Sir, I am requesting with you. I am serving in Indian armed forces.Nawabganj toll plaza manager behavior is very bad and he is hardly abusing in army soldier and i am deposit toll tax Rs 300 and I am present time in Govt duty.I am requesting please punish them jai hind sir

I have passed the velanchetiyur Toll Gate on 1Feb in my Car
(TN47 AM4260).
The toll charges were deducted in my fast Tag (90 Inr) also at the same time, the cash was taken at toll plaza.
So, it was double charged for same trip.

Complaunt against Booth operator at sardewadi toll both, near Indapur, Hyderabad- Pune highway

Waited in queue for more than 15 mins as booth operator was not aware o[censored]sing fasttag scanning and scanners were not working.

On Delhi Western and Eastern Highways there are no roadsigns showing Exit or Entry for various parts of Capital. For example when there is no internet commuters can not find out from where to branch off for Rohini or Najafgarh etc.. Detailed sign boards with maps, showing current location ( you are here) are essential to guide commuters .
Please do accord priority.

My car TN69AE2255 passed vaikakulam toll gate and returned within 12 hours..but payment was double

There is number of hired goons misbehaving with innocent people who is working in Manesar and resident in gurgaon. Toll worker Charged Rs 65 after getting all the poof of local resident/local RC/Local Id. Even they abuse & threat innocent people.

Pls take appropriate action towards all that goons moreover pls uproot this toll tax out from this place.

I have passed from arjunalli toll plaza thane (code 142002). They had said fastag is not working so they have taken the cash amt: 110Rs. Later I got the message Fastag also deducted 110Rs from my account. They have taken double money and haven't returned yet after complaint physically also.

Hello Sir, Good evening. I'm Sahil Shiralkar, staying in Pune wants to lodge a complaint again Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza. I've tried contacting NHAI headquarters, dialed the landline numbers but there was no response. So the only option left is you. As we all know, people of pune don't have a toll fee at Khed-Shivapur toll plaza while travelling to Kolhapur. But I was charged on 16th of January. While passing through the toll, I've said that the toll is free. He said yes and still typed the car no and I was charged. On 19th January, while heading back to Pune, I had an argument with the person and I said that the toll shouldn't charge us. In response, he said that system issue is there. So we can't help and there he typed my car number. And again we got charged. While today on a short ride(01.02.2021), I was charged again. That time I couldn't contact anyone. But today, it got on my nerves. Sir, it's not about money. It's about loyalty. Nitin Gadkari officially announced in a press meet that Pune vehicles are exempted from tax. But it's the reverse. I am the one complaining here. But who knows how many people are facing the same issue. As a citizen of India and a responsible minister, I want you to look into this matter.

Dear NHAI Team,

I am a resident of Sector 48, Gurugram. The entry of my house is from a lane connected by Sohna road.

Since the project of Elevated Road has started my access road has been treated like a dump and completely broken. It's impossible for kids to go out or enter by bicycle. Or even elders to move out.

Pedestrian road leading to a society on Sohna Road completed broken and dumped during the construction of the Elevated Road Project.
Please tell me who will be responsible for the repair of the access road where more than 50 houses are facing disturbance.

FASTag Account has been debited for Rs.105.00 for transaction by vehicle AS01DT7977 at Madanpur Toll Plaza on 01-Feb-2021 at 7.41.02 Bal Rs.195.00
But from other traveller I got the information that oneway charge is Rs 55 only when paid in cash in place of Fastag. I did a one way journey on that above occasion on 01.02.2021. Please respond

This toll gate is basically there to loot citizens. No return toll ticket, unhygienic, on toll windows there all spitting every where even on cars, and being very rude, toll personal without nametags, no supervisors even if asked, more than 5 times, every time you ask for a supervisor from toll personal thay call someone else instead to make chaos and shout without reason. Than also call local people if the toll people know they are wrong to intimidate the citizen.

My four wheeler vehicle Registered in surat despite this toll has been charged Rs. 75 (order id [protected] dated[protected] @ 14:45:54 )
and rs. 75 for return (order id [protected] dated[protected] @ 19:37:58).
It appears that the surat vehicles registered with GJ05 are exempt from toll tax here.
So, kindly refund the same.

Khachrol toll plaza
From Bhilwara to Ladpura it is located.

The toll employee didnt opened the gate till some gundas want my car mirror to down.
It happened with me twice.

I was with my wife and not felt safe there.
Toll employee was laughing at me.

That guys were stoping every vehcile and misbehaving with every one.

Vendors are supported by toll employees.

1 month before they want me to stop my car for scratch removal even when i refused they forced me but somehow i got out from there.

Toll employees are with them .
We don't feel safe there.

my car number GJ10 CN 0408 private registered car pass from state highway rajkot to jamnagar but vanpari paddhari toll booth time 21:35:44 date 31/1/2021, Toll transuction no[protected]dp, Gujarat state highway is exemption for Private Passenger car but they cut 60/- my payment from paytm, please write my complaint for that and do need for above

Hi Team,
This is the regarding the road work which is stopped since August 2020 for route between Khanapur to Anmod NH4 (Belgaum Disctrict Karnataka).
I am resident staying in Londa a town between Ramnagar and Gunji.
This is the only NH route we have for travelling between Londa to Belgaum and as this route working is stopped since August we are facing many issues on commuting.
The road is condition has become worst because of the potholes that are getting worst day by day. To cover 54 km of distance for Londa to Belgaum it takes 2.5 hours in actual it would be 1 hour. As we have Belgaum city for most of basic things (hospital emergency etc) it is getting difficult for a common man to commute especially for those who have small kids, elders above 60 years. There are certain spots in the route where we have one way commute and have to until the opposite traffic is cleared.

I hope this request would be taken on highest priority

Today i crossed Vagai kulam toll at 17.19 hrs on 31.01.21 and Rs. 65.00 was deducted from my account. My account had balance amount of Rs 400.00 (ICICI FAST TAG linked to vehicle no TN99Q4160). I returned through same toll at 19.00 hrs and i was told there is no balance in my account and they collected Rs. 65.00, though I had Rs. 335.44 as balance. This is happening every time I cross this toll booth and not in other places. Also most of the time they manually check the fast tag

Sir, i have crossed Lal nagar toll plaza uttar pradesh, they charged Rupess 300 for LCV at cash lane. Although chage is Rupess 130 decided by NHAI, They argue that it is his contractor policy, kindly take necessary action against them and refund excess money that i have paid, Revert me positively Thank you

मेरे पास गाड़ी में फास्टे ग लगा है किन्तु उसमे balance low hone ke कारण double फीस ली गई रसनी टोल प्लाजा छत्तीसगढ़

I request you to extend NH44 between narsinghi and vallabhapur(502248) towards east and for about 100 mtrs so that there will be the path for villagers and it is a slope area so vehicles are coming at high speeds. Uneducated villagers are loosing their life cause of such high speed vehicles. So kindly extend the road for about 100 metres. Please.
