One of the worst toll plaza in tamilnadu. Wee they police and toll people will do roudism against passengers and try to pull jewels & money. They have more than 40 rowdy people's to do this job. Kindly dont ignore this message I am a sufferer and I have no proof. Pl notice secretly and do the needful. You will be god for others to those you help. Especially in night times.

Reg Road encroachments of restaurants in Anantapur-Bangalore highway near Rapthadu, Anantapur(District) and destroying environment by destroying trees.Heavy encroachments is happening but no official authorities is taking action on them.These people are not leaving cent land also.Kindly take an action on restaurants between Anantapur-Rapthadu roads.So many new restaurants are also constructing without permissions of highway authority as well environmental authority.Kindly protect our environment because of these encroachments.Due to these encroachments so many accidents are happening here.

Dear sir, today I have traveled Jaipur to fulera at Jaipur plaza ₹ 65 deducted from fastag account, but same day within 6hrs return by my RJ-14-CT-8631 car again deducted ₹65 .
Is this worng or right?
Please confirm if return journey within 24 hrs what is the toll charges rule.

I was traveling from Duhai to Dasna at eastern peripheral exp.way. My car number was noted by operator when I entered at Duhai toll plaza. Operator said to me for going without slip. When I reached at Dasna toll plaza then operator charge me Rs.90 instead of Rs.15. When I call to toll manager at Dasna plaza then he consult me to complaint at Duhaii toll plaza but I have no enough time for going again Dasna to Duhai. I request to you please take a necessary action on my complaint and refund my excess amount of Rs. 75.

Around 17.35 evening today 3rd Feb 2019. Found ling queue for fasttag vehicles..

Toll staff rudely response and not listen about complaint.

This Tollgate electronic sensor are ver low quality and not working.

Why fasttag method..long queue...more pollution..more wastage of fuel.

Dear Sir ..Crossing this toll Plaza is horrible for the past 8 months. The staff is very rude if we question their lapses of maintenance..they simply saying give a complaint..it is taking a min of 25 min to cross this Plaza with Fastag...please look into this and save valuable time of the the Travellers..

Today I travelled to Shirwal from chinchwad, at the time of going toll was deducted from my fasttag Rs.95 at khed shivapur toll plaza but at the time of return toll person said that your fasttag is not working plz pay by cash only, and his behaviour was so bad, he talking very rudely
He forcefully collected Rs95 whereas if it was debited through fasttag then it will be Rs.50
After 2 hours I received the message from paytm that Rs.50 is debited from your wallet for khed shivapur toll plaza
This means double toll collected from me
So, please resolve the problem, take strict action against toll person and refund amount Rs.95 to my wallet

I have travelled to chennai on 19th december 2020 from Nellore to Chennai. There are totally 4 tolls that i have to pass and no toll booth has 145 rs charge. Normal Toll Charges were also deducted. When i raised a complaint on Fastag, i just got a mrssage it is rejected Post investigation.What investigation has been done. I dont know. Here is the message from my bank"Dear Customer, chargeback raised on vehicle number AP28BU0779, trip number[protected] on[protected]:59:19, for an amount of Rs 145.00 is rejected post investigation"

The respective toll fees were already deducted for the concerned trip no. Here is the message

"Dear Customer, ICICI Bank FASTag linked vehicle no. AP28BU0779 has been debited with Rs 60.00 on[protected]:17:10 for toll charges with trip number[protected] at Sullurpet Plaza (NH- 16), (old Plaza on[protected]:59:19. Avl. bal. is Rs 510.00. Call [protected] in case of dispute."

Morning 80/- deducted... Evening while return, it should have deducted 35/- as usual but instead duducted 80/- again while commuting today. Please refund excess amt.

At Saidpur patedha toll plaza toll boy is not giving the computerized ticket to us they are providing the ticket from hand machine wich is used in busses.

We are the daily commuter at Farha toll plaza, Mathura, UP. The services at booth are worst. The fast tag readers don't work properly. It take usually 1-2 minutes to read the tag. It creates too much trafic at booth, specially at evening. We have raise the complaint with available staff but there is no proper solution.
What is the use of FastTag when normal cash lane work faster. Please think about it.

The toll located in dhulagarh on Bombay road is highly inefficient with staffs not working and a minimum wait time more than an hr, the staffs are not only incorporating but misbehaving too

Resently i am traveling to somnath (veraval) in last of that route there is a toll plaza at Dari village newr somnath, i asked for return toll but they denied saying in cash we can't give you return ticket and i have to pay double fair, for going in and coming out, please help to take action to these toll contractors. Paid 2 times for Fastag to the ICICI Bank Fastag, and now the Bank is not refunding the extra amount, he has contacted to the ICICI bank Fastag department and they told him they will refund his amount, but till now he did not get a refund.

Dear sir/Medam,

I am regular traveller in National Highways and noticed unfair charges been asked for the two tolls proximity 34 Kilometres Gabbur Toll Plaza and Narendra Toll Plaza.

Both are charged Rs80 and Total Rs 160 per travel in Car. But the road is one way, huge congestion, I have seen many accidents, huge numbers incidents happened they might not added into the FIR.
As this is one of the busiest hhighway interns of the Mumbai, Pune, Belgaum and Bengaluru..
Even though it’s worst road service why the toll is charging high?

I have FASTAG from PayTM for my car no. UP16CA5063. I maintain sufficient balance in my Paytm walleand it shows my a Fastag
as active.
Whenever I cross any highway toll, my fastag shows blacklisted and I have to face lot of harassment.
When I complain to Paytm, they simply say it is not their problem. This problem is from NHAI.
Kindly help and resolve. My friends have informed that many of them face such issues with Paytm Fastag.
Further I got a message that I have crossed some till on 27th January 2021 while I have not gone on any such place.

This was the reason you guys forced people to have fast tag so that you can deduct the money as per your convince ?? I went to Bhagpaht from Sindhu border and i was charged for INR25 but while coming back I have been charged for INR 90 can someone looking into this and confirm back ??????? Let me know which details you need it from me ??
