Operator charged double fee i.e. 150/- as he had not scanned fasttag properly. For the same vehicle fasttag was successfully scanned before and after toll booths on Pune Solapu highway which can be ascertained. Though sufficient balance was in fasttag account due to improper scanning suffered mental and financial loss.
Request to refund the amount

Despite the vallet having ₹155 balance, I was charged penalty of ₹70 for insufficient balance at Sasthana toll plaza on NH 66 while driving towards Kundapura at around 9.50 pm on 11/2/2021.
Request to reimburse the entire amount for wrong penalty, inconvenience and humiliation.

They are collecting extra amount at kadathanamale and gunjur toll plaza on Bangalore Hindupur road.

I have paid a toll amount of 70 by cash and the same amount is also deducted from my fastag wallet as below and the cash payment receipt was added

I have complaint that my car has fastag. and I am regular traveler in Bann Toll Plaza Jammu and their is no such separate lane for fastag vehicle. in all lines they are collecting money and moreover out of 4 lanes most of times they closed one lane and sometime two lane. In this case our vehicle stuck and it is time wasting process even after we have fastag. When we complaint the employees they misbehave. Please look into this matter.

I travelled from Aruppukottai to Madurai and back on 10 Feb 2021. When I crossed the toll gate of Eliyarpathyat around 0800h i was deducted Rs75 with a time of 1547h. I returned on the same day at around 1600h ie on 10 Feb 2021. However, I was not charged Rs 35 yesterday as per policy of return in same day and was charged Rs 75 again today ie 11 Feb 2021 as of 1939h. This seems to be like a scam being done by the toll tax authority at this toll gate. I request you to investigate the issue as we citizens are losing faith in the fastag system introduced by the government for our welfare. My vehicle number is JH02AP2637.

NH 50 near kustagi toll gate toll workers badly behaviors and abused by bad words. There is respiratory issue patient in car don't allow go to hospitals there is toolate for fastag users this is very ridiculous bad manners bad behaviors of toll staffs please resolve

Give online ticket cuntor 70 rupee only
And two staf member give offline ticket 40 rupee only

The 4 lane highway of Hoskote to Mulbagal, has many unauthorized, unindicated road dividers are cut and villagers crisscrossing on the highway with scooters. Without evening having indicators all of sudden they are turning on roads and removing dividers.

Which is making car drivers uncontrollable, and accidents becoming regular on this road.

Check this location, just removed the dividers of the road, no marking, pitch dark in the night's illegal activities on top all of the sudden taking u-turns or crossing road with his kind of activities how can driver has a control on the car even at 60-70 speeds.

Please make sure and restore all illegal, unethical, unmarked road dividers, turning points as soon as possible. Else it's going to be difficult to drive on these roads with so much toll collecting! On top, we have to sacrifice either scooterists or pedestrians' life or ours.

On Ambala Chandigarh highway near singhpura chownk, the area is highly trafficked and accident prone. As I daily pass from that chownk, the area always choked with traffic. Shame on NHAI officials. I had submit complaint about this in dappar toll plaza of GMR numerous no. of times, but no action is taken till date. I request you to please take suitable action to tackle this situation.

One way toll fee is Rs 15,
But they deducted Rs 30.

NH 91 having a very high problem about toll. Jab bhi toll counter aane waala hota hai from Bulandshahar yaha bhut lambi line lagi hoti hai. Jisme time and petrol dono hi bhut waste hota hai. So I want ki aap iska solution dhoondhe. As per some news fast track is compulsory for all then why all are suffer jabki sab ke pass fast track hai or phir bhi wo line me khade hai. This is the fault of your management. Mujhe mera pura refund chaiye. I m getting late for my work due to which I faces a lot of loss. Aur ab mujhe iska pira refund chaiye

During my entry at Vanagaram, Tamilnadu Toll plaza on 9th Feb 2021 at 8.59 pm, I was asked to pay cash Rs.45 stating wrongly by the person in the toll counter that my FasTag was not active by that time. They gave me the receipt with the mention of my car number as 0990 and time as 9 pm instead of car number as TN12Q9901. When I asked for the toll receipt with the mention of correct vehicle number, I was told to correct it with pen. Also, after moving away from the toll plaza for some distance, I received the message from my FasTag account that Rs.45 has been deducted already from my FasTag account at 8.59 pm. Kindly look into this and return the second payment collected, back to my FasTag account at the earliest.

On 10/2/2021 at 11.20 am only two lanes of the Haladgaon toll plaza on NH 361 were operational. Cash was being collected in fastag lanes. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes at toll plaza.
In the age of fastag such delays are unacceptable.

श्रीमान जी अभी हम छप्पर टोल से निकले तो टोल वालो ने फ़ास्ट ट्रक से भी अमाउंट काट ली और 100 रु टोल के पेनेल्टी लगाकर कैश भी ले लिए
हमारे पास जब मैसेज आया तो हम 10-15 km वापस गए और अये तब बहुत मुश्किल पैसे वापस किये
यहाँ के लोग आये दिन ये ही करते है कुछ लोग वापस आते है और कुछ नही आते
जो वापस नही आते उनकी रसीद कैंसिल करके पैसे खुद रख लेते है
कोई आया तो उसका कुछ पैसा वापस करते है
अब हमारा 30 km का पेट्रोल कौन देगा

NH 766 near Mysore to nanjangud road tool as collecting double money from us. I paid directly by hand and they give Bill also, after i crossed toll amount as debited from my fastag account.
I paid 2 time, same thing happened for so many customers.
