my car number GJ10 CN 0408 private registered car pass from state highway rajkot to jamnagar but vanpari paddhari toll booth time 21:35:44 date 31/1/2021, Toll transuction no[protected]dp, Gujarat state highway is exemption for Private Passenger car but they cut 60/- my payment from paytm, please write my complaint for that and do need for above

This is the regarding the road work which is stopped since August 2020 for route between Khanapur to Anmod NH4 (Belgaum Disctrict Karnataka).
I am resident staying in Londa a town between Ramnagar and Gunji.
This is the only NH route we have for travelling between Londa to Belgaum and as this route working is stopped since August we are facing many issues on commuting.

Today i crossed Vagai kulam toll at 17.19 hrs on 31.01.21 and Rs. 65.00 was deducted from my account. My account had balance amount of Rs 400.00 (ICICI FAST TAG linked to vehicle no TN99Q4160). I returned through same toll at 19.00 hrs and i was told there is no balance in my account and they collected Rs. 65.00, though I had Rs. 335.44 as balance. Sir, i have crossed Lal nagar toll plaza uttar pradesh, they charged Rupess 300 for LCV at cash lane. Although chage is Rupess 130 decided by NHAI, They argue that it is his contractor policy, kindly take necessary action against them and refund excess money that i have paid, Revert me positively Thank you

मेरे पास गाड़ी में फास्टे ग लगा है किन्तु उसमे balance low hone ke कारण double फीस ली गई रसनी टोल प्लाजा छत्तीसगढ़...

I request you to extend NH44 between narsinghi and vallabhapur(502248) towards east and for about 100 mtrs so that there will be the path for villagers and it is a slope area so vehicles are coming at high speeds. Uneducated villagers are loosing their life cause of such high speed vehicles. So kindly extend the road for about 100 metres. Please....

Fast tag machine as well as gun was not working, they refused to accept fast tag and was forced to pay toll of Rs46 by cash.
Our fast tag was read at Vashi toll properly which was also shown to them. However they refused to accept fault in their machine.

Our fast tag even worked on shedung toll later.

Can you please look into this urgently and ask them to get this sorted.

Sir in NH87 kathgodam to Nainital near bakdiyakhan some illiterate people removing safety pillers and they almost removed the 6 piller. And damaging also . Because they are opening dhaba in highway accidental prone area...

my house is located just beside "paschim madati toll plaza" as a reason we have to cross this toll along with the problems daily.

* there are no official staff working in this toll plaza

* company had kept local gangstar & roudies who misbehaves with most of the passengers specially ladies when ever we go through.

I am resident of Pune, and my residence is within 20 km from the Shivapur Toll plaza, pune - satara road. My vehicle registration number is MH 12 PC 3361. I have fastag registered with Axis Bank.
As per regulations, the toll tax for the resident within 20Km range cannot charged.
Although during my travel from Wai to Pune, my account was debited by Rs. 95/- one way toll tax on 28th Jan'21 T13:02:34.

When I was crossing Veeracholapuram toll plaza near ulundurpettai on[protected], I used Highway toll plaza Women's Rest room. I never used such a worst maintained restroom where they have not cleaned for many days. No water is coming nor latrine is cleaned. They are still charging toll plaza but cant even able to maintain a single bathroom for a women means then what is the purpose of keeping toll plaza still.

There is holliganism going on the name of toll tax at Katni Toll plaza.
We had fast tag in our car. Inspite of that we had to pay toll amount in cash. Road condition is pathetic.
What is point o[censored]sing Fast tag?
Request the authority to take strict actions and setup fast tag there.

As per rule we are not supposed to pay toll tax if there is No fast tag facility at toll plaza.br...

I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR KIND KNOWLEDGE THAT ON DATED 10.12.2020 AT 02.01PM I REACHED NAWABGANJ TOLL PLAZA NH 27 BOOTH NO. 6 IN ROUT TO LUCKNOW- KANPUR HIGHWAY. I WAS CHARGED RS.75/ AS FINE FOR NO BALANCE IN FAST TAG ACCOUNT. WHEREAS I HAD SUFFICIENT FUND IN MY PAYTM WALLET AT THAT TIME.
I LODGED MY COMPLAINT TO THE TOLL PLAZA MANAGER THROUGH MAIL DATED 22.12.2020 AND COPY GIVEN TO PROJECT...

They charged twice from same tool plaza. First by FASTag Ac of veh no UP65FT2496 is debited by Rs 35.00 and same time they taken cash for the same at Bharatkhund(UP) TOLL PLAZA on[protected]:37:48.

Please resolve and refund the money. Copy of the cash receipt is attached....
