At hodel srinagar toll plaza haryana. there is always a lot of traffic and there is nothing we can do. When we asked why ? They don't gave proper reason and we have to wait atleast 30 to 45 min to reach toll plaza (100meter). Also fastag not working some time they always ask for money or say plz take ur vehicle back then forward.

Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible because they cause many problems like late for office and polluted our environment due to wait in toll plaza

Firstly if you can resolve than give compliant option to people.
At kota chittor road aaroli toll name always have issue regarding poor scanning.Result is here you always find long queue of vehicle in fasttag as well as cash line.if you people can not provide good connection on toll you should closed.
Whenever I asked regarding this staff always talk in bad manner with abusive language.where you find a shop first we pay and listen abusive language.it is only Indian toll.

While we traveling from kadapa to kurnool in the NH40 highway, The road is very bad and the patch alignment of the road is bad. The heavy up and down are present on the road. There are so many patchs in the road which made inconvenience. Most of the road got sinked one side.

Sir, My car having plate no MH14DA7444, yesterday i was trav3from pune to sangli. For pune vehicle's khedshivapur toll is free but the toll is deducted after asking the person he said we have exempted your toll...but actually it got msg now of deduction.
I want refund of money. This was my second experience as toll deduction on khedshivapur toll plaza.

Updated by Sushant Tavdar On 6 fen 2021 Toll deducted at khedshivapur toll plaza for pune vehicle as the toll is free for pune & pimpari chinchwad vehicles. This was hapen on second time the toll person say your vehicle is exempted but after few time deductions messages arrive. And the same time we cant go back... please look into and refund the money.

I was travel from pune to kolhapur on 31/01/2020 but there is exemption for the vehicel registered under mh-12 and mh-12 but still they cut amount rs.95/- and also on 01/02/2020 irrespective vehicle registered under mh-12-sq-3048. The amount deducted through fast tag may please be credited to my account

Mere fasttag jus ka number [protected] hai vical nuber CG10AQ2971 is ka pesa kata tha 11.55 am me par us nahi mana gaya or us se cash ki wasi ki gai or mere driver se cash liya gaya hai jis ko mwy atech kar raha hu mey ne dono dital uplod ki hai

My vehicle number is MH12KY5695. I travelled thru Khed Shivapur tollgate on NH4 - Pune Satara road on 2.2.2021 and 5.2.2021. As per law, vehicles registered in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad bearing registration numbers MH12 & MH14 are EXPEMPTED at this tollgate from paying toll. However, toll is collected automatically from all the vehicles, fitted with FASTAG which is ill-legal Same happened with me and I had to pay toll of Rs.95 on 2nd and 5th February'21, under Trip number[protected] and[protected] resp. I now request you to refund me this amount of Rs 95 *2 = Rs. 190 urgently and oblige.
I HAVE ENCLOSED THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE SMS'S RECEIVED FROM ICICI BANK ABOUT TOLL AMOUNT DEDUCTION ON 2ND AND 5TH FEB 21.

I have travelled on 16th Dec 2020 to Shirwal, the Khedshivapur tool plaza charged me twice, the tool people said your fast tag is blocked and taken money Rs. 95 in cash.

1) fast tag bill

somehow i got notice, many times i never notice & paid tool twice.
requesting you to pls check at earleist.

मैंअपनी गाड़ी एमपी 15 सीसी 2568 द्वारा दिनांक[protected] को यात्रा कर रहा था मुझसे सिमरी टोल प्लाजा सेक्शन झांसी द्वारा शाम के 7:32 पर गलत तरीके से दुगना टोल वसूल किया गया मेरी गाड़ी जब टोल प्लाजा से निकल रही थी तब ऑपरेटर द्वारा बताया गया कि आपके फास्टैग में बैलेंस नहीं है मेरा मोबाइल उस समय स्विच ऑफ था अतः मैं अपना बैलेंस चेक नहीं कर सकता था मुझसे फास्ट्रेक के नाम पर डबल पेनल्टी कर ₹200 वसूले गए मैंने बाद में मोबाइल चालू होने पर अपना बैलेंस चेक किया तब मेरे मोबाइल में पर्याप्त बैलेंस था बाद में वापस लौटते समय मैंने टोल पर अधिकारियों से बात की और उन्हें बताया कि मुझसे जबरन गलत तरीके से पैसा वसूल आ गया है उन्होंने इस बात पर कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया और kaha कुछ नहीं हो सकता
टोल प्लाजा की रसीद पर पर मेरी गाड़ी का नंबर भी गलत डाला हुआ है मेरी गाड़ी का सही नंबर है एमपी 15 सीसी 2568 जबकि मेरी गाड़ी का रसीद पर नंबर डाला गया है एमपी 15 सीसी 6825

Toll collection agency is mismanaging the whole show. No clear demarcation of cash less lanes. Charging double the amount from vehicles without fast tag. Vehicles with fast tags are suffering and toll management is totally ignorant about this issue.

On 26.12.2020 at 14.45.37 hours, I with my vehicle Ford Figo Zxi bearing Registration no. HP 71 1011 crossed Toll [protected]@km 110+200 (N.A.M. Expressway Ltd) Thummalacheruvu SH-2 Andhra Pradesh. I was forced to pay Rs 56 in cash ( Lane No.H01, TC ID-MOI.0021 & Cash Transaction ID[protected] despite the fact and request that my vehicle has FASTag on windshield. The Toll Plaza was running without any FASTag facility against the prevailing rule of mandatory FASTag Toll Collection by NHAI Govt of India.

Place : Trijunction at Naroda Bethak where NH8(Narol-Naroda road) and Naroda-Dehgam road(SH68) meet
Problem : traffic jams through out the day due to absence of any circle
Probable solution : 1. construction of a circle to regulate traffic flow with reduced chance of collision or accident
2. Extension of road divider along Narol-Naroda road(NH8) closer to trijunction (so that vehicles have to follow their respective lanes reducing confusion for vehicles seeking to take a turn ..also increasing safety for all commuters)
3. Installation of traffic signals and traffic police personnel to enforce adherence to traffic rules
