me a toll ticket of Rs. 35 / - (Ticket No. [protected]) and made me pay back. So, please kindly look into this matter and return the extra Rs. 35 / - taken from me.

                                      On 8th Feb, 3:50pm I was passing through KM34.624 in NH16. (Monguli plaza). My fastag was recognised with a wrong vehicle no (as I was told). Therefore I was asked to pay by cash with a double penalty. After the payment I got a sms from bank that amount has been debited. It means I paid three times of the actual amount. Spoke to my bank (ICICI), as understood, they will just refund the amount what has been deducted from my bank. Could you please let me know how to get the refund of penalty which was not my fault?

                                      Second, it is quite disheartening whilst trying to reach you through phone. Third, spoke to few friends they have same experience, meaning they have been penalised without their fault and they do not know whom to complaint and how to get refund because they don’t know English/Hindi.

                                      Third, it looks NHAI do not have appropriate policy on such issue or don’t have control in the tollgate. The reason is, for the same trip if one has been charged twice, just wondering how have they accounted?

                                      Fourth, i will seek such information through RTI, make it public how tollgate is looting the public.

                                      Fifth, I am sure i will take this issue through legal channel if found a system failure and the policy did not have process to address it which has resulted many and many lost though penalty.

                                      Sixth, my file size is 3mb, but it does not let me upload- another proof how NHAI is so callous about the public grievance.

                                      Seventh, in this portal there is no such column I can provide my email or phone no. It means NHAI is least bothered to contact me. It is a oneway communication. Still I provide my email I’d hoping someone may respond at [protected]@gmail.com

                                        It is mandatory to build proper service Roads with footpaths, but here asper rules only they're built now all accupied by local people, my request is, kindly clear the all pootpaths for human use not for shoppers of Road side...
