NH 91 having a very high problem about toll. Jab bhi toll counter aane waala hota hai from Bulandshahar yaha bhut lambi line lagi hoti hai. Jisme time and petrol dono hi bhut waste hota hai. So I want ki aap iska solution dhoondhe. As per some news fast track is compulsory for all then why all are suffer jabki sab ke pass fast track hai or phir bhi wo line me khade hai. This is the fault of your management. Mujhe mera pura refund chaiye. I m getting late for my work due to which I faces a lot of loss. Aur ab mujhe iska pira refund chaiye

During my entry at Vanagaram, Tamilnadu Toll plaza on 9th Feb 2021 at 8.59 pm, I was asked to pay cash Rs.45 stating wrongly by the person in the toll counter that my FasTag was not active by that time. They gave me the receipt with the mention of my car number as 0990 and time as 9 pm instead of car number as TN12Q9901. When I asked for the toll receipt with the mention of correct vehicle number, I was told to correct it with pen. Also, after moving away from the toll plaza for some distance, I received the message from my FasTag account that Rs.45 has been deducted already from my FasTag account at 8.59 pm. Kindly look into this and return the second payment collected, back to my FasTag account at the earliest.

On 10/2/2021 at 11.20 am only two lanes of the Haladgaon toll plaza on NH 361 were operational. Cash was being collected in fastag lanes. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes at toll plaza.
In the age of fastag such delays are unacceptable.

हमारे पास जब मैसेज आया तो हम 10-15 km वापस गए और अये तब बहुत मुश्किल पैसे वापस किये
यहाँ के लोग आये दिन ये ही करते है कुछ लोग वापस आते है और कुछ नही आते
जो वापस नही आते उनकी रसीद कैंसिल करके पैसे खुद रख लेते है
कोई आया तो उसका कुछ पैसा वापस करते है
अब हमारा 30 km का पेट्रोल कौन देगा

NH 766 near Mysore to nanjangud road tool as collecting double money from us. I paid directly by hand and they give Bill also, after i crossed toll amount as debited from my fastag account.
I paid 2 time, same thing happened for so many customers.

Heavy jam on nh 48 old nh 8 in dharuhera due to water logging on the main road or service lane due to water logging pot hole is created resulting in heavy jam

Deducted Rs-70/- From my fast tag but their system has not shown it to them. so they charge me etc . They asked me to pay toll on cash and charged me double .i.e. Rs-140/-.
After deduction on my mobile i showed the khaniwade toll authority but they asked me register complain .
please refer attached deduction of my accounts along with the cash toll paid to the toll authority. If toll system is not working why they charged me double?..

Requesting the authority to reimburse me etc paid
Rs-140/- to my account immediately.

For your reference the toll deduction sheet is also attached.

12:39 pm & 12:44 pm was timing mentioned in the sheet.

please do the needful.

While making the road on nh709b they spread extra sand to the agriculture land after complaining on local contractor they ddnt respond anything

Amount deduct in fastag but tell agent again demand for money otherwise I am pay this amount in saidpur pathera toll plaza.transection id:LN[protected]
Dated on 7/02/2021 pls solve the matter.i have havidanc of this case.Otherwise I will file case in consumer forum.

This is with reference to the toll collection from the Manesar Toll Plaza on 17th Dec 2020.
As I entered the toll plaza, the staff there said that the FASTAG system is not working hence you need to pay in cash and that too double amount. I thought may be the toll charges have been revised, hence I paid Rs. 130 and went ahead. Later after few minutes I received an SMS that your Fastag account has been debited of Rs.65 for Manesar Toll Plaza. I was totally surprised by this that how one can be charged two times for a single toll booth.

Stop trollies and tractor on NH highway to avoid accident
As trollies do not have tell lamp and speed to run on NH.
INSTEAD they can go from service road.
There is no use of toll payment if we cannot avoid such accidents and life of people.
Stop trollies and tractor of sugarmill in Maharashtra state.
Lots of life gone due to accident on trollies from behind.

For MH12 registerd cars there is zero toll on Khed Shivapur toll plaza.

Toll was deducted for my car MH12GV8618 on 30 Oct 2020, 12 Nov 2020 and 7 Feb 2021.

Lady on toll window said that no toll will be charged still amount got deducted.

Gatkari Sir should take necessary action against all this.

I got extempted fastag from NHAI chennai RO office.
1033 helpline saying my id is activated.
But in tollplaxa they are telling it is not activated.
If we raise complaint in helping they are asking to check with RO office who provided the fastag. But if I call RO office they asking to raise new fastag request again.

No proper response.
No root cause for the issue.

I have taken a Fastag from ICICI BANK 3/4 YEAR ago. At that time Fastag facilities was not available on all toll plaza. I faced double payment problem as amount deducted from tag and cash payment taken also. At that time not aware about claiming double payment problem.
On requesting ICICI HAS NOT PROVIDED ANY SOLUTION.
So I preferred not to charge the Fastag.
Thus a debit balance in my account for Rs. 10 approx only. ICICI Bank has closed my Fastag account and blacklist my Vehicle while I have security for Rs. 200 with them. They may deduct my debit balance from security but despite my repeated request they neither operationalised my account nor refunded my security and blacklisted my Vehicle with NHAI.
I requested a number of time with ICICI for removing my Vehicle fromblack list they have told me that it will be done by NHAI.
I talked NHAI helpline a number of time last in December 2020 he told me that
Vehicle is not in black list and not gave me any complaint no. for my request but no solution provided as today I have tried for another Fastag the Fastag provider has told me that vehicle is still in black list.
I am senior citizen and being harrassed by NHAI and ICICI BANK.
I most humbly request your good self take suitable action against both for harreshment and remove my vehicle from black list so I can get another Fastag.
My suggestion is not to black list any vehicle as NHAI is concerned with toll charge only whether it is paid through ICICI Bank or by some other bank or Paytm.

On 31st Jan 2021, I was travelling from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad, when I reach Vempadu Toll plaza after along waiting in que we were asked to move and we were slowly crossing the Toll plaza and all of a sudden the Toll plaza gate fall on my car windsheild and due to which my windsheild got damaged and when I asked them for the compensation they are simply saying that it is not their mistake and they are shouting...

Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that only one lane is opened and we are made to wait in que for long time at Palaya Gandarvakottai toll plaza .workers there are hesitant to open separate lane for fastag and by result ...vehicles without fastag paying cash and with fastag are made to wait in same que unnecessary inconvenience for the daily commuters.i would like you to take necessary action to open separate lane for fastag here which...

On 07.02.2021 we have a journey but at the "Ashoka Dhankuni-Kharagpur Tollway Ltd." toll we have faced a tremendous problem. The toll personnel sent our non-fastag car to the fastag toll with instruction from Toll incharge Rabi Biswas. We asked for return journey and they charged Rs 210 in place of Rs 105 without informing anything. We thought we have return journey toll and at the time of return they again charged Rs 105 and they told that on previous journey we have Rs 105 fined. We have told them that your personnel sent us on the toll gate then why should you charge extra? Then the toll incharge Kartik Adak told that we did not know who told you to go the toll gate. Then Rabi Biswas was toll manager and now I am Kartik Adak toll manager and he using lots of slang languages.

Now my question
1. Why toll personnel intentionally sent non-fastag car to the fastag lane?
2. If they sent to reduce the overload on toll gate then why they charge Extra Rs 105?
3. Why did toll manager use slang language?

I was traveling from my home muzaffarnagar to meerut with my family on 7 February night around 11.40 pm. Car no- UP12BC2552.
Despite of having fastag we were forced to pay cash with fine ( Double amount) by Sivaya Toll plaza, since their machine was not scanning, which was completely the fault of toll plaza.
When we asked them to pass us from cash lane being the local resident and charge the normal amount without fine, they...

Hi, Toll collector collected cash 65 rupees despite i told him i have fasttag and after i passed the toll i got message from paytm that 65 rupees deducted from my fasttag account.This is not fair.Please find the message attached herewith .Please refund the same and take action againtst the toll collector
