The toilets on the national expressway, especially ladies toilet is in a pathetic state. It is filthy, smelly and brings down the experience of an otherwise lively ride.

This ir true for both vadodara and ahmedabad end.

Reliance provides a much better experience.

Please give those toilets to private parties.

I reached the Omalur toll gate counter at 6:44 pm yesterday and i saw the message that the gate was not opened due to insufficient funds in your account, so I paid Rs. 150 / - with 100% penalty and receipt received. At exactly 6:49 p.m. the text message came in that the toll fee of Rs. 75 had been withdrawn from your account at the time of 6:42 p.m. i need clarity on this and the amount of Rs. 150/- should return to me.

Dear sir on 06th February 2021 when i was passing through kaza toll gate, my car roof was hit by the gate present there. the car (fast tag) got scanned by the scanner and the gate got lifted, so then i started driving the car but the gate present there got suddenly closed and it hit the roof of my car and got damaged. my car number is AP16DY5736. WHEN I COMPLAINE TO THE STAFF PRESENT THERE, THAY WERE VERY RUDE AND DID NOT ANSWER PROPERLY. PLEASE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD

I couldn't recharge my fast tag since feb15th, it says you have reached maximum limit

I am complaining about NH 509, stretch between Aligarh to Sadabad.
This particular road stretch has too many unnecessary speed breakers.
No intimation or board has been provided by NHAI. Being a toll highway, the run through movement of vehicles is badly effected. Sudden vehicle stops lead to accidents and damage .Pieces of broken glass can be usually seen on this road. Moreover, being a single road, it is more dangerous while driving during night as head lights of vehicles make you almost blind.
So, I urge to have a keen notice about this and removal of breakers for better driving exprience and saving lives of commuters must be duty of authorities.
It will be better to have breakers on link road approaching main road rather on this stretch.

Hope you forward my complaint further for better results.

We were stuck at Raje toll plaza for 2hours as my fastag has sufficient balance and activated but they said fastag has insufficient balance despite 1000 balance.They charged me double I had no money to pay them they misbehaved and said leave the vechile and go.I contacted toll office they also started misbehaving.I called 1033 after trying 20 minutes they told your fastag is ok next time when u will stuck don't pay them call us.I stuck with my wife and 1year baby.I want my money returned which I have borrowed from someone else and this act should not be repeated with someone else.

I have been charged extra for return journey. My understanding is if we return back same day via same toll plaza then return journey fast tag charges will be less. other toll plazas have charged less on return journey. But i see that "Kadabhalli (Kirasave) Toll Plaza" is charging same amount 45 rupees for forward and reverse journey of same day.
I am requesting for refund. attached are receipts.

Mathni toll plaza has taken double charge from me and said my fastag is black listed when I asked and raised voice against it my ICICI customer care executive answered me that my fastag is active and in use .
I want my money back .

I was travelling from moradabad to chandausi by my car and in between there was a toll tax the service man asked for cash although i have fastag and also deduct the money from my paytm wallet. Please look into this matter.

This is regarding highway road conditions and toll booth hurdles. We have sent email RO-NHAI repeatedly as below.

Aspected solution for following.
1. We traveled on NH from Ahmadabad(Gujarat) to Mandsaur(MP). At Vavadi Toll Plaza on 23 JAN, 9:35 AM (FASTag, Order ID :[protected], Transaction ID [protected]) paid ₹115. We have stopped near 12 to 15 min for paying through FAStag. Please arrange for a refund as the long wait period is not accepted. Also add additional Rs1000 for process/guidance charge and inconvenience faced. Also behavior was not correct at toll. Partial video attached due to size constraint. Best quality full video 641Mb recorded is available, if you have a link to share a large file folder we can share it.
2. Also road conditions are very bad from Ahmedabad to Vavadi toll plaza.

Suggestion:
1. Road conditions are too bad at the nearby majority of Toll booths.(This is not the correct solution to slow down the speed of vehicles for correction).
2. No yellow lines are seen at any toll plaza.
3. Please mention clearly the email address for contacting/complaining NHAI. This is not available on https://nhai.gov.in web page. Common man can not approach for complaint.

Please do the needful at the earliest and acknowledge us, respond to us or we have to post complaints in other forums and to higher authority/ministry.

Penalty of 125 charged on chhajarsi fee plaza from going to delhi mentioning that fastag is black listed. There was a long que so I paid the same and then checked with the bank that the fast tag is active.
There might be some problem in the reading machine. Request you to return my penalty. Thanks and Regards

It is a humble request that I am a native of Prayhini Nur Jahan wife Sabbir Kohundour Bazar, my statement is that the road widening work is going on inside the market by the national highway / in which the drainage on either side of the road has been completed, Under the three wells which were in front of Indra Kumar Sut Banke Lal's house, the second Basant Lal Sut Maharajdeen was in front of the third Deepak Kumar Radiment House, which was closed and made a drain on it, Mr. Ji, the fourth well is also under this drain, about which I gave the application on 02/02/2020 in Executive Engineer National State Public Works Department Sultanpur, but after a few days I spoke to AK Mishra JE on the phone saying that the man of the contractor was because of 'Naveen Pal' The sewer has been cropped, whose audio recording is available with us, he said about Pal that if it was our government employee, we would have suspended it in this case, so request Mr. Ji that in front of Job etc. From the front of the house of Sangam Lal, Ramesh, Suresh etc. By checking this well, which is in the necessary condition, which is completely under the drain, it should also be closed and the lives of the elderly and children of our house should be saved from the loss of goods and constructed the drain according to the standard Jay /

We have a valid fast tag since buying Car No.HR26DZ9532 and recharge time to time according to travelling.

Now as per Govt notification that they will charge double when fast tag not available on Car wef 15feb21.
Yesterday I have face problem to recharge Fast tag and balance goin to Rs 90.
But at WUPTL Plaza they deduct toll Rs85 + Rs85 for penalty. Ist of all problem fast tag 2nd balance Rs90 available in my fast tag wallet 3rd they deduct Rs170 cash. This is a totally violation of Norms of NHAI.

So i request to refund my Rs 85 which is taken wrongly by WUPTL toll plazza and take action on this WUPTL toll plazz.
Otherwise I am a Advocate, will go to file case in Consumer Form as well file writ for this irritation.

Yesterday we are traveling on pune satara road in maharashtra but I observed n msg received that toll plaza cut my toll on fast tag at khed shivapur plaza.As my vehicle is having MH 14 Passing and no toll required to pay.

Same observation is for toll cut by using fast tag at rajgurunagar date 7.2.21 pune nashik road.please look into it and refund the amount cut from my account.

This Complaint is regarding Tolls at the location: Kadabhalli (kirasave), on 14th February at 03:29, also on the same road at Bellur Toll Plaza at 03:45, was made to wait nearly 5 minutes to pass through the tool, . There are few concerns, 1. the traffic was not managed properly, 2. Why was I charged when I was asked by the Government to use Fastag, even for waiting at the two mentioned tolls for nearly 5 minutes.

At the Sonapur (782402) toll gate, yesterday evening (January 15, 2020), there was uncontrolled congestion as always, while authority was absolutely relaxed. There was a long que, two persons collected our tax even before reaching the gate, then instructed us to us to go through a certain gate, but it turned out that gate was not working because of some technical problem. We were made to wait there unnecessarily for more than twenty minutes, which is highly objectionable.
